I am so grateful to God for this dealership!!! I was looking for a vehicle as my vehicle was slowly giving up. I have to say that the experience I had at the Sherwood Park Kia Dealership was phenomenal!!! I was greeted by Savannah at the finace office and she graciously took me over to the dealership. I met with Al the used salesman and then I was blessed to be given over to Sammy in the new sales. I was blessed beyond blessed to meet Kim the manager she is just the most precious woman and you know she is phenomenal because how many dealerships have a female manager first of all. They actually desire to get to know you and meet your needs. I absolutely can not express my absolute gratitude to the staff at this dealership for all that they did to get me into an amazing vehicle with an amazing trim package to suit all on my rural Alberta needs and more. I need to personally thank Kim the manager, Savannah in financing, Sammy from new vehicles (if your looking for new this is your man), Al from used vehicles (if your looking for a used vehicle he will meet your needs), the owner Tom (exceptional man), as well Conner, Mateo and Ali from detailing and Sal the mechanic for going over my vehicle for me and removing my old licence plate as it needed to get grinded off (and without wrecking it). They are the best even when you take it home to test it out for the day/night they detail it for you upon purchase to make it sqeeky clean. Right down to Megan from service and Frank from Australia/Glenn from Scotland or as I like to call him (Ryan) from service. I had literally the most phenomenal purchasing experience and in years to come this is where I will purchase again. If you need or desire a great vehicle, phenomenal deal and exceptional customer services (which means a lot to me) this is definitely the dealership you want to come to. They will take care of listening to exactly what you want as in meeting all of your needs and look at your budget and they will commit to get to into a vehicle that you love. I absolutely love my Kia!!! I also am so fond of the staff at this wonderful deanship. Today I picked up my new 2017 Kia Sportage. This is the fourth Kia that I have purchased. I have to say my experience with this purchase was amazing. I was looking on line Friday evening and chatted with their salesperson Jesse Werkman.
Set up a meeting for Saturday and went in and met him. We sat down and he asked
me what I was looking for, what options were important to me. He was not pushy, he listened to what I was asking. Jesse was so professional, friendly and was great to deal with. Right from Jesse, to the managers, to the administration department, I have to say I was treated above all my expectations. Definitely will recommend family and friends to go visit Jesse at Sherwood Kia

I went in not knowing what to expect as dealerships have a stigma, but to my surprise i was treated like I was a old friend. Not having the best of credit Kim and Kiatt were able to come up with a deal that worked and got me approved! Would recommend going here for sure.

I purchased a new 2016 Kia Forte LX+ from Sherwood Kia. Gordon was very helpful and patient, and made the process pain-free. In addition, I was able to get a great price with a load of extra features (winter tires, summer tires, and a block heater).

Catherine, in the finance department, was also very helpful with advice and additional no-pressure options for the new car, such as undercoating and paint protection.

Overall, I was very happy in dealing with Gordon and Catherine and I have no regrets with my purchase. I would highly recommend speaking to Gordon if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Great & friendly service from Ken & Anthony; booked a test drive for a 2016 Kia Sorento. Ken went through all the features of the car with us and then took us on the test drive. When it came time to discuss numbers we met with Anthony who was also very nice and talked straight with us. We put a deposit down but a few days later changed our minds - chose a different vehicle altogether and not a reflection of Kia or Ken and Anthony. They were very gracious about not getting the sale and returned our deposit quickly.

I went to the dealership in Sherwwod Park because that is where I got my first Kia which I loved from day one. I did kinda run that poor vehicle down so when I realized I needed a new vehicle, Sherwwod Kia was my first choice. I went to the dealership and right from the moment I entered the door, I felt like a valued customer. Zach was my sales rep and he was great. He was so helpful and I really appreciate the time he spent with me. Then, Kim was fantastic and I feel she is a straight shooter - felt a real connection with her. What wonderful woman! Finally there was Sam who walked me through all the paperwork. Whew, that was something else. However, he explained everything to me so that I almost fully understood - hate to say it but all those numbers made my head spin. But when all was said and done, I drove away with my new Kia Sportage and I love it!! What a great experience and I would reccomend Sherwood Kia to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a great buying experience.

My great experience with sales person Kim Gebran at Sherwood Kia.
I first spoke to her on phone when I called up to inquire about a new vehicle special and she was very friendly and professional. She kind of convinced me that she will give me a best deal for my Trade in and new car. She then booked an appointment for the same day and I was well received at the dealership.
She explained me different deals and rebated and how it works. After couple of hours or so, as promised she gave me the best price for my old car and very good deal for the new one. Leland was the manager there and he was really good too. A day later I had my new shiny Sedona parked in front of my home.
I can honestly say that this is one dealership in Edmonton that gives best Trade In value. Kim included a 2 way remote starter along with the car and got it installed with in a week.
I would highly recommend Kim and Sherwood Kia for new car purchase and Trade Ins.

Better late then never...I bought a car 3 years ago from Kim Gerbran, a Kia Sportage. I was going through a lot at the time and Kim made my experience awesome! She was understanding, fought for me to get a great deal on my trade (More then I was expecting) and a great deal on a new vehicle! I had a bad experience with a shady dealership (Sherwood Hyundai) with my prior purchase and was very leary with sales people. She was the opposite...no playing games or talking riddles, just straight forward black and white.

My sales rep was awesome there was no pressure or anything. not only did I get a nice used car but I got 3 free oil changes and new mats.

Purchasing my first car from Sherwood Kia. The deal was total lemon and fraud. They told me it was a pre owned by one owner with Clean mechanical inspection And zero claims. There was a small crack in the front bumper where they told us it was only a cosmetic damage nothing important. After two days of driving it I found the driver headlight brackets were broken from a previous accident which I found on the resend car approve. The next day i ve went to the manager Gary to discuss this big issue that I have encountered in purchasing this car and immediately called me out to be a liar and walked away and refused to give me any assistance with less than a month of me purchasing the car. So I recommend that nobody should trust or by any certain moving vehicle from this dealership because they are a complete fraud. Check their mechanical inspection go from bumper to bumper and don t believe what they write on the papers. The dealer mechanic agreed to sell me the car while the bumper is broken which is a safety issue and an Amvic program. Don t trust what they tell you about the car approve. Please check the paper of car approve, in the end we found out that it was rented car and was in a auction announcement for two times.

My wife and I just purchased a new Telluride at Sherwood Kia and were extremely pleased with the assistance from staff during the process. We only have 1500 Km on the vehicle but already love the electronics, ride, heads up, and lane departure systems. Amin and Kiatt were exceptionally knowledgeable and helped set up all the systems in the vehicle. Amin took lots of time to teach us how to use all the features on the vehicle. A week after we took possession, he set up the UVO.on our phones and clarified all our questions we had after driving the vehicle for a few days. We'd recommend shopping at Sherwood Kia, simply because buying there was a great shopping experience compared to other dealerships we've dealt with in the past. We found all the staff, including service, and reception were really friendly. We'd give Amin a 100 % rating on customer service, and a thank you to all the staff at Sherwood Kia.

I picked up my new yellow 2021 Seltos, May 26th and I absolutely love my new suv. My salesman, Amin Rajpar, made our experience a very pleasurable one. I met Amin few weeks back on parking lot with no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle this year but had wonderful talk about the prices on new cars, however, my old car broke down a week later and we visited him again to talk. After few trips, we decided on the Seltos and Amin went over many of the features that evening about my suv. Also enjoyed a few laughs with Amin. What an incredible experience buying my first vehicle as a single mom. I gave Robbie quite the task and after a terrible experience from a previous dealership, Robbie came through. He was very honest and his communication throughout the whole deal was amazing. He went above and beyond. I cried in his office. I will never be able to fully thank him for everything he has done. Back in 2013, I got fooled by sales person and dropped into the place 30 min before they close. Why on earth, they thought I will buy a car in 30 minutes. The sales person asked then assist, manager to stay until we buy a car, then we told them to come back again, this is what happened.....

That manager guy started yelling me and my wife saying because we did not buy he wasted his time so much! I cant think of any dealership worse than this place. I may buy a Kia, but never from this horrible place.

Because I abhor this place, I have been carefully watching positive reviews about this pathetic dealership here at google or yelp, you know what, I found at least one brightly smiling girl who gave absolutely nice review is an employee. I confirmed her photo was found in an employees photo. Is not that funny?

I live in Winnipeg, MB, and had been looking, specifically, for a used, newer Chrysler 300, with the HEMI engine and AWD, for more than a month. They did not have exactly what I was looking for but Bruno Valani (Sales Consultant) committed to finding me what I wanted, without pressuring me to purchase something else. I then received an email, just over 2 weeks later, from Dayna Gerling (Sales Consultant) informing me that he had found what I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships, LA Nissan in Leduc, as Bruno was away at the time. I then received all the information I requested very promptly and was instantly seduced by the car and deal. We concluded all the legwork: preliminary trade appraisal and financing pre-approval before I left Winnipeg and upon arrival in Sherwood Park, the car was exactly how I imagined it to be, it drives like a charm and looks even better. The service I received remained courteous and professional throughout the experience. Sam Gill, of the Finance department, was very pleasant to work with as he spared me the 'silver tongue,' which I appreciated, and the transaction ultimately fit my budget perfectly. I would recommend Sherwood Kia to anyone seeking a good car buying experience. Even if I have no doubt that all the folks I dealt with were genuinely cordial, I believe that the entire culture at this establishment is exemplary. I'm strongly inclined to travel all the way back here for my next car.

My 2015 Sorento has been good to me, in part due to the Service department as a whole being very obliging and providing timely, quality customer service.

Last Sep 30th I walked into Sherwood Kia to look at a Sorento.
I went on a test drive from an other dealership so I knew what I was getting and I knew how much it costs. As a buyer of course we always want a deal. Not just a deal, the best deal! That s what I was looking for.
But the North Kia dealership didn t think I was a serious buyer so they didn t even treat me like a real costumer... uhhh disappointing right?
But Sherwood KIA was different.
As soon as I walked in, there were two guys who s name were Alex and Drayden.
I will tell you they have the most brightest smiles that opens up the atmosphere. They had offered me a coffee and tea and made me feel comefortable immediately.
We sat and started to talk about what I was looking for. Alex started to write all the things I wanted and listened. Here is the important thing he didn t just listen he remembered small detials we talked about in our conversation. Tried to give me the best deal possible. We crunched on the numbers and talked to upper management; who was taking day off. (I felt sorry for that poor boss who got bothered because of me).
We were there for a couple hours but Alex was understanding and let me take my time without any pressure. We discussed the weather, about how safe and comfortable it would be driving the Sorento with snow. They put an awesome image in my head of how I would feel if that the Sorento were mine.
Everyone s amazing service made me want to sign and buy the Sorento 2019 on the spot.
I was there just to compare the price but I was sold as I was getting more and more comfortable and trusted who they were and what they showed me.
Does it mean I didn t get a deal cause I bought the SUV on spot because they were kind?? Big No No!! I got the BEST and I mean the BEST DEAL on my SUV 2019 with full options!!
They tried to work on it as fast as they could and were very organized so I could go on a road trip to the mountains that same weekend with winter tires installed!!!
When it snowed I had worried before but now I wasn t afraid to drive because I had the BEST SUV in the world!!!
I most definitely, absolutely and surely recommend everyone to Sherwood KIA ESPECIALLY Alex and Drayden. They are just so amazing and kind they went through each part step by step with me over time after their hours were over! (I m not good with new technology ).

I called the dealership to negotiate a car price. They gave me an awesome price. I went the same day to finalize the deal, but I found that they lied about the price they gave me. They calculated the price with a very low interest rate which no bank would give it. Of course, the price went up so much. So, I stopped the deal and left. They wasted my time a lot. The team there are liars, and you can t trust them. If you gonna get a car from them, make sure you know the exact structure of the price they are giving to you, and the interest rate they are calculating the price with.

Our Sorento was wrote off in a roll over, leaving a portion of our existing loan to roll over on top of the cost of a new vehicle. After trying a local Kia dealer (Cold Lake)who acted as if selling a new vehicle to us was an act of kindness in their end and giving us a choice of only 1 vehicle, that we should be grateful to take, we looked elsewhere. From my first contact with Sherwood Kia via Ahmed we were treated as valued customers and were listened to. Ahmed and Darian did everything they could to get us into a vehicle we wanted and give us options! Coming from out of town they took care of everything but the signing of paperwork on our pick up date! Thank you very much guys your great! Worst financial service ever.

New 2017 Forte at Sherwood Park Kia. I came in with the expectation that the price would increase by $5,000 above stated price as was my experience 5 years ago (but now Sherwood Park Kia is under new ownership). However to my surprise today, the price was the all in price plus GST!!! Also we had the greatest experience with our wonderful New Car Salesman Tom Braid who helped us understand the pros/cons of four different solutions that could work for us including test drives. Tom certainly went the extra mile to ensure there were no surprises and helped us post sale setting up the Forte for Bluetooth phones, navigation systems and setting the many car computer options in a way that was simple for us to understand. Thanks Tom!

My husband and I were looking for a newer used van and a fuel efficient used hatchback. Our salesperson Brad and the sales manager Sasan exceeded our expectations. The finance manager Noella was thorough and kind. We are very happy with our new vehicles and we will recommend the Sherwood Kia dealership.

We purchased a used 2015 Kia Soul for our daughter through Colton Greenough's help and couldn't be happier. We found the vehicle originally online and he confirmed that he did indeed have it on his lot and we could see it. There was also another Kia we wanted to see but it was at another Kia dealership and Colton had it brought over so we could view both. When we arrived at the dealership, the Soul's were parked in the front ready and waiting for us to test drive. He ran over the highlights of both cars and answered any questions we had. Colton is very personable and easy going. He was very flexible with our timing was not pushy at all (as we all know many car dealerships can be!) . I have dealt with this dealer since they first opened, before the fancy shops were built and they were selling out of a trailer. The service has been up and down over the years, but this last time was a good experience, they were quick with diagnosis and had all repairs done the same day. Most of the people are very nice and helpful, would recommend them now.

Had my 2015 Kia optima sx in for service and some finishing work done in the detailing department and all I can say is the car looked amazing when I picked it up.
They went over and above what was asked and even though I told them not to bother with the winter grime on the inside of the car, it looked brand new when I picked up the car.

After dealing with multiple dealerships I stopped by Sherwood Kia to find what I was looking for and was not disappointed one bit! I was treated like family by the staff and built mulrmult relationships! They gave me the best price with luxurious service, something you would expect from rolls Royce or something aha, Scott Dyer the salesman was very knowledgeable knew more than necessary to help me through my first purchase! Highly recommend dealing with Scott..... Kiatt in finance was also very helpful and made me very comfortable purchasing!

Our experience at Sherwood Kia was amazing! There was no pressure and the salesman there (Scott) was great to work with - he helped us find the perfect vehicle for us, letting us test drive various models until we found one that suited us. There were no extra charges or surprises after we said yes to the vehicle either - so what we were quoted is what we paid. My wife recently brought our 2018 Kia Sorento into Sherwood Kia for its regular service. My wife was impressed with their level of service and information.

We originally purchased the Sorento at Kia west but it s much more convenient to service it closer to where we live. We were able to transfer our service records over and looking forward to continuing service here.

One suggestion I would like to add is in my vehicles I prefer to put in Mobile one synthetic oil. Any chance Sherwood Kia might add that to their line up of oils?

During the whole process they make you feel really taken care of, and that you're just buying a car from some friends. Great experience with this dealership. We actually did not buy a Kia, but they brought in a vehicle from one of their sister dealerships. It was very convenient (not to travel 40min to see the suv we were interested in) and we ended up purchasing through Cassidy. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in setting up the features of our new vehicle. Thanks for the new ride, we love it.
