My husband and I had the absolute best experience buying a new Kia Sedona from this dealership a few days ago!! I can't say enough great things about our salesman Scott, Sales Manager Kim, and Finance Manager Kidd, they worked so hard to get us a vehicle that fit our family's needs and budget. We've been looking for a vehicle since June, had multiple terrible experiences from dealerships in Calgary, Red deer and Edmonton. We were sick and tired of all the sleazy, crookedness, pressure, overpriced vehicles, and haggling to get a vehicle. I came across this dealership online, read these reviews and made contact with them. From start to finish, we couldn't believe how genuinely nice, caring, professional and completely transparent they were about everything. I really can't express just how awesome and stress free this experience was, it was actually really exciting to buy the new vehicle and I can truly say it was only because of the people we dealt with and how we were treated. I never write reviews and I took the time to do this because I want everyone thinking about buying a Kia, to go here, or at least make contact with them and you'll understand what I'm talking about, there's a reason they are #1.

This past weekend we caught a flight from Grande Prairie to Edmonton to purchase a used 2019 Kia Sedona at Kia North. We rented a car to drive from the airport to the dealer. Upon arrival at Kia North we were informed that the van which we had made a deposit on the previous Monday had been sold. Long story short we now had to hunt for a van to purchase. We made some calls to local dealers and ended up heading towards Kia South. Wasted 3 hours of our time looking at some vehicles and trying to make a deal but no luck. They would not move on a cash purchase price. In the middle of this situation I get a call back from Kim the sales manager at Sherwood Kia. Her salesman Sam had told her I called looking for a vehicle. He informed her of the troubles we where having finding a vehicle. We chatted a bit on what I wanted and expected of the deal, she gave me some numbers over the phone and we headed towards Sherwood Kia. We did not make it to Sherwood Kia until 5:15pm on Saturday evening. She had 3 color options lined up in front of the building waiting for us to arrive. My wife decided on the which one she wanted, we finalized some numbers and details and by 6:30 we where on the road with a brand new 2020 Kia Sedona. Kim was awesome to deal with straight to the point with no fancy dealership B.S. Gary the finance guy did not push or up-sell and stayed late on Saturday to help get the deal done. While we where in the finance office Sam and Kim prepped the van for delivery as everybody else had gone home for the day. We greatly appreciated them going above and beyond and would highly recommend Sherwood Kia. Especially if you are feeling intimidated by sales tactics of other dealers.

I have purchased two Kia's from this location. I will buy here again as the service staff is incredible. Tanya in service goes above and beyond to answer any questions and make sure I am happy when I pick up my vehicle. Really appreciate the free shuttle service offered.

Scott at Sherwood Kia was incredibly helpful. From start to finish he was very professional and answered any and all questions I had. Jennifer in finance was as well very professional. She did not push any of the extra features on me and allowed me to make the choices myself without putting doubt in it.

I recently bought a 2012 Kia Sportage.......Love my new Kia! My sales rep Tom was excellent. The rest of the sales crew (ones I had to deal with) when Tom was not available were also great. I do have to say though the Finance department is another storey. I left message after message and no one returned my calls. Even when I called back and finally got John there was no apology for Kiat or him not returning my calls.

Paul was very helpful with the purchase of my pre-owned car. I got everything I needed worked into the deal.

Scott was very helpful and ensured we got an suv that best suited my needs - Highly recommend!

I bought a previously owned vehicle from Sherwood Kia. I was very happy with my experience at Sherwood Kia. I felt Dayna treated me fairly and was honest. I would call on him again when I'm in the market for another vehicle.

I bought an SUV about a month ago from Josh. He was pleasant and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and didn't pressure me into buying anything right away.

I looked at other dealerships, but came back to Sherwood Kia because of Josh.

Very friendly staff good selection in vehicles and fair prices.

We had an amazing experience at Sherwood Kia!!!!! After shopping on Kijiji for weeks and being disappointed after driving for hours to look at vehicles that were nothing like we were told on the phone, we stopped by Sherwood Kia. Our salesman Bruno Valani was wonderful !!! No pressure and very honest. He was more concerned about the safety of the vehicle we choose for our daughter than making a quick sale. The Manager Sasan Lee "Sas" was incredible. There were a couple things that were wrong and he insisted on fixing them before we finished the deal. He made us feel like they were totally going to take care of us and we didnt have to worry. They even called us the next day to see how our daughter liked the car
I am more than happy with the service we got at Sherwood Kia!!! We will be back!!!! And I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle there!!!!

Sherwood Kia just competed the 2 yr protection package on my vehicle and it looks like new!! I was a bit skeptical about purchasing the the additional package due to the $$ when I purchased my truckbut after seeing my truck after the 2 yr and the follow up / cleaning that was done it was well worth it. Especially cause I have kids. My truck really does look as good as when I 1st purchased it. :)

Just moved to Alberta and went to Sherwood Kia cause of an ad I seen online, met Rachel who was absolutely superb was very personable and made buying a vehicle easy. We ended up standing around talking to her and other staff they went above and beyond for me. Rachel kept in contact during the whole process would recommend her to anyone and will be going there for all my future vehicle purchases.

This was the second time we returned to Sherwood KIA to purchase a vehicle because of their exceptional service. Salesman Al Valani and manager Kim Gebran were professional and attentive to our needs. They not only negotiated a great deal over the phone with us, but they had all the paperwork prepared in advance when we arrived at the dealership making the final purchase efficient and smooth. Al had the car cleaned and fueled. Kim provided advice on how to navigate through our accident insurance claim. Now that was excellent customer care! Thank you Al and Kim for your great service. We would recommend Sherwood KIA because of their integrity, professional and friendly service. They truly make their customers feel valued.

Very pushy sales staff who have a lack of knowledge of there product and if they don't know they will make up lies. At least that was my experience after buying a 2013 Kia rio from them. Bait and switch is the game and they play it to the best of there ability get you in the door with deals and send you leaving with extra fees on delivery. On top of it my car came detailed with a dent and pain chips they tried to hide. I will never go back to this dealership nor would i trust them to do any maintenance on my Kia.

I just bought a '16 Sorento. The staff members at Sherwood Kia were friendly, well informed about their products, and not aggressive with pressure tactics. The sales reps I dealt with were Brenton and Lenique. I would recommend them. The sales manager Anthony was open to some dickering on price.

My experience with buying the new Telluride SX Limited. I had Amin Rajpar, as my sales Representative. He s a very honest person and an excellent sales person, he showed me all the features and much more. He gave me a full tank of gas which was excellent by Sherwood Kia. If I buy another vehicle from Sherwood Kia I want Amin Rajpar as my sales person cause he is honest. The Dishonest Sales Manager for new cars is Alex, Me and Sammy had no input on the value of my Sorento, or Negotiations on the Telluride. I will spread the word that Alex screwed me and Sammy, he should not be working in Sales. I just wondering how many people Alex Screwed. I will never deal with him ever again. Sherwood Kia is Sanctioning Alex.Alex showed no remorse, he was just upset that he was Caught. I paid $10,000 to $7,000 to much for that vehicle, and I want that money back Alex screwed me Leonard Stahl and Samuel Stahl. I don t even know if I m taking the Telluride for Service, to Sherwood Kia, I and Sammy were treated badly.

Car shopping was a very overwhelming experience for me, as I searched for 3 weeks unsuccessfully, before coming to Dayna at Sherwood Kia. Dayna made the experience fun and exciting. He is quite charismatic and authentic. I didn't once feel like he was taking advantage of me or my money, like I have numerous times at other dealerships. I asked a lot of questions and Dayna was more than willing to educate me, which I am extremely appreciative of, especially being a first time car buyer. He even went above and beyond by staying later because of my schedule. I would definitely recommend that you talk to Dayna if you are in the market for a new or used car, even if it's not a Kia! (PS I love my Kia Soul, thank you Dayna!).

Anastasia did my financing and she was also incredibly informative and patient with me. She was very thorough and made certain that I understood everything I was signing. We scheduled to meet for 1 hour which turned into 3, because I wanted to be educated on every aspect of my loan and the additions (warranty, insurance options etc) so that I could make the best choice for me. Anastasia was, again, very patient and always remained focused on the fact that this loan is mine and I should be satisfied and informed about it - which I am! Numbers are not my favourite thing, so I appreciated her insight very much!

It was a very tough experience with the post-selling service since they did not attend and recognising a check-list inspection fail they did. The car I bought was not properly inspected and it was sold me without the front calipers, both sides, front side, properly installed (totally loose). I do not recommend this dealer in no way.

Up to this moment since I bought my Kia Sportage in 2017 my experience with Kia was terrible. I sent a few emails to Kia Canada they never had any feedback for my concerns.
My overall experience at Kia City in Calgary was horrible, they promised me lots of things but at the time I sign the lease it was not done accordingly. However, I have to be honest and say the first service (6000 Km)at Kia City was not bad, but since I came to Edmonton I had to use the car dealers in the region. My second service at West Edmonton was okay, but they didn t have a shuttle service available so I had to take a cab back home and they didn t pay for that, my third service at south Kia was the worst, they didn t even check my tires. Once again I found the place I will have my Sportage in good hands, Thak you Sherwood Kia, it was a great experience.

It was so easy to make an appointment and my vehicle was ready on time. They are very professional and friendly I really enjoy dealing with Sherwood KIA.

Sherwood Kia was a pleasure to deal with when we were purchasing a new car. We ended up buying elsewhere, but the staff at Sherwood Kia were some of the most courteous and helpful dealership staff I have ever encountered. Scott and Kim were both exceptionally polite and direct. Their pricing was excellent, and their follow up was not at all intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend others to stop here when getting quotes, and while I didn't deal with their finance department, their sales staff was a joy to work with.

We worked with Amin and Scott in sales, plus Jennifer and Gary in finance. Everyone was AMAZING! Buying a car is stressful, but everyone was happy, smiling and giggling the whole time. It kind of felt like buying a car from a friend. No pressure tactics and no tears. We will be seeing them for all of our service for the next decade, so it's nice that they are nice! (did I mention an award winning service department?!?!?!?)
