The Sheraton Hotel is conveniently located a few minutes away from the Springfield bus terminal, making it an easy commute to and from the buses in the area. The hotel itself was clean and classy. The conference rooms were organized and the wait staff was friendly and efficient.

We stayed for two nights (Sunday and Monday). Negatives: one mirror and not full length in the bathroom, refrigerator did not work, no plug for the tub (which we sorely wanted), elevators were out of order for at least an hour in the morning (no communication from anyone informing us), the doors are loud when they close. Positives: the bed was very comfortable, the shuttle service and employees were fantastic!

Stayed in an updated room which was nice but toilet and doors were visibly and functionally old. The lounge had decent food but was a bit soggy from the steam. I appreciate that there was soda always available. The people were all very friendly even when I had a concern to be addressed. Overall decent stay but the building itself needs refurbishment.

Breakfast is NOT FREE. It says on the amenities on their webaite and google that its free, but its not teue at all. You have to be a "special guest" and if you are not, you have to pay $30 extra for breakfast. You also have to pay for parking.

I was going to give 2 stars, but because they dont charge extra for pets and they have a sauna, I decided to give an extra star.

Been to a few safety meetings here in there banquet facilities! Nice clean facility! Sometimes the food has been kinda bland! Love the Indian motorcycle in the main lobby! Tribute to Springfield(Home of the Indian)!

The Sheraton was a very large and nice hotel. The shower was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view of the Connecticut River and the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame from our room. The reason why we gave it a 4 star and not a 5 is because they charged us for everything. A bottle of water costs $2, unlike Hilton who gives 4 bottles and free cookies to every room. They also charge for parking which usually comes with the room. But overall the hotel was very nice.

Love this hotel. Clean and modern. Staff is the best ever. Very friendly and gies the extra mile to make sure my stay is a good one. Showed up with two vehicles when i was expecting to have one so they only charged me to park the one and comped the other.

Everything about this stay (from the sink that wouldn't drain to the out dated everything to the lack luster and demotivated staff to the sub par hospitallity lounge) this hotel is very far away from being true to brand. SPG should revoke affiliation or close this property permanently.

I can't say enough nice things about the Sheraton Monarch in Springfield. I stayed there with a group of my FFA students to attend the Big E. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with a number of different things above and beyond the normal expectations.

Nice clean and quiet hotel. I wish they had a coffee shop inside but there is a Starbucks just down the road. Things seem to close up in this area pretty early except for the casino which was fun.

Stayed in town for a family funeral and just wanted some rest before the big day. Less than pleased with the room. I woke up from a nap and was very itchy. I also had small bumps on my arm that were red and itchy. Staff at the front desk and house keeping were less than satisfactory. Stagg offered to change my sheets for "piece of mind." While they did change my sheets, I noticed that it was possible it wasn't changed properly from the night before since the duvet was stained. House keeping didn't seem to understand that I wanted everything on the bed new and not to reuse anything that previously touched the bed. The following morning I spoke to a manager who seemed very understanding and was quite sweet. Still itchy the following day and will not be booking for another night to stay.

Stayed here a couple of times. Location is great and the room was spacious. Clean modern rooms on the 12th floor but I've seen more updated rooms at other hotels at lower floors, and internet was horrible down there. Only got 1 bar in the room and slower than airport free wifi.

This location is great! Conveniently located near so many things! We were attending a function so we spent lots of time in the meeting rooms. They were furnished nicely and we always had refreshments. The refreshment table at check in was also a nice touch! The look is really nice inside with the wide open atrium overlooking the floors. The rooms were nice enough, but just plain. The room had a bit of disrepair with broken fixtures but they weren't unusable so it wasn't the end of the world. The beds are extremely comfortable and AMAZING! My biggest frustration is paying for parking. I hate having that as a separate feature, just include it in the room price!!

Not sufficient parking for events, the hotel restaurant isn't very good but the location is good and close to other places if you dare to leave the hotel and risk leaving your parking spot

A+

Conference rooms were tiny and couldn't accommodate the crowds. Buffet lunch was quite good. Nice spread of coffee, tea, and pastries in the morning. Parking should be free for everyone.

Had a wonderful stay with a view of the clock tower. Enjoyed a king sized bed. Was there for a conference but it was conviently located near restaurants. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

Nice location in downtown Springfield with restaurants nearby. The hotel is newly renovated with new furniture and fixtures. But the atrium style construction means this place is naturally noisier and the pipes will create some strange sounds still.

We stayed at the Sheraton overnight and overall it was a good stay. The rooms are clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. It was a little tricky getting to the hotel but mostly I think it was because we were not familiar with the area. We have a buffet breakfast in the morning a little expensive but it was delicious, the bacon was cooked perfectly and the man who makes the omelette was full of fun stories. I have one little complaint the hotel is set up with an open foyer in the middle and the rooms can all look down to the center which looks great but There were people fighting floors below us at night around 2 o clock a.m. and their voices echoed through the hotel. It didn t ruin my stay but to bad they don t fix this issue.

I had a great time at Sheraton. The food is really good and you should give it a try. The rooms are a bit small but that doesn't stop you from enjoying it. The workers here are very helpful and nice. I really didn't have a any problems here but I so wish that they could be a bit more fun. When I mean fun I mean activities more tv channels and more movies.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Springfield, and although it's a bit dated in design and function, it was clean and generally well-maintained. The staff was quite nice and helpful. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived just after 6pm, and we had to wait about a half hour sitting in the lobby until it was cleaned. Even as we got to the floor the cleaning person was still getting out of the room. The fitness center was nice, and the pool was clean. The Pub was serviceable, with decent food. The room service food clearly came from the same kitchen, or so it seemed, but after a long day it was perfectly adequate. Nothing earth shattering, but good. The price is typical of what you'd expect in the hotel industry. The tray presentation and room service were both spot on, which was nice. The function facilities (meeting rooms) are dated, but serviceable. With two large group events in the hotel, parking was a bit hard to find in the garage, but it was an intermittent issue. As we left the garage it had gotten overloaded, and both of our vehicles got boxed in by other vehicles that were parked in unmarked non-spaces. Our stay was coincided with an in-hotel event. In the future, we'd certainly consider staying again, but we'd also look into other accommodations to compare further. A+ nod to the friendly staff!

Property and staff are great. The rooms look newly renovated or the hotel is very clean. I recommend the breakfast room; the food and staff are great. The girl making the omelets was so friendly and cooked them perfectly. Excellent property!

It is a nice hotel, in a great location. However, during my 1st stay there, there was a highschool convention at the hotel. Children were slamming doors, running up and down the halls at all hours. That isn't the hotels fault, however, what is their fault is the fact that the next morning when it was time for my ride to pick me up(i always head down 30 minutes early) there were 50 or so children playing with the elevators, after waiting for a while with my luggage, I took the stairs 9 floors down. When I got to the bottom, I was cussed out by an employee for being in their laundry area. When i told the front desk, they did not seem to care. I originally was going to give this hotel only 2 stars, but I returned 2 more timea and saw it was possibly a fluke. I will increase the rating to 4 if it improves by my next visit.
