Had a nice time, personal was polite and very accommodating. Not crazy about the underground parking garage very tight and scarey! That I give a 2 star!

The lobby was very clean and the elevators were gorgeous.
Nice hotel with updated rooms. Great for a conference or weddings with 3 floors of meeting rooms and a ballroom. Location is right off the highway, but not a good area to walk around at night without a group. Food is great in all the restaurants and the hotel chain directly across thd street. Staff are wonderful.
I got to the hotel and had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready, hallways get really loud at night and nobody does anything about it, I had a hard time sleeping. TV remote control did not work.bathroom sink was leaking. It use to be a nice place to spend a night or 2 but had bad experience on my last 2 visits.
Great value for your money. Wonderful staff and well situated to the downtown core of Springfield. Easy enough to find and secure underground parking was great. Room service was good, and I would stay again if I found myself in the area!
Convenient location, good service, nice restaurant.
When I booked a suite....with two beds(queen) full kitchen and living room with all amenities I was put in a one bed single room with no kitchen no view no anything that I paid 300 plus for. It took 4 hours to even get a 2 bed room.
This hotel is the worst! All of the king size beds are sunk in! The food from the bar is nasty! Front desk said they were in the process of renovating. Don't come here with your boo.
The staff members are a bit standoffish, cold, and pretentious :/
Nice hotel in the middle of town. Clean rooms. Quiet. Nice sleep. Will be staying here again
It was good but I didn't like the lack of in room microwaves
Nice friendly staff. Clean, restaurant is clean with friendly staff and amazingly tasty food.
Since it s in a dead old town, nothing much to do around. All the malls are either closed or close to no shops. The hotels food is terrible. Maybe they should renovate this hotel.
Ate dinner at a reception and the food was excellent.
Nice but a pain in the butt to get anything microwaved
Nice beds, the hotel staff are very busy don't expect a warm welcome.
Power went out during the night, they offered us a horrible continental breakfast. The wifi did not reach my room even though I paid for their premium wifi. Because the power went out, the ice in the fridge melted getting my socks wet. Not a good experience.
I love staying here we stayed in a two queen for two nights. They gave us a cot no fee. They have a mall and tons of food options near by.
Not impressed. Hotel is dated and poor customer service. Asked for a quiet room and they put me in the highway side with trains. The gym is dated, equipment must be 40 years old.
Beautiful place to stay. Room was great and bed was comfortable. Close to so many things.
Fire alarm malfunction all night didint let me get much sleep but itger than that its an alright place with a nice pool and good breakfast
Nice hotel only stayed there for a few hours, but the gym is fantastic and greatly equipped!
Housekeeper knocked on our door starting at 930 am THREE times before the designated checkout time of noon, despite us telling her each time we would be staying until checkout time.
I attended a professional workshop. The hotel was impressive.
This review pertains specifically to the banquet that I attended this week at the Sheraton Monarch Place Hotel. The banquet room was spacious and lovely, but our positive experience ended there. We paid 30$ per plate to be fed tacos, hot dogs, sliders, popcorn, deep fried Twinkies, and pretzels. There were no vegetarian options. The wait to get our food was more than 45 minutes standing in line, and by the time we got to certain stations, they had run out, or burned the food (popcorn). In fairness, we knew what the menu was before we purchased our tickets, but not the poor food quality. Further, it was impossible to get water at our table. The servers were beyond unattentive- as in they completely ignored us. Several people at our table were unable to eat the food they did get as it was disgusting, cold, or poorly cooked. I am just shocked that a hotel of this caliber can get by charging 30$ a plate for an experience like this- especially when they ran out of food. All this, and 12$ to park to attend this "banquet". If you are looking for banquet services, or to book a wedding, there are better options out there.
Rooms great and employees, but was disappointed in the club room for up graders . Appetizers sucked , and tons of kids and teens running around in circles in hallway,, way after midnight , and not one parent in sight. Will pass the word on. Better staying at a off of the side little motel .
Went for a reception for parents of incoming freshman. Service was great. It was buffet style the Sheraton staff kept everything run smoothly no backed up lines like some buffets
room service is expensive ordered literally a handfull of things came out to 100+ What they think this is we in the Beverly Hills people in the front give attitude to stuck up all out I honestly think this play is at least 2/5 stars at LEAST!!!
Convenient location if you're doing anything downtown, nicely refurbished and friendly staff.
House keeping knocks on the door? A/C runs constantly and doesn't cool well.
Inviting and formal atmosphere. Very clean. Friendly staff.
Large hotel in the heart of downtown Springfield. Comfortable beds and large rooms. Could use a little updating but overall clean. Lots of restaurants in the area but not much shopping in the area.
Hotel has easy access and a great restaurant for breakfast. It is also very pretty on the inside. When I arrived to my room though, all the drawers were open and a furniture polish was left in the room. The room looked clean but it made me think that it was cleaned in a hurry or was not finished in time for my arrival. The towel hook was broken too and there were no other hooks to hang the towel while showering.
Stay here every year. Different this year but better service. Don't like the new bathrooms though.
No problems. Very clean. If they had a courtesy shuttle five stars. Will return.
Great location, pool and gym. Restaurant in hotel along with a bar. There are a handful of great restaurants around the hotel as well.
A nice hotel, good customer service and 24/7 lounge. The swimming pool was not very clean but it's large so lots of room for everyone. Room was clean and housekeeping was excellent. They were also very friendly and made sure we had extra towels and water since there were 5 of us (2 adults & 3 kids).
Breakfast was nice at the Pick restaurant, decent meal and enough to eat although I would still prefer buffet I get from the Hilton brand hotels. In buffet I can eat what I want to eat and not waste.
Will stay again.
Clean rooms, spotless shower, hearty breakfast, what's not to love?
Attended a function here, food was very good. Hotel was clean and well decorated!
For a so-called luxury hotel it's not so good ...stayed there for a couple days for a banquet about two weeks ago and the food was not good the servers were great but the food didn't complement them at all rooms were ok a little expensive for my experience if you ask me not worth all the money I spent
Not in the best part of town, but close to the basketball Hall of Fame. Beds okay. Front desk associates very helpful.
Open central atrium makes for a spacious and light filled hotel. Good breakfast. Upgraded to a recently remodeled deluxe king suite and breakfast for free after waiting just a few minutes to check in. My mistress and I couldn't have been happier.
Stayed here while visiting the Naithsmith Hall of Fame. First class accommodation
It was a good place to stay over night. The food was excellent.
Staff were super accommodating and extremely friendly and professional.
Nice room. Very quiet. Disappointed the pool was closed
Bar is okay if you want to listen to drunk businessmen, eat uninspired pub grub, and deal withwzero music. No music is management rules. I asked. The rooms are clean, and King beds comfortable. Hotel management removes the hospitality of typical lobby ice water at night. It is replaced in the morning, but not until 8:00 -8:30 am. I guess thirst management as well is regulated by the hotel administration. Finally, Picks restaurant. It's generally empty when I'm staying here, and this morning I found out in part, why. They put on the standard breakfast buffet, but unlike most other hotels, guests are not allowed to pay for the buffet and then bring a single plate of eggs and bacon to your room. It is not allowed. More overreach of perplexing hotel management. As I was being turned away from this empty restaurant at 7:30 am on a Saturday, I did ask: "So let me get this straight. If I'm a glutton, I can sit in here for an hour, making several trips to the buffet for a set price...but if I just want eggs and bacon on the single plate, that is forbidden?" The apathetic look and answer of "No, you must order from a menu and wait". I turned away in disgust. On principle, I'll find another place to stay next time I'm in Springfield, Ma.
This was an excellent visit, there guest services were extreamly helpful and the hotel is georgeus.
First class room but were awaken often by idling diesel tractor trailers parked overnight and then by early morning trash haulers noisingly emptying the dumpsters with lots of banging.
Went there for a party & stopped by one of the bars for a bite to eat & it was good.
Nice hotel, even though right in the heart of Springfield, very easy access from 91south right into hotel parking and hotel, 12 stories. Big rooms, fair prices, next to MGM casino
Great location, spacious room, very comfortable bed. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly.
The people next door were having a party until 2am. We called security twice and they didn't do anything. Luckily there were enough pillows that I could sleep under them to dampen the noise.
Attended an Autism conference here. Good food, clean bathroons, helpful staff. Parking not as easy as it could be. Only one working kios. Busy downtown location.
