Everybody in the office starting from clerks, to lawyers I got to meet both of them, very nice,that make you feel at ease when your at the office.

Shook and Stone are amazing! Helpful, friendly, and will fight to help you get maximum compensation. Definitely give them a call, they will answer your questions and give you the best representation you could ask for!

I am dropping this law firm. I went to them over a month ago because my work comp refused to approve my MRI. I have been sent to many appointments, many of them too far out for me to get to on the bus. I did everything I was supposed to do.

I recently had an issue with an appointment conflicting with a surgery consult appointment for gallbladder surgery. I called the adjuster as instructed. She doesn't take voicemails on the number that is listed in my paperwork, so I called the one that was stated in the automated recording. I never received a callback. I emailed Casey explaining the situation in great detail and asked her if she could forward the email to the adjuster so she would understand why I needed to change the appointment time. No response.

If there was communication from Shook and Stone, I would continue to retain them until the end. That's all I wanted. Even if I was going to be told that they are still working on steps in the process of my case.

I am done. My surgery and future treatments and possible surgeries for non-work related health issues are way more important than this, and that's what I will focus on.

When I got into a car accident, one of my concerns was that I am way too busy to sit down and meet a lawyer and go through the hassle of filling out all this paperwork and the thought of having to go to the lawyers office was something that I was not looking forward to especially since I am a busy person as it is. I am also not too fond of dealing with legal issues because sometimes the language they use can be a bit overwhelming. But my experience with Shook & Stone was simple and straight to the point. Mr. Shook & Stone as well as the staff were very polite and made the situation less stressful for me. My fears and concerns were easily diminished during my very first visit. I did not have to go the their office too much after that and they helped me understand my case. I am a very satisfied customer!!!

The casemanagers here during the last 6 months handling my case have been great. Tony and shanay are awesome people. Mr stone was great when i called him when my accident occurred. He is a straight up guy. I was not happy with the lack of my case updates and called them several times. This wss resolved after awhile though i felt.
These are good people and ibreally believe they do care on a personal level.

The people there are very nice. A person name Tony explain to us step by step about our case and he answer all our question and we also talk to the lawyer and he was very helpful to.

They screwed me at my Adjudicated Law Judge hearing. I filed for an Appeals Council Review and the ODAR vacated the previous decision. Andrew Guzik and the staff at Shook & Stone failed to get important medical evidence into the record and failed to perform any kind of due diligence. And their willingness to communicate with their clients is nonexistent.

My mom is in a lot of pain and her doctors office just left her a vm, saying tht no one there is "willing" to fill her medicine , my mom has been attending this hospital since 2012. My mother is suffering from multiple cysts and she also has breast cancer . Would this issue be of relevance through this practice. They are very mean to my mother I've seen it personally my mother is in constant pain and is suffering some emotional distress in regards to her treatment at this practice.

After the long haul, the defendant finally gave in. I am happy with my result .Good lawyers.

A couple of months ago I got hit by another car and unfortunately I didn t know what to do but just call to the police and try to file a report. They did not cooperate with me and North Las Vegas police said they were busy with other matters. The other driver left and I got really confused and lost on what to do. Luckily I got in touch with Shook and Stone. Their friendly associates were able to help me on finding the other driver, and do the rest of the paperwork to file a claim and help me with all the medical treatment. I don t know about other Law offices but if I ever have a similar problem I will never hesitate to go with Shook and Stone. Very professional office.

The name and advertising is very deceptive and so are they. Very Unprofessional liars and manipulative. They take your case but do not respond when you call them, and get hostile and angry when you call them. The worse, they are not to be trusted, and think they can talk to you any kind of way and you should except it not hardly. You would be better off representing yourself save yourself the drama and circus act. Spooky and Scary is the experience you will get and the name they should use for themselves or Shook and Crook. This is sad when you cant even have professional, trustworthy Attorney. Sad and Sorry.

I honestly feel I would have gotten better medical care without their representstion. The bare legal minimum of care is all that is being done for me, & that is all that is being argued for me on my behalf. FIND DIFFERENT REPRESENTATION. I WISH I HAD!

Very professional, treated my wife very well when all insurance companies involved treated her like she was at fault, when she was only in the wrong place at the wrong time. Great experience with them.

It took them weeks to respond to emails and phone calls. When there was a court date. I would receive a letter from the court system about the date and one about the results. Never once did I receive information from them. No calls or email letting me know how my cases was going. Not even a call to see how I was doing. Not once did I feel like cared. When I had my final doctor's visit the representative from the law office thought I was someone else and told the doctor he had another appointment with me. Then one time my lawyer told me I was lying and that he had met my wife and I three times when he never met her once up to that point. I feel it would have been nice if they showed a little that they care. Not just about the money.

If your filing for SSI and or SSDI this is the right firm for you. They got my claim approved in 5 months on the first try!!!
