Upgraded our room, and is conveniently located near Walt Disney Resort, but did accidentally leave our door open one day while cleaning, and we had to call multiple times to ask for more shampoo.

We were in January with my family, it was a great experience. The apartments are very well equipped, the service is very good and the surroundings are excellent. I recommend it without a doubt !!!

"DO NOT LET YOU DECEIVE WITH THAT TALK IS A SCAM"

I want to give an alert regarding this hotel when you arrive the reception is very kind until you pass it to a stand where they offer discounts at the parks if they go to a talk that lasts an hour the day after their arrival they charge 20 dollars to the card and the next day they return all that is a trap in my case do not take the passports to the talk in a premeditated way because they are not interested as they try to sell a resort and as it does not have the passport has no document valid to bind it to the contract have spent 25 days and have not returned the claim 3 times and the answer is that it will wait 7 days every time I call I get the same answer I recommend that you do not visit the hotel as they will be bothered by that situation because when feeling cheated the person does not enjoy NO LET'S BE DECEIVED WITH THAT TALK IS A SCAM

Just as this man happened to me this week, do not damage your vacation !!!

We went for a great friends birthday party to the VIP section and EVERYTHING was just wonderful!! I noticed the "pool boy"(?) keeping everything ultra clean at all times and was very personable with us! I do believe we'll be checking this place out for future getaways!!

I've thought a lot about how highly to rate this resort.
The positives: It was a great space for our family vacation. The suite itself was bigger than our old house! The pools were really nice and the resort was a quick drive from Disney and Universal. Which was perfect for us with a toddler because we could go back to the suite for mid-day naps. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The outdoor grilling space was nice and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes we needed. Gym was nice and clean. We agreed this was a place we would totally retire to!

The negatives: the carpet was filthy! Our toddlers feet and knees were totally black from all the dirt in the carpet. It looked clean, but obviously needs some deep cleaning. Also, the maitainence me my tapped on the door then opened it and came in before I could even get to it. Which is concerning and also rude. We weren't even notified that they were coming to do maintainence on our suite. Lastly, we signed up for a special deal for buy three nights get the fourth night free, and they jacked up the rates for the first three nights. But, we did get $100 to spend on resort property (also included in the deal, so at least they came through on half of it)

We will definitely be back!

Good.

We only went there because Universal offered us $ 100 (of course you had to leave a reserve of $ 35 in case you were not hehe) to spend in the park in exchange for going to a talk in which you sell a timeshare. Obviously we went and had breakfast for free. I can only say that the departments that showed us were very luxurious and so expensive tmb. And the events room very comfortable. I can not comment on the service. This opinion does not help much but I can not say that I was not there.

Special place. Well thought. Large apartments and close to everything we need and most importantly that is next to Disney, very good. We visited several malls or shopping centers. Leftover infrastructure

They made me an offer and I did not accept it, and they insisted until they made me enervate, I went in a bad way because of the insistence of wanting to sell me something I did not want.

Another marriott... Another satisfaction... This place is amazing, my room is a two bedroom suite and is fully equipped. Even includes laundry (which most resorts have a common area) cleaning is spotless. The resort also has a mini market. I recommend this place mostly to families with children because it has lots of activities and arcades

It's comfortable, but generic, and feels like they cheap out on small stuff. For instance, wifi is limited to 10 devices per rental before you're charged for additional connections. Although there is a kitchen with a fair selection of cookware, there is only a small amount of dish soap. On the other side, the pools and hot tubs are nice, at least in the evening, although I doubt the day would be too busy. Although it is well maintained, it doesn't feel like there's any personality.

We arrived around noon on a Monday. Check in was very smooth but be prepared for them to offer you to go to a presentation for their timeshare. The lady setting up the timeshare offered my kids free toys which included a light saber and two Frozen toys. I was also given a $120 gift card and I had to put down a $20 deposit which I would get back after the meeting. I will get to the rest of it later on.

We stayed in a two bedroom villa on the Falls side of the resort on the second floor. The Falls side is very nice and quiet. Our villa was so spacious! It had a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and silverware. It also had a dishwasher, fridge, and stove. We also had a bathroom with a jet tub and then another bathroom with a shower. I put my two boys in the bedroom that had two twin beds and the girls were in the bedroom with me in the king sized bed. The villa also has a living room and a small dining area with a dining table.

The resort has seven outdoor pools, eight whirlpools, and three restaurants. My one year old really enjoyed the pool that had enough water to only cover her ankles. It also had sprinklers that she also got a kick out of. The Marketplace is where you can pick up a few groceries and it has a Starbucks located inside. We ordered pizza from room service every night which was really good! The breakfast was just okay. If you want a good breakfast you can fix your own or go to the many restaurants located nearby. The resort is also really close to Seaworld and Disney World. You can buy tickets in the main lobby for many attractions.

I would like to talk about some cons. The housekeeping could have been much better. The first night I was soaking in the tub and I look around and I notice mold by the handle and immediately got out. The next day the housekeeper comes and I show her the mold and she says call engineering. So I call the front desk before we leave for the day and they say they will have someone come right up. We come back hours later and it's still there. It wasn't until I left a message for the general manager that it was taken care of. There were also spots around the toilet that were there from the first night we arrived and still there on our last night. Let's also talk about the timeshare. So when I signed up the lady asked was I married or single. I said single, which by law I am. So we get to the meeting and they have a checklist which asks are you single, married or living with someone. I check living with someone and because this person did not accompany us on the trip we could not do the presentation, which was fine because I didn't want to do it anyway. This should have been explained to me when I signed up because that $120 gift card that they gave me, I got charged for. It could have saved me time and money. It didn't bother me too much but they need to make sure to explain EVERYTHING when you sign up.

I would recommend this hotel because it's very kid friendly and there was enough room for all of us. It was definitely comfy. The suite also has a screened balcony which is perfect for the little ones. Our suite also included a washer and dryer.

We actually thought we had booked at the newer resort but arrived here. It is a very large resort and older than the other one. I thought this would bother me. However, in my opinion it is better! The rooms are great and the area the resort sits on is so pretty. There are seven pools scattered around the resort. Some are quaint and some are busy. The two pub areas are a lot of fun to relax and enjoy. The market is expensive but nice. They have Starbucks in the market, however, it takes a very long time and the lines are Long. This was during the Easter holiday though. All in all, great place. We will be back!

I come here every year, and every year it's amazing. I have spent the last 5 Christmas seasons here at Vistana and I wouldn't want to spend Christmas anywhere else. Everyone that works here is so friendly and nice, they have anything you need in the market. The pools are spread out but yet close enough you can walk to all of them. Tennis courts, workout rooms, basketball courts, and pools are all well maintained and clean. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to vacation. It's close to both universal and Disney and has a bunch of food options close outside. It's really just the perfect place.

I was really impressed by this place. The suites are huge and extremely clean. Very close to Disney Springs and easy to get to from the highway. There is mini golf on site as well as a spa and several pools. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Hotel cleanliness was decent at best. Huge resort with only one restaurant that was under staffed. Friday and Saturday evening only had one person working the bar so even people like myself wanting non alcoholic beverages had to wait forever. Breakfast was pretty good and the service in AM was good. Again under staffed and a longer wait.
The reason for one star is we prepaid for tickets to Sea World to avoid lines and it completely backfired. We got there not knowing (because they never told us) that we did not get actual tickets but rather vouchers for tickets so after going through bag check and we had a stroller with infant we get to main gate and they tell us we need to return to end of the line to redeem voucher. Turns out voucher line only has two windows where the people just arriving and paying had 20 windows. So they only had a 5-10 minute wait under canopy shade and we waited with infant for additional 45 minutes under direct sun with no shade to redeem our voucher. So instead of avoiding the long line it prolonged it over an hour total and ruined the experience. Besides them not telling us how the voucher works it wasn't Sheraton's fault. However when I called in to tell them what happened they were extremely rude and offered zero compensation or an apology I would never go back and I hope to avoid other people having the same thing happen to them as happened to us and I guess this is the only way to accomplish that.

This has been our go-to resort in Orlando for 20 years and it's beginning to show it's age. While most public areas are modern and clean, the unit we stayed in at the Cascades Village is showing some wear and the appliances are old...was quicker to boil water in a pot on the stove for tea than use the provided kettle. The coffee maker was old and had no automatic shutoff as well as the clothes dryer had to be manually stopped. The whirlpool tub worked for a minute or two at a time and there were minor signs of water damage throughout the unit. While dishwasher detergent was provided, regular dish detergent no longer is so if you only want to wash a mug or plate take your own dish soap. This being said, the location of the property is ideal for visiting the parks and shopping, and the security provided is top notch. It's a shame that management has allowed the small things to take away from a beautiful property.

We stayed in building 6, room 2502. It was completely enjoyable. Surrounded by plenty of restuarants, pools, and delivery within the resort. Less than 20 mins away from Universal and Disney. Plus everything you could think of for restuarants, coffee, pharmacies, groceries just outside resort within seconds. We are a family of four and had a perfect stay.

Everyone has been simply awesome! This place is amazing. I felt very safe. From the check-in staff, to security, to maintenance, to housekeeping the entire staff is very pleasant and professional.

Poor maintenance, stained carpets, dirty dishes inside the cabinets, other guests' stockings around the area, no basic supplies (scrubbing soap, sponge, cloths, and others) annoying, disappointed I bought a villa, I arrive, they give me another. I pay annual maintenance for this luxury and I didn't receive it.

Fantastic resort with lots of amenities 5 minutes away from Disney WITHOUT those pesky resort fees. Well worth the price. You can tell the resort is older but it has been kept up VERY well. Will definitely stay here again!

Have been going here since 1984. It's like my second home. You can just relax or enjoy the activities like several pools, tennis, walking, miniature golf, nearby attractions. Wonderful accommodations. Less than 5 miles from WDW, Disney shopping and entertainment area, Sea World, and Universal Studios.

#1. You need to add more slides to all the pools the bigger the pool you need to have Alot more slides to accommodate the guest. Also you should have a pool employee watching for bathroom accidents in splash pool area .
There was 2 areas in the cascades splash pool that had poop in it .couldn't find a employee to get this matter taken care of .couldn't let my granddaughter s go in that area. Would really love see your own water park and much bigger shaded play ground area .. need to add more gas grill s. With the utensils to provided in the unit .would like to see fire pits so we can do s'more whenever we want and not have to go over to the tiki bar .
