The Villa looks like a very nice place to stay. I was here for the escape game located on the premises. The escape room is top notch.

We stayed last month. Excellent service, comfortable, clean and good location. We would have liked to make late check out but we were not allowed. But for everything else, excellent.
Beautiful holiday village. Wonderful facilities clean and very well maintained.
Rooms are beautiful and grounds are extremely well maintained. Would be a 5-star but had to take off for the price gouging, and time share selling:
Ive had TS in Mexico and know ECI is a total racket. TIME SHARES HAVE ZERO RESALE VALUE and are run by very slimy types THAT RAISE YOUR FEES EVERY YEAR. you become powerless over the annual assessments for "upgrading"
********IT IS CHEAPER IF YOU JUST RENT THE VILLA!
Perfect example: the have a program where you give up your housekeeping service for a "free" buffet breakfast only catch is you only get 2 VOUCHERS. it includes only the buffet and have to pay for all beverages: coffee tea, soda, juice etc. the Buffett is pretty weak as far as that goes. So a party of 4 has to pay 16$ EACH for 2 buffets PLUS all drinks. your free breakfast for giving up housekeeping just cost you 50$
I work in NYC and these prices of gift shop, convince store, fees etc are way above that. pay extra $$$ for a second vehicle. seems like everything is an extra fee.
Very weak cell signal so you make long di$tance calls.
BEWARE: Main racket here is the time shares via "consiere" desks that try to lure you in. STAY AWAY FROM THE CONSIERE DESK. they will call your room 2X day.
You have been warned. Hope this helps. Would I recommend to stay? YES. BUT don't go anywhere near the time share sales. I know they are trying to make a living but not at the expense of creating me and my family a financial headache.
It was the beds were comfortable and the room came with nice things ( coffee maker, coffee, tea extra.)
I spent four nights at the Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando as part of a family vacation to Disney World. If I were to sum up my trip, "I never got bored" there was always something to do somewhere. The location of the resort is In proximity of various restaurants, amusement parks, and local attractions (Such as Disney, and Universal). With all these things to do, it's actually incredibly difficult to do it all. This is not taking into account all the things to do INSIDE the actual resort. There are multiple heated outdoor pools, a mini golf course, a 24 hour fitness center, and various random events that can keep adults and kids entertained for hours. The room I stayed in was a family-type suite equiped with several rooms, multiple beds, a full size fridge, stove and utensils. Basically, everything you needed for an extended vacation. The room was clean, and room service was prompt. As for the price, it's about what you would expect for a resort, about 220+ per night. Overall if you wanted to take a trip to see all of Orlando, this place is the way to go hands down.
It was a great place to stay, pools close by, tennis courts, and a nice Creek running by for a great view. Service was great.
Great rooms, decent prices friendly staff excellent entertainment for kids
Really great place to relax and enjoy your vacay. Close to the Premium Outlets and the theme parks as well.
The representatives at check in are very unprofessional. I booked a villa for sunday through friday but i arrive and get told i will have to pack up thursday night and move to another villa friday because they had not linked the reservations like the representative told me on the phone several times. This is a very big inconvenience and i will not be back to that resort. overall the room and patio were extremely presentable, i was impressed. i would say my overall experience being at the resort is 3 stars. I would recommend talking to a manager at the resort to book your room because the incompetent help they have will not do their job correctly. i wouldnt reccomend this hotel to my worst enemy.
Wonderful accommodation, with private washer and dryer right, loved it!
Stores and restaurants way overpriced. High pressure sales people. Support staff is rude. Workers start making noise at 7am.
Appalling. If you are invited to be part of Vistana Membership, do not fall! It is a very bad investment and it is almost impossible to get out. They attend terrible, the calls do not answer ... everything is wrong.
Very clean and close to Disney. Enjoying my stay so far
Loved it! We were upgraded to a 2 bd villa. Super clean and very well equipped.
Very helper. And there's too much to do here. We had two small children and they had a good time
Place is very nice for families.there are a few pools, clean rooms, freindly staff.barque need all' rooms, actives at pool for kids
Quiet and relaxing with lots fr the family to do onsite.
This is a Beautiful place 7 pools perfect for family lots of things to do can't wait to go back
I'm giving this a 2 star simply based on their total inability to communicate or run a hotel smoothly. Their site says they offer a shuttle to the parks. A) The shuttle is $10 a person. B) They tell you it needs to be set up 24 hours in advance but C) You can't arrange for it until you check in. So if you're planning to visit a park the day of or the day after your check in - tough. It took my calling the hotel 7 times before I didn't get a busy signal or just have the phone ring twice and disconnect. I don't know what their deal is but it's extremely frustrating and disappointing. I won't be staying there again when there are so many great hotels in the area.
Beautiful villas. We stayed overnight with some friends and their son. Even though we're locals, it was a great staycation spot.
Staff, facilities are outstanding. Always welcomed home again and again!
We been coming to Sheraton Vistana Resort for 13 years! We love our home away from home
Service was positive. Restaurants were over priced and not enjoyable in regards to the food served. Rooms a little out dated and had problem with bugs. That being said, location was good and value was good.
Awesome hotel. Super nice hotel rooms - very spacious and clean. Very nice looking resort and nice pools. Easy check in.
Large villas. A bit dated but fine, just not modern.
We stayed here in November 2018....Very close to Disney.....has everything you need on the premise....has a great general store.....and a STARBUCKS....several nice restaurants.....7 pools and pool side bars....we will be back
Very confusing and hard to find my way around. But the staff was very friendly and helpful
We got a free upgrade for using SPG points. Beautiful room with huge master bedroom with Jacuzzi and then a double room with 2 queens and then a pull out sofa. Fully stocked kitchen with silverware, cooking supplies, fridge. There was even a washing machine ! Nice patio in the back also. Our suite pretty much had everything and was 15 minutes from Disney. We would definitely stay here again!
Great vacation place, close to downtown Disney. Pools are nice. A bit disappointed in the tiki bar, not a lot of food options. Drinks were good though. Rooms very nice.
We went for a friend's wedding. The venue was great, the bar was great, and there was an arcade.
Beautiful spacious suite. Large kitchen and living areas. Second time we have stayed here and continues to impress. Also very convenient to all parks and attractions.
Surprisingly good. We stayed in a two bedroom for a full week at less than a third of the price of a one bedroom at a Disney resort. I was worried what the rooms would look like and how the maintenance would be. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice pool. Great service from staff. 10 minutes from all four Disney parks. Highly recommend.
The food at the hotel was amazing and they have great customer service.I would recommend this place to anyone.
HD TV but no hd service, half updated community. Do not eat onsight, horrible service, not to mention the staff using inappropriate language in front of my 3 and and 8 year old kids, and customer service that hardly attempts resolving issues. Found human hair on food that was ordered from the food court, only place of value here is the fountains bar. Great bartender that knows his products and is very sociable with customers. This guy from Alaska needs a raise, because he is the only one I have yet to meet here that upholds the standards of service that I experienced here 20 years ago. Take a pass on this one ladys and gents. Your money would be better spent on actual Disney or Universal resort.
Best place I've ever stayed on vacation!!! Definitely recommend
The sugar packed held on the the smoke detector with a bandaid was a nice touch
No room upgrade or late checkout for elite customers for any of the MArriot resorts around the area .
Nice suites. Beautiful pool. Great amenities. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
great staff, luxury on a budget. just an awesome experience
Nice place to stay! Nice amenities! Nice people work here.
Absolutely wonderful resort villas great service and many activities but a little on the expensive side.
Nice and clean, the property is huge. More for family vacations, less business travel.
Loved our 2bdrm villa and all the food and shopping nearby. Stayed for two weeks. Kids had a ball. Screened porch was my favorite part.
Awesome experience! Great for families! Security, on site restaurants, pools, small market, gym etc! 2 Miles from MK. Why we keep coming back!
Well let me just start with I don t know where all the bad reviews have come from as you see we got here at 18:00 hrs on the 31st of July to a very smooth check in we had a issue with the rooms being spilt ( one on top floor and 1 on bottom floor, Kids in one room and myself and wife in the other ) after a quick call by the check in girl ( Naji and a big thank you too you )we were all on the ground floor and we were upgraded to 2 x 2 room villas ( had book 1 x 1 room and 1 x 2 room ) so that was a great start, Found the room with very little issue ( Cascades room 2504 and 2505 ) and were in the room with in 20 min from the time we got to the hotel reception.
The rooms are very clean and all the comforts of home, It is Florida so the odd bug in the room is not to be unexpected and for the review of smell off damp in the room you will get that if he air conditioning is on all day and set low (for us brits a kettle for the hob is in the kitchen, We brought a small camping one with us just in case )
Washer and drier is a must. We come to Florida a lot and we only ever bring 3 full sets of clothes with us (just because of all the new stuff we take back home )
Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels put out, Pool towels are free to use and pools do get busy so if you want to stay pool all day I would get at the pool early ( we take some of the towels with us to the water parks so no need to bring beach towels with you or hire them from water parks so this saves money, on the subject of saving cash do not buy drinks from the parks we just take water bottles we get from the pound shop in the UK that you can clip to your bag and just ask at any drinks outlet that sell fountain drinks for ice water and you get as many as you want to fill your drinks bottle and add flavours as you wish)
IF you read any of the reviews about pushy sales for time share we have not seen any just had a message left on the room phone.
You do not need to bring any pot washing things or tea towels as you get them here ( we have not used the dish washer as we only use tea cups and the odd plate, lots of places to eat out within a short drive from the hotel ) The coffee you get in the room is nice and you only get it 1 time per week ( 3 packs ) but you can get more from the on site store
Store on site is very expensive and I would not use it as the main publix is just down the road and wallmart just a little further Wallgreens at entrance to site. You also have an outlet mall within 5 min drive
Parks are easy to find from the hotel and parking outside the room has been fine but parking is on a come first and get it
We had a great time here so much so that we have booked again for November for 10 days so we get to see thanks giving s and the start of Christmas in disney.
So to sum it up great place to stay
Amazing resort with upscale rooms. Honestly, you could never leave the resort and have enough to do for at least 5 days.
Clean, good location, gated community, modern appliances, modern televisions.
Check-in was a slow process and a pain. They will try to get you to do a time share seminar after the painful check-in. Rooms are nice staff outside of the check-in building are friendly.
Good place to stay if you want to be close by the Disney parks. Vistana has several pools to choose from depending on if you want quiet, volleyball play, or kids activities.
This place is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful, the people are friendly and the location is great.
I loved staying at the Resort with my family and friends
The pools and activities are great. Waterslide, pirate ship and waterfall. The kids loved it. 3 pools, two, play grounds, and a ton of kid activities are available every day. The rooms have all the basics and are nice enough. The pullout cout is a little uncomfortable but worked fine for two kids. I love that we had a washer/dryer, dish washer, and garbage disposal too. My only complaints were we didn't get any garbage bags and the toaster was broken. Staff was very helpful and friendly to rectify everything. We had a great time.
Close to WDW parks and DT Disney, nice rooms, easy in and out, parking not an issue
So much fun! Amenities were awesome resort was great, our room was very nice. Exceeded expectations
Very nice resort and not very far from disney world. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Will visit again!
