The customer service is excellent and there is so many things to do.. They have it all!!! Had so much fun!!! This is my go to place every two years...

Excellent accommodation! Close proximity to major theme parks!

Great hotel with lousy service and really lousy housekeeping department

Good service but when we got to our room there were a lot of problems that should have been fixed before we got there.

Everything is fine. Just that their sprinklers leave hard spots on the car.

Everything is up to date great but lots of lizards but no way they could get in

The rooms are kept extremely clean, very large rooms for a decent price! Will definitely be coming back!

Had a wonder full stay and staff was very friendly. The only down side was the room we were in was on the second floor and the stairs were very steep with no choice of an elevator. It seems the farther away from the welcome center you get the fewer buildings has elevators. But over all enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Staff is very informative and knowledgable about all questions I asked. Place was spacious and big as well

Room was very spacious with a nice kitchen with silverware two rooms and a pull out couch. Not to far from universal studios but not walking distance

So close to Disney and great amenities! We will ALWAYS choose this for our Orlando visits!

A nice place to stay. It has a nice outdoor pool and small water park so kids really enjoyed it. However, it is a bit crowded while we are there, so it is hard to find a parking spot.

Nice resort, even if some rooms are a little dated with mattresses that are very broken by the average weight of the typical American who comes to Orlando! (Which is why I didn't give the fifth star)

Ample space for public, but late at night parking is sometimes full.
Beautiful pools, well equipped, with towels available directly on site.

Location certainly central to the main theme parks, including EPCOT and Aquatica which are less than 15 minutes by car (traffic permitting).

Do not miss a visit to the nearby outlet where you will find incredible prices even of the Italian luxury brands.

Our rooms were amazing! The grounds are beautiful and we had so much fun at the pool and arcade. Close proximity to the disney parks, shops, and resturants. Drink prices could use some lowereing but overall was a great vacation for my son and I!

We had requested a room next to the marketplace and were given an upgrade when I asked for it during check-in. However, we could not get the same room for the entire stay. Told not to unpack and change rooms at 10am the next day. We waited the entire next day! Room was finally ready at 4:30pm. It turned out the cleaning crew was using the room; watching tv, using the bathroom! We decided to just stay in our room finally as the other room seemed a bit older as well. Not sure what was a better idea, because the AC broke the second night we were there, engineering never came, cleaning people didn t really clean the rooms, the washer and dryer made such loud noise, dishwasher door was coming off, etc., etc. and to top it off the staff all around was not nice; rude and annoyed to help you. We stayed at the Marriott Cypress Villas for the beginning of our trip and that was a much better experience. We are Platinum Bonvoy members and would not recommend this hotel.

It's amazing you like have your own little house with a kitchen,two bedrooms,balance,dining room,living room,washer and dryer and two bathrooms.

Beautiful property, well maintained rooms, lovely amenities, excellent location, friendly, helpful, staff.

What a gorgeous, relaxing, roomy place with plenty of safe outdoor activities.

I m currently staying at this resort. I m highly disappointed with my room. Our room is located next to what I could only call a swamp. It s a muddy, bug infested area. It s actually quite disgusting. Our patio faces this swamp and is infested with so many bugs that it s unusable. And speaking of bugs, we found large water bugs in the cabinet where our plates are. Our sheets smell so musty that we don t even want to lay in the bed. The sheets are not even being changed because the same makeup stain has been on the pillow. Also, when we came back to our room tonight, there was a used paper plate with old food on it, on our counter. It was not from us! We were do not have any paper plates and we were gone all day. I am regretting ever booking this resort. I m actually thinking about checking out early. This was a total waste of money.

This place was nothing like the website. We were locked out of our room twice by mistake of the hotel and both times were at night after a long day at the parks with our 4 year old. We chose to have room service instead of free breakfast because you cant get both, but they never came to clean our room till the 3rd night of our 4 day stay. The T.V. on our room didn't work and neither did the bath tub stopper so I had to use a rag to give our daughter a bath. Some of the rooms had roaches and they were even as nice as they looked on the website. They also smelled like mold. The whole room resort experience was bad. The breakfast wasn't that good either. I heard that from the 33 people in our family that came down on the trip with us. Our key only worked on once to let us in and once on the last day. We couldn't get into the resort get a couple of times because our key wouldn't work. We told the front dest about all of this and they blamed us saying it was user error, then it was the key box battery, then it was our account but we paid in advance....sooo that was a lie, because then they told us it was an error code and that's why we were locked out. Idk how the rest of my family enjoyed their rooms but ours was very unfortunate. We wont be staying there again. Good luck to anyone who stays there in room 2144.

We are currently spending our honeymoon at the Vistana. The resort is very large and sprawling, which is picturesque but a little difficult to get around at first. The location is right between all of the major parks, which is ideal if theme parks are part of your trip. Our concierge Christiane was very helpful and gave us several tips on how to save some $$ and get the most out of each park/day. They will push a timeshare presentation on you when you are checking in, but there isn't any pressure when you decline. We havent been here long enough to judge the food or activities yet but so far the service and surroundings have been very good.

Upon arrival the room was very neat with the naked eye and had everything. One dining room chair was broken and my son almost fell through it when he sat down. On night one, I killed a roach on the wall and was hearing very loud noises coming through the walls. One night 2 the loud noises were back from the ceiling. Mind you we are staying on the top floor. Tnoises were happening during the day as well. I also killed another roach!! Finally without getting any sleep, we called maintenance and they came out. It's so hot that the maintenance guys didn't want to go on the roof to figure out what's going on. So now we have to pack up everything, wasted a whole day, to go to another building. We were suppose to visit Disney World today and now that plan is destroyed because we've been waiting an hour to be relocated. I'm very upset and will NEVER come back. My vacation has been horrible.

Giving this place 4 stars because the tiled floors and carpet in our room were very dirty, so dirty that u had to keep shoes on at all times or your feet would be black. We had some problem where the tiled floors were constantly wet for 2 days and we had to put towels down so we didnt slip. They did come and inspect room when we were out and whatever they done fixed it. The rooms also had a musty smell. The pool areas were great and kids enjoyed swimming. The bar staff were attentive and food was ok, but we mostly ate out.

Excellent quality of rooms, with multiple options available. 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette available for reasonable price. Rooms were clean, and well tended. There were multiple pool options as well as multiple activities for children.

Have vacationed here since the 80's. Vistana has always been meticulously managed and has maintained it's newness despite it's many years.

Spacious room but somewhat dated property. Convenient location close to the freeway, stores and restaurants. Housekeeping can pay a bit more attention to cleaning to make this a better stay.

Love this resort. Stayed here through the Armed Forces Vacation Club network and it was very affordable!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pools are amazing. I feel this was very close to all the attractions I wanted to go to.

Great resort. Many pools and hot tubs. Tennis courts, basketball, mini golf and more. Friendly staff and very clean facilities. The villas are amazing!! Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Loving the resort. It has been great! The staff is fabulous to us and our group. It has been a great trip for us to this point.

The size of the resort is great if you want a vacation where you can stay busy everyday and never have to leave the property. The condo we have is spacious and everything is really nice and up to date. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue I've had is it took multiple calls to have things cleaned that should have been done before we checked in.

My family has owned here since 1988 and it always been amazing. The staff is friendly and the grounds are kept beautifully. 7 pools to choose from. Playgrounds, a restaurant and a pool side place to eat with a bar. It s close to EVERYTHING.

Everything was great. My only complaint is the same one I have at every hotel, and that's just room service trying to clean the room before we have to check out.

This is my favorite property my birthday is coming up and I can't wait to go again!

The villas are amazing, nice and spacious, ideal for larger families and serviced daily. The apartments however are more suited to 3-4 person families and are only serviced once every few days.

Great value if you are travelling with kids, a bit dull if you are a young person in search of nightlife. Friendly staff and great proximity to nearby attractions, facilities clean and pool areas/onsite amenities are excellent. Only let down is the cost and quality of food on the resort.

Absolutely one of the nicest places I have ever vacationed. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy. So much to do without leaving.

Nice place but you can hear everything going on outside

A perfect hotel. We have been a few days, but the treatment and the experience has been good, besides proximity by car to the different parks. The rooms are with old decoration, but with its kitchen and utensils. Very large and comfortable bed. Cleansed.

Great accomadation at very reasonable price. They are all condos with fully functioning kitchens

Property itself is nice but their affiliation with pushy lying timeshare weasels completely ruined my memories of the trip. They bait you with a seemingly innocent way to come back and "explore" the property with an explorer package but what they don't tell you is its twice the price as just paying to stay there and then justify it by saying they'll apply it to the cost of a timeshare unit. It's a high pressure scam and it's too bad this property uses this tactic.

Beautiful Hotel, Friendly and Helpful Staff and we loved it so much we are thinking of buying in!!

Property was very nice. Didn't appreciate being roped into a time share sales pitch. 90 minutes turned into 3 hrs ripped off from our vacation. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I always enjoy this resort went during new years week only downside it was cold so could not use thw pools and the resort has few back up activities whe the weather is bad

Great property. Lots to do without leaving the resort. Plenty to occupy family members of all ages. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Gray place to stay, clean with lots of amenities. Things for kids to do, many pools, quiet, communal BBQs. Close to all the action.

Spacious grounds and awesome apartments with even a washer&dryer!!! Big balcony with a mosquito net but the living room could be a bit bigger. When you use the pullout sofa, there is very little room to pass. Great furniture, the decor is beautiful! Housekeeping is sluggish. Very sluggish and discourtious.

Stayed in an old part of resort. Some of the outlets are so old the plugs wont stay in them. People are friendly. Place is clean but smells of mold

Clean room, comfortable bed kitchen cooking utensils lacking. No cooking pans, nor hand gloves for the oven.

I was getting ready to say that I never visited this place until I remembered at the last minute that my Uncle and his wife has a Timeshare here that they visit every year. It's a nice place that I don't mind visiting when they're here.

Had a great time with my family, plenty to do and lovely rooms.
All the great parks are just around the corner.

We stayed twice the first time the room was very good for 8 people (we were only 4) for only $ 300 very nice view and it is very accessible to access the pools from the apartment the only bad thing is that the second time the room was worse and the view was not good but very good todl

awesome resort... modern, clean, luxurious rooms and facilities

We really enjoyed our stay here however they were remodeling our building and kept water blasting the sides of the hotel very early in the morning that was just nice distraction when we were trying to sleep. They did have a very nice pool area and several other nice amenities that were fun for me and for the kids. I would recommend this place is long as they ensure that you do not get a remodeled location or at least a location that is being currently remodeled.
