This place is amazing, we have been coming here for 10 years and have always found the villa to be top notch. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Beautiful rooms, pools, and activities. Close to disney!
This resort is just beautiful! The staff is very nice and the nothing is out of place. Our rooms were cleaned well and I've had no problems at all during my stay! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!
We've owned a condo with Vistana for almost 30 years now, and while we've traded out on various networks quite a bit, we still make a point of coming back here every three or four years. It's a lush, comfortable place with all the amenities one could think of, and always welcoming. It's practically on Disneyworld's doorstep which, when combined with its family-focused mission, makes it ideal for kids and parents alike.
Very nice rooms, the grounds are pleasant, the activites are not included in your stay, so beware if thats a selling point. The bartenders were very nice and very knowledgeable, but the drinks are toned down. I would guess to make you buy more. The food is scarey, I watched the cooks, make food without gloves, touching their hair and clothes, they were standing around talking while orders were piling up. They had no sense of urgency and care for customer orders, then the food was subpar. Here's the biggest kicker, the representatives tell you they would like to tell you about the resorts for 90 minutes and sucker you in with the idea of breakfast, coffee and gifts. Then next thing you know you have ways 4 hours of your day being badgered and talked at to buy into the resort. They try to force you into making a 10 year commitment on the stop, you can't even sleep on it. They're Vultures and Nasty. Watch out.
Lovely huge resort. 2 pools open, but organized activities closed. Great shady trails & beautiful landscaping & fountains to enjoy throughout the resort.
Great location and fun atmosphere. Excellent pool areas, a long with fun bars and staff.
Came here for four nights with family, this is the perfect place to stay if you don t want to go far! With several pools, poolside bars, mini golf, volleyball, hot tubs, sauna, steam room and the mini market there is plenty to keep you as busy or as relaxed as you wish to be. Its also a very short car ride from Disney and Disney springs. Slightly longer car ride from universal and sea world. This is a well kept place with polite but unimposing workers. I will happily return.
Beautiful place. Had a great room. The jets on the hot tub didn't work. Cleaning could have been better. Overall nice place. Had a handicap room but had to park in the next building. Suck when you have to carry heavy equipment and you have breathing problems.
The worst experience I have ever had at a timeshare. We checked in at just after 4:00 and our room was not ready. So, they checked us onto a handicapped room without telling us. Nothing against a person that is handicapped people but I don't want to give up the hot tub. We spend about 3000.00 dollars a year just for the maintenance over and above the cost we spent on the timeshare. That works out to over $200.00 a night plus the cost of the unit. After complaining, they said they would move us to the unit we should have had by noon. Well, it was more like almost 2:00 before we moved all our stuff for eight people. So we lost a whole day of our vacation, by the time we get moved it was storming. Then we noticed that the moved us to an older handicapped room that didn't have all the basic stuff you usually get in a timeshare unit. Also, I will never stay in a Sheraton resort again. They charge ridiculous prices for every thing. Try over $6.00 for a can of beer. We had two burgers at the pool sidebar and two sodas it was $32.00. The burger was not bad but much more expensive than a normal expected timeshare. In short if you have a choice select a Windham property. Now that Marriott has purchased Sheraton properties I'm hoping this get straitened out.
For what a person has invested in timeshares you expect more. They even charged for the activity for smores at the pool deck. Not only they charged for the activity they would not let us charge the service to the room without an amenity card that they never gave us even though they did get our credit card at check in.
In short the only thing the excel at is charging the customer for everything. No wonder whey the had to sellout to Marriott.
Such a bad experience.
The Sheraton looks pretty standard from the outside but the room that we got was very large for what I was expecting. There was a separate shower room with the toilet and a jet bath tub. There was also a kitchen that included a fridge. Everything seemed to be kept pretty well so I had no complaints. It's not super fancy or decorative but great for comfort.
Actually like this place, but not happy with the golf ball dent in my personal car from the adjacent "Marriott World One" golf course. There was no resolution from Marriott or Vistana. I wouldn't have parked my car there had I known it was a problem. (I was the 4th golf ball incident within the last 2 weeks. I found 4 golf balls on the Vistana property during our week there ) I've been going there since 2005 and never had any problems. Something has changed. Also note that my parents were the original owners.
I love this place! This is my NEW happy place! Although, our house is much larger, I wish I could move here! The weather is awesome (we're from Chicago....brrrr!) The spacing of our 2 bedroom was super efficient (2 bathroom, kitchen, living More
Always a nice place to stay. Clean environment, friendly staff really close to highway 4/disney. Been here multiple times and the experience is generally consistent. Some properties are nice than others though....
Excellent value for money, especially for those looking for large and complete apartments.
This is primarily a time share company. They are, understandably, more interested in selling time shares than with travelers only staying a night or two. The property is maintained, but very spread out. Its more like renting an apartment than staying at a hotel. The extra space was not worth the lack in small amenities for me. Tub had mold that came out of the jets and the mattress was old and lumpy.
Great place to stay close to lots of restaurants and gas stations
The best resort in Orlando is safe and quiet, and the apartments are spacious and close to everything that the cleaning workers have cleaned up very poorly and have them inspected.
These are lovely apartments clean well furnished and grounds and pools well keep . Very near to Disney Springs ,and one of the closer resort to the Disney parks . Everything in the Apartment you need .
I was invited to the property to hear a sales presentation for the vacation resort. While there I toured the facility. Visiting some of the amenities and a demo room. Rooms were well decorated, modern and sizeable.
A wonderful place to vacation, home away from home. My husband and I stayed in the Cascade building 8 they were very very nice, our room was like a town house with all the amenities. My husband and I were also celebrating our 13th wedding Anniversary.
Great resort with up to 2 BR suites. 7+pools, organized activities, restraunts, bars, etc.
This is a wonderful 0lace for a full to come visit. They have several pools, workout facilities, basketball courts, tennis courts, putt putt golf, convenient store, restaurants and activities on site for guests to enjoy.
It was a nice room and resort but there are aggressive sales people that call your room and try to hunt you down to sell time shares.
The room is spacious and clean, and there's a kitchen so you can eat it.
It was so good.
Found a roach inside bedroom bathroom on the floor and two inside the shower
The manger Angela is awesome. I ask the Lord to really bless her real good.
Overall this place is good but my stay has been marred with a few issues like AC breaking down in the summer, leaks in the villa on a few occasions but the staff has been really attentive throughout. Check in was a breeze, the front desk is very efficient and thorough if there is such a thing. There are amenities on site that include a market, multiple recreation areas with pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants and bars. I would definitely come back here as it's very close to the malls and theme park attractions.
Mediocre food and fairly unfriendly staff. Small, crowded room. Nice pool. Wouldn't come back.
huge thumbs down on the Vistana! pools suck, customer service is horrendous, rooms are falling apart, and jail sized with no balcony! i complain to Teyla Heart (says she is the manager) But if she is on their customer service team, they are gonna go downhill fast. I hate people that pull the race card, but the other 4 times we've checked in with caucasians, we get treated like royalty.... Now the black guy checks us in... And all the sudden we dont matter as a customer?? wow
Favorite place to stay for visiting disney. My family has been owners for over 20 years and we love it
Rooms were great, staff was fantastic. Just hard to get in an out at times due to traffic.
The ideal place to rest, very cozy, there is everything SUPER RECOMMENDED
Great infrastructure, location, conservation and hygiene give a welcoming tone despite the size. After a few days I was feeling at home in Orlando
Needs a pizza cutter and a pizza pan and this place will be a1
I gave Sheraton Vistana 5 stars because of its great location (near all the theme parks ), its spacious units ( we had a 3rd floor 2 bedroom unit with vaulted ceilings and a skylight ), it's great pools, and its friendly staff. This was our 4th stay there. We're not owners, but have exchanged into Vistana through II. If you are Orlando bound, this is a great choice. If you don t mind stairs, ask for the 3rd floor unit.
Great place for a family to stay off Disney property. I would stay here again.
Parking has been terrible outside our condo. Have had to park next to the condo nextdoor.
We had a very nice time. Everyone was nice. They were prompt with service. Would visit again.
The apartment had two bedrooms, one suite with a king size bed and bath. The other room with two full beds with bathroom outside the room.
They have cabinets to store your clothes, full kitchen with various utensils and dishwasher. It has a small washing machine with a dryer attached above and that breaks a lot.
The living room has a relatively comfortable sofa bed. The bedrooms and the living room have a TV and cable programming.
Cleaning takes place once a week, on Wednesdays. Nothing that doesn't happen in my own home.
The resort has its own program that we ended up not taking advantage of. We went to the restaurant one day and the opening hours were closed.
The only frustration was with the Wi-Fi that worked intermittently.
My family and I stayed here for our annual vacation it was so nice and peaceful ,the kids really enjoyed the pools. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The service was great as well. Definitely will recommend it to others
Facility is very clean and furnished with quality items. Stay in and enjoy or get outside! Close to parks and.historical sites.
Excellent location, comfortable and well equipped villas, has a super inside, the hours of the pools is until 1:00 am.
Clean and friendly. They do not try to push the sales pitch like some Time Shares. Lot of amenities and customer service is top notch. Call for something and it arrives... Magical..
This was a nice family oriented hotel 7 pools, great activities for the children and the staff was nice informative and very accommodating. My children are eager to return. I would recommend it for any family vacation.
Spacious rooms, nice views. Pool is nice. Free basketball/volleyball/shuffleboard.
Attended a time share event. Resort was massive. Too big for our liking. The sales pitch was lacking a lot of information. The package they were trying to sell us seemed ok but not as good as Wyndham.
Been here many times great place to relax with the family. Close to everything !
Love this place, like a home away from home. We stayed 7 days
No clean running water. Water is brown and smells like sewage, will be contacting the health department. Third world conditions 12.27.19. No recourse. No customer service.
Facility is larger than I imagined, stores, restaurants, mini golf. The units are just like small apartment
Nice resort. Would be nicer if the polls were closer to all of the units.
We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back next time we're in the Orlando area. Beautiful grounds, clean rooms and great pools with lots of activities for kids.
Just got here but so impressed. Full kitchen, laundry, nice restaurants and close to Disney World and Universal Studios. Beautiful pools and in a quiet setting.
Great vacation spot. Excellent accommodations. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely plan to visit again.
Been going here with the family since I was 2. Great place, staff are amazing and pools couldn t be better. Fountains is a personal favourite, along with Tikis Bar and Grill. Wouldn t want to stay anywhere else!
