Very good, excellent service we loved the stay ... very nice and the spectacular villa

I would have given more stars had it not been for the unprofessional conduct of Theo at reception. Our access carsd were incorrectly programmed so we had to return to reception to get new ones just to be met by non attended check in terminals and Theo rudely telling us to get in line while he assist others with his limited IT experience!

The pools were nice and my kids enjoyed playing on the basketball court, but the rooms need to be updated. Would have been wonderful in the 1990s!

We are in our third room on our first day. First room the safe was broken, 3hrs later still not fixed, second room the phones and safe was broken, third room is dirty which I have cleaned myself...hopefully I dont take bed bugs home.

My family is never disappointed with a stay at Vistana. The rooms are like a home away from home, and the activities available across the resort are fantastic. We visited the market, playground, arcade, and pool during our overnight stay. Staying at Vistana has become a family tradition!

Best resort in Orlando. The Manager Kate is the best thing since sliced bread and the condos are amazingly beautiful. A bit pricey but over all 5 stars isnt enough. Hope Marriott doesn't ruin them.

Our family loved the accommodations, kid friendly amenities, and proximity to all the Disney parks. Would definitely come back!

The place is lovely and quaint, not a 5 star but well kept. The cleaning person in this room made me re-clean this while place bc there were dead bugs inside the bowl as soon as you come in.

The low score is bc The activity center is NOT in operation for the kids to do anything creative. I don't know why they can't give you things to go or even space times out. There's not many ppl here anyway. THERE'S NOTHING TO DO HERE WITHOUT AN EXTRA CHARGE. TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COST & YOU ONLY GET AN HOUR AND THERE'S NO ONE ELSE HERE SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM.

Very disappointing bc I planned to do things at this resort as well as visit Disney.

Nice and quiet place. Ample spaces to walk and relax. Several pools to discover which one has less people . For my taste it lacks a bit of maintenance on the stairs to the villas but inside the apartments are immaculate. All the necessary utensils in the kitchen, well equipped and furnished. Very comfortable.
At the time of my stay, the downstairs neighbors smoked, despite the fact that the apartments indicate that they are non-smokers but that is out of the hands of the managers.

The resort is terrific. There are many pools and 3 of them are open till 1am. They have different actives every day, like movies and games.

Very clean and staff is very friendly would definitely recommend for family and friends to stay

One of the worst hotels I stayed on. All the people who buy into this time share made a mistake. We booked our trip through costco. Got a 2 bedroom villa for around $600 for 9 nights. We asked a timeshare couple and they said they pay $900 for the same room per week. When we checked into our hotel me and my father in law were greeted with a "gift". We were given $100 towards food on site. They then told us that we would have to attend a 1 hour meet and greet ( which we already knew they were gonna try to sell a timeshare to us). They made us register a time on any day we wanted to attend. On the day of meeting, they called my room and told me to bring my ID, credit card and spouse. I said my spouse was not coming nor was I bringing my credit card. They said I didn't have to bring credit card but spouse was required. They never told me at the beginning that spouse would be require and that only me and father in law would have to show. So I told them they could have their $30 back be cuz I spent $70 already. They argued with me and tried to charge me the $70. So I cancelled my credit card. The front desk manager then proceeded with telling me that they would have never said just me and father in law could go...and he took the employees side. 7 days later someone higher up called and apologized. Didn't charge me the $70 and also refunded my roll away bed. The one star is for the customer service. They had a great opportunity by having 2 different families ( me and my father in law) to sell too. But I would never buy a timeshare. The rooms were not very clean, spider webs, rust in sink, dirty rooms. The grounds are nice and the pools with water slide was great for kids. The tram service to Disney was nice but the buffet breakfast didn't start till 730am and the tram left at 745..rushed with breakfast. But the staff in the breakfast area were not very nice either. They make you feel like they are annoyed when you ask them for anything like a coffee or milk. The hotel is a 3 star at best, but the customer service was a 1 out of 5.

Check in was quick and easy. They also printed off my will call certificate for Disney World tickets.

The room was Villa style and included kitchen, in suite laundry, jacuzzi and balcony patio.

This is a massive property that has both newer and older units. The service is not all that good when you have a problem but they try real hard. There are lots or amenities and ur pretty close to the Magic Kingdom.

Outstanding facilities and rooms. Beautiful outdoor scenery puts the mind in a relaxed state. Rooms are fantastic.

The rooms are spacious enough for a family of no more than 6. Excellent location and great facilities.

Is place might be great if you are here for a Disney vacation. be aware that each day you will receive 4 5 6 or more voicemails from the Vistana team. Disney wasn't the purpose of my trip so it wasn't my favorite stay.

This is the 2nd time staying at this resort through RCI exchange. Love it the first time and decided to stay here again. Dont remember which section we stayed the last time, but its definitely roomier and a better unit altogether. The Court section we stayed at is for 6, so its definitely a bit smaller compared to the 8 occp. The size is not why i gave the 3 stars. Its the condition the unit we stayed in. Living room TV constantly have a popup about HDMI device detected. Very annoying while trying to relax with a little bit of entertainment. 2nd thing is the toilet flushing in one of the bedroom. It'll make a loud sharp sound everytime we flush. There are also other little nicknacks like no shower cap, bathtub draining not working properly, no complimentary lotions, soap, etc. Overall, not what i expected compared to the first stay.

Loved everything about the place. Rooms are huge. My only complaint was the shower that either wanted to boil my skin off or freeze me. Aside from that, we can't wait to go back.

Delighted with this place and will be back. A jewel that is close to everything. Very comfortable very clean. Staff is remarkable

Everything was pretty good we had a great time except we was left with a glass in the master bedroom that still had toothpaste in it . When we pointed it out to housekeeping by a note (the note said please wash me good I was left for our new guest and it was embarrassing thank you glass from bathroom) when we returned to our room from going to Disneyland we found the glass had been ran thru the dishwasher and still had toothpaste in it. . And the showerhead was turned toward the door I assume in revenge for the note soacked the floor and we had to use the new towels to get the water out of the floor . We addressed this all with front desk the next morning and they did not seem to care. And as a smoker they do not offer enough places and there are none that I can get to if it's raining. Our table had dust and shredded cheese from previous guest on it as well around the edges

We are titanium members for life with Marriott. Made a reservation here for a 2 bedroom villa for next week and went in to see what a room would look like - the manager - Mary Kay told us to look at the pictures online. We have stayed at Sheratons before and been EXTREMELY disappointed. Just to show me a room to verify the condition of the property would have cost them nothing. So much for customer service - we cancelled our reservation. We will be staying at the Bohemian in Celebration instead.

Firstly, Mark at the front desk was the epitome of kind and professional. He was totally welcoming and full of useful information. Then, nothing beat the quiet and peacefulness we experienced during our stay here because upon request, we were put on the top floor and away from the pool. But even more amazing, my sister and I were in a building all to ourselves. The property is clean and close to every convenience. Finally, I would highly suggest making the lobby ATM available so customers can keep cash handy to tip housekeeping before they check out without having to walk to Walgreens in the rain. It can't be that difficult to wipe the ATM surface with a Clorox wipe after each use.

Nice place, the timeshare they try to sell is very flashy but the breakfast they offer is bad. The rest of the resort everything very well. The attractions of Disney are very close. I really recommend it.

I rented a two bedroom suite. Stayed seven nights. It was adequate to what we needed. When checking in I requested a suite with a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and on the first floor. They were able to accommodate my request. After checking in, I was walked over to another counter where I was openly requested to attend a meeting to discuss timeshares. I was offered a $100 gift card for attending. I declined and wasn't bothered again. There was daily housekeeping. The two bedroom suite was above average with a full kitchen with dishes and silverware. An outdated stacked washer/dryer was also in the room. Worked for drying swimwear. The only negative thing in the room was the pillows on the bed. The housekeeping was a little inconsistent. More was done on some days than others, probably not the same person every day.

I would never get a timeshare, Sheraton Vistana has reaffirm that. Was using a friend's timeshare...

Quiet resort with fitness and spa. Apartments are fully equipped and very nice staff. In addition, super centrally located, almost everything in 10 minutes comfortably by car.

Very clean, great rooms, and nice staff! Only issue is under stocked amenities, like utensils.

Can't say enough great things about this location. The staff is always so nice and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure guests have everything they need. TONS of activities for all ages and rooms are very clean and spacious. They're also constantly improving and every time we come back we notice major changes and renovations. Top notch resort close to it all.

You can feel at home, because it has all the comforts to rest.

Very informative about vacation packages and ownership

Villas are very spacious. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a kitchen. The hotel works very hard to keep the guests engaged with activities, dining options and amenities. Although the facility is a little older, the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Comfortable and clean resort with spacious suites only minutes away from Disney World. We enjoyed the proximity to the theme parks, excellent customer service, multiple pools, marketplace, and other ammeneties. Definitely on our list if we return to Orlando.

I've been in the room for about two days now, the beds were wonderful and clean. There's an amazing jetted tub in the main room. They also provide an apartment size washer dryer combo to clean your clothes when you get messy.

Great location! Shopping, dining & major attractions near by! This resort is gated & secure. There is lots to do on the premises! Fairly quite & relaxing plus family oriented! I would highly recommend this resort!

We used a timeshare to stay so I can't speak for the price of the room regularly, but it was beautiful and the staff were so wonderfully helpful. We were able to check our bags early in the morning so we could spend the day in the park while our room was being prepared.

Staff not kind. A guy at the front desk gave us wrong room around 30 mins...when i called them to double check the room number, the lady on the phone was very insensitive and unapologetic...and hung up on me.
..the half of the tennis court was under construction. At check in, sales push was annoying.

My husband and I really enjoyed this villa, it was our home away from home. Our suit was right next to the pool. We walked to the restaurant and pools onsite. Everyone was super friendly. Definitely going back.

Excellent service, excellent rooms, excellent room service. HOWEVER, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THEM CONVINCE YOU TO GO TO THE PROPERTY PRESENTATION FOR TIME SHARE. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE WORD NO MEANS! THEY ARE AGGRESSIVE AND RELENTLESS TO THE POINT OF SERIOUS AGGREVATION!

While there is plenty to do on site, the resort is huge and we had to drive to most areas except the pool near our room, the room itself was very dirty and outdated. We had old food in our room and we're missing supplies for the week. We're sticking with The Marriott in the future.

We stayed at the property this past week and had a great experience. The location is perfect to get to any Disney property, great restaurants nearby and a Publix for food down the street. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I prefer Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas over standard luxary hotels as the rooms are essentially well appointed apartments. Marble counters, master bedrooms with ensuites, therapy tubs and full kitchens make the stay very comfortable. The location is 10 minutes from Epcot and close to all theme parks. Onsite, the resort has many pools a general market containing a Starbucks and a few restaurants. I would stay here again.

Very homely facilities that are well kept and extremely clean. They have tons of activities for people of all ages. It's amazing how close is located to the Disney parks.

Good place. I didnt venture out of the room but the room is a nice place to lounge. The beds are comfortable but the pillows have no firmness at all.

Rented a suite to use as home base for a week to visit Disney and Universal. Served that purpose well.

We love it, it has everything. Pools, games, bar. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need.

Such an amazing hotel and well situated for all the Disney parks great holiday

Let's just start by saying the staff were extremely nice. We were checked in by Veron and Amber. Very nice and helpful ladies. The upkeep of the grounds is outstanding. They work on that property everyday. Our Villa was very nice! Pools were opened late and clean. I just wished they would step their game up as far as the food /restaurants. The food was just OK. I expected more from the Sheraton. Besides that we still had a great time.

The room service has greatly lowered the level and attention in the PALMS bar, at night it leaves a lot to be desired, not to say bad especially for the Latinos that although we are owners and the ones that serve Latinos, it seems that some of them had complex of inferiority or embarrassment of speaking in Spanish. It's a shame x the resort is very nice but it has deteriorated a lot since it joined Sheraton to VISTANA !!!

We stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom Suite with a separate living area and a separate kitchen area. The rooms were quite comfortable and the surrounding area was quiet and relaxing. Very close to the Disney properties and would highly recommend staying at this property.

The resort is nice. In a convent location. Staff very pleasant. However house keeping did a poor job cleaning prior to my check in. Especially with COVID-19 cleanliness should be one of the top priorities. There was hair on toilet, crumbs on the dining area chairs (more than one), the silverware tray looked dirty and the balcony door did not lock. Engineering attempted to fix the lock but was unsuccessful.

Very clean near parks plenty to do great coustmer service
