Terrible attorneys, say they will call you back, never do. They yell at you and make you feel bewildered. Took 4 years for my husband case to settled, they lied and said he was getting more money. Took about 4 months from when my husband signed the file papers to get his check. Freddy Kevin Kompemshere assistant talks so fast, and you can't even understand him and he always so rude. Don't recommend this place.

The worst representation I have ever had, I have been waiting 3 years for compensation,,,,,,the staff is not useful at all,,,,,,,nothing is returned on time,,,,,,,,,,no one is ever available right away,,,,no dedication and/or loyalty at all,,,,,I WILL NEVER REFER anyone to this firm, I am really disappointed!!

After 14 months my workers comp case is closed. I have to say I couldn't have done it without Shook & Stone. Even though there is some room for improvement in the communication department, they did the job they were supposed to do.
