Went for a corporate meeting. The location was clean, up to date, and friendly staff

My stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The reataraunt/bar was likewise fantastic. The only small issue I had was the room being quite cold when I got there. But not a big deal.

A bit dated, not as convenient to the oceanfront as one might wish, dated conference facilities, and one room that did not have air conditioning. Very friendly staff, however, that did their best to accommodate.

Decent, clean and pretty good breakfast buffet if you have club access

Nicer than most Marriott hotels, but not a fan of the location. Although, the hotel shuttle will drop you off within a short radius to nearby restaurants/beaches.

Really nice Marriott location. Rooms here are very clean and of quality. The breakfast bar servers great breakfast foods and dinners are great here too. This hotel is great.

While i was not at the Marriott for long, the most impressive aspects were the exterior and its beauty. It's a very large and building and the first hotel you see when approaching city place from the West.

I was there for a party/dance and the event itself went amazingly. I'm not quite sure how much of the event was done by hotel staffers, but the catering was fine while the water was somewhat frequently empty which was a problem for an exhausting 3 hour dance party. The hotel itself is very close to City Place and as such there are a variety of things to do such as eat at the Cheesecake factory there or watch a movie at the theater which are both very nice places as well. Overall I would recommend for hosting an event.

So so. Not the best Marriott I have ever stayed based on service. However place is very clean. Staff at desk very polite. Had no house keeping.

Great location but rooms have paper thin walls. Neighbors alarm has woken us and heard every word of his conference call.

Hotel is getting a little tired but it's still a good place to stay.

Everything was great...EXCEPT... Tried to order a movie, wouldn't load and didn't work..service man came to our room, also couldn't get it to work, said he would have charged removed..still showed up on my bill...called hotel to remove it..they claimed the movie played for 2 hours and wouldn't refund the charge. Lesson learned.

Easy walk to City Place, Great Staff, and Restaurant

Palm Beach Florida was amazingly alive, one week after IRMA. Loved it !

This is definitely a business hotel. The breakfast is 20$ the coffee is available but for 3.00 and no pool bar. Its nice and clean and the staff very welcoming but not at all fun. Nice and quiet besides very loud plumbing

The West Palm Beach Marriott is in a great location by the downtown area. The service is amazing! The Hotel was gorgeous as well.

Polite staff but the room was... bad. At first we thought everything was great, but then we found so genuinely disgusting things in the room. Above our bed we found a dried up wad of gum. It had to have been there for a while. There were also coffee stains on the bed and the pillows smelled funky. What's more, I ended up having some sort of reaction and getting sick. Actually cut our trip short and I'm going to be seeing a doctor this morning. I do feel like this must be some sort of fluke because I've stayed at other Marriott's in the past, but still... this needs to be shared. I am appreciative of how nice the staff was but our room was like something out of a nightmare.

*Update*

After seeing my doctor, she confirmed I had a severe allergic reaction which then formed into a sinus infection. After staying at this hotel, I ended up on a series of steroids and antibiotics. The hotel also claimed that they could not process me a refund at the time I reported these issues to them, telling me I would have to contact the company I booked the room through. Turns out that was more or less a lie. WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE OR AT ANY OTHER MARRIOTT EVER AGAIN. Aside from the stay, they cost me an additional $150 in medical expenses, not to mention time missed at work.

This place is extremely amazing. it's always clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable and room was very clean. I will definitely visit again.

Good location, comfortable rooms, it has a very complete gym, although there are more alternatives to food places in the Hotel.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. I could imagine if it was actually open 100% at the time we stayed it would have been even better. The staff was very nice in the night. Some people in the morning staff personalities are a bit stale. Overall great time and rooms were spacious.

Beautiful location in West Palm Beach. Friendly and hospitable staff. Great customer service. Clean and amazing facility. Love the outdoor fire pit areas!

Other than having no power for two days after hurricane Irma, this place has a polite and well trained staff who dedicated themselves to making the guests comfortable. Accommodations are 4 star.

Great facilities, very close to city place and downtown.

We had our Exfuze Summit Event here this past weekend... what a Great group of staff! Everything was so nicely done, and each person was so helpful & welcoming !
They also have a waiter who is literally 7ft tall!:) We enjoyed our trip & will be back in January. Thanks Marriott WPB!

Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helped us with any needs that we had. The room was very nice, clean, and needs were very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again soon, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice place, however you have to pay for parking.

Love everything about this hotel. Not your typical hotel restaurant either. Food is fresh and much of it is locally sourced. Employees are not just friendly but really treat you like a VIP. The location is ideal with a shuttle to take you to all the restaurants and shops in the Clematis and Rosemary areas.

Went to the Kravits park in was easy people were nice and so clean.

We had a block of 25 rooms for my daughter's wedding (reception NOT at hotel, just guest rooms).
I was worried that not having the reception there, we'd be treated like 2nd class citizens. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! We were treated like royalty, and every request was treated like we were the most important people at the hotel! I was highly impressed with the excellent service and care provided by every member of the staff.

Awesome experience...staff courteous and professional w/services. Very clean and neat. Parking is different but done as an added security feature...

I attended a professional dinner in one of their rooms and would recommend this venue. It's location, just beside downtown West Palm and just off i-95, also make it a convenient choice.

Staff were very helpful! Shuttle service was great for taking one to/from airport; also to City Place restaurants.

From the outside it's very nice. They have a good sized pool. I didn't get to see the rooms but if they are anything like the outside I'd say they'd be great to sleep in.
