I was on my motorcycle when a car came into my lane and hit me on Tropicana. As I was laying in the middle of Trop with a broken leg and other injuries, the cop leans down and hands me a ticket. The people that hit me said that I swerved into their lane. Luckily, I had a camera on my helmet and video.

Leonard Stone really came thru for me. He and his staff made sure that I got the medical care I needed which is HUGE in my book! I never dealt with an attorney before and my thought was that they would be talking all about money. The talk was all about getting me so I could walk again and getting me healthy! That was amazing and I really appreciate them for that.

In the end, I could walk again, Mr. Stone proved I was not at fault, they made the ticket go away, and there was a sizeable settlement that surprised me and made me real glad I had contacted Shook and Stone! Thank you for the great work you did!

Shook and Stone is an excellent choice for a law firm in personal litigation cases. They represented my 75 year old mother following a horrible motor vehicle accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury. She suffered multiple strokes and as a result became severely incapacitated with vascular dementia. I hired them back in 2017/2018 for social security income (ssi) claim I was filing. I had breast cancer and was busy with chemotherapy so figured why not have someone help me and wh other than the experts that know their stuff, which is them. The very first claim I put in only took like 2-3 months for me to get an answer which was Approved with retro pay back to the day I applied. So I got back pay too. Attorneys got their money then I the rest however ssa doesn't let you have more than like $2,000 at a time for six month period then at six months you get another $2,000. And so on and so on but it was quick,easy and a win the first time I applied, yippee. I'd hire them again for sure

NEGATIVE 5!! These all must be totally FAKE reviews! How do you have such a large company, but you can never get a person on the phone, these idiots do not have voice mails and either their receptionist is completely inept, or they just throw away their phones messages that she supposedly takes. I find it very hard to believe that they actually win cases. Nicole is a complete nightmare, she is rude and contemptuous. They have been told at least 5 times that they need to request updated doctor files, but have yet to do it, the notes that they actually do have are at least 2 years old. They obviously do not keep notes in their files because after 3 years of this with them, they still have no idea what my diagnosis is, they have to ask me each time they talk to me. I have only been able to talk to a paralegal named Justin, who cannot seem to get what is needed for my case or the completely horrid Nicole. If I get denied this last time for disability, I will be taking my business to an actual attorney who knows what they are doing. And these shysters will not see a penny. If I could fire them right now I would.

The first time I met John was at my home. I couldn't go to the office because I was still bed bound with a nurse for another 2 months from my near fatal motorcycle accident. I interviewed several attorneys about my accident and John was the only one who could actually look at my Xrays and read them correctly. We had a long trying battle with the insurance companies, but John and his team did everything necessary for a successful outcome. He also got me specialized care that my medical ins. co. wouldn't cover. He and his team made me feel like they really cared about my well being and that I wasn't just a paycheck.

In the end we finally got the insurance company to settle for an amount that will provide for my lasting injuries for the rest of my life.

When my very first claim for WC was first denied I sought help from Alan at S&S. I was told when I get the appeal to call him back. I won my appeal and I walked into the office this morning. Called & left msgs with them for over a month before I got to speak with someone. Then finally when I did another game of phone tag & turns out they didn't want to take my case, no explanation but I mentioned my husband being injured & they urged me to have him call. Ambulance chasers. After they sent a thank you but no thank you email but that was just rubbing salt in the wound. Call them only if you have great insurance, good job history or a major injury. Apparently being epileptic & having psych problems wasn't going to make them a good enough paycheck to help me get disability. Thanks for nothing.
