Great Staff and Hospitality. Very clean and happy atmosphere. Dassie our contact made sure we had accommodations close to the elevator for the special requirements for my son. We were satisfied and happy customers as always.

This resort is a great place for families or those traveling who wish for more room or the ability to have more comfortable of home. I recently had the pleasure of staying in a two bedroom Villa with my husband and toddler son. The resort provided a crib and a high chair for my son. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and so nice to have with a small child. The grounds are lovely and the location is very good. If you are looking for an off Disney property resort, I would not hesitate to suggest the Vistana Resort. Really good bang for your buck, so much more for your money in comparison to what you would get for see amount on property. I definitely understand the lure of staying onsite, but if looking to save a few dollars and actually have room to move around..give this place a try!

The villa is a great option for a family! Clean, large and has all the necessary amenities. Washing Machine, dryer, kitchen and so on.

This was a very nice location. Lots of amenities on the proper and very safe.

Very nice property, not like a normal hotel. More like multiple small time shares. Hotel staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are quite large and very close proximity to all of the resorts in Orlando.

Nice place great location, large parking areas of social areas, the villas are very comfortable and have what is necessary.

The place to be hyper comfortable safe and step by all the theme parks.
They are super equipped apartments, pools open until 1 Am.
It is a kind of closed neighborhood. Really very comfortable and beautiful.

Very secure resort but if you have food delivered upou have to walk all the way up to the welcome center...

Bedrooms are incredibly spacious, beds are very comfortable, bathroom is clean and spacious, living room has a large TV and enough seating accommodations. Could use more dishes and dish soap

It's a nice hotel, the rooms are nice and the views are beautiful. It's got multiple pools and hot tubs. You have to be careful with GPS directions to get to the location because there are two places with the same name in Orlando and one of the entrances to this location is a service entrance that doesn't connect to the guest parking lot but the GPS still thought we should use it. The towels are a little scratchy and the walls are a little thin but it's close to the parks and the bed is super comfy. I would stay here again for sure!

Had a great time the facilities are awesome it's a beautiful resort only complain I have is the inconvenience you get when you're staying for 2 weeks you have to check out EARLY on Saturday to check in like 5 hrs later you basically lose a vacation day and I think that's terrible that's my only complaint about this resort .

My family has been coming to vistana for many years and it has always been great. Top notch service.

This place is well beyond excellent in every aspect, from the reception center to the accommodations. The employees are friendly, helpful, and the Security Staff at the gates always welcomed us through with a hearty Welcome Home!!! The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and our group of eight were as comfortable as if at home. Theme parks are easily accessible as well as many restaurants and shops. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. So many other things I could expound upon but suffice to say it is well worth the price!!!

Resort was very nice. Two bedroom villa was great for four adults. The pool was right across the parking lot which was convenient and something we took advantage of. The breakfast buffet was good, but not worth the high price tag. The Tacky Tiki had the best dining options - pizza was great.

In the past i would have given this resort a 5 star but it wasnt as clean as it has been. Housekeeping wasnt as friendly almost down right rude.

The staff is very friendly. We stayed at the courts and the room was nice and updated. The super pool was wasn't always busy so we had a lot of room to swim. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Got 4 shots for the price of a bottle. Next time I'm just going to buy the bottle.

Very large timeshare resort, near Disney world. The condos are very nice, they have several pools, a restaurant, putt putt golf, and gift shop on the premises.

Nice resort, with significant territory and lots of amenities. The rooms themselves were clean and well furnished. Personal was attentive.
I would definitely give them 5 stars if only someone sweeps the entrances to every individual apartment. I understand that Covid is upon us, etc., but it is really not the reason to cut the staff to the extent that guests have to observe trash right outside on the front door.

Rude staff. Key machine wasn't working. So I waited for security to let me in my room. Then was told I didn't pay, showed receipts that I had already pre-paid in May.. she said to take it up with the manager and charged my card again. Then still no keys...

The hotel is so massive, and has around 1700 rooms, 7 pools and an arcade. What's there not to love?

Best resort around! Unfortunately they have raised the prices for equipment rentals recently.

The hotel.big and the room clean. But these people are so unprofesional on customer service. They are trying to sell you a timeshare so bad that they WAKE ME UP AT 7AM ON SUNDAY and they should respect peoples sleep and if a customer says Ill let.you know that means Dont insist Dont force it on selling your time shares. Really a Bad experience on this hotel

Loved our stay here. It felt safe, quiet and had everything we needed. Loved the bicycle rental and the pool. Nice being in a apartment type rental instead of hotel. Was a better option for us when we visited from NS, Ca. January. Staying here again when we come back June. Close to ammenities and Walt Disney

I understand the cancellation policy, but among several companies that I hired to travel as a family to Orlando, I was the only one that refused to reimburse or change dates of lodging, even though I confirmed the hospitalization on the date of shipment. I confess that I expected more from such a large network.

I've been going to the vistana ever since I was born, more than 17 years. Pools are awesome FYI if you go and u want to cool down cascades is definitely the coldest pool. Highly highly recommended

This resort is clean and well-kept, with a great variety of recreation and dining options. My kids enjoyed several of the pool areas, and the 2-bedroom villa was great for unwinding after long days in the parks. There are a couple things to note that keep me from giving a 5-star rating. First, although the resort has 4 or 5 restaurants and a number of pools and recreation areas, it's a very large and spread out resort area. Depending on which section of the resort you stay in, you might not be within easy walking distance to the recreation or dining options. We had to either drive from our room to the pool areas or take at least a 15 minute walk...not super easy with 2 young kids, and honestly the last thing we wanted to do after hiking through Disney parks all day. Also, the WiFi connectivity is terrible, at least in my experience in one of the Palm buildings. I've done over 50% travel for work for about 9 years, I've stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and resorts around the country...this one has the worst WiFi of them all, bar-none. Other than those two nits, staying at Vistana has been a pleasant experience for my family.

The place is gorgeous and quite very relaxing vacation spot.

Our home away from home. Everything is here that we need Just bring your snacks and drinks perhaps even plan a meal.
Our room had a washer and dryer which helped out a lot in this florida weather the kitchen had everything all dishes pots and pans toaster blender too.

Great place to stay with just about everything. Great place for all your vacation needs; be it relaxation to activities as bike riding and see the attractions, this is a great place to stay.

Spacious villas, close to Disney Springs and several fast food restaurants. There is transportation for the theme parks. The high levels in the buildings are quieter.

The hotel I liked a lot and very clean everything, the truth is that the Villa that we had was spectacular it had everything. ideal to go with family.

Best resort in Florida and within walking distance of Walt Disney World!

This resort is huge. Plenty of pools and playgrounds to choose from. My one complaint would be that the check in process seemed unnecessarily long.

The area is great for tourists, and is located near gas stations, restaurants, and a catholic church.

My wife and I brought our 6 year old to Disney world and stayed at the Vistana Resort. Everything from the front desk staff to the staff we would meet on the grounds were extremely nice and always helpful. Our room was very well kept and put together. We opted out of room service (which they gave us breakfast vouchers for doing) but on the days we missed breakfast room service stopped by. We were unfortunately too busy with Disney world to stop by any of the pools or other restaurants they had on the grounds but everyone else staying at the resort seemed more than satisfied with their stays as well. The front desk staff was nice enough to upgrade our room for us and our room was awesome with a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Wonderful 5/5 will stay here again on our next visit to Disney world.

This place is nice. The food is adequate. The staff I've encountered are really nice. It's a little tough to navigate through. The property is huge though. I would visit again providing the price is right.

This place is great. The accommodations are good. Food from the restaurants in the resort itself is a bit pricey. My 7 year old had a lot of fun swimming in 7 pools that are a part of the resort. I don't think there is anything you can think of that this resort does not provide.

Rooms were clean, room service constant. We did find a tiny lizard that snuck into the room, but that's normal for Florida. Also had a tiny little frog under the sing, which is also not uncommon. We got a 50 dollar room credit when we reported the frog. Nothing for the lizard haha.

We also did the sales pitch since they offered 80$ in vouchers to spend in the resort. They were not pushy, we did not buy because we are not impulsive, but we will be buying into the program in a couple of years.

Spitting distance from Disney and Universal. An hour or so from Kennedy space center.

Had a penthouse suite. Very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family or small group. Modern and up to date. Washer dryer in unit. Only about 5 to 10 miles from everything

The villas was located in a prime location, not only Florida, but also on the resort. The lady that cleaned our place was phenomenal and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to visiting it again in the future.
