Best attorney's in town!! From their staff Jasmin, Rochelle, and Khristine all the way to the attorney Stone. The process was explained from start to finish and they are very good in keeping in contact with you.

They took care of me two seperate, times. The best think I can say is that they take the stress and worry out of the experience. I know that I just call them, and they immediately set up the doctors and the only thing that I have to do is get better, they took care of everything else. It's definitely a piece of mind having them on your side.

Typically when I have to use a lawyer for something I have no idea if it is going to be a pain or not. I have to say Shook & Stone was for the most part very professional and responsive. It took almost 2 years to close the case but I think most of these accident cases tend to take this long and I am okay with that as long as I can get an update when asked for. They always responded to my emails and helped me get the support for my injury very quickly. I did deal with multiple paralegals and I took a star off because I was never introduced to this person when someone took over for the previous one. When it was time to resolve the payments for doctors they do a great job of reducing the bills. I have to say that Shinale was very good at her job and helped me without much work needed on my end. This was outstanding customer service which a lot of places lack. Thanks Shook & Stone for taking care of my case. I would suggest you to my friends and colleagues.

Went there to pick-up paper work from a settled & closed case from a "Cassie/Cassandra". ..YES she knew I was coming!
BUT because they had computer issues she didn't go into the office & didn't care that I did.
Said she soooo wanted to meet me & was going to leave the paperwork on her desk n not at the front so she could.
That was almost a month ago. 20 Nov

Shook and Stone is a fantastic law firm. I got a recommendation for them from some bodily injury lawyers in New York and they did not disappoint. They were diligent with their work in helping me settle my claim after a car accident, and were far more successful than I ever anticipated. They have a large, beautiful office as well and every associate that I came across was friendly and conscientious. I highly recommend the Law services of Shook and Stone.

Do not trust these lying crooks. They told me I would only have to pay them if they had to represent me. I bought them on towards the end of my case which I won without them having to represent me. They did nothing for me other than take my money.

Trying to get anyone to call you back takes days . When they do they are extremely rude! Horribly disappointing I was referred to them so I thought they had to be good! Big mistake. The only one who helpful was Justin, other than that I was a bother calling once every 3 months!

Leonard Stone and his team barely communicated with me throughout the process, didn't save any of the paperwork I sent them in my file (making me re-send everything), and ultimately dropped my case because I did not pursue further treatment for minor injuries with their chiropractic team. Initially Leonard looked at my case and told me that it looked like we could do "a lot more than just covering my ass." In reality they were never interested in helping me, just trying to scam the system and make a fraudulent claim. I wish I would have gone somewhere else that cares! These guys didn't even call me back despite their "48 hour return call policy." Avoid at all costs!

My fear going into this process was I couldn t afford an attorney so I ll just have to take the hits as they come. Waited over 2 years for my SS, and when it came time for the lawyers to actually do some work to get ready for my hearing. They call me and tell me that they reviewed my file and have decided not to move forward!! They tell you from the beginning " you have a good case, we can get you your disability." Then when it comes down to doing what they said they could do, they withdraw themselves from the case. I guess they only want that easy 25% of your back pay. Great way to do business. I wouldn't recommend Shook & Stone to anybody for anything!!!

I was involved in a terrible side collision in my 2003 Chevy Crew Cab in March 2011 resulting in a total loss. After the accident I did not think I was in too much pain until the following day so I decided to check out Shook and Stone who was referred from a good friend of mine. I met with Mr. Stone, he and his associates got me into treatment right away and made sure I was in good hands. Treatment went on for many months and Shook & Stone made sure I did not have too come out of pocket. for anything About a year later they were able to settle the case and I got full compensation for my totaled truck, lost wages, and all the medical bills that I racked up. They were great and I would recommend to all my friends and family...walk hard!

Unfortunately I was in a car accident and got rear ended on my way to work one morning. I was very shook since this was my first accident. I called Shook and Stone since I was having a lot of back ache a few hours after the accident. They had me come in I talked with John and he asked me a few questions about my car and what happened. They took over everything and got me to see a chiropractor right away. It was a very peaceful experience with Shook and Stone that I had since I didn t worry about anything. They always kept me in the loop of what was going on with my case. Everyone I spoke with throughout the entire time was always very nice. Nothing bad to say, would definitely recommend.

I was involved in a car accident and Shook and Stone were there for me the entire way! They answered all the questions I had along the way. I felt like they cared about me. Not just some dollar amount but me as a person. Sometimes it did take a bit to connect due to holidays and eventually a time zone change but I was completely satisfied with the work they have done! It's kind of difficult to communicate with them or get concise updates due to their being busy. Hoping this case ends soon so my life can get back to normal. They have worked for over a year on her case. Easily accessible, by bus. Will pay for your parking. Does offer water while waiting.

I contacted them twice because my wife had been mistreated by hospital staff she even got a large bruise on her chest because a nurse snake Punched her no matter how many times I try and contact these people they refuse to get back in touch with me that's why I gave them the one star

I do NOT recomend this law firm to anyone ..i was with them for 1 1/2 years and was ALWAYS kept in the grey...i ended up doing most of the work running around and gettin all my doctor's to updated my medical records ..we went to the hearing and my lawyer did nothing and said nothing but sit there ...everytime i would call i could NEVER get thru and went thru 5 differnt case workers ...i now have New representation which informed me of several things that would have made a world of difference in my case but was NEVER told about all this that could have helped me....so I SUGGEST you view ALL your opptions before you decide to go with them and be prepaired for disappointment....they will not fight for you
