I attended a convention and it was difficult to find the conference center. Once I finally determined where to park, there weren't enough signs to point me in the right direction to my event. Although a nice venue, everything is too far apart. Additionally, the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. I was told by peers that lunch was served till 2 but a staff member said it had ended. There were supposed to be tables with water and coffee which were non existent until almost the end of the day. I've stayed at the hotel before and it's very nice so I won't mark them down too much especially since I'm not sure if the confusion with the lunch and beverages was due to the resort itself or due to the organization holding the conference.
