Excellent. Close to all parks. Amazing pools. Very good for families ... I would always return ...

This place sucks. They ruined our whole vacation and didn't even get our side of it. Kicked us out wit no call or anything at 10pm on Sat night

Quiet, fast internet, lots of activities, spacious villas, plenty of playgrounds and pools, good prices on food

Very nice. However we we're on the 3rd floor and NO elevators

Dept same there is no change the kitchen is missing elements poor decoration

Good and comfortable place to stay if you plan to be at least one week vacationing in the parks.

Only improvment would be that my bed could have been made less poorly (the scratchy mattress cover was exposed) this is really a first world problem though

Std. Vacation villa property. Clean and spacious.. However no elevators.

Stayed there one night. The people at the service desk were very helpful and friendly. They had issues with the key machine, but there was a very nice security guard that let us in and brought us our key. Would definitely go back!!!

Wonderful staff and accommodations! We loved hearing about the vacation club opportunities as well

Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable facilities

Good location not too far from the parks. Rooms are large and modern. Pools and spa grounds are well-kept and clean.

Some room problems when we arrived and the inter-staff communication is a little bad, but the resort as a whole is great and beautiful. Lots to do and located in a great spot in Orlando.

One of the best resorts. Has a lot of things to do. Central location. Spacious and clean rooms.

Although the resort restaurants and bars remain closed as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and safety concerns for guests, this resort is still a welcoming home away from home. We've been coming here since the 1980's and always enjoy the facilities and villas. It is wonderful to just be able to walk around, enjoy the flora and fauna, and relax by the beautiful pool.

Very nice place overall. I stayed in the palms and the rooms were nice. The mattresses however weren't exactly comfortable.

The rooms are great there big and clean the beds are clean and comfy the rooms come with a kitchen a master bed room and a regular room a balcony I love it

Do you guys supply pool towels for your guests? We've been down at the pool for over an hour now without towels. I've called guest services from the pool and they said they would send someone down with towels. Still no towels. Asked the bartender to make me a mai tai and she made some blue drink. Tastes awful! Asked her to change it to a mai tai and she said they do not have the ingredients for a mai tai. They had the ingredients yesterdsy and it was not blue. Asked her if she could call for towels she told me that she would have to wait on the phone just like I had to. Isn't that her job not mine to wait for guest services to pick up the phone to ask housekeeping to bring towels to the pool for guests?

Beautiful villas, nice rooms, full size kitchens and living rooms

Beautiful resort. Excellently equipped and with market for basic needs. Rich options of food and drink in restaurants. One of the pools open until 1am. Great to relax in the evening after a strenuous day in the parks!

Highly recommended!! This is the fifth time staying at the Sheraton and we love it here! Very clean and excellent service!!

Huge resort with pools, basketball nets in different villages, clean room with kitchen and all essentials needed.

The staff are wonderful! Example: Katie Byrne who works at Castaways bar and grill in the Cascades section. She s warm, friendly and opens, makes food dishes in the kitchen and stocks without missing that you need a refill! She s fantastic! Not one encounter over the years I ve been coming here that was negative with any staff.Thank you for making my stay.

Everything broken: dishwasher, oven, microwave, bathroom fan, clothes dryer, slow draining sink, etc.

Great location, only a few minutes away from Disney. Rooms were clean, spacious, and they provided almost everything we needed.

Great value for families. I would add more umbrellas at the pool, but nice landscaping and clean and functional rooms.

Dirty - bed had to be vacuumed because it was covered in old food, tub had hair in it, streamers were on the walls from previous guests. I reported for three days before cleaning myself. Broken - living room light/fan, bathroom vanity lights, and front door malfunction meant we were locked out of our room! The only thing they repaired was the lock. Also a roach in the bathroom. Go elsewhere!

Beautiful resort. We've been owners for at least 25 years. So many pools that are open til 1am. Food, drink, fun activities or lounge around and do nothing at all. Water aerobics class, arts and crafts, miniature golf, karaoke etc. Friendly, fun staff.

Stayed here for a family trip to Disney. The location was great (less than 20 mins drive to the parks). The rooms were big and very clean. Only issue we had was a broken ceiling fan, and the elevator. The hotel should know if any elevator is broken don't book any rooms in that building until it is fixed.

Slowest check in process I've ever experienced. In a short line for 20 minutes, then at the counter for another 20 minutes. Then waited for shuttle for another 20 minutes. Disaster.

Wonderful experience! Resort is huge, you could definitely get lost but the place is beautiful. It's in a central area pretty much close to all the theme parks in orlando and tampa isn't that far away. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay close to Disney

This is a wonderful place, they have amazing staff who are very respectful. And care to your every need the rooms are quite nice. They have different lovely place to have a snack and beautiful pools ,hot tubes , sana and stem rooms. It is located near a small shopping center which includes the dollar tree and pizza stop.

Great place to live in Florida or planning to move to Florida

Beautiful resort. Wonderful pools, with Cascades being my favorite by far because of the waterfall. Villas are comfortable and spacious. There are a number of activities to take part in, although I chose not to. Fitness room is about what you would expect from a hotel. Plenty of cardio machines, but only 2 or 3 benches. Not too detrimental if you're willing to wait to lift.

Come here every year at least once. Sometimes twice when vacation permits. Hands down, best over all for relaxing and decompressing.

Enjoyed my stay through early just need a better mattress on the pull-out bed.

Tons of pools and different activities very clean rooms and excellent staff

Don't waste your time with their sales presentation, they are full of BS. The resort it self is excellent.

A beautiful resort for a great vacation or a getaway

We loved this resort! We have stayed at other time shares in the same area and this exceeds all of them by far. Super clean, attentive staff. We were not bothered with continuous sales efforts. We hope to come and stay here again and again.

Cute, comfortable, some rooms without elevator, 2 or 3 floors with suitcases, find out well for people with small children or who have difficulties climbing stairs. Very big, if it touches you in places far from the pool you have to go by car. I think there are better quality price options.

Rented seven condos/villas for a Labor Day weekend getaway. It took an unreasonably long time to check in. Rooms were unavailable long after promised time and then they weren't near each other as requested and promised. There were problems with the air conditioning that couldn't be fixed so we had to move after settling in, villas were of different quality, front desk staff and management were argumentative and not helpful or friendly and lacked concern with our problems. Pool areas were nice, but the pool bar staff didn't seem to care at all about their patrons. Kids did enjoy the kids activities.

Service people were good and the pool facilities were great for young kids. The people on the phone were always very helpful and everyone I meet there,at from staff to guests were friendly and comfortable. The playgrounds were terrific and we were always entertained. We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom Villa at the top of Spring 6 very much. I expected a little better quality in housekeeping because I noticed minor things: Our room had a wonky ceiling fan which I thought might break and the provided toiletries were not "fresh" but we didn't use them anyway. Pots and pans could use updating. Otherwise, the patio view and jacuzzi bath were excellent. Would stay there again.

My family stayed in two two-bedroom units. We enjoyed the flexibility it offered our family. The hotel provides great services (pools and other amenities) that our family was able to use often during our stay.

It was awesome, though it was a shock that the Sheraton putt putt course was not complimentary for those staying as was all other features like the gym and pools. That was a total turn off and very disappointing coming from a prestigious organization like Sheraton. We had to pay $8 per person and we were 2 families of 8!

Wonderful gate guards. Very helpful, congenial, and went above and beyond.

Have stayed here twice now. This place is great. Giant rooms, great location, friendly staff, multiple pools, and very fair prices for what they have to offer. Will be staying here again next time I m in Orlando.

Great bar at poolside. The bar tender made my rum runner just that way I like it.
