Sheraton Vistana Resort Reviews

Each villa has plenty of space and the amenities offer are great for a long stay.

Room has:
- A fully stocked kitchen (utensils, dish washer, sets of dishes, utensils.. etc)
- Whirlpool hot tub
- Screened veranda with good view
- Internet... Really bad internet. Connection was intermittent.

The property has two fitness gyms a small pool and a large pool.

Service was okay, they have a "quick response" housekeeping shuttle.

Nice place to stay with a classic "village" feel. Kids loved the mini golf, activities and pools when we were not at the big parks. Very affordable.

Bed was horrible, wait staff was always up selling. Drinks and pools were cool, hotel was cool. Wouldn't go back

The house maids came and put the dirty dishes into the dish washer and it wasnt washed properly.

Question: Vistana's says contact them online but does not provide the contact information in their recorded phone message. Why not?
This is worrisome. Help with better customer service

Was defined a 5 star. Clean beautiful decor,clean comfortable beds. Near all..Disney parks ,Disney Springs...shopping eating. You don t even have to leave the hotel to enjoy!

This is a huge resort close to Disney World. There are different sections and 7 pools. The accommodations vary between 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms. Some sections have 4 floors. Some have 2. There are several restaurants; a market; tennis courts; miniature golf and so on. The entire resort seems well maintained and that's for a good reason. This used to be exclusively a timeshare property. They still aggressively try to sell timeshares. Frequently offering various deals to induce you to buy. Should you happen to buy into a deal, you will be paying annual maintenance fees forever. You can now stay here without owning a timeshare. Unless you really want to buy a timeshare, that's the way to go.

Great location, perfect accommodation for the family!

Had everything you need. Great room for a large family. Close to everything in the disney area.

Very nice resort. Close to Epcot and dining. Resort had several pools, a grocery store that made great sandwiches and a bar. Suites seemed updated, at least the one we were in and staff was pleasant and responsive.

Was at resort looking as a future reference for a Disney vacation. It's in a perfect location for off property vacation, especially if you are adding universal or Sea world too.

The WiFi here is awful. Almost completely unusable in the units. The restaurants onsite are expensive and bad food. I feel like they try to push the time share sales pitch on you before you start to experience some of the quirks of the resort.

The units are clean, and equiped well enough for cooking food. There are 7 pools onsite that the kids enjoyed. Everyone is friendly and there are crews running around all the time making sure everything is stocked up and running well.

Thanks to the incompetent staff (not everyone) for ruining my day and vacation.

The two bedroom villas are nice and luxurious and comes with kitchen and washer and dryer

I love it here! We come every year and are never disappointed with this resort. The condos are spacious and updated. The restaurants have awesome food and there are several swimming pools to choose from. Plus it's super close to Disneyworld.

The food is spectacular. The service is perfect. Rooms are clean and the employees are really nice

Amazing resort with lots of amenities and its own private taxi service door to door service BLUE HORIZON TRANSPORTATION

We had a wonderful stay here during our recent trip to Orlando. Check in was fast, the gym was excellent, and the room was wonderful. We were thankful for the fully stocked kitchen, the laundry machine, and the whirlpool tub. The best thing is the resort is just 10 mins from Disney. I d love to stay here again!

Complex was a little bigger than I expected but rooms were very nice, stayed in villas and they had everything you would normally need. Would stay there again. Also had a free breakfast in the dining room. Pretty good.

The staff is superb! The actual living space is very clean, comfortable, and convenient! They have left no stone unturned, when it comes to their Villas. You will be so very glad you came!

Stayed here last Spring Break. Great property and staff. We ve stayed at three different properties for well long vacations and this has definitely been the best.

Had a great time. Tennis, pickle ball, hot tubs and pools were nice. Two bedroom condo was clean with the landscaping was nicely manicured. Good location.

Beautiful luxurious self catering holiday accommodation in Orlando. Close to the Disney parks. The resort have beautiful pools, a shop for groceries on site and shuttles to and from the parks. The units are well equipped and should you experience any problems the maintenance team will be over in no time. I can recommend this resort and we will certainly be back in the future.

Reading the reviews is funny. The adage is true, you are expecting something for nothing? When you agree to do the presentation you are agreeing to the terms. It is a simple contract, they agree to try to sell you something, and in exchange you agree to pay a reduced rate. Okay, now the review of the place, which this is the forum for. Trem3ndous location, trem3ndous amenities, close to 3verything, and VERY spacious units. We stay here about every 3 years, and over time this resort has only gotten better. Yes, I own timeshares, I use them often, stay at some of the best accommodations, in great high demand areas, in 3 bedroom units, with full kitchens with granite and stainless steel, almost as nice as my home, but being taken care of when I'm spending my vacation dollars is luxury to the max. If you don't timeshare, you are paying too much for your hotel room.

Beautiful property. Bed is extremely hard and pillows are extremely soft. Not good for side sleepers.

The rooms are beautiful. They are updated and clean and the service is quick with kind staff.

Watch out for the discount theme park offers do not fall for them it's a trick to get you to buy time shares. Either than that rooms are beautiful

Beautiful resort with wonderful amenities......pools....jacuzzis.....restaurants...bars....Market......large 1 and 2 bedroom rooms. Would visit again for sure!

My mom broke her arm here because they are cheap with their construction and poorly built their sidewalks and walk ways. Not a compliant property.

Great room and wonderful location, the resort is well maintained and beautiful. It is very close to Disney World.

Great resort some of the staff are rude and act like they hate there job but for the most part this place is great to spend with your family on vacation

This is not our home resort but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The rooms are okay, the first one was extremely musty smelling so we had to switch, but the next one wasn't bad. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are small. I do like that everything is within walking distance. There are many pools, restaurants, and things to do. Such as put-put golf and a store. I think that for the amount of things to do on the resort it was better than a lot of the fancier hotels.

Wonderful location. Bars/pools within short walk from rooms. Will definitely come back

It was a great stay. The villa was amazing and it having the small subsections with individual pools was awesome. The market was really convenient for a getting any last minute groceries. I love this place!

Very nice rooms and service. The place is extremely clean and our room is very quiet. There is plenty of things to do until you ate ready to go to the parks. Also it is only 5 minutes from both parks.

Came here starting at a timeshare while going to Disney world. It is conveniently located (provided you have a car) to all the major parks and attractions. Close to Disney springs as well. Docked a star because this property is huge and you literally have to drive even to the other pools. That being said, the apartment space was nice spacious and clean. There was so much to do even at the resort itself. I would come back again should I be given opportunity to use timeshare

The Villas are very nice. They are clean and comfortable. There are a lot of really nice pools. They have playgrounds and basketball courts too. I've gone 11 years in a row and still love it.

Stayed here from 4/27/18 to 5/4/18 first time grate place staff was great rooms were clean and fresh. Lots to do very friendly looking forward to coming back

I enjoyed the proximity to major attractions. Its probably not for the young adult crowd but with my parents and 10+ year old kids in tow it was great!

Great place to stay. Reasonably priced and very comforting staff. Recommend to everyone! Very close to all disney attractions! 5 to 10mins tops!
