Nice place. Worst Wi-Fi connect setup I have ever encountered. The businesses within the resort pester you with telephone calls. But the rooms are excellent.

Service is great, room very clean, property looks nice. Rooms VERY small with little storage. We cruise often and although this room is bigger a cabin has more usable space excluding the kitchen. Also, we found the bedding (mattress and sheets) to be old.

Service people were good and the pool facilities were great for young kids. The people on the phone were always very helpful and everyone I meet there,at from staff to guests were friendly and comfortable. The playgrounds were terrific and we were always entertained. We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom Villa at the top of Spring 6 very much. I expected a little better quality in housekeeping because I noticed minor things: Our room had a wonky ceiling fan which I thought might break and the provided toiletries were not "fresh" but we didn't use them anyway. Pots and pans could use updating. Otherwise, the patio view and jacuzzi bath were excellent. Would stay there again.

My Home Timeshare Resort of which I ve had since Year 1993... It s a beautiful well kept resort (Villa Units are decorated exquisitely with its furnishings) The resorts landscapes are beautiful. There are many activities to choose from too. The swimming pools are Grand ! The Resort is very convenient to the major Amusement Parks. They offer Tickets purchase for many of the Parks nearby the Resort. Many Restaurants are close by too if you don t care to cook in the well furnished Kitchen in Villa Unit. My time spent there was extremely enjoyable.

My friends on a timeshare there for the last 30 years they've been very happy

Staff is great, the rooms are perfectly sized. The activities are plentiful. A wonderful place to come even if you are not a member

Beautiful resort, rooms are always clean, staff is very helpful.

Staff is friendly and quick. We had a toilet problem and they came within 15 minutes. Anytime we needed linen, they came quickly also.

The location was great. I hate that some buildings had elevators while others didn't. Entrance door did not have any weather striping. The room that I stayed in had a sky light, would recommend. The service was very good. The front desk will inform you about any updates to weather, events, and room service. If you need something, then don't hesitate to call. The front desk are more than happy to assist their guest. Room service is expensive. But there is other restaurants around the areas which make eating affordable.

Have returned every January since 2012. We love this place and got married there this year. Not sure what's happening with the lakes as the fountains have been off the last couple years while we were there and this year there were lots of dead fish floating in the waters and around the lakes.

It is comfortable and central very close to the parks

Great stay. The two room villa is huge and there are like seven pools and mini golf. It rained 65% of the time, but the times it wasn't the kids enjoyed themselves. Would stay there again.

Nice place to stay with lots of activities offered. Not a fan of housekeeping. Most of the housekeepers were super rude and not very good at cleaning.

Excellent service, excellent rooms, excellent room service. HOWEVER, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE LET THEM CONVINCE YOU TO GO TO THE PROPERTY PRESENTATION FOR TIME SHARE. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE WORD NO MEANS! THEY ARE AGGRESSIVE AND RELENTLESS TO THE POINT OF SERIOUS AGGREVATION!

It was just what you need for two families. As someone with a bad back, I try to avoid stairs and use the elevator, but they didn't have one. And we were in the third floor. A great place if you're interested in going to the parks as the location made the Disney activities reachable. The pool was lovely though too cold at the time of our visit to go in.

This place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, except the WiFi is HORRIBLE. The WiFi is so terrible in fact, that it almost ruined our trip.

First, it's a very weak signal. We had to buy a repeater just to get it to work in the entire room.

Second, they make each and every device re-authorize every 4 hours, which is quite annoying, because you have to enter your room number and your last name on each and every device every 4 hours, and my kids have phones and tablets and laptops and so do I. I found I was revisiting the authorization page quite literally more than anything else, and watching youtube videos or browsing or playing a game was CONSTANTLY interrupted throughout our trip! My kids TRIED to play minecraft, but they got booted so often they just gave up.

Third, they only "allow" 10 devices per room. I have 9 devices in my family, so I thought I would be OK, but nope! Most devices get counted twice or three times for some reason, and I found just using 3 or 4 devices at a time would bring up a new browser window in the middle of everything saying I've "exceeded my limit" and to stop violating their policy or I'll get in trouble. We had to limit ourselves to 3 devices or everyone would inevitably and constantly get booted every few minutes.

Forth, the speed was almost unbearable, we would get 15/20kbps for most of our stay even when only a single device was in use. Want to hook up your tablet to the TV to watch Netflix? You could order the movie from Amazon and have it delivered faster than you'd be able to stream it. Just forget it.

Fifth, Got a firestick? A Chromecast? A Roku? Just leave it at home: This place won't allow it. It wont connect to any device that won't let you navigate with a full web browser to authorize the device because they force you to enter your room number and last name on their slow loading web page. We brought our firestick thinking we could use it at this hotel, because it even works at a Motel 6, but nope. Not authorized!

Over $200 a night, this is completely unacceptable. It's 2014 and we can't even get "poor" Internet at a 5 star hotel? I would have rathered they not offer WiFi at all. I spent the majority of our vacation trying to work out WiFi issues!

Got a problem with your internet and want to notify the front desk? "it's setup as per our policy, we cannot make any changes".

On top of this we kept getting phone calls each morning from the management asking us to attend a time share presentation about their properties, and the "message" light on the phone kept blinking each day with another request to attend their timeshare meeting.

Miss Blanca Maysonet, Manager at Guest Services @front desk always goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are treated well during check-in. WHile I had an issue with my reservation (it was my mistake), she went above and beyond to make sure my reservation issues were resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Blanca is extremely professional at her job and should be promoted to the next level asap, she is an Asset there!!!

While it is a timeshare property, non-owners can book rooms as well. This is an extremely high end resort with reasonable pricing but amazing staff. Great extensive breakfast buffet. Very quiet, serene and friendly resort with excellent amenities for kids. Big comfortable rooms. Extremely close to the Disney and other Orlando theme parks.

Ants in the beds and no one taking responsibility to fix the issue.

It's decent, but has had some issues - phones were out one day, our entire area was without running water from noon to 8 another day. Outside of that, though, it's been overall very good.

Also of note: the Wi-Fi in our unit was barely functional.

Location is great, amenities are superb... love staying at this time share!

Everything is very expensive, but the hotel is very good

Extremely well laid out resort with ample pools and activities for the family to enjoy. Wonderful staff. Very attentive to your needs. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Very close to the Disney parks. Found a shortcut over to Disney World that made that commute a breeze. Can't say enough about the concierge service. Short walk from the unit to the pool. Activities for the entire family every day.

The resort is a time share that we have bought into and now is a Marriott Bonvoy. We have spent a lot of money and hopefully we can remain healthy enough to experience all the future points we have earned, as well as our condos' scheduled weeks. The amenities are very nice if you like bathing, sunning, socializing and many activities for the family. Our rooms are always beautiful and recently updated with granite, new tile and rugs. The appliances are newish, but not extravagant.

Big place, good pools, nice accommodation, close to Disney springs, but you need a car to stay here, not within walking distance to much

Used my spg points to book but never again. The property is very nice, clean and beautifully maintained. The constant sales pitches to attend a timeshare presentation is horrible and pushy. I received 2 calls after I told them no during a 20 minute push at check in. It really turned me off and I will redeem spg points elsewhere going forward.

I love it! The resort is huge with all sorts of amenities! Discounted tickets to theme parks. The rooms are huge with flat screen tvs in every room . The have full kitchen with washer and dryer in the 2bdrm villas.

Superb hotel. Well located. Close to the Orlando Premium vistana outlet and several other restaurants. The hotel has entertainment for all age groups. The staff are educadissimos and the rooms spacious and very comfortable.

My biggest complaint was the suite s smell. It smelled so stale/moldy. The washer and dryer were helpful, and very small. We noticed it when we walked in at check in and then again strongly after leaving the room all day. The Cascades Pool was very nice, though I wish the bar would have been open on a hot summer weekend. We stayed about 5 days during COVID (August 2020), and NO housekeeping was provided. There was no bedding for the pullout couch, but it was brought by quickly when requested. Once, the dirty linen sat outside the door for many hours before I called again and they sent someone to pick it up. It was a nice 2 room, 2 bathroom suite, with a lovely whirlpool tub, and everything we needed in the kitchen.

We actually booked at the Vistana Village but mistakenly stopped here. After waiting in line to check in, I was told at check in that I was at the wrong property. She then walked me back to my car to tell me the directions to the right resort.

It is a great location and the amenities outside the room are very nice. The walls are incredibly thin and all night we heard loud wooshing sounds that we determined to be the neighbors toilet. We stayed through a family members timeshare and weren't impressed by the quality of upkeep on the rooms. Staff however was incredibly friendly.

Good overall...keep in mind that this is not designed for business travellers..

Wonderful place, large apartments with full kitchen. Clean, quiet, beautiful gardens and lakes

Keep in mind that this is a timeshare resort and there is no avoiding the pushy sales-pitch. After checking in we were walked directly over to a concierge who told us we have to sign up for the 90 minute presentation that day or else we will forfeit all of the prize offers ($100 theme park pass and a frozen or star-wars lifesaver). Also, we were told there are 'free' pictures that we can sign up for at any time during our stay and we were given the contact information. We received a voicemail about the 'free' pictures and the following evening we received a phone call about attending the presentation the next morning (which we were told we had to sign-up for the same day same day we checked-in). We said we were going to the theme parks and don't have time and continued to get hounded about the parks not opening until 9 and the presentation is at 8. We also got asked if we had already purchased theme park tickets because we can go to the presentation and get $100 gift card to use to buy the tickets). We are annoyed that they won't take no for an answer and that we continue to get bothered even in our room.

Also, there was a brown, blood looking stain on the comforter. I made the bed and left the part of the comforter pulled back to reveal the stain (it was obvious) and housekeeping ended up making the bed and covering the stain with the top sheet, so gross!

The grounds are nice, well-kept and easy access to everything that Orlando has to offer but because of the constant timeshare nagging and nasty stain, we can't wait to be back into the comfort of our own home and will choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

Gray place to stay, clean with lots of amenities. Things for kids to do, many pools, quiet, communal BBQs. Close to all the action.

It's amazing. The are different restaurants on site, multiple different pools and other things to do without even leaving the resorts. Also really close to Disney.

Very nice rooms with plenty of space. Housekeeping unfortunately only cleaned once while we were there, but otherwise a perfect experience

Love this place very clean and comfortable and great place to stay

Lackluster maintenance, trash on the ground - including but not limited to: a latex gloves in the mulch, an orange traffic cone in the bushes, do not disturb bedroom hanger in the grass... (And all of that was just what we saw at our building, not throughout the rest of the property). A portable crib and high chair are sitting outside below the stairs at our building - extremely gross.
Pros are having an elevator, free parking, updated rooms with cooking and serving items. Full fridge, stove and dishwasher.
Edited to add that the bed was amazingly comfortable!

Spacious suite, having formerly been a condo. Facilities seem a bit dated overall. Service seemed meh to us.

Convenient location near shopping and not far from theme parks. They advertise a shuttle service, but it's $15/person. Staff is friendly. Grounds were well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this resort.

Very beautiful and quiet place, has supermarket inside the resort, this already facilitates a lot of life, not counting comfort and security.
