Tanya was sympathetic to how irritated I was with my frozen (van) sliding doors and provided excellent customer service while showing me how to prevent the problem.

Sherwood Kia went above and beyond. They made us feel valued when they spoke to us. Besides things like filling up the tank with gas and making sure the vehicle was cleaned up for us, they did little unexpected things that we appreciated.

I have never had a customer service experience as good as the one I had at Sherwood Kia. Salesman Colton, Sales Manager Kim, and Jen in Finance were wonderful. I was helped immediately upon entering the building and felt taken care of through the entire process. Colton was extremely knowledgeable about the products, Kim worked hard to get me the best deal she could for my trade-in, and worked in conjunction with Jen in finance (who went to bat for me numerous times) to make my vehicle-buying experience a great one. Everyone was friendly and I feel like they genuinely cared about getting me a good deal that I could work with. I don't hesitate to recommend Sherwood Kia, particularly Colton, Kim, and Jen, to everyone I know (and don't know).

I am waaay up north, so the winter time will be a real test for the Sorento :)
as for the service from Sherwood Kia "GREAT" I have not seen the car yet, other than pictures and of course a lot of youtube videos but again, the service with Sherwood Kia has been "GREAT"

Just purchased a previously owned vehicle as a starter for my son who just got his driver's license. A very professional sales associate met us in the parking lot when we arrived and throughout the process went out of his way to assist us -- not sell to us. When it came to negotiations (our least favourite part of the car buying process, it was relatively painless. Even the time spent in the office with the business associate was "comfortable" with no sales pressure. The pickup of the vehicle went off without a hitch several days later and we drove away feeling like we want to come back to this dealership. Thanks to Bruce (sales) and Jennifer (business) and even the sales manager for an overall positive experience.

I bought a 2010 Kia Forte Koup. I was helped by Trent and he was very quick to find the car i was looking for with a good price and good quality. The finance process was very smooth and accommodating to my expenses.

Took my car in for brake pads replacement. They were quick courtesious and pretty good price.

The staff and manager are very honest and upfront ,no hidden charges and very fun people to be around.

As a first time buyer, we got invited to attend for what we thought would be amazing discounts and a free trip for two to Vegas (no purchase necessary).
Well not only did we not receive a trip to Vegas... and when asked about it they brushed it off as some sort of draw or "limited quantity" which the invited said nothing of.
After sitting for 2 hours listening to them belittle us as if we knew nothing and using the word "hostage" for our deposit which we never put, they tried to make us sign papers without knowing any finance or credit approval. Even though, Rebecca knew ahead of time, that I was just coming in for information, but instantly once we sat down, there were pushing papers on us.
This is strike two out of three, spouse has had other problems with them (like selling a brand new car, broken)
I tried to be polite, and text Rebecca like she requested me to do, to no surprise I have not even received a "hi" back. To be frank, Rebecca was a good sales person... its the managers here that are the problem.
The only reason why this dealership has 5 stars is because the managers make sure you give 5 stars with your purchase and they "throw" something in for you.

Great customer service. Keep there words not like other dealers. Specially Paul a awesome guy who always look back towards his customers and ask bout the cars sold if they are going good.

I came into kia looking to trade in my vehicle for a sportage, I was greeted within moments and didn't feel as if I was forced into anything, they made sure I was comfortable and happy with everything they were doing, I would definitely refer them to friends and family and would return in the future

Don't let the 4* deter you from going to see this dealership.
I want to start with that because sometime's people will be deterred when they don't see anything but 5* reviews.
Several weeks ago I started to look into various Mini Vans everything from Chrysler, Dodge, Kia, Honda, Ford (looked into Flex) you name it I was looking into it.
So you can say that I have had the total package experience, I met over 5 sales people & tried multiple vehicles before deciding on the KIA SEDONA LX+.

First off lets talk about the vehicle;
1. For the price you can't beat it. Other than the Dodge Caravan which had more features but basically felt like they crammed everything they could into a vehicle which should have been double the size but instead was the size that it was & therefore felt so tight and overloaded that it felt encumbered & drove like it too.

2. The drive itself, WOW quiet, responsive & Comfortable (super comfortable, I mean you can fall asleep in the drivers seat comfortable).

3. Quality; based on multiple independent reviews this vehicle was rated as one of the highest out there when it came to mini vans. Time will definitely tell for sure, but as far as I can tell I am not worried at all.

Now let's talk about service & client experience (this is where this dealership will lose 1 *).

I had the pleasure of working with a brand new sales guy who I believe was also new to the industry; Dominick was his name (sorry don't have his last name). He was super friendly, professional & polite.

However their are some areas improvement might be needed;

1. Product Knowledge, admittedly I know he is new, but what sometimes bothered me was that he didn't know the answer to a question & when I asked him about something he would reply on 3 separate occasions, "I Think So?". This personally is one of my biggest pet peeves. As someone who had worked for over 15 years in the sales industry and even on multiple occasions taught others how to sell, this was always one of my biggest peeves. If you don't know than tell me so, & look into it, VS leading me on thinking that something may have what I am asking (only to find out otherwise). And granted in 2/3 cases he did find out the answer after I asked him specifically "OK so it sounds out like you don't know, can you please find out", which he did very efficiently. And as for the 3rd time I found out the answer myself (regarding spare tire, nothing serious).
Further to this when I went & test drove the vehicle that night I sat & read the entire manual Cover to Cover (I know i'm a nerd but personally I wanted to know how it operated and understand everything about it took me maybe 45 mins. And when I spoke with the sales rep about several things regarding the technical details about this vehicle I felt like I knew more about it then he did. Again I know that he is new, so this is what I chalked it up to. And I want to stress that I personally think with some seasoning and experience he will be one of the more knowledgeable staff out there.

2. I found that Dominick lacked a sense of enthusiasm, this was something that I noticed throughout the entire experience with him. Personally I believe if someone is purchasing a 25, or 30 or even 40 K vehicle have a little enthusiasm towards it. This I personally believe inspires the buyer that they are making the right choice purchasing that vehicle vs going somewhere else & making a purchase elsewhere.

3. I bought the vehicle on Thursday & was told by both the finance person; Kiatt (who was very helpful and was very awesome), and also by the sales person (mentioned above), that I would receive a call on Friday from someone in the service dept. about setting up protection detailing for the vehicle, and unfortunately I still haven't.

Customer service are very professional. Service is quick.

Good experience at Sherwood Kia regarding my recent service. Check in was quick and the shuttle left and picked me up on right on time. My vehicle issue was addressed and resolved in one visit.

I bought my first NEW car from here. I love it. Every time I bring my car in the service people are always friendly. They make sure I know what is going to be done to my car and give a fairly accurate estimate of time and money. The sales people are really helpful even though I'm not buying they will still answer my questions on the newer models in the show room. There is a very friendly atmosphere you feel welcomed and not rushed. I will be buying all of my future cars from Sherwood Park Kia.

I recently bought a new car at this location. From start to finish i was taken care of. The Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I dealt with Scott who was amazing to deal with. He made sure to have all thing ready for me.He thoroughly went through all information with me and didn't leave anything out. Leland & Kim were also extremely helpful, both made a point to talk to me and congratulate me on my new car. Finally Alex in the finance department was also great to deal with. I recently purchased a 2016 Forte and have to say that it was an amazing experience. I made an Internet inquiry and I received a call back in less then half an hour from Leland the sales manager. When I arrived, Brenton was outside waiting my arrival. He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Both Brenton and Leland were awesome, funny, and great with my kids. When it came to financing, they worked long and hard and got me a AMAZING deal. They went to bat for me and I'm very thankful for that. I'm totally recommending Sherwood Kia for amazing service. Definitely I had a great deal at Sherwood Kia. All they are kind, professional and absolutely gave me a useful advice for me to buy a car with much cheaper price. Probably it is one of my wonderful experiences! I'd like to appreciate them again.

I can't say enough how grateful I am for the time Al and Kim put into helping me find the right vehicle! They not only let me test drive several vehicles, they also allowed me to take two home overnight to get a better feel of the handling and how it drives. This allowed me to really let go and feel comfortable driving the cars and helped me make my final decision. I also want to thank Alex who was so quick with setting up my financing and was able to get me a great payment plan!

The only thing I think they should try to improve is ensuring their staff are taking care of themselves and going home at reasonable times by only taking on as much as they can handle in one day. It is also important for them to give customers realistic timelines, this will help prevent staff burnout and increase customer satisfaction.

Other than that, they are all about the customer and are kind, open and only want to find the right vehicle for you.

Every time I get my oil changed or other services, everyone who helps is gracious and knowledgeable.

We had an excellent experience and can't stress how well we were treated by Bruno, Kim and the entire team. They went above and beyond for us. Bruno made sure that every detail no matter how small was taken care of. The entire team was professional and respectful of all of our needs.

The sales rep Dayna and Meghan in finance really went above and beyond, spending a lot of extra time with me answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the deal -- even though it meant them having to stay late. Dayna also took care of a couple extra issues related to me living in Calgary and buying a vehicle in Sherwood Park. He did everything he could to ensure I was happy with my purchase, and continued to do so after I "left the lot". Highly recommended if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

5 stars to the young fellow Zak , he made all the efforts that he could but Single star to the sales manager Kim. If both the sides don't agree on the numbers please avoid using the word "Dishonest " that's extremely rude and doesn't set a good example for the junior sales folks who are in the process of learning. Please avoid making illogical claims to make sales as it shows frustration and doesn't portray the positive image of a business environment.
There is no such thing like good place or bad place to shop, it's the people who make the difference.
It's just my observation and it's up to you to take it to make the things better otherwise, Customers are visiting the business and merchandise is being sold anyways.

My Pacifica was on its last legs after putting a lot of time effort and money to fix it myself. Then I paid someone to fix it and it wasn't fixed.
So I saw an Ad on FB I had to really think about do I really want payments especially during the uncertainty of Covid pandemic.
I have not great credit history so I took a chance knowing my interest would be very high . Let me tell you! JADE in finance is a miracle worker I had decided a specific interest rate not only did she beat my expectations she exceeded them. While going through my deal she kicked me out of the office and with the same bank got another couple points off the interest . A Bank!!! Not the carfincos and Rifcos . 1 interest point lower is equal to 500 bucks in interest payments over the time of the loan. JADE was amazing and worked hard to get me financed.
Al my salesman was just as amazing i told him my issue I needed something I could afford and I needed a roof rack for my Kayak .
Alex the manager agreed to have a factory roof rack installed with my purchase . I didn't get the factory roof rack they installed a Thule roof rack better suited for my needs . This brings us back to JADE
My Pacifica died on the highway I had it towed to the dealership . I picked my car up the next day .
I couldn't be more happier with my experience dealing with these 3 individuals to get me into my new to me 2017 Hyundai Tucson with installed Thule Racks.
Now its up to me to make sure I keep up with my payments so I can deal with them again.

I needed to replace a low bean bulb, but the pictures in the owners manual instructions, and the engine compartment in my vehicle don t match. I recently went to Sherwood KIA to see if a service person could show me which bolts needed to be removed to access the light fixture. He explained what to do in detail so there was no misunderstanding, but then proceeded to change the bulb himself. Wonderful job KIA. You have a very considerate, and always helpful team.

I live in Calgary but I bought my new car from Sherwood Kia basically over the phone! It was the easiest most seamless car buying experience I think i've ever had!
They even offered to deliver the car to me in Calgary but I decided to go and meet the team in person!
Amin Rajpar was my sales consultant and I don't think I could of had a better one! He was super knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything about my new car before I drove it back to Calgary.

All-round amazing experience dealing with the folks at Sherwood Kia, particularly Scott Dyer. We sat on the fence for up to three months from the date we approached Scott online for a possible buy of a Seranto, and from then until we actually bought it, he provided us with non-stop information and answers to all questions. I've got a few car purchases under my belt, and this was the most seamless and pleasant one for me. On top of that, I'm enjoying my Seranto 2019 LX Premium even more than the online reviews indicated! Highly recommended!

Purchased a used 2018 Sedona in November. 4 months later the engine needed to be replaced. Not good. Service Manager Ivan assured me that I would be looked after. Kia Canada refused to honour their warranty because they claimed the vehicle had not been maintained properly. Again, not good. But GM Tom and Ivan stepped up and replaced it with a used engine at their expense. As promised they looked after me every step of the way, from making sure I always had a vehicle while mine was in the shop, to following up after the work was done. Top notch service. I wouldn t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

When my husband and I went to Sherwood Kia, our plan was just to check the car that I saw and like online as I was thinking to get one for myself one day. But we were greeted by the friendly Bruce that I felt comfortable and I decided right then to buy the car I like. I bought my 2017 Sportage SX here. I got a great deal, from a knowledgeable, no pressure sales team, and followed by great after sale service and parts. I'll look to them for all my Kia needs. I had my 2014 Sorento serviced there a few days ago, and very pleased,again, with the top notch service from everybody in the service dept.

I recently moved to Edmonton, Alberta from Nova Scotia. Went looking for a car and Steven was there and listen to what I needed and want. I am now driving a Spectra and it is awesome. I want to thank Steven and the Kia Crew. You made me feel welcomed and there was no pressure or any sales pitch to convince me to buy one car over another. My Soul has been serviced by this dealership since I bought it in 2010 and, as usual, my latest service has been very good. The staff have always been knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. In this last situation, Valerie, the adviser who looked after booking my appointment and dealing with me on my arrival was no exception. Baring unforeseen circumstances, I'll be back in the spring to swap tires again.

Bought my first Kia Telluride from Sherwood Kia and I'm very satisfied with the experience of purchasing the vehicle. All the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. so i was kicking around the idea of buying a new car or suv, I had seen a picture pop up of the kia stinger and decided to go have a look at it. I went to sherwood kia which i haver never been before at first i went to the wrong building and a gentleman helped me out in getting me in touch with Amin one of the salesmen to answer any questions i might have had. After talking about various cars and suvs and looking at a few. I never felt any pressure or over salesmanship. Amin was knowledgable and very helpful to make my decision feel like the right one for me. The second part of buying was talking to savanna in the finances department. Bought a used vehicle from Sherwood Kia. Was a total lemon from the moment I brought it home. Had an oil leak. Brought it in 3 times to get it fixed and the last time I took it in I had a discussion with the manager who promptly had it looked at himself. Basically the transmission was shot and I had to get my money back. The service department has issues with communication as well. Not a terrible place and everyone is friendly and fairly accomodating but also can be pretty incompetent.

Very good service from Mike our salesman, he was informative and helpful as well as all the other departments, friendly and helpful staff.

I recently traded in my 2015 Kia Soul on a 2019 Kia Soul and upgraded the model.

I worked with Dawn M., Sales, Alex S., Sales Manager, and Juliana P., Finance. All 3 were excellent to work with.

Rather than dragging me kicking and screaming into the typical car dealership sales games they made the effort to understand my needs and objectives. They offered sound advice and never pushed or rushed to get to the sale.

This resulted in a much quicker and pleasant experience.

Wow what can I say? Absolutely refreshing experience in all things car sales.
Immediately warmly greeted by Cassidee and then Kim. Right away I felt like I was being listened to and not forced into anything I didn't need or want. After a great test drive with Cassidee showing her thorough knowledge on the Soul. we went through different trims and pricing in different payment scenarios to eventually land on what works for me (yes they actually want to work for the customer). I was able to get myself into the 2020 Soul EX Limited, a step up in trim from what I planned on, but within the same budget I had in my mind, just brilliant!
Add in Alex in finance who again wasn't forcing me into extras, but did explain them so clearly to me that I decided to add a couple on for my own peace of mind. It wasn't all business, we actually had some great conversations not related to cars or financing.
They had the right car, right colour ready for me by end of day, it was amazing.
I can't thank Sherwood Kia enough for a great experience and fantastic vehicle. As I told them onsite, it felt like I was purchasing from a family dealership where they work as a team to put a smile on the clients face! I'm glad these places still exist.
