I am very happy with the outcome secured by Shook and Stone. I had a fall while on holiday in Las Vegas and due to the fact that I live in Australia was finding it difficult to make a claim. Luckily I came across their website, made an online enquiry and got an immediate response. Correspondence was all done by email and everyone was very helpful and respectful. There was finally a skype call and settlement was received within a month of that. Great work, thanks Shook and Stone.
