I just bought a RAV4 from Paul at Sherwood Kia. He is amazing sales person.

I was very happy to purchase a car from Sherwood Kia until I found out that my new car has already ran 400 km. Unfortunately I was not informed of this, and I did sign for the car with 25 km on the contract. Even the ad that I saw stated that the car only ran 25km, which does not reflect the actual condition. I called Sherwood Kia to clarify, but they only said the 400 km was due to test driving by other customers (it is the 2018 model) and because I test drove, they thought that I'd already know. This was my first car, and I honestly did not know that I had to check the kilometers; I just expected that I would be informed. So I was upset, but otherwise Sherwood Kia is an amazing place to purchase a car. All the staff I spoke were kind, helpful and I believe they were very honest and transparent with everything. I would still recommend this place to anyone! Just make sure to check whatever you have to check before signing the contract and I think you'll be satisfied.

Well I have been dealing with Sherwood Kia for over 2 years and I even went to another car lot and soon left after the best treatment you soon see the faults of other car lots very quickly. Well it has been a great 11 months love my sorrento but it needed a few little things . I called Toma and believe me it was not like other car dealerships I mean it has been almost a year and he treated me like it was just yesterday bring your car in and it was great from the time I walked in Tanya who is just the best she really knows her stuff Kim is just so nice and friendly and of course Toma really you talk about treating people

He was very personable and has a great sense of humour. His personality was a great first impression of the Sherwood Kia family. I was sold but wanted to have my brother take a look. They had no problem with me taking it to my brothers shop. The next day we dealt with Kiatt in financing and once again I was very impressed with his ability to easily and effortlessly build a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! He had financing in place in no time at all! When it came time to pick up the vehicle it was ready within a few minutes of the time they had said, detailed to near perfection with a full tank of gas! The part off the whole thing that really made me smile was the way Paul was with my kids; one being special needs! He was so kind and patient with them! I really enjoyed my experience at Sherwood Kia. Amin, my sales person, sent me a personalized video regarding the features of the car that I was interested in which was a nice gesture. When I noticed some paint scratches on the front of the car he sent it for detailing again and placed an order for some of the factory paint for touch ups.The sales manager Kiatt was very mindful of helping me stay within my budget. The finance manager Alex was very friendly and even paid for my wife and I to go for lunch while he completed the finance paperwork and took the time to answer all my questions. They were all very genuine and professional staff to deal with.

I stepped into Sherwood Kia and it was so nice and clean like I was a celebrity walking on red carpet. I really enjoyed my visit here to Sherwood, the salespeople were really nice, helpful and explained everything well. I will definitely recommend them to any one!

They gave me a nice deal on a used KIA Sorento. No tricks played, no add-on costs levied. I liked the honesty and openness. My sales agent Al was nice to talk to and kept the car clean and warm when I arrived for the test drive. The sales manager Kim is caring and customer focused. Loved the overall experience.

Cassidy did a great job with her low stress, low pressure, high value, high service sales strategy. We walked in just looking and walked out with a great deal on a 2019 KIA Sorento. Kit went the extra mile searching through stock lists and phoning around to find us exactly the make and colour that we wanted saving us having to pay shipping from Vancouver. Alex was positive and enthusiastic in helping us put together the right package for our new family vehicle. 5/5 stars, will shop here again when my work/commuter car needs replacement!

I vehicle hunted for several weeks, went to several dealerships and Sherwood Park Kia was by far the most helpful. They had the best variety of used cars (which what i was looking at) They had a little bit of everything cars and suvs in all price ranges. Ronaye was so helpful !!! She wasn't pushy at all, she was truly there to meet all your needs and do all she can to meet your requirements. Very helpful. Lots of knowledge. Sold me a lemon, 2 months after purchase my car needed a new battery, 2 months after that the calipers seize ruining the whole braking system even though Sherwood Kia sold me the car with a report sayin how great of shape it was in, now 8 months later I'm having problems with the electrical system. Called the service department looking for the parts needed to fix the electrical problem they tell me to come on in and when I arrive they tell me that the service department is closed and that I just didn't understand what the man must have said. Don't buy Kia especially from this dealership

It was impossible to talk to someone or ask questions without being treated as if what I had to say was unimportant or my questions were irrelevant. I'm assuming it is just because I'm young, but I would expect that they'd treat someone who bought a car off of them with a bit more respect.

Bruno and the whole team at Sherwood Kia made me feel at ease from the minute my family and I walked onto the lot. Bruno knew what questions to ask to help me find the best car for me and never tried to sell me anything beyond my budget. They even picked up my trade in and had my new car ready to pick up that evening with a full tank of gas and completely spotless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I can only say good things about Sherwood Kia! I bought my Forte from Kia in May 2016. There were a few issues that upset me with the car I had purchased. Tom, the manager, immediately swooped in to resolve each and every one of them. Not just bandaid, but actually fixing all of the problems I had. He phoned me and explained that he saw what I had written In my review, and he was upset about what I had experienced. He asked if I would give them one more chance to make it right. I heard him out.. he said he wanted to fix the rust and rust proof my car, get the fan fixed and re-detail the car for me. I brought it in that Saturday, and the whole service team response was like they were prepping for life saving surgery! Tom was giving a list of what needed to be done to the Tanya at the service desk. He told her what needed to be done, as he inspected my car. Long story short, they gave me back a beautifully detailed car with a silent fan, and an expensive rust coating. I'm more than happy with my experience! Tom will take care of things, stuff happens, but Tom will make it better. Tanya in the service department is absolutely unreal! She is the coolest, most friendly, intelligent person- she's amazing to deal with!

It took 8 weeks to get a clutch replaced because they wouldn't listen to me, what happened to the vehicle, and listening to what the actual issue was.
The service department was great with what they delivered me, but the front end device was awful.

10 minutes late for free oil change .. took the car right away ... and saweeeet gave me a 10$off for breakfast at Cora...yum and a free car wash ... best oil change ever ..lol

Excellent customer service! Ronaye Parish was very helpful in my vehicle search process and provided outstanding service. I purchased a used SUV and it was cleaned top-notch at pick up. Had an appointment in Sherwood KIA on Saturday Feb 16/19. I was looking to up grade from my Forte which treated me very well but it was time to look at something a bit higher to get in and out of and the Soul was calling my name.I meet with Amin Rajpar and had a great experiences.He was very pleasant to chat with and a great personality which made him easy to talk to....he answered all the questions my daughter had for him....lol and working with the GM, they came up with a unbelievable package for me ... which my daughter approved of....
the test drive took a bit of time because of the Alberta cold and the new vehicles do not come with block heaters.... but soon we were up and running in a warn 2019 SOUL. It has a great look and I enjoyed the way it handled on the highway....
unfortunate I have to wait a bit longer as the OAC has a loop and a hoop get through....
but when the time is right I will be back to see Amin and the crew at Sherwood KIA

Awesome buying experience. I made my case that I wanted a basic trim with minimal frills and nobody tried to pressure me to tack on features, etc.

Sal "Short Stuff" Yousif sent me an online video showing me the car inside and out before I even got to the dealership. When I got there, he was a genuine salesman, showed me only what I asked to see, and respected the decisions I made while I was there. All the staff at Sherwood Kia were outstanding and as a result we purchased a 2015 Kia Soul. We were just out looking when we were met by Armin Scheewe who answered all our questions and led us through the test drive, dealing with Sales Managers Anthony and then Leland and ultimately the finance dept. and Kiatt. We felt at home and surprisingly not pressured. We contacted the sales team a couple days later and eventually secured what we felt was a fair deal. The seamless working of the sales teams made this a very pleasant buying experience.

The Sales associate that assisted me in the purchase of my new vehicle as Alex. He was very knowledgeable about the different features in each of the cars so it was easier to compare based on my needs.(Back up camera, touch screen display, arm rest location, connecting my phone to name a few)
I was able to test drive three vehicles during one visit. Obviously that took some time. Alex was very professional, patient and considerate during those test drives. He explained in details the features of the cars, the safety features, the reviews of each vehicle, and the warranty offered by Kia. Alex was very attentative to my needs. He listened to what I was looking for, took into account my desire for certain features and addressed any concerns I may have had. It was a pleasure to have someone so helpful assist me in my search for a new vehicle.

Kim, the Sales manager, was delightful. She listened to my situation, took into account my budget restrictions, what I was looking for and helped to match me with the perfect car. The process was easy. No pressure. Terrific communication. No surprises. I was just telling my wife the other day how much I loved our new Kia Soul. I was telling her that a this stage in life, pre-retirement, you don't want to make a mistake on the purchase of a new vehicle. Over the course of my life, I have bought at least seven vehicles that in every instance I have lived to regret something in the transaction.

NOT THIS TIME. The experience of purchasing our recent Kia Soul has been nothing but positive. From the time I walked in to Sherwood Kia, to meeting their sales rep., Armin, on to test driving the Soul, and finally proceeding to the purchase, I can pronounce nothing but praise for the whole venture.

Walking into the dealership I immediately proceeded to the reception counter and requested to see a salesperson who, what I described, would be more interested in me than the sale itself. I was introduced to Armin who more than exceeded that expectation. He is the one that proposed the Kia Soul. It was a vehicle that I had never considered before hand, yet fell in love with the moment I sat behind the wheel.
This car is nothing short of awesome. The fact that I have to step up to enter it is the very first likable feature for a tall man like me, I'm 6'1". This also allows me to see quite comfortably over a large portion of other vehicles when driving down the road. The dashboard console is a dream as it displays every popular feature in the most appealing and ergonomic fashion. What needs to be at your finger tips is and what is further away on the console is still within ease of reach.

In the nighttime, you will experience a fully lit console entirely illuminated in red making you experience exhilarating and providing a well balanced view of all the featured options without any distracting glows or lights that may offend.

Living in Edmonton, Alberta certainly gives way to some pretty cold temperatures but thanks to our new Soul we brave it in comfort. The seat warmers have a dual setting, which I call simmer and crisp, providing more or less heat depending on preference. Heated and retractable exterior side mirrors are a definite plus in this neck of the woods.

I have yet to take it for a long distance run but I have no doubt it will live up to its expectations. Would I recommend a Soul to someone? That's all I have been doing since my wife and I purchased it. I told her the other day that every time I bought a new car, I always somehow ended up with some regret. Whether it was the service received, the salesperson we dealt with or the financing part of the transaction, some how there was always some minute amount of regret. But I can truthfully say today that this is certainly not the case with this vehicle or with this dealership.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in the past 15 years and am happy to say I was shocked at the amazing experience with this dealership. I live in a large city with several Kia dealerships where my shopping experience was overall so negative that I came close to buying my alternate choice which was a German brand SUV. I noticed that this dealership had in their inventory a vehicle that I was interested in so decided to give Kia a final shot even though Sherwood is several hours from where I live and would involve a day of travel.

From beginning to end the experience was incredibly positive. Darwin took information on what I was willing to pay, Kiatt took over and was wonderfully direct in responding to my requests and clear about what they could offer. After his shift, Kim Gebran stepped in to complete the purchase later the same day. She worked on it until midnight to ensure the vehicle would be ready for me to pick up on the weekend and allow time for options such as 3M to be installed. She also followed up with me regularly to expedite the process and ensure everything was being attended to, arranged to have me picked up and taken to the dealership, came in on her day off to meet me and ensure things were going well and continued to follow-up after I took delivery of the vehicle to see if there were any questions or concerns. Who does this? Kim not only went the extra mile (kilometer?), she ran the whole marathon!

Throughout the process, there was none of the usual haggling and barely concealed profit grabs that are common in the auto industry. There was no Value Added Package that many dealerships add and charge the earth for which typically includes a block heater and a couple of things like wheel locks that cost the dealer very little. Sherwood includes block heaters on their vehicles! It was straightforward with no smoke screens and mirrors. I felt a high level of trust with Sherwood which is especially incredible given that it was a long-distance and internet transaction. Even the sit-down with the Finance Manager was pleasant, helpful and without the usual pressure. Thank you Jennifer!

The trip to pick up the vehicle was worth the time and effort and it was great to meet everyone that had been so helpful along the way.

The trip to Sherwood Kia was definitely worth it. Within an hour of contacting Bruce, I had a video sent to me showing me the features of the vehicle I was interested in. Over the course of the next couple of weeks I had the opportunity to test drive several vehicles and visit the dealership more than once. Each time, my family and I were treated with understanding and respect. There was no pressure at all. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helpful - he was easily reached by phone or email to answer all our questions. In the end we chose a different vehicle that the one I had originally enquired about and we are very happy.

Buying a used vehicle from Sherwood Kia was the best dealer experience my wife and I have had. Dayna and Marcin cared about our needs and went out of their way to help us find a good vehicle for our family and create a win-win trade.
Update: I have changed my review from a 5-star to a 4-star. Although I am still happy we purchased this vehicle, I think a 5-star is reserved for "above expectations" experiences. I had noticed the tires on our vehicle were NordFrost with the snowflake symbol, and mentioned that I thought these were winter tires. I recall Dayna indicating that they were not winters, and that they couldn't sell a vehicle with only winters. Well, now that spring has come, these tires have been confirmed to be winters. I have tried calling and emailing to inform Sherwood Kia about this, and have not received any response. I'm happy with the vehicle and everything else about my experience here, but I can't keep it a 5-Star rating due to this experience.

Just picked up my 2016 Kia Forte 5 SX from Sherwood Kia. Overall, the entire team who I dealt with were fantastic, ranging from Laura and Anastasia in the finance department, to Leland and Anthony the new car managers and to Jesse in sales who helped me one on one. Very friendly and easy to talk to, they really make you feel like part of the family. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. This is my first Kia and definitely not my last. Will be recommending Sherwood Kia to all my friends and family! When you check them out ask for Jesse Werkman!
