Lots to do. You could stay a week and not run out of things to do right there on the property. Not to mention how close it is to the theme parks and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer! The staff is friendly and beyond helpful -especially Elijah at the front desk - he went above and beyond to help us during our stay!

The rooms are great and spacious, neat, and stocked with the basics for a week or more stay! Friendly staff, great accommodations, abundant parking. Some of the buildings lack an elevator however so be prepared to haul luggage up stairs.

Room is perfect spacious with everything you need less food. Location located near all attractions and restaurants

It was all good except the wifi was TERRIBLE!!!!!!! !

We have visited 3 times and we like it a lot, it is not luxury but it has what it takes to have an incredible vacation at a great price. Large, tv's, kitchen, dining room, good service. I recommend!

Beautiful resort, awesome stay. They have grocery store, restaurants, several pools, bars and great security.
The suites are like new and very well equipped, top notch.

Reservation for the points program includes cleaning of the apartment only once a week and I was not informed of this on booking.Aptos are quite spacious and all equipped. (Kitchen, lava and dries clothes, etc). Location is very good for moving to the Disney and Universal parks.

We stayed here as guests of other owners. We live the experience and being so close to the parks. We will probably stay here again.

Superb place for a holiday. Great accommodation and facilities plus close to Disney, Universal etc.

Great place and very quiet where we are located but a big place so if you have to go to pool or shop, you have to drive unless you like the heat. A bit pricey for an average person too. But overall, great place.

Wifi reception is terrible at the resort. Continually drops in room and no reception at pool. Food at Tiki Bar was very good quality and prepared very well. The Timeshare salesperson was very nasty to my wife when we told her we were not interested in purchasing. All other staff at resort were nice except that one Timeshare person. Pools were very nice especially for kids.

Nice pool. Close to Disney's. Nice large rooms. No resort fee no parking fee.

Its great time share to purchase if you and your family regularly visit florida. 5 stars for sure. Hot in mater bedroom. Bar and restraunt near pool ehoch they have 4 larg ones with waterfalls. Just beautiful all around.

This is a big resort, w/ about 5 diff sections. There are 3 security gates. Came across individuals who were not staying at the resort, but were able to walk into some of the private areas inside the complex such as the steam rm & dry sauna. These areas should actually require key card or some kind of tighter security system.
2bd/2ba villas come w/ wshr-dryer. However, resort does not supply laundry detergent; guests have to purchase their own.
No complimentary shuttle to any of theme parks. Resort contracts w/ Blue Horizon n charges are exhorbitant - ie. $24 roundtrip for grocery shopping at Walmart (about one mile away). Best to take Uber, Lyft, or even a taxi is cheaper.
No complimentary water. This gives vacationers a reason to buy food & drinks from the plethora of restaurants scattered inside resort - that is, if paying $15+ for McDonald sz burger is your idea of a good ml (drnks & sides not incld).
After chkng in, be prepared to be handed off to another staff who may talk you into attending a 90-min resort presentation. Altho' we declined, staff Luis talked us into attending for an incentive: $70 gift card + 2 gift toys & about 10-15% discount off theme park fees (Luis cautioned that other resort visitors may inform us they rcvd bigger incentives). Luis also assured presentation will only be 90min and we can rschdl any time during our stay at the resort...well, we have yet to exp the validity of the presentation's length in time, albeit we have already rschld our presentation date.
Giving resort 4 stars, as we were very impressed w/ the layout and the spaciousness of our villa. Kudos to staff Francis (hsekpng), Wilfredo (maintnce), Angel (bellmn), and Duran (guest srvc at Lakes bldg).
Will we return? Sure, but will have own transportation next time.

Okay, so we attended the sales presentation. Rcvd reminder call 3 hrs prior to our noon appt.
Presentation was longer than 90 min...no prob as we had no major plans due to inclement weather.
Initial sales rep Mary was pleasant, professional & respected our rejection of any sales offers.
Mary turned us over to supervisor Al, who was also pleasant. He also presented other sales offers - which we also respectfully rejected. After Al's presentation, we were informed that we would be presented w/ a final document by an "exit" person, & we may continue enjoying the rest of our vacation.
We were introduced to an "exit" staff whose name we couldn't recall cuz she was very curt & brash. She tried to present us w/ another sales offer- this was after we already said NO politely several times. Bsides, we were expecting an EXIT interview.
This "exit" staff appeared disinterested in our reasons for rejecting her sales offer.
"I'm offering you $89/day... you're telling me you can't afford $89? We already gave you a $70 gift card; that's another $19 on top of that & you're telling me you can't afford it?"
She was rude & sarcastic. She shook her head & impatiently walked away from us. When she came back, she threw down a pink slip on our table.
"Get up and follow me," she ordered. We felt so stunned about the rude way she was treating us in front of everybody.
"Come on," she ordered impatiently. She opened a door and ordered us to take the pink slip to the end of the rainy hallway outside & staff will give us our gift card. We informed her we already rcvd our $70 gift crd during our chk in as an incentive to attend the presentation - which we initially declined (thus the incentive).
This "exit" staff retorted w/ "Well, you still have to give that pink slip to the person at the end of the hall or else we will make you pay us back for the gift card."
...hmmm, if this is the kind of treatmnt we are to expect frm future staff at this Sheraton, this may just put very big damper on whether or not we will return. We also rated this resort dwn to 3 stars because of the exit interview.

Staff was so welcoming when we arrived, answers to all of our questions. Villas are clean and spacious. Property and amenities are well kept.

Comfortable apartment style guest rooms, full kitchen, access to market on resort premises. Perfect for families or bigger parties looking for reasonable accommodations near the parks. We had a great stay there, would go again.

A very well located resort just minutes from Disney Springs and a couple of exits from Universal. The rooms are top notch, roomy, and we'll kept up. Hi lights included the waterfall pool and escape room. Overall a great value.

Nice and cozy suites. It's an excellent option if you're travelling with kids or elders. It has many useful amenities, a pool and a marketplace.
The kitchen is well equipped, people are very kind; but if you are carrying strollers or wheelchairs, get a level 1 room, since there's no elevators.
You park right outside your door, which is very convenient, and it's close to outlets and many stores and supermarkets.

Always an excuse for customer service. Just tried to order at the Tiki Grill (9:40 pm) and the lady told me they closed at 9. (The sign says 10 pm) We were told that we could choose a morning buffet for 2 vs house cleaning for the week for our 2 bedroom condo and when we called to let them know, they sent house cleaning anyway.

Ive been comin here for 22 years as an owner we love it and feel safe with the kids

Spectacular, clean and comfortable rooms, swimming pools efficiently distributed throughout the property, exquisite breakfast, very good service.

Clean and upgraded rooms. The staff was welcoming and even upgraded our rooms. Pools were nice and warm and not over crowded. Restaurants were not too pricey and had name brand products like Starbucks.

I bought a timeshare. Luxurious and excellent details.

This place is sweet but some activities are closed due to Covid. Nice swimming pools and very nice living accomadations, very up scale.

Anybody working? Called the front office last night November 23 but was told "We are short ataffed" by a person who gave the impression that Vistana really did not care.
We went to the Tiki restaurant but they did not have the menu items and the kind waitstaff argued with each other over who could go on break. We left....

Amazing hotel with an awesome pool. Very nice and clean.

The location is great! However the unit we stayed in was not maintained or cleaned properly. There was garbage in the drawers, candy and dryed food on the floor. The tub slowly drained water, the dish washer was broken. The molding in the bathroom was moldy black. The curtains where broken didnt close, the safe didnt lock, the back patio door didnt lock or latch even after they fixed it. Mid week clean they only give you clean towels.....The amount of things where shocking. Not a very well run place. The couple below where smoking and there is no smoking. Could go on....

It looked nice. We attended a time share presentation and got gift cards to Orlando studios

Very good. The apartments have full kitchens, with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, toaster, etc. Wash clothes and dryer. Inside the resort there is a snack bar, Walmart and several pools.

My family and I have stayed there twice for more than 12 days and most aspects we liked (August 2018 and August 2019)I like the option of choosing which pool ( there are 7 pools)you want to use because the property is huge. The building units are very accommodating. I would say their market place isn't pocket friendly and is small compared to the size of the place. The shuttles do not leave the compound not even to go to the nearby main street. One of my main disappointments is with cleaning! Very light cleaning is done. The bare minimum! I was told my sheets were changed once throughout my 14 day stay. One instance I returned to the unit after my outing, the cleaner stacked the towels on the dining chair and left them there. We even had to call the front desk for basic things like toilet paper because the cleaning staff forgot to leave extra. Also the "special" amenities list that offered things like use of bathrobes and flat irons was a total sham; on two separate occasions we called to see if we could get bathrobes and the flat iron and we were told they no longer provide guests with these; a simple fix would be to update the amenities list. The kid friendly activities also are not pocket friendly especially when you have multiple children.

It was convienient for Disney and the Orlando attractions, also has a nice pool.

What an amazing resort. Loved my stay. Great service even housekeeping. Only thing is that you have to go out to reception to collect uber eats. The rooms are spacious and even has a jacuzzi. Make sure you book at the cascades because it has the elevators.

This place is really nice. A great place to go on vacation. The staff is really helpful and friendly. It's in a great area and close to the parks.

Very comfortable, soothing place. Viewed the Great American Eclipse from there. My first eclipse ever. Clean environment. Flora and fauna on point. 5 starred for life!

The toilet and washer we're broken while we were there but maintenance took care of the problems promptly

Ordered dental kit. They said it would take 30 minutes. It did not come even after 50 minutes. So don't order dental kits from them; bring your own toothbrush

Best resort I've ever been to. Was extremely clean and felt just like home. WiFi speed was good and the room service was amazing. The rooms were also very big.

Very comfortable and close to all the attractions in the Orlando area. The housekeeping and grounds staff are very professional and very courteous and super friendly. I would highly recommend this location if you are planning an Orlando vacation.

Really happy with this place. Very good job with the overall customer service experience. Really felt treated like a valued customer. We stayed in a beautiful villa for 7 nights and loved all the different pool and activity options for the kids. Will definitely be our first choice for anytime we return to the Orlando area.

Very well done.. did through rci time share.. many pools. Close to interstate and seaworld and everything else.. stores on property very overpriced 2 dol for single tide.. need to buy flat bottom coffee filters.. pools open late.. very relaxed and comfortable in January the added a thumping Bose thing to the TV. That makes me makes the Disney information Channel more fun

Had a fanatic stay. The hotel grounds are clean and well kept. The hotel rooms themselves are a great value. Super big with tons of extras. Everything top notch. Shout out to Angela at the front desk. She had a infectious smile and outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make me a lifetime customer..

Family resort . 1980's vibe. 7 pools . Affordable and need car if staying.

Customer Service Sucks, you can tell employees are badly paid. This resort needs needs upgraded plans.

Beautiful, clean, up-to-date. We visited with family and really enjoyed our time!
