I had a fantastic experience when I brought my Kia in for service. I met Chris and he was professional, extremely friendly and competent. There were no hassles whatsoever. He also called me when my vehicle was ready. He was really amazing and Kia is very fortunate to have him.

Exactly 2 months after I purchased my 2019 Sedona in this dealership , which I was happy about purchasing it coz it was my first choice and more. What I like about the van is about the reliability and convenience it brings to my family. Of course there are pros and cons when you get thru a dealership, mine was 80/20. Let's start with cons, I didnt have any perks of getting a new car.i mean I was expecting they'll give me some gas card or free mats or anything or 5 yrs of free service not including warranty of course I pay for that.lol
Pros: talk to Amin Gaspar the sales agent, Jen from financing. These people are amazing. They're close 1inch to excellent I meant the people I mentioned. Oh I think their manager named Kim if I'm right he was good too explaining what's better if I trade my other car or not.Give it a try and get the vehicle you want here You might have the best deals this year.

They kept offering me a finance deal when I said 10 times I want to pay cash for a car

Possibly one of the best and fair dealership.I haven't bought a car from them but the General Manger Tom and Scott from Sales helped me to get rid of a car related problem. I will specifically advise that you try to deal with these 2 persons for all your car need .

I have been on the hunt for a mini van for a few months. Been to multiple dealerships throughout Edmonton. Sherwood Kia was the first dealership that actually cared about me. They listened to what I wanted and needed, I walked away with an amazing deal on a mini van and they also didn't low ball me on my trade in as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will sure be going back to them in the future.

If you go check them out make sure to talk to Mike, he is a straight shooter and didn't try to up sale me at all. If it wasn't for him I would be for sure still looking for a mini van. Also, the sale manager was great to work with, he actually worked with me instead of trying to strong arm me into a deal like the other dealerships. Alex in financing made the process super easy and fast. Everyone got in contact with us about a week after to see if everything was good and to let us know we can contact them at anytime if any issues arise; again I really nice touch compared to other dealerships with have dealt with in the past.

Again I high recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I even believe were were Amrit's very first sale :) There was another gentleman that helped put on the license plate who was so friendly (so sorry, I didn't get his name).. and said that if Alex ever needed anything, all he had to do was cal,...This was our son's very first car purchase and everyone was amazing and the best part was no one was pushy, which is a welcome relief after visiting other dealerships.. they offered their knowledge and answered any and all of our questions without hesitation. I have had very few good experiences with Sherwood Kia in the last 3.5 yrs since buying my car. They have horrible service! I brought my 3 yr old car in for two tires Oct '12 and was quoted $80/tire. My appointment was the last of the day when I had them change the tires, and they called me to tell me the car was ready for pick up, but that they ordered the wrong tires in. So they sold me $150 tires. I wasn't notified of this prior to them being installed, and since my appoitment was last of the day on a Sat, and I needed my car, I had to take the tires. As an "apology", they only charged me half of the tire installation fee, which was $100 (instead of $200). However, as I was leaving, I saw a sign advertising a special that listed half price installation fee on new tires, so I got the same deal as everyone else. Two tires cost over $500. Then in March, I replaced a diff tire at Fountain Tire, and they removed one of the Kia tires due to a bulge and said it was unsafe to drive on. Since the tires were only 5mths old I brought the tire back to Kia to be replaced and was told that that's not possible as they don't come with warranty and I didn't purchase any.
For $150, the tire should be replaced. The bulge is not my fault, and Kia doesn't care.

This is not the only example I have. Kia has horrible service and techs that don't care at all about your car. I will never buy another car from them, and am simply waiting until my car is done being paid off so I never again have to deal with them for anything.

This dealership knows how to find and complete a great car buying experience . Enjoyed the people particularly Sam , Kim and Bruno. Was never left alone for a minute . Starbucks and a full instruction on our purchase on delivery ate up 3 hours of valuable time was never rushed or pressured . Transit sticker on the window car in my driveway ,clean inside and out awesome. Also made me laugh at least twice not an easy job lol Went to several dealerships for this journey this was the blue ribbon for us .

Just bought a 2020 Kia Sorrento. We had a 2013 Sorrento and really liked it so definitely wanted to give Kia another shot, even though its sometimes nice to try something new. We were at a coin-toss with another vehicle and honestly, the sales team (Cassidee) won us over. She was great to work with! Completely no-pressure, and really knew her stuff. My wife gave me a hard time for asking so much and "putting her on the spot", but she was great!

I put a ad on kijiji wanting to trade my truck 2001 f350 for a 1995-2000 Gmc or chev 3500 within a few minutes I get a response from Sherwood Kia salesperson (Olivia) I'm am only looking this vehicle that's why it's state's in the AD 1995-2000 GM after back and forth a few times with kijiji messenger and myself saying each time I'm ONLY interested in the one vehicle and then tells me they only have 2013 and newer vehicles on the lot (not even close to what I want ) then I told him to "PLEASE READ MY AD" with a response of "you should be open to different options " at that comment I blocked the kijiji messenger and wrote this review
Maybe this salesperson should find a different career because you suck in sales

Yesterday during the fun process of buying a new car with my wife (of two months) had the opportunity to deal with Scott Dyer in pre owned and new sales. So sparing the details about the fun process of buying a new reliable vehicle before the Alberta winter and having my wife s Ford pushing 310,000 ish kms it was time to go look. I cold called the Sherwood park Kia dealership ( cold call is a salesperson term) Got Scott he was great to deal with been shopping around thought I found the deal with him then un-fortunately realized that it was a Manual and my wife wasn t comfortable with that he went over and above to help my wife and I find something that really fit what she was looking for and didn t over sell something we weren t looking for, actually listening to us and asked us what is your safety worth looking at starting a family the Kia warranty and safety rating etc etc was really happy dealing with Scott and recommend you ask for him by name.

Stopped in to try and book an appointment. Able to fit me in that afternoon. Car in and out as scheduled, no surprises with my bill. Just wish the weather cooperated so I could have had the carwash done and made my appointment perfect.

Just purchased my first vehicle as a single mom and Kim Gebran was the most awesome person I could have honestly delt with. Such an awesome personality and I could tell she was a genuine person. She took very good care of me and I appreciate her so much! Thanks Kim!!

Amin was a great help in getting us what we wanted within the budget limits if what we were comfortable with.

We had gone into Sherwood Kia looking at the Seltos and wondering about the trade in of a 2018 Optima. From walking through the doors to the final pickup of the 2021 Seltos that we purchased, it was hassle free, no pressure and relaxed. From sales to finance, my wife and I had the easiest of car shopping experiences. Other dealerships could take lessons on how to treat customers and stresslessly close a sale from the team here.

I would like to take this time recognize some employees at Sherwood Kia and share my experience with staff at Sherwood Kia!

First, I would like to commend Bruno Valani ( car salesman ) at Sherwood Kia for his great service and low pressure and relaxed experience while test driving a few different makes and models before making my decision on my now new car ( Honda Civic )! He was professional and informative!

Secondly, I want to commend Dayna Gerling ( finance ) in helping me to locate my my vehicle by providing me with options that was within my budget but also made me satisfied! He was easy going and provided me with an overall relaxing experience throughout the car buying process! He was hospitable and professional throughout!

Lastly, Savanna Legacy (finance Manager), was amazing from the moment I entered the doors at Sherwood Kia! She made me feel right at home throughout the car buying experience. She set me up with Bruno to begin the process of selecting a car that I love, fought for the best financing that I could get, made me feel relaxed, and gave me best experience I have ever had at a car dealer! I would recommend her to anyone! She was amazing!

Buying a car has always been scary and dreadful to me because of previous experience from car salesman. However, that feeling and experience changed when I got my new Kia Sportage on March 23, from Sherwood Park Kia. Ken, the salesman, Kim, one of the manager and the finance team, Kia or Kit,Maeghan and Anastasia were all AWESOME!!!They did their job well, they made me feel valued and heard. I could honestly say that they care, they listen and they value what's important to customers. The team worked above and beyond !!!!The experience , the service, sales, finance, manager are EXCELLENT !!! KIM, YOUR TEAM ARE THE BEST..Definitely worth recommending!!!!

Just bought a 2012 Kia Optima with Darian Kostick and Dayna Gerling. It was easy and quick. Waked in and a few hours later walked out with a mint Optima with all the creature comforts, including heated seats and Bluetooth. Definitely recommend giving these guys a try. This was my first time at Sherwood Kia as I had moved to Sherwood Park and wanted to find a service center closer to home. Was very impressed by the help from my initial phone call with Brandy and then in person and Megan has been very helpful in helping me meet my needs with my car servicing. I feel like I am in good hands and the work done so far has been satisfactory.

Kim Gebran was so fantastic in helping me buy my new Kia Optima , not sure what I like more , her or the new car ! It was my 5th dealership I had been to and was giving up hope. Every other sales person and sales manager (at the other dealerships) was extremely pushy and didn't listen to what I needed at all, I was very firm on my budget and didn't even want to look at cars outside of my budget and of course that didn't happen . When I gave Kim my budget she stuck within it . Beyond that she was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and even funny. The sales managers were kind and said hello but weren't pushy either . I felt comfortable there. Noella in the finance department was also very helpful and kind. Id absolutely recommend the dealership to anyone . Oh and I friken LOVE my new car ! Everything about it !! Drives so smooth and all the features makes it feel like a luxury car for a great price :) smile every time I walk up to it and drive it .

Our salesperson was very pleasant and easy going- not pushy. We came to test drive one specific vehicle and find out if this dealership had more that fit our needs. Our salesperson actually looked up similar cars and arranged to have them brought over from other partner dealerships so we could test drive them too. She did a great job of listening to what we were looking for and what was important to us. All other staff we spoke to were friendly and the lot and used sales office were tidy and organized. Bought my new (to me) car here today!

After a long search and many dealership visits, I was extremely pleased with my decision to purchase a car from Sherwood Kia. After making an inquiry online, I received a prompt response form one of their local sales associates who scheduled a test drive for me on short notice. Upon arriving at the dealership it was evident that the culture of this dealership is different than most with a very friendly atmosphere and down to earth staff. Kim, the sales manager was extremely pleasant to work with prioritizing my needs and interests as I assessed my options for purchasing. The sales associate Al was patient and informative in providing all of the information I needed to make an informed decision about my first car purchase! After making my decision to move forward I had nothing but pleasant encounters with the rest of the team at Sherwood Kia. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a break from the usual pressures of car shopping, these people make sure you feel comfortable and happy with your choice at the end of the day! (they also have a great coffee + hot chocolate machine)

Great experience from this dealership. Whenever I go to a dealership, the salesmen never answers my questions (they usually answer my husband) nor take me seriously; however, I did not feel this way at Sherwood Kia. Drayden was great to work with; no pressure tactics, answered all of my questions, and really addressed any concerns or interests that my husband and I had. Drayden was very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. If you go to Sherwood Kia and are looking for a vehicle, ask for Drayden.

I understand how competitive car sales can be, But I find it utterly annoying that I get Emails from Employees of Kia Asking if I need a car when I posted my car for sale on Kijiji. I Have Never Contacted Kia and Don't intent to Contact Kia in any way shape of form.

Arrived on time for my service and they took my car immediately. Was told it wouldn t be ready probably 4:30 pm, but was happy to have done by 3:40 pm. I was very impressed they cleaned the inside of my car! Easy to set up appointment and take great care of their customers.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I would never buy a vehicle from any where else. I've never in my life took the time in my busy day to sit down and write a review about a company but these guys truly deserved it. I took my time buying a vehicle and the 3 days it took me to make my decision I felt absolutely no pressure to buy something I wasint sure about. I felt very comfortable going back to the dealership day by day . These guys were not like most dealerships that only care about there bottom line they really did take all the time with me I needed to make sure I got into a vehicle I enjoyed as it was a big purchase for me. The used car manager Gary hill runs a great team in the pre owned department. He was also a pleasure to deal with both gary and sam called me days after my purchase to make sure I was happy with everything. That's when I knew I made the right choice buying from sherwood kia as they not only sold me a vehicle but also changed my whole mind set of how the shopping experience should be . It shouldn't be a stressful and scary time but a happy exciting time of a persons life. And thats what I felt shopping with them . I was dropping off my wife's car for service I have never been here before because I drive a ford but after my experience here I must say that I am impressed great job !!! The other guy's sure could learn a lot from you and your first class Service department I was very Impressed I wish that ford treated me like this .. maybe it's time to Trade up to a Kia... I picked up my 2021 Kia Seltos from Nick yesterday and I absolutely love it! The experience there was awesome, the sales manager Kit followed up after my initial test drive and Nick notified me when the model and color I wanted came in. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, Nick was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and was great to work with. I got my approval within 2 days and Jennifer in finance kept me in the loop throughout the process. I was able to sign and pick my vehicle up quickly and was provided with all the info I needed on my new vehicle! Service promptly called me the next day to book me in for my undercoating and rust protection and was super friendly and congratulated me on my purchase. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Kia!

Recently had the absolute pleasure of meeting Amin at Kia in Sherwood Park. He had a genuine interest to ensure we were pleased and answered any and all questions we had. He didn't put any pressure on us to make or take the sale...which was a nice change from other experiences we've had.
He learned our daughters name, and called her by name when we came in to pick up the car.

My vehicle was purchased virtually over the phone. Given this difficult task, Sherwood Kia did pretty well. The only thing I would say was that the finance department was quite slow and didn't explain things as well as I would have liked. Overall a good experience with very friendly staff who are eager to make customers happy.

The staff and customer service is second to none. I picked out the vehicle I wanted online as i live over an hour away from dealership. I chose the 2019 Niro as i wanted the hybrid. Jade was fantastic to deal with and I had the vehicle in 2 days. Only had to sign the papers when I got there. This was fantastic for me. This is the 4th car that my wife and I have purchased from this dealership and more than likely not the last one. As a family we have purchased 6 in total with our daughter buying 2 and thinking of #3 shortly. I recommend this place to alot of people and will continue to do so.

Bought a 2019 Sorento to replace our 2015 one, mainly to try and preserve the value of the 2015 which was almost 5 years old. Amin placed us in one with all the features we wanted and we are very happy with the car and with the sales experience as we received fair value for our trade in. Our almost 5 years in dealing with Kia Sherwood Park have been very happy. The staff are always pleasant and make you feel comfortable whenever we have been there. Just purchased winter tires and had them mounted and balanced at Sherwood Park Kia. Tanya handled everything for me from ordering the correct tires to booking the appointment for me to have them installed. Everyone was very professional and friendly in all of my dealings with them. Great place.

They welcomed me there and showed that they cared about the issues i was having with my vehicle and were committed to making sure the vehicle was safe to drive. They listened to my concerns and spent time working on the vehcle. I used Sherwood Kia for servicing with my older Kia Sorento and they were always very good to me. A week ago I purchased a 2016 Sorento. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. That alone should tell you everything! My last vehicle a 2007 Sportage lasted me 8 years, 223,000 km and still no major problems. In fact it still runs very well and we will be keeping it as an alternative vehicle.
My husband and I were shopping around. This was the second place we went. I had checked out the Chev products first. We intended to continue shopping around but we were treated so good and given such a good deal at Sherwood Kia we made our purchase right then and there. Gordon (our salesman) and Leland (sales manager) were exceptional. They both explained everything in detail and looked hard at the best fit for us. The gentlemen in finance made it very easy for us as well. they looked into a credit that Kia offers for modification for our handicapped daughter. I am extremely happy with my beautiful new fully loaded Sorento and will be purchasing my next Kia from the very same dealership. Kudos to all at Sherwood Kia!

Bought a 2019 Sorento SXL.. great people to deal with.. Dealt with Scott, Kiatt and Alex .. All of them were very professional and handled everything with patience. Very transparent dealing - don't hide behind the closed doors as most other deals do.. will definitely come back/send others which is why we decided to go with Sherwood Kia.. I have been a loyal customer of Sherwood Kia since 2011, they always go above and beyond for myself and my family when needed. Recently, I had an accident which totaled my 2017 Sportage, within 3 days I drove home my new Kia. Amazing as always. Amin & Kiatt, surpassed all my expectations and made me feel as Kia usually does, part of the family.

I have a 2007 Kia Sorento that I brought to the Sherwood Park Kia in January 2020.
I asked the Service rep to check the wheel bearings and brakes. Ryan sent picture of the items to show the wear on my Sorento. Ryan also showed me photos of other items that need attention. As my Sorento is 13 years old I decided to go for safety, new wheel bearings and brakes. Ryan & the service team took great care of my Sorento and I feel safe driving with my 13 year old Sorento.
