When i was going to buy my vehicle they were very helpful, i then purchased the used vehicle and upon picking up my vehicle, no one showed me anything for features in my vehicle..
I have had to take it back about 5 times now for the blue tooth and they never find a problem, instead of just replacing the radio and blue tooth so it doesn't do it anymore, I have to keep getting annoyed and going back to them.
I like my Kia, but I really need it fixed properly
I would also just like to say that my Salesman,Mike Caddarro, was very helpful and still is very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go and see him to buy a vehicle.

Oh, the lady was very charming, courteous and all, but it took over 40 minutes before we could see her at Finance and there was no one in front of us! We were very pleased with the way we were greeted the minute we walked into the dealership by Sam who asked if there was anything he could help us with. He showed us several vehicle options and once we made up our mind on the Kia Forte 5 he walked us thru the features and all the technology before we drove it away which can be very overwhelming. He also took the time to give us a follow up call the following day to see if we had any questions and how we were enjoying the vehicle so far. He also said if we ever have any questions to not hesitate to contact him and he will help us. Very impressed overall and would highly recommend anyone to check them out when looking for a vehicle.

I want to thank the KIA Sherwood team for all their efforts to ensure an exceptional experience for our 2015 Soul EX purchase.
Our Kia is a manual transmission which did not come with Air Conditioning because it was a base model. We needed the A/C and we really wanted this vehicle. Kim who is the manager was relentless to ensure our new vehicle would have A/C. Against almost impossible odds, she found after market A/C and had it installed in our vehicle as perfectly as if it came off the line with it.
Kim was told by her many associates that it can t be done However She FOUND THE UNICORN !!!
We are so happy with our purchase. This was a great process from start to finish. BIG thank you to Kim and the Kia Team, Bruno, Al, Jennifer and Phil.

I just went in for my normal schedule oil change and tire rotation, etc, etc. However, Kia Sherwwod Park always makes you feel like a highly valued customer - the staff are always friendly and helpful, to a fault. I always feel so comfortable at this place. Before I knew it, my vehicle was done and I was on my way. Fast, friendly, cheerful.....what more could you ask for in the place you bought your beauty/baby. Keep up the great work.

I cannot express how disappointed i am with my continuing dealings with this company. I had to buy this vehicle in a short time frame and really enjoyed driving a rental Soul in Florida. With the lowered environmental impact compared to my previous domestic, I thought I would give it a go. Now several months on, with the glow of having just hot a new car having worn off, I can look at this objectively. There sales practices were intentionally misleading. By focusing on monthly payment prices and not showing the total until after financing goes through the price was much more than I wished to spend. When asked to revisit it i was informed that it would quite certainly affect my credit rating negatively. (PS upon further investigation after the fact it doesnt). Do not expect anything that is told to you to be accurate. Unless it is specifically stated in one of the documents presented to you, expect that it is just a sales ploy. Just because you bought the car or any other item there doesnt mean that it is supported. My "Winter Package" was not from Kia but the dealership and now that there are integration issues with the tires, they want to charge more money to go back to the factory tires from the aftermarket winter tires I was sold. Do not expect any of the addons to be supported anywhere other than this dealership. Any oil change package, any extended warranty, anything at all. Kia will not be there to support you unless it is their product. If you have a challenge down the road, you are on your own to deal with the dealership or a third party vendor. Be sure that you receive all the documentation. I had to return multiple times to get bits and pieces of documentation to support what I was told I bought. Make sure you also get a copy of the hand written pages the sales people make when they explain the sale. Those things that are hand written on white paper may not appear anywhere in the documentation. Ultimately, do not trust that they have your best interests at heart. You are there to get a vehicle not to make friends. They are there to maximize profit margin and make a sale. That is it. I love my car. The 2020 Kia Soul GT Line is a great car and I would have another. I however, am stuck with this dealership for the next 7 years unless I want to spend a bunch more money. Make sure you understand you are not only buying the car, you are buying the dealership.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, and have never actually enjoyed the process of car shopping BUT Sherwood Kia was absolutely phenomenal to work with. They did a tremendous job from beginning to end with test driving the car, applying for financing and having the car ready for me.
I was also thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of every single staff member I was in contact with, their knowledge of the vehicles and services offered at Sherwood Kia, as well as how everyone involved was genuinely concerned with making that every choice I made was exactly what I wanted and what was best for me.

I purchased a 2015 Sportage last July, and my purchase experience was "okay". I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, so it was an easy sale for them. The delivery of the vehicle was sub-par, I felt like there was things/features they didn't show me. However, based on my sale experience I would have returned. It is their service department that has left me most disappointed, and I wish I had known prior to making a commitment to having to have them service my investment.

I noticed a transmission issue (not shifting at high RPM's), and made an appointment for my next service and a diagnostic ASAP. When I booked the appointment, the sales manager recommended I allow an hour to an hour and a half for my oil change and the diagnostics. I requested a morning appointment (10:00 am), so that they would have ample time to diagnose the transmission problem during the course of the day. We live in Fort Saskatchewan and I have a six month old baby, so rather than waiting at the dealership my husband took the car to work with him and dropped it off prior to the appointment and took the shuttle back to work. By noon, I still hadn t heard anything so I called the service department for an update. I was told that my car hadn t even gone in, two hours after it s scheduled appointment time. I asked why, when my appointment was for two hours prior. I was advised that because I was not physically there waiting, my car wasn t made priority and was pushed. At 2:30 pm, I still had no update so I called again. This time, I was told that it was a throttle sensor that needed to be replaced. An easy fix, once they confirm that they have the part in stock. I let the adviser know that my husband gets off work at 4:00 pm and that I needed to make arrangements for him to pick the vehicle up. I got a call from the advisor at 3:30 pm, saying they needed more time to work on my car because they now couldn t determine the problem. I told the advisor that I was very frustrated that they pushed my appointment and now needed more time. I had to either leave the car overnight (and make arrangements to get my husband home from work), or pick it up and drive it unsafely home and bring it back at a later date. I asked if they had a loaner car that we could use for the night, given the situation. I was turned down by the service adviser as well as the service manager, because they don t have loaner vehicles and the shuttle won t run to Fort Saskatchewan. To make a long (and never ending) story short, they estimated that to fix my car they would need 5-7 days to diagnose, submit repair plan to Kia Canada, order parts and fix it. All with no loaner vehicle (not-negotiable, unless it turns out that the parts are located outside of Canada), a six month old baby and living outside of Sherwood Park. After two days, I called Kia Canada myself and explained the situation and asked if we could speed the process up OR make arrangements for a loaner vehicle. The lady on the phone was very understanding and made the necessary arrangements for Kia to cover the cost of a rental car for me for the duration of my repair. However, what frustrates me is the fact that a five minute phone call on my end explaining the situation solved the problem of being stuck without a vehicle. The service staff at the dealership very well could have done this on my behalf, but was not willing to go above and beyond to assist. The advisers don t call me with updates, if I want one I have to call myself. As of tomorrow, Kia has had my car for a week with still no idea of what the problem is, how to fix it or when it will be returned to me. I m hoping maybe next time I can try another dealership and have better luck, because at this point I m incredibly disappointed in my decision to buy Kia.

I was looking to downsize my vehicle and trying to lower my payments. After dealing with a lot of other dealerships and even the one I bought my vehicle from, (Derrick Dodge) showed very little interest in helping me, or even wanting to work on a solution.
So, I decided to go to Sherwood Kia in the Park.
I was amazed, I was introduced to a caring , sincere , genuine ,down to earth, sales lady by the name of "Kim Gebran "!
In this day and age it's very rare to find someone who cares so much in finding a great deal for you and is relentless in helping you.

My situation isn,t an easy one to solve and we are still working on it,
But the treatment and consideration to help solve it , is simply outstanding and Kim has been a blessing and a truly good person to deal with.

So look no further, I fully recommend "Kim" , and whether you buy a car here or not, at least meet "Kim" and you will see that she shows its not about making a great deal or sale, but treating a customer with respect and your over all well being! Truly a hidden "diamond" in the world of car sales! !

Update :- So after my review here and then reviewing the problem online regarding the Kia Sedona and finding a possible solution. I decided to try and fix the problem myself ( keep in mind I am not a mechanic nor have any knowledge of vehicle repairs ) I ordered a $100 part online and after searching the schematics of the car roughly figured out where this part goes. Took me about 1 hour to do the task and now my locks are fixed. I can now Lock with my key fob and lock with the internal switch. Sherwood Kia quoted me $1500 +(for this specific item to repair the locks ) for the part then $300 for labour .....granted the labour cost was for the other repairs too so I am not judging labour costs but I will judge the actual cost of the part. I just did it for $100 and one hour of my time. Sherwood Kia services are completely dishonest only use them if you have no problem giving away free money to these ripoff merchants. If I could give 0/5 stars I would as these people seriously let me down and tried to rip me off.

Original:- My wife and I currently have a Kia Vehicle each ,both cars have had recall notices and both vehicles have been absolute dogs of a car from the get go. The Sedona alone has had 3 alternators and 3 batteries in the last 2 years, not to mentioned a whole host of other repairs . I recently took in my wifes Kia Sedona , for two of the recalls at the service department , I had the service department charge me $80+ dollars to check a fault on why the electrics were failing to lock the rear doors. I then was charged another $80+ dollars for them to tell me that a battery drain was down to the doors not locking from the original electric check. I then got charged for the replacement part on the recall and then after that I got an estimated bill /quote of an additional $1500 just to fix the locking issue, an additional qoute $100 to fix the drivers seat down to a weld not holding the seat together so all in all a recall notice cost me near $300 and for them to tell me i need to cough up another 2000+ to fix all the other issues. then, after checking online it was a common fault and design flaw on the failing locks. I will never ever , ever buy KIA nor go to this dealer again. daylight robbery at its finest.

I have dealt with many car dealerships in my life. This has to be the most straightforward and honest dealership by far. No one pulled any sophomoric sales lines on me or pressure techniques. Mike was a pleasure to deal with because he left all the choosing and weighing of options to me without interfering. I was given fair market value for my trade-in and that really sealed the deal.

I saw this car which is a Subaru Crosstrek 2016 at Sherwood Kia I tried to look for my trade in value for my old car. They immediately responded and given me all the information I need to know about the car, Thank's to Mr. Paul Dhillon, he even take time to make a video walk around for the car just for me because I am not from Edmonton. He made it possible for me to view the car, great job! I had such great service, they didn t pressure me or hide the price of the vehicle, easy peasy! I didn t have to spend hours waiting for a purchase price and no B.S! This is the second vehicle I am purchasing from Sherwood Kia. I was in an accident with the first and the vehicle was written off. The Sales Manager Kim and her team in the Used Vehicle department have made the transition absolutely seamless and Kim has gone out of her way to ensure that my family and I were taken care of throughout the entire ordeal. Kim has also advocated for me in my dealings with my insurance and warranty companies. The vehicle she had gotten for me is everything I had wanted in a vehicle and more!!!

I 100% recommend Sherwood Kia if you are in the market for a vehicle. The team is friendly and compassionate and always available to sit down for a coffee and a chit chat while you wait :)

We had a great time buying my wife's vehicle from Sherwood Kia. From the start Sam, our salesman was pleasant and so helpful. He patiently addressed our concerns. When we finally decided that this was the right choice for us Peter, Marcin, John and Kiatt all helped to make the overall experience very positive. The service department worked hard to get it ready for us to pickup and it looked great. We definitely did not feel pressured or rushed. This is now the second vehicle we have bought and had serviced from Sherwood Kia. First it was a brand new Kia Forte Coupe and now because we need more room to take the grandkids around we got a used 2011 Dodge Durango. It makes me wonder what our next vehicle will be, but we'll be checking out Sherwood Kia when the time comes.

Amin completely put my mind at ease and helped me navigate the entire process with professionalism, knowledge and kindness. Thank you, Amin! Kiatt (sales manager) and Jennifer (finance manager) also helped me through the entire buying process too. They were incredible and answered ALL my questions (I had a lot of questions too haha). Considering the pandemic situation, the whole experience was very pleasant. Dawn McMurray is a really nice person to deal with. She found me the vehicle I was looking for at the price I could afford. She went over everything about the vehicle, sound system and computer features very thoroughly. Her work station had obviously been freshly disinfected and there were freshly wiped pens just for me separate from her supply. Alex (sales manager) and Gary (business manager) were both cheerful and polite to deal with. I'm 70, so this may be the last car I ever buy. If that changes, I'll be back to deal with Dawn.
