Love Love Love this place!! EVERYONE was so polite and happy to help you. The pools were so relaxing for adults and fun for the kids. The activity center had lots going on to keep everyone busy. The restaurants all have great food. And the Market Place was amazing. Had great desserts as well!!
Had a great time here with my husband. Would return if going back to Orlando. The only issue is they need to shorten timeshare presentation.
This is an awesome hotel. Loved it. I think all family with more than 3 people should try this place. Room is huge, with nice natural sunlight from the roof if you can get the third floor unit. 2 bedrooms apartments essentially. Nice living room with kitchen. The master bed bathroom is huge, with a jacuzzi as well. The service is nice. The property is huge too, so you need to drive around to go places. I checked out the gym during my stay and it was a nice workout experience. Highly recommended and I will come back.
Service at initial check-in was slow. There were 5 employees at the concierge desk who didn't acknowledge the large wait for guests. The courtesy shuttle to Disney was expansive and inconveniently scheduled for us, so we didn't use it. On our last day we asked for a late check-out and there was confusion between housekeeping and the front desk and a maid tried to enter our room. The facilities were nice. The market was very convenient. Most of the staff I interacted with were very friendly.
Exceptional ... I stayed in the apartment with 2 rooms ... a little more expensive more worth for comfort, space and convenience.
The view of the lake and the tranquil and invigorating environment after a day of park or shopping ... not to mention the structure of the resort which unfortunately I enjoyed little ...
Awesome resort. Great security. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of activities for all ages.
Great location to Disney and universal, beautiful rooms, good and good staff. If getting a rental car DO NOT go through with RCI (their partner)
Wonderful place but slow check in and a little dirty. Expansive, lots of pools and recreation! Lots of social activities! Comedy, karaoke, whiskey tasting, etc. My unit had old looking furnishings. My unit hadn't been dusted in a while as phone and radio, etc. very dirty. Vent return filthy also. DVD in LR only. No bluray player. Nice screened in balconies. Nice staff. Ample parking but gets crowded late at night. Easy access to I-4 and attractions. Restaurants, Walgreens, and gift stores right around the corner!
Required an ADA unit. It was well equipped. Facilities are very good for families. Great pools and play areas.
Sheraton and the Starwoods hotel group always provide and excellent service.
Pros - Villa was upgraded from standard one bedroom to premium (booked through Costco), and had been nicely renovated with granite counters and a jacuzzi tub. Fully equipped full kitchen including a blender and a toaster. The location is super convenient to Disney, Universal, Seaworld, shopping, etc., but there is plenty to do on the resort.
Cons - The check in process took FOREVER and included being handed off to a concierge who offered us "free" gifts. We were given a $100 gift card as a "thank you" to Costco members and all we had to do was attend a "preview" of the property the next day. Exhausted from the trip and just wanting to get to our room we agreed to the preview. This ended up being a high pressure time share sales pitch. There was no circumstance in which we were going to purchase a time share on impulse and we informed the salesman of that as well as his manager when she came to offer us a "better deal" which we promptly declined. Then we were passed to another person who offered us a discount card for our next vacation for the low price of $1675 which we also declined. After two hours we were free to enjoy the rest of our vacation.
I would definitely stay at this property again and decline the time share preview.
My family has a timeshare here we've been coming here ever since the eighties. it's good to see all the new updates that this property has done to keep the place looking fresh and new. The location is amazing. It's close to all the parks and very easily accessible right off of i-4.
It was very good, nice place, fabulous leisure space, it even has a very well stocked market, helpful people, I really enjoyed it there and would definitely go again.
*** Great resort ***
Great resort tons of things to do activities lined up through out the week, the property is huge, the rooms are very spacious, the beds are nice and soft, the staff is very friendly, although when I walk into my room, it smells as if the carpets need to be clean, I had to turn the AC up high and open up doors to air out the smell
For the price, it's a good value. The rooms are big and it's well situated to Disney properties. The downside is that the site could use upkeep. Rusty stairs and dated decor.
Nice quiet fast service if you need anything like house keeping i like it I definitely recommend for everyone
A nice resort with good food and drink options, numerous pools and other activities. Magic and Mayhem show was excellent. Rooms were nice but lacked items that would be needed if used at maximum occupancy.
Dont trust the cleaning staff. I lost my leather jacket amd few clothes which were in dryer to cleaning staff here.. and hotel couldn't find it..
Had a lovely 2 bed / 2 bathroom apartment in nice grounds. Staff very friendly but do try to drag you to a timeshare presentation which we declined. Pools ok but busy, plenty of unruly children. Tiki bar ok but fluctuating price list!
Nice place, well maintained.very crowded at the pool.
Great resort right next to the Disney entrance. Excellent amenities ( 7 pools with cabanas-2 pools are huge, 11 tennis courts, mini-golf, gyms). Units are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The full kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, so we didn't have to go out for every meal.
Was there for the SPG sales pitch and the rooms/location were great. The program has it's perks but we repeatedly told our consultant that we had an appointment at a specific time and our request to finish on time was ignored. Protip: when trying to sell a hospitality based service, you should pay attention to your guests' clearly stated needs.
Very nice resort, My wife and i spent the week here for our anniversary and we loved it. It's a very peaceful clean resort. We stayed in a one bedroom in building 17 room 206 and it's very clean and we didn't see anything wrong with it.
Beautiful area but security cameras should really be placed around the resort because things get stolen and they have been and I know that from personal experience. So that'd be great if you guys could improve on that problem
Beautiful and fun. Only downside is no smoking... anywhere (pretty much)
It's a very nice resort. There are several pools, places to eat, mini golf, courts etc. The Market Place within resort has everything you may need although pricier. You may do better getting .ist groceries outside resort. Vilas have screened porches.
Very good apartment. large living room with kitchen and two bedrooms, one suite with bath. One of the bedrooms has two double beds and in another a King size bed.
When we made reservation, for being Sheraton we did not imagine the possibility of there being no elevator. We stayed on the second floor and I with spine problems avoid climbing stairs, but there was no way. I imagine anyone staying on the 4th floor, poor guy, not knowing. It is we climb alone with our bags. There is no service in the hotel.
The area is huge, so you have to have your own car or rent it. The hotel has an electric car, but you have to wait.
Very good structure, however we should be warned that it would be an apartment rental scheme and not a hotel with amenities.
We asked for late check out because the check out was at 10am and for being my husband's birthday we were celebrating and we did not want to wake up so early, however 1 hour before the normal time knocked on our door for cleaning. The same was done for an hour and an hour until we left.
Breakfast is not included.
Great for vacation property. Villas are nice and spacious.
The facility is gorgeous ! There are 6 pools. The accommodations couldn't have been better. We enjoyed rhem all. Near everything. Would definitely stay there again.
Nice resort close to Disney, Orlando Premium Outlets, friendly staff.
Wonderful staff, nice and clean. Would like some better food in the complex though. Great and very close (20 minute drive) from Universal Studios and other theme parks. Great to stay if you have young children and the concierge service around the resort was fabulous.
A 360-degree holiday village.
There is everything. Italian speaking ... more ...
It's big when an Italian village of 15,000 people. (Maybe more ). Inside it turns with the car is divided into several small neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has a characteristic. The one I've been to is called Cascades.
It is ideal for those who like sports and there are at least 10 swimming pools.
We do not speak for those who play tennis at least 20 courts.
For details I suggest you look at the VISTANA Orlando website.
Force guests into timeshare sales pitches, charge you $20 if you don't do it.
Been going here since I was little. Wonderful place with wonderful people! Lots of activities to keep you busy and make a great vacation :)
Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas are great. From the outside they might not look so special but the inside was great. My family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was PLENTY of room. They have events for the kids and adults. We were offered a great deal at the end of the stay to come back for two nights for $199 and all we needed to do was go to a 90 minute presentation and we'd get a $100 Visa giftcard too. It's worth the torture of a sales pitch to stay 3 days 2 nights for pretty much $100 dollar. In addtion, the beds were so comfortable. I definitely will come back even after using the deal we got for next time.
Great place to stay, could review the charges for receiving orders and use of rackets. Other than that, perfect.
Amazing experience... and Close to the Fun Parks...
Fantastic well organized wonderful place for family and couples. The service and care is second to none.
Beautiful resort with nice amenities and great practice of safety guidelines for COVID. We will for sure stay again.
Good for family and have activities for kids from miniature golf to comedy shows. Rooms have great amenities such as a full kitchen so you can cook and not have eat out. It is a timeshare.
The Best I LOVVVVVVEEE Vistana's Villages. They Are Filled With Amazing Content And Amazing Rooms. Please Rate This A 5 So Sheraton Can Be The Best Place In Florida. I Loved Going With My Family To The Place Hanging Out And Eating And Playing Basket Ball. People Should Go There When They Reach Orlando.
Super place, many pools, tight security, and helpful staff. Close to main highways for easy transit to parks. Expensive for options such as shuttles and activities for non-owners.
We booked a two night stay for Father's day weekend. It was our first time staying at the resort. We absolutely loved it. The rooms are nice and spacious and the resort has several pools, they have playgrounds, market place, activities. It's conveniently located very close to Disney world. The breakfast buffet isn't included and not really worth paying $14.95 per person. I'd say skip the buffet and go to the market place. They have a coffee shop in there serving Starbucks coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches, pancakes and other breakfast foods much cheaper than the buffet.
Nothing.. People are rude wanting you to buy... Next but worse we got home fron the parks after 10 hours asked for a place to order guess they wont help you unless you make them money best place is floridays never again this place suckssssss
Love the entire resort. Didn't really have to go far or off the property for anything. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Beautiful place, spacious rooms with impeccable decoration, large kitchen, spacious living room, terrace, good bed and pillows. The internet only intermittent but in general very beautiful bathrooms and a very linga pool and very large.
Awful experience. Would post 0 stars if I could. Bed smelled of urine on my first night, called housekeeping the second day but took them 10 calls to respond and until 4 hours later to show up. Changed my sheets but bed still smelled like urine that evening. Upon further inspection by evening housekeeping staff, realized that both beds in room were soaked with urine, which housekeeping had seen and IGNORED during cleaning that morning! When I raised this issue with front desk, was offered a point bonus equivalent to $100 after my weeklong stay. Was told I could repeal this, and did so, and am still awaiting their reply. Would NOT RECOMMEND.
Great sized and modern rooms, however, the man working at the front desk reception was very rude to my mother and gave her a very hard time with her booking. She is a timeshare owner with my father (who was not on the trip) and the man did not see her name on the Intervalle booking voucher and was extremely rude to her. He didn't even end up looking at the right part of the voucher and sure enough, her name was there. He made her feel incompetant and also made her spend 20 minutes on a long distance out of country call and when she came back in, he was not at the front desk and the lady who replaced him accomodated us with a 75$ gift card for the trouble. It's a shame, the resort is gorgeous, but we will not be returning due to the initial entitled front desk receptionnist experience.
My wife went, she enjoyed it a lot. Had a nice time with her parents and sister's family.
My room key quit working and I had to wait behind 10 people to get a new key to see Platinum members get to move in front of me. Also, 3 people standing by a desk doing nothing claimed they couldn't help me.
Wonderful vacation resort with friendly staff and full amenities. The resort has many full service restaurants on-site as well as a multitude of activities.
These are apartments in a gated community with security. This is like an Air BnB but run by the Sheraton. We stayed in a double suite, large fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan with dining and living area. Small overpriced market and restaurant located a block away in the same complex. Multiple very nice pools and many things to do. Took about 10 min to get to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Would probably stay here again...definitely a good bargain compared to Disney Resorts.
The rooms are very nice but the layout is a bit confusing. Overall it's great
I arrived to hotel late and as I was walking around in the bedroom and I stepped on a used red condom with my bare foot. How on earth do you miss a red condom. I complained and management was very apologetic and gave me a $50 resort voucher; I'm still so pissed. This experience has not only ruin my stay at the Sheraton but I will probably wear shoe in all future stay at any other hotel. Unfingbelievable!
We always end up with late check-in and it takes forever. This time we are in the Springs area on the ground floor, the 2 bed, 2 bath unit is well appointed and quiet, with parking steps from the door. The pools are lovely, and there are activities on property, but we go to Disney World
The 2 bedrooms are nice and newly renovated. The whole apartment was large.
I have time share here and just love it. 10 years in and still very happy with my purchase. I have traded off several times for other resorts, but always love coming back to Vistana.
The property is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are superb. This is not a discount joint, so expect to pay a few bucks for some luxury. You will love the resort, and the proximity to everything.
Wonderful amenities and staff. Family had a wonderful time.
This is not a HOTEL. Don't think of it as one! If it was run as a hotel, the property and location could easily make it a five star. This is a Sheraton timeshare facility that frees up rooms as a hotel during the off-season. Their business model is to SELL you a timeshare. They will not stop. I got dupped into a two hour presentation first time around. The second time around the sell was even harder. BE AWARE.
This place is nearly perfect for vacationers and people staying for other reasons. If they would fix their Internet (frequent disconnects), it would be perfect.
