Had to give a star in order to make a comment. The sales staff and finance staff treat you well and say anything to get a sale. Changes once you sign the paperwork. Great cars not so great at following through what they say. My emails to floor managers were ignored and even emailed Tom and was also ignored by him. I was so overwhelmed trying to get sherwood Kia to act on a promise I did not realized I got ripped off on my trade in
The finance department had to lie to bank about the trade in value they gave me so that it would be a smooth transaction. They raised the value of the new car so they could raise the value of the trade in, to make it looked like I really got what it was worth. Must have been a great deal, one of the employees bought it the next day
I would not use this KIA Dealer, but if you have to, make sure that if they promise anything get it in writing Don't get overwhelmed with their willingness to help and not focus on the matters at hand. They can't be trusted. The staff at Sherwood KIA give sales people a bad name.
To make things clear:
1. Extended warranty can't be carried over or handed over. Ask lots of questions about all warranties
2. Floor managers and finance section lies to get a sale
3. Finance department will raise price of car to give better trade in value
4. Once contract signed for purchase of car the customer service drops
5. KIA head office does not care about complaints. They refer you to owner and if he won't help your out of luck
6. I got a great call from North KIA THEY SEEM to care about good customer service
7. Look at all bad comments before looking at good or you could be one stuck with poor service with a bad complaint. Too late then.

Tom called me to discuss this bad review. I appreciate the call Tom. Just wished it was when I asked you for help when I originally purchased my Kia You claim in some of your comments on here, that you care about customer service. I did not see any concern for customer service above the sales rep when it came to me.
Note. I called the head office for help. They were less helpful then sherwood Kia
Tom what behavior are you talking about from your finance office. I got it from your floor managers as well. They were suppose to investigate and get back to me. Zero reply at that time as well.
I will say something about your floor managers. They put my sales person on the spot by belittling him in my opinion. Great managing skills

Tom you are correct in the location I purchased my extended warranty. That should not matter, It was your sales team that told me I would get a full rebate. My issue is with your dealership and the lack of professionalism it uses to get a sale. Not with the dealer that sold it to me.
