We chose this hotel based on the location which seems excellent for the price. It is really a great location: next to fifth avenue, central park and times square. We were both very impressed with the hotel ,sure the rooms are small and view from window non existent .This is a very minor criticism .The staff are wonderful our room was very clean and bed very comfortable.

My company got me a king size suite. The room is a nice size but no living area. The bathroom is huge with lots of mirrors . The customer service is great and I would stay here again.

In the same quarter, the parallel street, you have a laundry shop.

The hotel is very well located, next to 5th Avenue, 8 minutes from Central Park and 15 from Times Square. The staff is very friendly and also speak Spanish. Clean and very comfortable room. We will repeat without a doubt

Nice welcome but overall noisy with ventilation and neighbor.

Iron shells, as in the reserved seat. No refrigerator, tea set (but there are plastic cups). Dear wifi, good breakfasts.

Great location, small but very cozy with super comfortable bed. Great service. I attended in Spanish.

Nicely situated near park and walking distance to theatre district. Room was good. Awful experience with out of control partying guests til 5am on same floor. Front desk was no help. Could have been 3-4 Stars.
Follow up: original rating was 2 stars. Hotel called and offered a free night. Changed to 3 stars. Stay tuned.

The location is fantastic. Love the neighborhood. The room was just not clean and the staff not overly helpful.

I haven't stayed much in new York but the room at Shoreham is way too small, had no refrigerator and it is just tiny. I will be careful in booking next time.

Honestly not impressed. Its dingy and room decor is fairly hideous. I was floored by the pics online but the reality was harsh. The staff is very nice but the place needs a serious remodel.

Great location (walking distance of all major sites and tube station), good bed, but all the rest (decoration, shower, breakfast, chargeable Wi-Fi, storage etc) is not at the level of a 4 star hotel. It rather is a good 3 star-hotel. Good stay in general

Customer service was fantastic. The shower we had had 3 shower heads making it feeling amazing. The room was comfy and homey for sure. Would love to check a room out here when we come back!!

We stayed as a family of 8 in 4 rooms and found the hotel and the location on our part great. My husband and I were given a king room which was clean and comfortable with an out look over the street. Our other family members on the other hand had run of the house rooms and we had to beg for one bar fridge to share between all of us or else there was a charge of $ 25 each fridge ! These rooms also had NO out look other than a brick wall or fire escape. One room also had so many maintenance faults , such as leaking water in the room and bathroom that they had to be shifted. The cost of wi fi at $ 15 is unacceptable too . And a coffee maker would be a nice touch .
If these issues could be rectified or you get an upgraded room , then your laughing ! ( thank you Anthony at the front desk for doing your best to look after us )

Don t come to this hotel the only thing that is positive is ANNA and the night receptionist but hey do we have to applaud because they just do their job??
The rooms on 55th side are noisy, heater is noisy very bad quality
WiFi works once in while , you have to go down to the lobby
The staff is ok but nothing special

Clean bed and friendly staff. You are getting what you pay for. Not a four star hotel several broken tiles in bathroom and other cosmetic issues. No night life or bar at hotel that is decent. Plus no bath tub only a stand in shower.
