1-When we arrived at the Villa, the door lock did not work.
2-The chairs of the Villa some broken. All stained.
3-The toaster did not work and they replaced it with one so small that not even the bread fit.
4-The walls and doors of the villa full of dust. The carpet looks like it had never been cleaned. When we looked for the vacuum to make them, the canister was completely full of garbage.

The rooms are nice and service is ok. The washer and dryer is loud and ancient. Our room is right across from the pool so that's a nice touch.
Pools are open til 1am and you can get pizza delivery at midnight. Awesome place.
I do not go back there ... I made a reservation for the edreams and on the day of arrival they sent msg saying that the reservation was canceled. I arrive at check in and they say the reservation was there and could stay .... all this maneuver to take a tumble on the "@edreams" .... picks, and still try to sell you 1 week of resort, picks!
Vistana totally caters to prospective owners rather than existing ones. Rooms are relatively clean; that is to say they are not spotless. I would have rather purchased elsewhere!
I stayed in the fountains section of the property, building 46. Did not have any issues and everything functioned properly (did not see any messes, pools were all working, all employee were friendly). It could be more transparent what services are offered but it's not like they're hiding them.
Room was nice, there were dirty glasses left on the bathroom counter from previous guest and was not cleaned even after it was pointed out by a note left on the kitchen counter with the glasses asking that they be washed. In fact the maid turned the shower head outward so when my son turned on the shower it soaked his clothes and all our towels. When I explained the situation to the people at the front desk the response was "so what do you want me to do about it "
Stayed here for 10 years. Definitely a timeshare with a great location. Fees kind of became outrageous towards the end of our tenure. Lots of memories growing up here
Room over looked highway and was noisy 24/7. Kitchen window had seal between glass broken so continually fogged up. The kitchen curtain didn t function. Not what I expected from Sheraton/Marriott. Spend 8 days with not very restful nights. Have two stars for housekeeping who were very good. Pool had limited shade areas and hardly any umbrellas.
Didn't like the place. The guess that was staying there, was very snooty. I would not recommend a person of color and stay at that place

Hotel very well located, really close to disney parks and with excellent structure. The villas are spacious and well equipped, great for family travel and especially with babies, which was in our case; has two restaurants in the hotel area, several pools and a mini market where you find just about everything you need to spend a few days, such as fruits, vegetables, eggs, breads, cold cuts, drinks, personal hygiene, cleaning, among other things. So if you forget to buy something you can trust this market because you will find what you need, if you do not find you can go to a walgreens that is less than 800m from the hotel, even walk.

It is comfortable and central very close to the parks
The 2 bedroom villa was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. We had a pleasant stay!
The experience of the actual hotel was good, especially Angela at the front desk. Danny on the other hand was not only unhelpful but a bit arrogant. The location served us well and will use Sheraton again.

A very spacious two bedroom condo close to the theme parks and dining options. Bus transportation is not free, $10 per person round trip. It was easier to have a rental and park each day. For a family of 5, it s about the same price as shuttling. The amenities on site are average. Maybe it was our timing, but anytime we went to the lobby the line was 4 or 5 deep with only one person working the front desk. Don t dine on property, it s overpriced hospital food. The rooms are not maintained as well as I d hoped. I asked to have our tub fixed because the plug wouldn t stop the water from draining. The jacuzzi jets would come on randomly even if you didn t want them to. Those things were not fixed even with a work order placed. When you get back to your room at 9pm to put your kids to bed, the last thing needed is a work order to have maintenance come out. We ve stayed at several properties in the area over the last few years. We won t be coming back to this one, way to over priced for the issues. We had better experiences at Holiday Inn Express for less than $100 per night than the $240 per night we paid here in the off season.
My Parents have owned a time share here fore 12 years or so. We love Orlando so we always vacation here. We have stayed at both the Sheraton Vistana Villas and Villages. We truly love them both. the staff is always friendly and house keeping always does a great job mid week. We love that this one is so close to Disney and everything that we Love about Orlando. The pools and restaurants are also great, even the Market store has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. You could not leave the resort and still have a great time with all the activities and amenities this place offers. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an all inclusive type resort.

The wi-fi is quite awful. It keeps disconnecting you and is un-reliable. We really wish that management knew how important it is to have good internet now in days. We also had personnel come in to our place 3 days in a row checking to see if it was vacant. They would barely knock at all and then just come in. How do they not know if the place is vacant or occupied?

The pools and activities are great. Waterslide, pirate ship and waterfall. The kids loved it. 3 pools, two, play grounds, and a ton of kid activities are available every day. The rooms have all the basics and are nice enough. The pullout cout is a little uncomfortable but worked fine for two kids. I love that we had a washer/dryer, dish washer, and garbage disposal too. My only complaints were we didn't get any garbage bags and the toaster was broken. Staff was very helpful and friendly to rectify everything. We had a great time.

So far, not exactly impressed. Marginal grade toiletries in the rooms, and, even though I'm Platinum Elite status with Bonvoy (old Marriott rewards) I don't qualify for the top tier internet access - that's an extra $15/day. Either be a Bonvoy property or don't. I'd have booked the Marriott just up the road if I'd a know.
My stay here so far has been wonderful. Although I haven't spent much time at the resort itself as I've been at the theme parks everyday, I do know that the room we are in is very nice, many small details that you wouldn't necessarily notice at first, like the Bose sound system and DVD player, and the back door exit from the deck.

Good hotel, I can't speak to any of the services available as I was only staying for business, but the suites were very modern and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing resort! Great food and atmosphere. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and it was even better then the pictures led to believe. It was cold and rainy during our stay, so we didn't get a whole lot of pool time, but the time we did have was enjoyable. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating, was a few of the staff members came off rude. The housekeeping and marketplace employees acted like they didn't want to give you the time of day. Also, we had a late checkout on our last day and thought we would go enjoy the pool for a while before we had to leave. When we came back to the villa, a full two hours before our checkout, housekeeping had came, cleaned the room, and took ALL of our belongings. Everything was gone! Security came to address the situation promptly and after an hour and half of waiting, our stuff was returned. They also gave a $40 credit to use at the resort. Which really wasn't useful because by now we were in a hurry to be leaving, but it was a good act of faith. Food prices are pretty much what you expect for a resort. $17 breakfast buffet, $14 burger, etc. The market was a bit too pricey I thought. $4 soda, $6 eggs. Lots of stuff to do though. A great place for families with young children. They have an escape room, dinner theater, mini golf, and other daily planned activities. Overall, we had a lovely time, besides the last few hours.

new management is terrible.. been coming here a long time, since Marriott bought them out it sucks. They need to improve customer service etc..

The resort itself was beautiful. Plenty of pools and activities for my two toddlers to do. The room was spacious and updated with granite and tile floors. HOWEVER, the first night there a huge roach came out of the corner of the master bedroom bathroom. We called because we couldn't get to it as it ran behind the safe. We wanted some sort of bug spray. We didn't make a huge deal and the guy came 45 minutes later, and got it. Told us it was a palmetto bug, which we had to Google after he left, and that we most likely do not have any more since they fly in when you open the open door. Ok so we didn't complain and went about our busineSS. We googled palmetto bug, it's a Florida roach! Two days later another ROACH crawls and jumps (flys) onto my mother's lap while she was using the bathroom. That was horrible. We complained and they agreed to clear our room charges and give us free breakfast. Next day another ROACH crawls around my suitcase and almost inside. We killed it. We check out the next day and there's a $60 balance from the breakfast. We complained to the same manager who claims that wasn't the deal. I then tell her about the third roach and how it's disgusting and I think she didn't want us to talk about it in the lobby anymore in front of the guests so she agreed to wave the final bill. I just find it ridiculous that a four star resort had roaches like this. I will not be staying there again no matter how nice the resort was. Not worth sleeping with roaches and risking taking them home in my suitcase!
