I ve tried everywhere else and was having a hard time finding a place to get a car. I ve sat down with Kim and she was able to get me into a nice car just in time of need I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great deal.

Service is fine. The car runs well. Only complaint is all the super incredibly annoying spam they subject you to after you purchase or get service from them. These guys are not unique though they all seem to do it. So if your listening no one wants to answer a ton of surveys or have to be bothered reviewing your same old same old service. Most dealers do an ok job then they bombard you with this stuff. I would give you a higher rating but your persistence only deserves 3 stars because you solicit these reviews. The real question is when the car has a problem that is not routine like total failure how will they stand behind the car not how well or quickly they handle an oil change. They didn t bother checking for safety or recall notices either not when I booked nor when I brought it in. I had to ask so maybe they only deserve 2 stars?

I was looking to upgrade my car but was running into trouble due to negative equity. A couple other dealerships just said no there is nothing we can do. I went to Sherwood Kia and instead of hearing no they did everything they could to find me something I would love and would work for my situation. Savanna, Dana and Nav really went above and beyond my expectations. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys you truly are fantastic

I recently purchased a 2015 Kia Sorento and right after a couple of days of driving, the vehicle started making a hissing sound around the fuel pump. When i took it in for a diagnosis at Sherwood Kia, I was told that this hissing sound is normal. Ofcourse i didnt buy that! What kind of vehicle makes a hissing sound and its normal? I got a second opinion and it appeared that the fuel pump was faulty. Now the "check engine warning light" is showing up. I will never buy a car from this dealership again!

We were happy with the deal and the vehicle (4/5 stars). However, it wasn't the smoothest experience. Of all my car shopping experiences, this took the longest to get calls returned and had the most disconnect between sales staff and the finance department (confusion over final trade-in value, pick-up time, down payment amount, etc. - so 2/5 stars). Overall, the experience was profoundly average.

Sherwood Kia is fantastic in their service. It is truly about making their customers happy and I leave with a smile every time. They have always been accommodating and respectful.

My salesperson, Aaron, was great. I usually run a mile from car sales people but he was excellent: not pushy, willing to ask for help if he didn't know the answer to a question, patient with my dithering about colour choices, and extremely accommodating. His managers, Marson and Nick were also really upfront kind of guys, with none of the usual pushy, hardnosed sales techniques I've experienced in the past. I'd definitely recommend them for someone wanting a good car buying experience.

We recently bought a Kia Sorento at Sherwood Kia. At first the Sorento we wanted to view was not ready, as it needed a new battery, but thanks to our problem solving salesman, Amin, the repairs were completed and the car was ready for us to test drive. We were impressed with the power of the V6, that didn t sacrifice on a smooth ride. Amin was polite and professional, and very helpful, arranging service records and vehicle history so we could make an informed decision. He also got us an even better deal than we expected. Wow what a wonderful experience we had at Sherwood Kia. Cassidy, Kim, Kit and Alex were great to deal with. All were so helpful! Cassidy so knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle. After sale Cassidy helped us with some to the techi things as the Sorrento we purchased has and does everything except drive itself. Thank you for the positive shopping experience.

We bought our second vehicle Kia Sorrento from this dealership at the end of April. We dealt with Kim Gebran and we have no complaints, we got the vehicle we wanted and they were efficient and fast. They followed up with courtesy calls regular but unfortunately I was out of the country for most of the summer but did get the messages on my return. My only suggestion would be if you are thinking about a remote vehicle starter make it part of the deal as it is very expensive to install after the purchase. I would definitely recommend them. Great service.

We approached Sherwood Kia to purchase a second-hand family-friendly car. Sam responded, whom was a very courteous and patient salesman. He had the car warm and ready when we arrived. Sam knew a great detail about the car and always addressed my questions in a friendly, non-aggressive manner, and was sincerely accommodating. This approach is key, in my opinion. He even suggested another similar car after we left, understanding our tastes and preferences. Do yourself a favour and go see Sam.

Normally really great but this time they scheduled me for a one hour service it lasted three hours for nothing other than a tire change. As I said, normally they are 4 or 5 stars. Not this time.

We were approached right away - no waiting. Kim and Kiatt made the process and experience great. They were amazing when it came to customer service, going over our options, and pretty much giving us exactly what we wanted. We will be recommending Sherwood Kia and staff to our friends and family.

I recently purchased a 2015 optima from Sherwood Kia and have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. I had previously bought a truck from Sherwood Dodge (big mistake, would not recommend the dealership whatsoever.) and was left in a financial rut. Sherwood Kia had very knowledgeable staff, from the initial salesperson, to the finance manager who closed my deal. It was comfortable and they kept me informed on the process, I didn't feel like I was being jerked around or played. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership.

Just took delivery of my new Sorento tonight and I cannot say enough about the Sherwood KIA team. I dealt with Leland and Scott and let me tell you, saying they went above and beyond for me would be an understatement. My first email contact was with Leland. I told him I was not interested in haggling so please just give me the best and final for the vehicle I wanted. He did and NO ONE could beat it. (My husband tried lol). And say it ain't so.....the price did not change when I went into the finance office....That was a first of all my car buying days! Alex was my finance guy and he was just as great as Scott and Leland. No high pressure tactics AT ALL. Again, he respected what I wanted and didn't want. The lengths that Leland went to get me exactly what I wanted were EXTREMELY impressive! Scott was awesome from the minute we arrived. No pressure sales tactics AT ALL and he's the nicest car salesman I've ever dealt with (so respectful). I could say more....ok one more....right to the end, Leland was checking the vehicle and polishing any slight smudge he could find before I left.

The sales team for me included Kim and Phil, and briefly met Jennifer and Megan.
Kim is really down to Earth, kind, very compassionate and a feisty lady. I felt like I was dealing with a friend. She fought really hard to get me into my 2011Juke SV, for what I wanted to spend and didn t pressure in the least to finance as soon as she knew how I felt about debt. Phil is super friendly, truly kind and is there to help in any way he possibly can. Very polite, and I just got a great vibe off of him the whole time.
They were so accommodating with my hectic schedule, which helped me out tremendously.This team isn t made of your stereotypical phony, high pressure salespeople .Just some really genuine people made of the right stuff. I look forward to meeting the rest of the team in the future.

Greater service and greatest people...I will be back. From my past experiences elsewhere (Jeep 4x, Lexus 1x, and Honda 1x) I would never have believed this review. This is the real deal.

No complaints. I must say Ronaye was great to deal with. I'd been browsing vehicles for a couple of weeks before one brought me into Kia. Wasn't too interested after the test drive so Ronaye said to check out their sister dealerships website and if I saw any of interest she would bring it over no problem. This I liked instead of the "well come over here and look at these 4 other cars you probably won't like" approach I was getting at other places. Another day or 2 and I saw a car I liked on one of the other websites, asked Ronaye and it was there waiting for me the next day. The rest of the buying process went smoothly. Finance was helpful and up front. A day after I bought the car a small issue with the exhaust arose, so I called Ronaye to let her know and got it booked in with service. They had a loaner car for me for the duration, and fixed the problem at no cost.

A big reason I bought this car from here was how down to earth, patient, and not pushy Ronaye was. She went out of her way a few times to make sure I was happy with everything. Like I said at the beginning, no complaints!

Great vehicles, great service,and some of the friendliest sales people around, just bought our 3rd vehicle from, Sherwood Kia, and will be back for the next when the time comes, keep up the good work

I had such a great experience with Sherwood Kia! From the moment I walked in, it was welcoming, no pressure sales person following me. Blair explained what I asked about and I was off on my test drive. Returned for another test drive and my second round of questions & once again, Blair was accommodating. Negotiations were simple , paperwork completed , had the tour of my brand new car and drove her home! This is how buying a new car should feel

Went in to look at a used car they had advertised in the trader. couldn't make a deal.

I went here with my in-laws to look at a vehicle. A friendly guy named Leo stayed late to help us out. They ended up signing for a car that night. I thought this may be a good place too look at a suv for my wife as well. However the next day they went in by themselves to finish up paper work, shouldn't be a issue.... but a sales lady ended up talking them into signing for a different vechicle over 3000$ more with a 2500$ warranty! and over 1000$ in admin fees. Completely a different deal!

A friend purchased a car here (Clik Auto) and referred me to them and they do not care to answer questions all they want is your phone number I work in a cell phone dead zone. So I asked for Email still no answers to my questions. Just cause my number was not on there they never took me serious. So I ended up buying from Sherwood VW. We recently bought a car from Sherwood Kia. Our salesperson was Kim Gebran and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very efficient and able to answer all our questions and concerns. We would recommend her and Sherwood Kia to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Buying a car can be stressful but Kim made it enjoyable!

Needed a level three service. Took vehicle in at 12:45. Later that afternoon advisor called and advised they were behind schedule and asked if they could keep the vehicle overnight and offered to pay for a rental vehicle. As I have another vehicle I saw no problems. By mid morning the vehicle was ready. It had been all checked over. Then came the shocker!!! The vehicle needs over $3800 more work. This is a 2008 that was purchased used for $8000. Is it worth this investment? It needs fluids that need to be changed ,which is ok. What really bothered me was replacing the timing belt for over $600.It doesn't have the mileage but is 4 years since I last replaced it. Can't believe timing belts need to be replaced simply because of age. Doubt if I have more than 30000 km since I last replaced it.

I recently bought a KIA Sorento 2014 at the KIA dealer in Sherwood Park.
My experience with the team at the garage was awesome. I drove all
the way from Medicine Hat to see the vehicle. Al Valani the sale rep. and the manager was very pleasant and helpful. The finance manager Catherine Morgan was extremely helpful because I wasn't familiar with the city and I needed to get al the papers required to purchase my new vehicle. She made it very easy for me and when I came back my car was ready. I was in and out with my new vehicle in 4 hours....

Dayna was absolutely phenomenal and a great help! The built in babysitting services was also very helpful. Definitely recommend coming here for any vehicle needs!

Cassidee (our salesperson) at Sherwood Kia was absolutely incredible to work with on our Stinger. Attentive, engaged, respectful, and possibly one of the most pleasant people I ve ever dealt with. The sales manager Kim was terrific as well. She greeted us as if we were family. Everyone else we dealt with trough the process were fabulous as well. Obviously putting a customer first is in their DNA. It s more than what they do, it s who they are through and through. And more than that you can feel it. It s genuine. Service department update. Had my first check up and service. They certainly were on top of everything. The car ready was sooner than expected. Even with all the social distancing measure in place, the experience was friendly and professional.

We dealt with Bruno at Sherwood Kia. We knew the vehicle we wanted, and he went the extra mile to get it for us . Meagan in finance walked us through that whole process. Great experience buying two vehicles from these great people. I highly recommend going in and seeing Kim in the used vehicles department. She will go above and beyond to get the job done. Also huge thanks to the entire finance department, couldn't have got the job done with out them.

I was looking to trade my kia soul for a newer vehicle. After dealing with a few other dealerships I felt hopeless. After visiting with sherwood kia and dealing with Corey and Darian they were able to get me into a new car very quickly! They worked hard to help me get the car I wanted!!! Excellent customer service and amazing team!

Three weeks ago, my wife bought a Kia Forte from Sherwood Kia. We now regret it immensely.

Prior to the sale, our salesman was prepared to leap tall buildings for us. He said that the car we looked at would be detailed and that scratches on the body would be removed. More importantly, he also assured us that the smoke smell in the interior would be gone once they detailed and ionized the car with their professional process.

When we picked up the car it appeared that neither was done. Scratches were still evident, while the smoke smell was as bad as ever. I cannot sit in the car because the smell makes me nauseous. My wife reeks from the smell and has headaches after driving in it.

Post-sale dealings with our salesman have been futile. The promises he made prior to the sale were not fulfilled. After the sale he keeps telling us that there is nothing he can do.

His manager has not returned our call when a message was left. A second manager did not return our calls either when a message was left.

I cannot even say that this dealership provided POOR post-sales service - because the fact is that they have provided NO post-sales service.

We regret purchasing here and will be sure to tell our acquaintances about our experience.

This was my second vehicle from sherwood kia in 2 years and i was very disappointed and won't be coming back. Bought a new 2017 kia Rio in April 2017 and 2 months later they drop the price by over $3000. Went in for a scheduled maintenance and raised my concern to the manager and they said nothing we can do about it. It's a factory clearence. I even tried to call kia customer service after 45 mins of being put on hold i finally gave up and hung up the phone.

Tina is one of the best advisors so friendly and helpful.

So I was ready to make an unflattering review of Sherwood Kia after negotiating a 2020 Sportage but I always give a business the opportunity to make it right. Long story short: they goofed. Tom, general manager said "please come back". So, I made my 3rd hour long one way trip back to Kia. Well, he knocked it out of the park! Tom has picked a fine team: Nick from sales and Jennifer from finance are genuine people. It's clear that everyone at Kia loves working for Tom, and that he recognizes all their hard work. Thanks to Sherwood Kia for turning this into a positive new car buying experience!!

They take great care of my Soul and don't try to upsell me stuff that it doesn't need.

I have never had a bad expiriance at Sherwood kia and will continue to bring my 2014 Kia Soul to them for any service needed. Any issues I have had ( recalls , tire leaks) have always been taken care of . Never a long wait. And if thee is they will shuttle me to and pick me up. Service staff is very friendly .
