I liked it a lot. The pools are so much fun. There is a net to play volleyball there. There is also a beach volleyball court as well. The places are really clean. The rooms are spotless and they come with everything. It was awesome! Not many young people tho.

We loved the place. Spacious two bedroom we stayed in. Nice place to walk around. We enjoyed our morning walk to marketplace on site. Close proximity to all parks, Disney springs and premium outlet mall.
Nothing is included. Everything you do on site is extra. They give false info to get you to buy park passes then try to strongarm you into buying into timeshares.
Grounds are very nice the rooms have nice furnishings the rooms are the smallest villas i have ever seen. The handicape rooms have ao much furniture we had to remove chairs and tables to make the room work the handicape bathroom is rhe guest bathroom not the master bathroom the kitchen has the fewest suplies ive ever seen the first two trips to general store and a restaurant the employyee tried to scam me the resort staff drive like manics around the property.
I had the pleasure of becoming a share holder today by an Angel named Ms. Kristie Blankenship. She is very knowledgeable of what she does and treated us with great respect. What I loved most is that I did not feel pressured to do anything. Superb options where presented to us to accept or refuse. Keep in mind, I was coming only to listen, get our gift, and continue on with our vacation. But Ms. Kristie enlighten my mind on how we could get more out of out vacation by having one less thing to worry about, my accommodations. Not only would I not have to worry about that, but this would be a great investment for years to come for me and my family. Ms. Kristie had us in total awe after we did our tour. This was because I told her we had a tour the day before and it was NOTHING like the immaculate service she had just rendered to us. I will leave the tour nameless, because the presenter was awesome. The ball was dropped when the sales rep and one of the managers came. First off, I was not asked what I needed or what my budget was. A tour of the facility was not given. At a cubicle space I was given a figure of what they felt would fit our needs. When I declined the offer I felt like I was being brushed off so they could serve the next customer because I said no, but I was very interested. No one should ever be made to feel this was. Needless to say, I'm glad I declined their offer, because I would missed my destination at Sheraton Vistana meeting the lovely Ms. Kistie Blankenship. She listens well ya'll, so ask for her by name. Just meeting her today for the first time, it is my strong belief that she is a Geat asset to the Sheraton family!
We were just there for five nights. The room was nice, beds were comfortable, and it was clean. However, we had two major complaints.
1) We asked for a crib. First, they told us they could not reserve a crib for us until we physically arrived at the hotel. OK, weird, but fine. Our flight was delayed and we landed in Orlando with two small children around midnight. We called at about 1:30am to say we were on our way and had a sleeping toddler. We begged them to put the crib in our room. They said no, that they could not do it until we arrived. WE CALLED THEM ON OUR WAY. Still nothing. They did say that by the time we were done checking in, the crib would be in our room. So we arrive, check in, and they say, you will have to wait for 10 minutes for the crib. Not ideal (and definitely not done by the end of check in) but we could do it. We checked in at 1:46am...the crib didn't arrive until 2:30am. That's right, a full 45 minutes. With two sleeping children. And no where to put one of them. Really unacceptable customer service.
2) On our second night there, they never cleaned our room. Just never showed. By the time we were headed out for the evening we called the front desk and asked them for fresh towels while we were out. They literally just plopped a bunch of towels on the kitchen counter and left. Didn't take the used towels. Didn't take the pool towels. In fact, they NEVER took the pool towels. They were still on the floor under the sink in our bathroom three days later when we left.
We have been there before and they have been better. We seemed not to matter much.
Not a good experience. There was a longer than expected wait time to check in. There were only 2 people on line to check in and I waited more than 30min. There were 2 reps helping one gentleman & one of them was saying he would pull up google maps to find the best route for the customer. The customer was holding a smart phone in his hand - he can get his own directions .....20 min went by just while I was on line, no telling how long he was already being helped before I arrived. Adding to the frustration was seeing numerous personnel standing around chatting, wandering around and on their phones .... several minutes later myself and the woman in front of me figured these must be their timeshare sales people - but they looked just like the check in employees, same desks, same general location .... frustrating. Room wasn't ready (understandably we were a little early) They said the room was still being cleaned and they would call as soon as it was available. No problem at all. We went to one of the parks. When we finally arrived at the room my 6yr old immediately pointed out that there were crumbs on the stove top - she thought we must be in someone else's room to give you an idea of how obvious the crumbs were. Then I found hair in the tub - eww. It was quite late already & while I was on hold waiting for someone from the front desk to answer, my youngest child fell asleep. I gave up on the phone call and drove back to the lobby and told them what we found when we arrived. They apologized said a manager would call me in the morning. I left my cell #. *I never received a call or message from any manager or employee from the hotel.* We tried to book a room at another hotel but everyone was booked. By the next morning, a few other not so great things were noticed ... thinking the manager was going to call me I could bring this to his / her attention but again - No call from the manager. What other not great things you ask? The microwave was broken, there were hand-prints from make-up on the interior of the bathroom doors (I don't wear foundation so it wasn't from our household) & the light bulb was burnt out in the master bedroom lamp. Nothing life shattering but the sum of the broken & unclean parts added with the *no response of customer service* packaged together for a big disappointment. The location was convenient to I4 and the parks. The beds were comfortable. But, no, we won't be back - service is a top priority for me and my family and the customer service at the Sheraton Vistana was inferior.
Very welcoming to tourists and offers very good services to ensure your trip was worth while. The resort is also very close to nearby attractions such as Disney World and Universal.
A good option to stay in Orlando, the apartment is giant with kitchen, living room, two huge bedrooms, bathroom, washing machine and dryer. It's very worth it
Wow. Aside from the maid service and security who were absolutely wonderful and vey nice, this was a terrible stay. You expect an exceptional experience here with the money you are spending but that is not what we received. The beds don t even have a fitted sheet, there are these little bugs all over the room that look like fleas, the guest services will leave you on hold for 15 minutes when you need something, and the fridge broke and we have glass all over our floor and they told me they couldn t send me a maid to help me clean it up for hours.
We stayed here for a week on our first vacation to Orlando. These places are VERY well kept up. The housekeepers are very nice, and they are quick to get you what you need. The people at the front desk are great. They have a pick up service to drive you back and fourth to the pool and other facilities. I have two small kids and they loved it there. They had a little play area for the kids to play on. Its an all around great place. We will most definitely be back to stay next year. I highly recommend staying here.
Everything was just great. Very clean rooms, all updated. 2 TVs!!! I had no issues whatsforever. Everything was in a working condition, and thought throw. Most impressive - hand sanitizer is not cheap and sticky. The girl at front desk, I think her name is Lee, is super awesome!! I home to come back this year again.
The rooms and accomodations were nice. The location is nice. Honestly the only downside is the wifi was pretty useless for me, but your mileage may vary
The resort is great. The condos are in great shape with a lot of room. I could live in one.
However, the customer service is subpar. It is obvious the only concern is to sell a time share. The sales pitch starts at check in. They get your kids excited about a toy, act like your friend, then your signed up for the "90-minute" tour.
I understand that, but I can never get someone on the phone, no on has any info about things on the property.
Luckily, engineering comes quick if there is an issue.
I just feel they could do a better job taking care of current guests who could buy a timeshare. Their service doesn't make me want to purchase one with Sheraton.
Great condo. Clean and luxurious rooms with all the comforts of home and more. The grounds are absolutely incredible to behold. We have spotted turtles, Osprey, numerous birds and lizards on our short walk to the pool and as we sit on our patio. We played trivia at the local hangout, listened to live music and played Bingo all right at the resort. Very relaxing and simply enjoyable. Definitely coming back!
Very nice staff..helpful. The general store is amazing..has anything you can want. The room was very nice...seems a little older but well kept and maybe recently updated. Clean.
This place was awesome for many reasons. 1)The value for the money. Our 2 bedroom Villa gave our family enough space to spread out and relax after a long day at the parks or outside at 1 of the 7 pools on the property. 2) The proximity to Disney World Theme Parks. We were a short 20 min drive away. 3) The amenities on the Vistana property. There was plenty for our family to keep busy with all week. Between the pools, workout facilities, basketball courts, shuffleboard, restaurants for treats and the tiki bar we weren't bored at all. A few small gripes were that I'd prefer some music playing by the pools, and also in our room the back door lock didn't seem to work every time. We had an awesome vacation! Would and want to go back again!
Outstanding service and beautiful grounds with more then enough activity options for all ages . Prices are considerably more reasonable then most area resorts.
Fantastic place for families with kids. Lazy river is coolest except for the $9 charge to get a tube. Minigolf, big water slide are extra charge unless you want to pay $26 per person for an all day pass. 3-day pass is consecutive days from activation. Careful in the arcade, super expensive to play the games for very little ticket rewards. Completely cashless - room charge or credit card purchases only.
I love this hotel, very quiet and peaceful. The suites are huge. All with full kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.), living room, bath, Maq. washing machine, dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner. Air conditioning / central heating. Clean and welcoming. A lot of security.
