Great place. Been going to this property since the 80s. Not as clean as it used to be but that seems to be the society norm these days. The property is amazing. Lots to keep you occupied when not out exploring Orlando. Close to everything. It's like a home away from home.

Nice enough place. We had a corner room, giving up the second bedroom for what we hoped was a larger master and bath, BUT ended up with a pretty small unit. Titanium Elite Marriot status didnt help. You need a car to get around. The main store is seemingly always closed, so utilize the Walgreens next door. Restaurants on the property are primarily closed as well. Uber prices are cheaper than shuttle contracts and more timely. We asked a staff member where we could get coffee on the property on our first morning and she literally brought some from a break room...so kind. The reality is the staff make up for the shortcomings, so be tolerant of minor inconveniences.
My family and I spent a week here to visit Disney. The resort is fabulous. Clean, lots to do, everything is within walking distance and great amenities. Guest services is great. The resort is located close to the parks to getting there is quick! I recommend this to anyone looking for a non-disney resort.
I was given a wrong direction at the check in and got lost several times until I found my unit with the help of maintenance personnel. I believe they need to do better job with explaining maps, giving direction to the correct unit, and have better signs up on the property. Giving out a map marked with markers all over the place doesn't mean it is easy to follow. The room was bit dusty and was missing few amenities such as soap and soap trays. I received house keeping service every day but items were never refilled. I liked how the resort had on site market, restaurants, and pools to enjoy. Resort is located close to theme parks and outlet shops.
Honestly, just OK. The rooms were quite dirty, the check in process was very slow and the overall structure of the resort is inaccessible. If you want to call an Uber to your room, you cannot do this. You have to use the resorts "cab" company that charges over 3x more than an Uber. Overall, the resort restaurants are truly under par and the breakfast always has over a half an hour wait. Please consider other options than this hotel
We have been going to Vistana for over 10 years, and love it everytime we go! Well maintained and continually improving the properties! Everyone you meet are friendly and helpful! Family oriented, and fun!
One if the pools I checked out was very large and it was paired with two relaxing hot tubs. The villa is also nice to just walk around and they have partner bicycles if you want to do more than walk. By far a great hotel but the prices as the market are around two to three times more expensive.
I stayed here three times and each time I had a very relaxing holiday. It is pretty close to the Parks in Orlando. I am planning to stay there one more time later this year.
Lines at check in while concierge wait around to talk guests into a time share presentation. Lines at the Market place on two separate occasions. WiFi is so slow its useless, bring a hot spot if you have work to do. If you are your Marriott status gets you free breakfast don't count that a big plus here. The breakfast doesn't meet Marriott standards. The 2 bed villas are nice and quiet. Beds are hard though. I'll probably stick with the Marriott Vacation Clubs over this location. Probably won't venture into the Sheraton properties for another year or two either.
Enjoyed the resort, enjoyed it all but I missed breakfast because of the time share presentation. And although they said there was no pressure to buy but it sure felt like pressure.
Big place, spacious rooms well equipped with everything you need, just tough to find your Villa; recommend better directions and lit areas for walking and building numbers
It was great except people were speeding within the property (and that includes an emergency housekeeping van) so we were worried that we could have gotten hurt.
We stayed for 7 nights as guests of the package owners. We originally reserved a one-bedroom villa but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom for no charge. The resort was very well kept, very clean and well-groomed. There are many food and entertainment options in the property including mini golf, restaurants and stores but since it was a Disney vacation we didn't partake in those options.
The rooms were in good condition when we arrived, and after the midweek cleaning it was in a similar condition.
Could not ask for anything more. Nice pools, nice people, clean and quiet. Good value. Wish you could get Disney bonus hours but other than that better than staying on Disney property. Stayed in cascade section.
Worst customer service experience ever! Manager refused to come out and help us with the reservation. My pregnant wife had to stand there for 25 minutes while they were waiting to here back from the manager that never showed up. Even with the conformation number they refused to help us. I am so pissed that we got treated like this, we are in 2016 no one should be refused service because of our ethnicity. I will gladly pay extra to stay someone else.
Before the decision to take breakfast or cleaning of rooms we decided for the latter. For 2 days they did not do it until we went to complain. The rest well
Centrally located very close to Spring Old downtown Disney friendly staff great place for the entire family I jam in Orlando the rooms are like a small apartment very clean well kept grounds plenty of entertainment for the whole family restaurants were closed due to the virus and a lot less people now so we had a great place for business or vacation highly recommended
My family has a timeshare at this location. Which I have been going for quite a few years now. The last three years or so the quality has been steadily declining. They were installing gas grills last year in the falls section but I was unable to use (they were not completed). Well they are still working on the grills one year later and three of the grills that are installed don't work?? This is Marriott/Sheraton idea of what? Typical timeshare, save your money.
Simply the best place for family vacation ever wonderfully clean everything smells so amazing every bathroom is absolutely Immaculate the Sheraton is definitely a place to vacation...
Pros - Loved staying in villa style hotel. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. - Awesome pool with splash pad, our toddler had hours of fun here - Location is awesome - Grounds were pretty and well maintained
Cons - Food delivery only allowed to the welcome center. You can request the bellman to deliver it to your apartment but you are essentially double tipping for cold food at that point. - Can only have Uber pickup at welcome center. There is a shuttle service for the property but it can sometimes take 20 minutes to arrive. I wouldn't stay here without a rental car. - Fee for shuttles to Disney and the airport - Washer and dryer in unit are insanely small - Not sure if this was just a COVID thing but the bar/restaurant hours were very limited. Poolside bar didn't open until noon and even then wait in line was 30+ minutes because bar wasn't adequately staffed
Overall I would stay here again if using timeshare points but if paying cash would probably try elsewhere.
The Best Resort Villa in the World Just returned from our 3rd time there. Will not go anywhere else if visiting Disney or Universal Unbelievable Staff Extremely clean rooms Pools open until 1 AM (yes 1 am) Very safe It just feels like HOME Thanks again and see you in the future
Overly resort that is very well maintained. We have been many times and will return many more. We always have a two bedroom suite and they are spacious and inviting, usually stay in Cascades area suite as these have the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom which is a nice addition and position. My only ever issue is that check in can be frustrating, staff not always as polite of helpful as you would expect, all other staff with resort are very good.
Phone service was terrible. Very few smoking areas (and for 200 bucks a night I can't even smoke on the patio in my suite). Wifi was horrible, kept disconnecting and even when it was connected it was slow. There was mold on the lining of my bathroom above the shower and just rancid gunk on the bottom of the stove. Food and drinks were overpriced and not that well made. Escape rooms are like 25 per person. Beds were kind of comfortable but overall it was just a bland and uninviting experience. Local motels provide better quality than this.
Not as clean as in the past...people breaking rules in the pools " drinking in water, and kids throwing footballs every day in water...not enough chairs or towels at times..long lines to get a drink...
This place was amazing. The room was gigantic. It was so private and relaxing. The balcony was perfect. And great service! Cant beat it for the price! So close to all the parks. Definitely recommend!!
Came to this resort for spring break and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly. The pools were very clean and the food was great. The southwest Flatbread at the restaurant near the central pool was exceptional.
Dont take your shoes off...you will get black feet...also dont request they do anything about it....they know you dont have time to wait or make requests so they just wait you out and never do anything about it- lots of promises no delivery...I will say room service is prompt. Obscene food and drink pricing.. one pizza two well drinks 60 bucks. Jacuzzi filter hasnt been changed since it was installed. Outlets in walls are so loose half of them arent making a connection. Attention to detail was so bad they left last renters' socks in plain sight. Timeshare sales person asked me about these issues then tried to f<br/>Offer me- not a rental-which i had already declined...but a memebership to there club... "to get better assurance that these negative parts of your experience wont happen the next time" basically pay us...again...to not mess up. Terrible...
I really really like this place. There is always something to do on the resort. We have done activities all day. Father and son playing Mario Kart at the Main activity Center.
Stayed here over Thanksgiving with my family. The place was tired and service was mediocre. Not one of the better Sheraton properties we've stayed out. I won't be coming back to this property.
Good resort but they need to pay attention to some of the details. Details like orientation/signs in main lobby, rooms need cleaning, kitchens missing items. Just a bunch of small things but they make the difference between good and great.
2nd time here. Everything just perfect. The villas are spacious and clean, especially the 3rd floor villas as they have higher ceilings and a skylight too. The pools are stunning and clean and the late closure of the main one is the icing on the cake, after a full day at the park. A bit disappointing the breakfast, they were used to have omelettes made to order but not anymore. It's just better to use the full kitchen in the apartment.
This place is great. The villas are quite roomy and very well maintained. The kitchen has all the supplies and utensils we needed. The check in was fast and employees were friendly. This is my second stay here.
It's a very nice resort. There are several pools, places to eat, mini golf, courts etc. The Market Place within resort has everything you may need although pricier. You may do better getting .ist groceries outside resort. Vilas have screened porches.
