We came here to do a chocolate trip for my middle child kindergarten graduation. The place was SO CLEAN. I always look in the showers and toilets and I can't tell you how many times I've had to call the front desk about problems I've had with OTHER hotels. Not here. And what was even better was the gift card we got. It covered the price of the food for the two days we were there. We had to sit through a presentation but Tyrrell was excellent. He was professional, respectful and felt like a friend. I definatly will be staying here again in the future. I don't see why I would stay anywhere else.

We really do love it here. Every time we've visited the theme park areas, we've stayed here. I mean, how many hotels can you get for $150 that have full kitchens, 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, AND several pools? Just avoid the time share presentation, it takes the better part of your day, and it is NOT worth the "investment." This is also the best location to get to BB King's, Wet and Wild, putt putt, a great grocery store, and so many fun things to do which are not DISNEY related. Its right off the freeway, and traffic is a bit crazy nearby, but once on property, it is quiet and guests are normally respectful of everyone around them. Everything is clean, and you get maid service (dishes included) every other day included in your room rate. I did tip well, so I can't say that didn't help. The shuttle to and from the theme parks was very reasonable, but the pick up location was not sheltered, and was probably the worst of all the locations. There was no shelter at our pickup location, and it was the furthest walk from Epcot of all the pickup locations: and although we were tired, and wet, it was sort of a great memory of our trip... but then again, if your family doesn't travel well, you might want to drive your own car to the theme parks instead of the shuttle. All in all, the beds were really good, the sheets and blankets were just like home, and the master bathroom was really, really nice. There is pizza hut, and by the main pool, activities, and a really great smaller pool with water slides, smoothies, and putt putt. You can walk for hours in the complex and find tons of things to do, nature, etc. Just please stay away from the time share presentations. Take the free breakfast and sneak out.

Loved it, less then 15 mins away from Disney near all attractions. 7 Pools with events for everyone all day. My kids loved it, the only problem I had was the grills didn t light up right away

We are owners at Vistana & have stayed there nearly every yr for 20 yrs. However, this yr was terrible. We spent the last 2 weekends there, the 1st as guests of a friend & this past weekend, we used our own time. Due to my waiting too long to book this year, we were only able to get 2 nights instead of a full week but that is my fault for not booking earlier. So 2 wks ago, we arrived on Friday afternoon to find the lobby renovated. I was sad to see they'd done away with the lovely, huge Christmas tree that used to grace the lobby. I'd arranged for Diamond Lane check-in but our rooms weren't ready. They told us to come back at 2 pm so we went to lunch. At 2:30 we were told 1 room was ready & were given keys which didn't work. I called the front desk & we waited a while for a man who let us in. We explained we actually had two rooms & he went back for keys for the 2nd room which was nice of him. Upon entering the 1st room, we were immediately hit with a terrible smell. There was a large stain on a couch cushion. The toe kick of 1 of the kitchen cabinets was bashed in revealing broken floor tiles. I called housekeeping who later arrived with air freshener and tried to clean the couch cushion to no avail. She swapped it with another room. The kitchen cabinets were grease covered especially around the door handles. We showed her the broken toe kick, tiles & a large black scratch on a bathroom door. The disrepair of the unit was quite evident. I was shocked to see the bad condition of the room. The man returned with keys for the 2nd room & escorted me to it in the next building, He told us it was ready but housekeeping was still cleaning so we had to wait for them to finish. It was apparent, there was a breakdown in communication. This was just more wasted time of our short weekend. Eventually, the room was finished & half of our group moved to the 2nd room. Later that evening, my friend was horrified to find a large urine stain on his duvet. I immediately called guest services as this was disgusting & completely unacceptable. A 1/2 hr later, they brought sheets & a duvet but no blanket. Speaking of blankets, what's the deal with the awful, crinkly hospital chuck-like, so-called blankets now used in the rooms? There used to be very nice, soft blankets. Now they have this terrible plastic-like cover between the sheets & duvet. It's noisy & terrible to the touch. On Sunday, housekeeping knocked at 10 a.m. unaware that I'd arranged for noon check-out. Again, there was a lack of communication within Vistana staff. Housekeeping should have known we had a later check-out time. We left much earlier than noon but that is irrelevant.

The following weekend was even worse. I'd called prior to arriving at the resort & was told we were in unit 1351 which was a handicapped room. I asked what the difference was between that room & a regular unit. She explained the cabinets were lower which was ok as I'm not tall. However, upon arrival, not only did the room stink like the 1 the previous weekend, the washer/dryer was extremely low on the floor & there was no jacuzzi tub. I look forward to a jacuzzi. I called guest services & was told they would move us to another room. We met someone at the new unit only to find it a complete disaster. Housekeeping had not cleaned the room. We returned at 11:30. The room was "clean" but it was dirty & in disrepair. Cabinets were greasy, there was a dried, white fingerprint on the toaster which meant they hadn't wiped it down, 1 light bulb was out over the dining table, a bulb above the bathroom vanity blinked like a strobe light, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall & the door stop was laying on the floor in the bathroom. I called & the bulbs were changed but the whole place is falling apart. The water level of the pond outside of the Tiki Bar is low revealing the black lining. I saw raccoons raiding the garbage area of the Tiki Bar. I'm disappointed with both stays at Vistana. They have lost pride in maintaining the resort & as owners, that is very concerning.

Absolutely love this place!!! I can't stress it enough!! My wife and I stayed here for a week for our honeymoon & fell in love with this place!! We loved it so much we bought the vacation package for all our future family trips. We are looking forward to our next vacation there or our couples getaway. The villa we had was perfect beyond belief!!! The staff from the moment we checked in was A+ all the way around!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family vacation spot or a couple looking for a nice place for some r&r. Thank you to the Sheraton staff for all you did in helping my wife and I in making our stay there the most memorable ever!!!

Overall, That is a perfect place for vacation, for you and your family. Restaurants, bar (late night), small market place, different swimming pools for adults, kids and Jacuzzi. Rooms are great, organized and clean.
We get at the beginning a really bad customer services from Cooter (a guy from main lobby) but we find another customer service and he was incredible, his name is Antonio. My wife and I enjoyed the experience.

Very spacious villas, with a variety of amenities to offer. Hosting well stocked and reasonably priced market, a plethora of pools and hot tubs, and a wide range of events on the resort. Staff was friendly and attentive for the most part. Easy access and parking at each villa with key card gated areas for security. Finally, a short drive to the Disney or Universal parks. Will definitely visit again.

I had many problems at check-in and one of those problems did not resolve me after five days. But apart from that it has good rooms and pools. If you want to play sports, like playing mini golf, you have to pay.

Not the bargain it used to be, but if you need a place to stay while visiting Orlando, it's hard to beat. If you avoid the time share hard sell you will be ok. After a year or two, we figured out how to avoid that and not to answer the phone when it rings every morning at 0900 sharp. But this year (2018), they seemed overwhelmed. Rooms weren't ready when they were advertised that they would be (1600 or 4PM). We paid $400 more this year than 2017 and were placed in a room the size of a shoebox. The smoke detector went off every time we opened the oven door. Nothing smoking, nothing giving off fumes, it just went off. Get the housekeeping over the breakfast, you will appreciate that more than a jam-packed, ear splitting breakfast room. There are little workout rooms on the property, there is one that is pretty good equipment wise, but we couldn't find it this year and none of the employees we encountered could tell us where it was. So we gave up and just went to Planet Fitness on Turkey Lake, right down the street from a Walmart. The best section to stay in is Key West, it is quiet and out of the chaos. We stayed in Cascades this time, hated it. Overcrowded and noisy. There were many complaints this year, overheard in the lobby, about requests for particular areas and room types not being honored. We had placed a couple of requests several months before, which in the past had been easy for the staff to accommodate, but the attitude this year was take it or leave it. I'm looking for somewhere else to stay next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! Check in was nice and quick, and the associates were extremely informative about activities on and off-site. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. On-site activities and facilities are relatively close and there's almost always some kind of event at any time of the day. Needless to say, I certainly recommend to bring the family here.

Started out okay. Rooms were a little dated but okay space. Then, after being here for 4 days, our room keys didn t work. Went to the front only to be told that this building is going to be going through maintenance and we had to relocate. No forewarning or anything. Took security for ever to get to us with the new keys and the old ones to let us in to collect all of our belongings. Smh. The process was not ideal at all and they should not have put anyone in the building if maintenance was to be done. Customer service was not the best either. Everyone had different answers, didn t know what was going on or passed the phone to the next person to shift blame. Do better Sheraton!!!

We had a fabulous stay at Sheraton Vistana Resort. However, one thing I would like to post as I believe there are honest people out there. I lost a gold ring with diamonds on it. It is a keepsake for me and I would truly appreciate if anyone found it to please contact me!!!!

We moved 2 times of room. They do not clean more than once a week. You must wash the towels and sheets. The room was flooded and they told us they could not do anything. They left us out of it even though the reservation had not yet been completed. A dedastre

This is a great resort. It looks to be newly renovated and has some of the most extensive amenities I have seen. Explore 6 different pools, activity centers, and unique food outlets of this expansive facility. There is a lot here for everyone! The foody, the athlete, the pool chiller, and the kids!

There was no where to get a drink after 5 PM and the hotel main manager Amy told me I had to go OFF PROPERTY to find anything to drink! Run as far away as you can from this place. Not a resort it is a best Western on a bad day.

Stayed in an amazing two bedroom suite. It was spacious, clean, close proximity to Disneyworld. Kids and family activities all around. Recreation centre connected to one of the pools has an escape room, restaurant and an event space where they host video game night for kids and magic shows a couple of times a week. Very impressed.

Horrible I DON'T RECOMMEND them the attention was very bad, they changed our rooms when we got to the rooms three times the first time the carpet was wet and with a chemical product that gave me joy, my face turned red, asleep and all fans of it The second holia had old dust and the third had dirty sheets, in 8 days they did not serve the room and the worst the inhuman treatment, we were running from the hotel in the middle of Hurricane Irma (They told us we had to leave at 10 am in the middle of Hurricane Irma) the Manager treated us badly)

Rooms are fine but remember it's a resort not a hotel so there is no maid service. Nothing is included so make sure you check the prices before you order anything. Check-in is a miserable experience as the whole concept is to get you to buy a worthless timeshare and they are Shameless about how high pressure the sale situation is. Incredibly close to Disney World and good food options (outside the resort of course). Location really saves this one otherwise you would just stay in a hotel.

Great location. Close to the outlet malls and Disney property. As well the highway is less than a minute away. The villa is large and spacious with a full kitchen. Tons of amenities around the resort. Great vacation spot!

two couples with two teens stayed in this hotel in its two bedroom suite. The suite was comfortable for six, the small kitchen was functional and well stocked. The rooms were big and the two full baths were a big plus. Reasonable quality WiFi provided for free to hotel guests! The hotel is centrally located and has 1600 units, which is typical to Orlando area.

Yet, this is not your typical Sheraton hotel. Its a time sharing hotel, which means it lacks the Sheraton high quality service. For example, the hotel does NOT provide Shampoos and conditioners (according to the front desk, its based on guests preference - which I doubt, it is just pennis pinching attitude); it did not provide coffee to the coffee machine and the worst of all, there was no early check in or check out available to their preferred customers; etc... Also, they hit you at check in to participate in to particpate in timesharing presentation - so just say NO.

Overall, we enjoyed the size of the 2-bedroom suite, we liked the kitchen and the two baths, but were negatively surprised with the lack of Sheraton quality touches.

Worse Sheraton I ever stayed.

Worse Sheraton I ever stayed.
They charge $19 resort fee, which includes shuttle service to Disney World.
Worse shuttle service ever, old bus, came from other hotel and it was full each time we took.We had to stand inside, all the way to Disney World.
I thought in US,passengers are not allowed to stand except CITY BUS.

The resort is huge and very well maintained. Our check in was done by Andres and he saw how tired we were on arrival so he made sure we checked in quickly. After him we moved on to get our parking pass which is where they try to see if you're interested in the timeshare presentation we said no and they were not pushy at all like other places. we had a 2 bedroom suite our building was the Palms which had no elevator. We weren't too happy and it was an inconvenience when you travel with an elderly person but were too tired to argue about it. The room it self was spotless, very spacious and we had a nice lake view. The master bathroom had a therapy tub which we took full advantage of. Kitchen was fully equipped. The only complaint that i can have is that the pillows are extremely flat and the beds are not that comfortable. We all woke up with body aches. The buffet should offer more options for $18. However the food was great both in breakfast and dinner. Overall service was good and very nice resort. But because of the uncomfortable beds and elevator situation we might not stay again.

This is our 4th visit to this property and we are owner s at a Westin property elsewhere but unfortunately the front desk service here has been well below expectations. After a longer than usual check-in process and the obligatory sales pitch from concierge, we arrived at our nicely appointed room. Leaving a few hours later from our room we discovered our car was under a deluge of water from a broken sprinkler head. This was unfortunate bad luck since we had a couple windows cracked and moving the car required getting wet. After a call to the front desk, they said engineering would be sent to address but no apology was offered. Engineering s solution was putting a rock over the broken head which just resulted in flooding of the parking lot later in the week rather than repairing properly and conserving water.

The next couple days staying at the resort were uneventful and the food and cleaning staff were always polite when interacting with. On our last day at the resort the 6 of us returned from a long day at the parks in late afternoon only to discover that none of our 4 room keys worked. Our only option was to drive across the property back to the welcome center and aforementioned front desk to figure out what the issue was. After waiting in the lengthy check out line, our cards were reprogrammed and we were offered no explanation as to the cause of the issue. 30 minutes into the problem, I requested a manager hoping for some better customer service and a sincere apology for all the trouble but only received a we will send engineering to look at the door lock. Engineering never showed but security called to make sure we got back into the room, now having wasted 45 minutes of our day.

Being and vacation owner and having relatives who work for Marriott, the service and attitude from the front desk have been completely unprofessional. Hopefully this review will result in more pleasant experiences for future guests and something for the staff to work towards on improving rather than portraying a nonchalant attitude towards legitimate guest issues.
