Great location in relation to parks, beautiful rooms, great property, more aimed towards kids than adults traveling without children.

Great rooms and great location. 5 mins from Disney. Pool and facilities are clean and beautiful!

Good place to stay in. Might get lost at 1st. Shuttle service takes a long time sometimes.

Great pools and the landscaping was beautiful. We had a two bedroom apartment with a screened-in porch that most places I've been to in Orlando didn't have. No mosquito bites for me this time!

I stayed at this property and let me tell you, it's just like home. All the staff there are so nice and friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that you are always greeted by stay with "welcome home." We got lost on the property and housekeeping was nice enough to escort us to our property. I would stay here again and it will be hard to top this property.

Very nice and well equipped, the villas are very spacious and with everything you need to spend a great stay, super recommended.

Resort itself is great. But the customer service is very bad! 1 star for the customer service and their lies.

nice place to stay with a short convenient drive to Disney

This place sucks. They ruined our whole vacation and didn't even get our side of it. Kicked us out wit no call or anything at 10pm on Sat night

Our Villa is gorgeous and the site is too. The staff were super helpful. We ordered pizza in one night and it was nice.
We tried the escape room, it was super fun!

Place was clean and amenities were fantastic. Just don't do the time share thing, they will suck you in.

Staying as part of RCI exchange. We were put in the older section of the resort, rooms were definitely renovated. Had issue with AC when checked in but they fixed it later that evening. TVs in unit are great.

First class - especially in the details; bedding, sound proofing, tech, etc.. Close to all attractions, shopping & dining plus great options on property. Always a great stay!

Had a great stay, clean rooms, friendly staff and location near attractions

We went for a visit of the premises. While the service seemed to be fine, the location is a little too far away from what we want and the rooms are actually smaller than what we have been in before.

Our stay here was really nice. Close to all the action, clean resort, well kept rooms, all the amenities. To be honest, we really didn't need to leave the resort. They had tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, karaoke, ice hockey, four different type restaurants, and about six or so pools. Even a Starbucks on site. One of the better $370 US I've ever spent.

Exelente luxury resort, very cozy apartments, great views

We have been there before, it was great then. This time not so much. Place was dirty from the get go. Then the sleeper sofa broke on my son. He's only 100 pounds. We had them clean and when we came back found spots that we're more dirty then when we had them clean. Staff wasn't friendly and rooms where small. Will not go back again.

I thought I was going to say that I love the idea of having a good time and I will be able to relax and enjoy our time together but 4 hours to here sales pitch to buy more time share what a waist of time to kill my vacation

Villa style accommodations for families are the way to go if your visiting the Orlando theme parks area with little ones. The villas are spacious and have kitchens so you can at least save with breakfast. The fountains pool is quite impressive and very welcoming to families. There are grills throughout so that you can take a break from the parks and grill with your family next to the playgrounds.

Straight from check in to check out, top-notch service! Our room was super clean and well-stocked. Location was perfect. Will definitely stay there again! We had six people in a two-bedroom Villa and it was perfect. One king bed, two queen beds and also the pull out couch, but we didn't need it. Having two bathrooms was great. One of them had a giant tub which was perfect for bubble baths.

Love this place. I meet my family here every year. Great place for children, even attended a wedding reception here a few years ago. We always stay in the fountains and I enjoy visiting the variety of pools, hot tubs and steam rooms.

Great experience. The pools were clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were nice. No complaints.

Property is a bit too close to a major roadway, but otherwise okay

Great hotel. Visited someone staying in a suite. Very clean, very roomy.

Steven (shuttle driver/service) is AWESOME and deserves 10 stars. Never had a bad shuttle experience. HOWEVER - they do try to strong-arm you into one of those 90-minute time-share presentations from your "concierge". Also, our room was nice, but nothing special. Old, out-dated furniture, hide-a-bed in LR broken. Daily maid service is sub-par. They make bed. That's it. Don't replenish coffee, sugar, etc., nor soaps/shampoos/etc. I tipped $10 and still got horrible cleaning -- even found used maids glove in our bedroom! Yuk. PITA to get around if you don't have a car, but shuttle drivers are SUPERB.

My boyfriend and I attended a presentation selling partial ownership (effectively a modernized timeshare). We were impressed by the quality of the resort and the affordability of the options.

We have owned this time share since 1981 we have been enjoying it ever since.
Now we have a family tradition to spend the whole week with the family, specially our grandson loves this place, the pools, theme parks, golf, it has everything we need to have an amaizing family time.

Resort was well kept with great facilities for the family (pool, playgrounds,etc). On site dining was sub par and expensive. Great location for visiting area attractions.

Great resort for the family. Rooms are large and the format is similar to an apartment. Large and contemporary living area, flanked by a beautiful master with an in room Jacuzzi and a separate guest room. Also features a modern kitchen with new appliances. Resort has great amenities on site with average quality restaurants. On site personnel (maintenance and the like) are good. Drawbacks include the lack of an elevator for higher floors, walls that transmit the sounds of your neighbors above, and hard/uncomfortable beds.

Please also prepare to be bombarded by pitches for their timeshare. It happens at check in and check out and they dont like to be told "no".

Aside from the aforementioned cons, this is still a great place to spend time.

WOW - family was knocked out with the FOUNTAINS SWEETS very happy with service too

We have always lived Vistana as my family has been coming here for years. Though were tried to go to the sales to inquire about switching shares or buying new and the sales were very rude, pushy, and condescending. The rest of the resort was fantastic.

Property is in good shape considering the age only down fall to me would be no zero entry pools and limited handicap parking. Do to covid it seems like pretty much everything is closed or reduced hours which is ridiculous because having only half of you things open doesn t stop covid.

Smelled like mold and no one helped to find where anything was. Everything was expensive. They didnt come tk clean the room. And when they did it was a terrible job they left piles of towels under the sink nothing was nice. Never staying here again.

Rooms are nice as well as amenities and attractions. Very close to Disney World which is nice. Only real complaint is the beds aren't the comfiest, and the AC can only go to 68.

We are currently staying. It is very nice, love the amount of room we have! The only thing I can complain about is we had a dirty cup in the bathroom. Overall very nice place to stay!!

A lovely resort / timeshare property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The property is well maintained. I was especially happy to discover a 3-lane lap pool cleverly incorporated into the main pool. Truly a fun & relaxing stay; would recommend to anyone looking for a delightful Central Florida vacation.

Enjoy staying at the resort and going to the theme parks. On site they have nice pools and the escape room which was very fun.

We stayed with other family members and had no problems. The location is great, close to everything without being too close. Multiple pools to choose from and access to different activities within the community.

Nice resort great location and clean good amenities

Room wasnt especially clean. Parkimg lot crowded. Registration was like herding cats. Place is beautiful. Lots to do. Very spread out. No daily housekeeping. Loud neighbors e everywhere. Ok stay

Villas with spacious room, good cleanliness but somewhat poor in decor.
They force guests to offer time sharing with cheaper park ticket offerings, a deplorable situation.
We do not really like this part.

Beautiful resort style hotel to stay at close to all the Disney parks.

Lovely rooms however the one toilet didn't work, we had a broken can opener (and 2 hours later we are still waiting for one to be delivered), the ac vent is filthy and they painted over it and it's gooey and obviously they didn't clean this place thoroughly. It's a shame because the apartment is lovely.

A worthy alternative to Disney Saratoga Springs Resort. Bigger rooms, Nice pools, Ample recreational activities and restaurants are within a mile away and Publix and Walmart are also nearby.

Excellent accomodations. Everything well maintained. Covid-19 protection was apparent in the way things were managed.

Very nice, clean, up to date, spacious suites. Master bedroom w access to screen porch and large master bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub and two sinks. Washer and dryer in unit. Full kitchen makes it easy to keep food and snacks if you don't want to eat out every meal. Nice clean pools and close to Disney.

Village on its Own. Loved the shop which has everything you need. Shuttle staff are GREAT and VERY helpful.

Stay here whenever we ate in Orlando. Great resort.

Went to visit a friend for the day. They're advertising 35 years in business and the place looks amazing. They take great care of it. Pool is awesome. Seems like there is lots to do.

Hugh Villa, really nice furniture, great gas grill right outside, fast & early check-in, 18 min to Universal Studios, great security team. Left some chargers in room. Got them mailed back n 2 days. First rate!

Excellent accommodations. The 2 bedroom villas can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

This place has potential, but . . .
- VERY SLOW check-in
- at check-in, they immediately hit you with a soft sale on the resorts and the enticement of special deals at Disney and other local places. Just a front for an all out hard sell on time shares.
- restaurants are TERRIBLE!!!
- 5 pools but NO adult pools as advertised
- overall customer service is horrible!!!

However, as a last minute RCI Exchange for a nice apartment only. Is is quite adequate

Really nice place.. somewhat close to everything. Shuttles take 30_60 mins... Need a rental car... Would go again.

The resort is well maintained and the scenery beautiful. Close to Disney 12 min drive. Close to eateries, shopping and I-4. The staff is very friendly and extremely nice. Good security, I was in Spa area - quiet, nice screened in porch overlooking water, 2bd spacious, nice pools - game room - workout area, I bought Disney tickets from there and the staff member was extremely helpful with tips. However the first concierge misspoke about several things. We arrived late and was not in the unit I was told when I called in to Vistana from RCI extra vacation. This unit was not by the playground where my 2 and 4 yr olds could play, in fact we had to drive them, no jacuzzi in this unit had handicap tub, not any parking in front of unit the first night, so carrying everything in was a drag, 2small pots and pans, couldn't cook a full meal without cleaning a pan to make the next item-grrr, no can opener had to call while cooking, it came an hour later, so we Macgyvered it with a bottle opener, door to extra bedroom doesn't shut, front door lock is loose, furniture outdated, dishwasher doesn't clean the dishes. I own Myrtle Beach Plantation resort and my unit blows this one out of the water. The wow factor I remember wasn't here either. The presentation guy was OK, but not 90 min, the rep I got was fabulous-Akeem, Housekeeping surprised us with clean towels n bed made on Tuesday, that was appreciated. so if the shortcomings with the unit is corrected a 5 star would be earned, but the list is long

I travel quite a bit and this was one of the most pleasant surprises I have encountered when traveling. The suites were clean, spacious, well appointed and worth easily twice what I paid. The location was convenient to IDrive and all of Orlando attractions and there was a ton of activities on property as well. This may just be my new go-to Orlando resort.

We had the 2/2 with private balcony and a view of gorgeous pond. So peaceful don t want to leave.
