Great rooms. Stayed here approximately 10 times. Always a clean quiet spacious stay.

Beautiful place, excellent to spend with the family ..

Amazing rooms that are spacious. Great kitchen and dining room. Best place to stay if your visiting Disney for a few days with the family. Wife always wants to stay here now.

It was amazing the room was a lot better than I expected.

Yes it's in the middle of tourist central, but this is a quiet, spread out hotel with fantastic rooms with full kitchens, screened balconies. Let down by the timeshare sales pitch and unnecessarily long check in times.

I try to stay in the same type of accommodation and it is like always returning home. Wonderful hotel with several pools.

The resort is nice the problem is they are constantly trying to sell you the time share or upgrade what you already own.

The place is clean, offers a various amount of entertainment and the pool stays open late.

Great family orientated resort. Lots to do for the kids, and if desired, the Disney resorts are all within close range.

Wonderful pool, clean condo and they offered us breakfast in place of cleaning every day, which was a great option! Would come back again.

The Vistana Resort & Villas, is the best Resort in Orlando, the green areas are truly spectacular, it has paths to walk through the gardens. Several swimming pools, for older people, for families and even some small areas to enjoy the solitude. It has a BBQ area and tennis courts and Mini Golf. Gym and children's areas. The whole family can have fun. The villas are very comfortable, equipped and extremely clean, which in this time of the Pandemic is essential. We came as a family since my children were small and this last time the whole family came with the grandchildren. Still the best! The location is perfect, close to Disney and close to the main highways to get everywhere quickly and comfortably. It also has a good store inside to buy food and drinks, a good coffee and breakfast.

Comfortable place, bad reception and terrible attention at breakfast

What an amazing resort! The staff are very professional, and friendly! The resort has tons of activities for their customers to partake in, several pool areas stay open till 1am (our room was located near a pool area and we heard no noises!), and the whirl pool tubs in the master bedroom will make anyone instantly relax! We'll definitely be returning!

Great location. Not more than 20 min away from several theme parks, attractions, and disney springs.

Nicely updated rooms. Great facilities with pretty ponds, fountains, pools, etc.

The stay was great. Clean, spacious room. Pretty expensive, but that's expected.

Two days into our stay, so far so good. Off peak pricing is great, pools are fun, good spots for kids. Only complaint is the high pressure "conceirge" that you have to visit when you check in. They want to sell you discounted tickets to theme parks and want you to attend what I assume is a time-share presentation for their resort, though they're careful not to use that word. They offered $100 off any tickets, a free lunch, a free lightsaber for the kids, and free daycare during the presentation, but never said how long it would take... Pass!

Had a two bdrm with kitchen and balcony. I would recommend to anyone this place!!

Excellent resort not far from the Disney properties

I've been coming here for decades. They do a great job of maintaining this property. It's currently add nice as its ever been. Food is good as is the bars. Close to Disney and other attractions. A great place to stay if you're doing the theme park thing with the family. Pools and amenities are great too.

It's a Signature resort, 9 pools, putt-putt, baketball, tennis, volleyball, safe and close to theme attractions! Excellent accommodation.

This was a very clean and conveniently located resort. The 2 bedroom condo is really roomy. Only about 12 minutes from the Convention Center and about 20 minutes from airport, universal, and International Drive Outlet. They had tons of pools and fun stuff for the kids. The Margaritas were pretty tasty as well. My only issue was that it was difficult to have food delivered. We ordered a pizza one night for the kids and They were not allowed past the front gate and the kids had to walk to get their food.

Convenient location near shopping and not far from theme parks. They advertise a shuttle service, but it's $15/person. Staff is friendly. Grounds were well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this resort.

Awesome place to be for a vacation. I love that they have different kinds of amenities. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath villa w/a full kitchen that has pans and silverware. There's also a lot of restaurants outside the complex. There's also 2 bar&grill inside the complex.

Mediocre food and fairly unfriendly staff. Small, crowded room. Nice pool. Wouldn't come back.

This place has an awsome arrival vibe but once you go in and actually start talking to the staff, it makes you want to get up and run immediately. There is literally nothing this place presents that makes the staff worth talking to/ being around.

Bad service, room clean. Just no joy. Orlando has better options.

Large property with great amenities. Clean, roomy accommodations.

The resort is well maintained and the scenery beautiful. Close to Disney 12 min drive. Close to eateries, shopping and I-4. The staff is very friendly and extremely nice. Good security, I was in Spa area - quiet, nice screened in porch overlooking water, 2bd spacious, nice pools - game room - workout area, I bought Disney tickets from there and the staff member was extremely helpful with tips. However the first concierge misspoke about several things. We arrived late and was not in the unit I was told when I called in to Vistana from RCI extra vacation. This unit was not by the playground where my 2 and 4 yr olds could play, in fact we had to drive them, no jacuzzi in this unit had handicap tub, not any parking in front of unit the first night, so carrying everything in was a drag, 2small pots and pans, couldn't cook a full meal without cleaning a pan to make the next item-grrr, no can opener had to call while cooking, it came an hour later, so we Macgyvered it with a bottle opener, door to extra bedroom doesn't shut, front door lock is loose, furniture outdated, dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. I own Myrtle Beach Plantation resort and my unit blows this one out of the water. The wow factor I remember wasn't here either. The presentation guy was OK, but not 90 min, the rep I got was fabulous-Akeem, Housekeeping surprised us with clean towels n bed made on Tuesday, that was appreciated. so if the shortcomings with the unit is corrected a 5 star would be earned, but the list is long

I have stayed at this hotel on 2 different occasions and both times my family has had a great time. There are many activities to do for both children and adults ( mini golf, pools, karaoke, arts and crafts, etc.) as well as 4 different restaurants and a grocery store. The rooms are all up to date and clean. I can't wait to come back a third time.

I had the pleasure of becoming a share holder today by an Angel named Ms. Kristie Blankenship. She is very knowledgeable of what she does and treated us with great respect. What I loved most is that I did not feel pressured to do anything. Superb options where presented to us to accept or refuse. Keep in mind, I was coming only to listen, get our gift, and continue on with our vacation. But Ms. Kristie enlighten my mind on how we could get more out of out vacation by having one less thing to worry about, my accommodations. Not only would I not have to worry about that, but this would be a great investment for years to come for me and my family. Ms. Kristie had us in total awe after we did our tour. This was because I told her we had a tour the day before and it was NOTHING like the immaculate service she had just rendered to us. I will leave the tour nameless, because the presenter was awesome. The ball was dropped when the sales rep and one of the managers came. First off, I was not asked what I needed or what my budget was. A tour of the facility was not given. At a cubicle space I was given a figure of what they felt would fit our needs. When I declined the offer I felt like I was being brushed off so they could serve the next customer because I said no, but I was very interested. No one should ever be made to feel this was. Needless to say, I'm glad I declined their offer, because I would missed my destination at Sheraton Vistana meeting the lovely Ms. Kistie Blankenship. She listens well ya'll, so ask for her by name. Just meeting her today for the first time, it is my strong belief that she is a Geat asset to the Sheraton family!

Had slight problem with maintenance personnel walking in on our condo uninvited. Maintenance personnel recmfused to leave until my wife forcefully requested they vacate our room.

It was a nice place. Spacious. Quiet (our location at least) and mostly comfortable. The keycard swipe to the back entrance was broken. They said they would fix, we were there 2 days and nothing fixed. Not a huge issue but no follow up. The ac was broken when we arrived as well but that was solved within 30 minutes so not an issue. Do not bother with the breakfast buffet. Expensive and then they charge extra for an omelette or waffle lol. It's ridiculous. And the food is just bad. Steamed scrambled eggs aren't exactly worth $15. The tiki bar is also not worth it. With so many outside options minutes away, go there. But all in all, location convenience, spacious, apartment style room all make it a decent place. We would still stay again.

The Tiki bar rocks.....after check-in they send you to the concierge desk to talk about ownership. They will try to give you $150 USD on a pre-paid credit card. Just say no! Otherwise, this place is better than home

It was absolutely horrible, nothing at all like the pictures. The first room we were in had the view of trees and had a moldy smell. The second room we were moved into had a soaked carpet and smelled of mold. The third room, didn't smell but knob for the bath tub was broken and saw a roach. When coming home and unpacking, my clothes had a very strong moldy smell. DO NOT STAY HERE

Great value, large rooms, living area, kitchen etc.. The one very down side was the beds. The mattresses are obviously very old, the sheets feel like plastic and the pillows should have been changed about 10 years ago. If you're staying more than a night or two, consider bringing your own sheets/pillows.

Best Service ever. They been make an appoinment to ask you want you want to do 5stars all the way. Beautiful villas .

I only stayed in a condo, and i did not utilise any of the services provided there. Rooms are nice, although a little noisy at night.

I was there, for a timeshare offer, to sell you they are excellent hosts, but if you buy later it costs a lot to get you serviced.

The area was beautiful and the rooms were so gorgeous all the workers did a great job of making me feel special.

Huge! Huge resort complex. Lots to do, large clean rooms. Quick service. Close an convenient to major Disney parks/attrations.

If you have a problem with booking cancellation they hang up on you

Great resort, super clean and convenient to have a kitchen and washer/dryer, especially with kids. Lots of pools and playgrounds, really great for families.

I have been coming since 98 things have changed good and bad slot of maintenance has been not to what I expected. They change owners way to much to lure you into buy more time. I understand they have to keep making money but I have been there long enough to say what happened to the arcades what happened to cleaning the spa or steam room they reak of bleach. Just change the wood it s only $100 in wood. The hot tub at the super pool had a hole in the side of the filter for three years and still hasn t been fixed. The general store is nice I appreciate that the Starbucks is nice. All in all I am happy and feel like home here just something s need to be fixed with simple fixes.

I did not give it 5 stars because it does not cover everything of the hotel. In my experience the hotel is 5 stars both in room and service, but I could not guarantee it in restaurants or swimming pools because I did not use those services

Dont buy their time shares they will try to sell you.

Great resort and plenty of activities on campus, service and check were really great. I would highly recommend this resort to any one coming to Orlando diesny area.

Beautiful layout, pools are awesome. Room was dirty, found change and dirt everywhere, hairball on wall in master shower and other shower wouldnt drain because it was clogged with hair. Washer had to be fixed before we could use it.
