Sheraton Vistana Resort Reviews

The resort is an amazing place. So many amenities to choose from several pools to Miniature golf among many others. Would definitely stay again. Convenient location to Disney, Universal and Sea World. Only thing I didn't like was they try to push timeshares on you which is a great option for some but not all.

Sheraton Vistana is one of our go-to places when we are not able to stay in Disney resorts. Spacious, good amenities, attentive staff. A bit pricey but that's expected in this area.

Place is great but the people harass you too much for meetings.

A wonderful location with great amenities, service, and room quality. I would suggest looking into people selling their time-share spots per night, we ended up pay just over $100 a night, which is a total steal for the quality you receive. I think there are 6 pools total, and only one water slide among them. The spa area has a massive pool, and was probably our favorite pool. There is an escape room, I think the rate is $25 per person over age 10, and $10 for those under. They have constant community events, and even a little shop within the complex for household items, food, and alcohol is desired. There are also small bars and restaurants scattered throughout the villas.

Very comfortable and neat. Good services and good common spaces.

Definitely ..... excellent .... cleanliness and quality to the test

We arrived at 1:45 and got our room, which wasn't cleaned from the previous user. So after that we were waiting in the lobby until almost 3 am to get a room with plans to hit the Disney Parks the next day. After this experience, we found the rooms to be very nice and perfect for our family of 5 to stay at. Many mixed emotions with this resort.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas are great. From the outside they might not look so special but the inside was great. My family of 5 stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was PLENTY of room. They have events for the kids and adults. We were offered a great deal at the end of the stay to come back for two nights for $199 and all we needed to do was go to a 90 minute presentation and we'd get a $100 Visa giftcard too. It's worth the torture of a sales pitch to stay 3 days 2 nights for pretty much $100 dollar. In addtion, the beds were so comfortable. I definitely will come back even after using the deal we got for next time.

Had a very good time. Would recommend this for a vacation with or without the kids.. has lots of things to do right at the resort and several restaurants and pools.

The best of Orlando!
The rooms are cozy, the pools wonderful, jacuzzis ... the entertainment area is nice. Not to mention impeccable service and great location.
The price of lodging is salty and there is availability available at the time, but in advance sometimes has promotions.

From the minute we checked in Anibal made us feel right at home! We were able to get checked in early. They do refer you over to get introduced to their TimeShare Presentation. Mike explained the 90 minute presentation and offered us some More

My room smelled musty and stale. The amenities were ok, but the nasty smell ruined the visit! I won't be back!

Average room. Parking is a pain as it is too crowded. Kitchen area is small. Half sink, 2 burner electric cooktop. Tv's in the living room and bedroom are decent size. The room layout is awkward. There is a full size refrigerator which is a plus.

Clean rooms. Very attractive and beautiful environment. So much to enjoy at this resort.

Rooms are nice and clean. Close to the parks. Did not spend any time with resort amenities.

Good facility, but had a bad experience with the mail storage prices. Ordered a suitcase and had to pay 25$ to pick it up, even though it up the day it arrived.

Great resort for the kids through a discounted COSTCO package. Fast service and friendly. A great experiance other than the negative below.

The negative was that the beds were not the size we purchased and the master bed was wore out with a piece of plywood under the mattress. Because of this I have to drop the rating to 3 stars. Maybe your bed will be the size you purchased and not wore out.

Just visited seefamily that were staying there, and it looked awesome.

Great resort. Will maintained units and the common areas are dining. Many things to do on the property and terrific access to the Disney properties. Local shopping and dining is abundant.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, very nice pools. Only issue is cant see numbers on oven to know the temperature for cooking.

Wonderful resort, the apartments are very well equipped, we have lots of privacy! You need time to enjoy the resort!

It's an OK place to stay but should not be sold as a resort you can be a long way from the swimming pools often having to drive to the kids pool . Also the daily sales calls are really annoying leaving messages on the answer phone sometimes twice a day . I could not recommend this place to anyone with a family it's more like an big apartment complex

My family and i come here every year, it's a very clean and friendly place to stay it's close to all the parks and entertainment. (Shuttle is available to the parks if you do not have transportation) Vistana does a wonderful job with activities and games for the kids. Very beautiful, spacious, well managed property I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely room and amazing facilities. Definitely would cone here again, any negatives and I would be nit picking.

Beautiful, clean and they always make me feel right at home

It is the third time that I have stayed there for the place, comfort, comfort. Without breakfast but with cleaning service. Unfortunately this year was not like before. Little cleaning. They replaced shampoo 2 times in 10 days. Really disappointed.

All they're interested in is selling points, we were charged for a local call ,the day of check out housekeeping knocked 4 times separately

Beautiful resort! We experienced great service throughout our stay. The room we stayed in could have used updating, there were minor issues such as cracked window shades and bedding that wasn't in top condition. It is nice and close to Disney World and we had great success using ride share to get to the parks.

Very nice villas. Good location. Have been there several times and will return. Kids love it.

A great getaway for families. The pools are great, rooms very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. I've been there two years in a row and will be returning next year.

Rooms - Extremely nice. Great furnishings, kitchen, patio. Stacked washer and dryer. Nice tile, granite, bathrooms. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Room 460 in Building A of the "Spa Area"

Facilities - great pools, towel.service, exersize facilities, play structures for kids, tennis ciurts, mini golf. Great lanscaping.

Service - Friendly and overall top notch.

Restaurants - 3 onsite. We only ate at Castaways. Terrible, had a burger and apetizers. Burger had the consistency of a sausage patty. Ordered medium and received well done. We didn't try the other restaurants as a result. Zimmies appeared to be higher quality. Tiki bar also may have been better. That said, we observed the food came from the same supplier, U.S Foods.

Cons - smoking areas next to children's play areas. No excuses there. Absolutely terrible and inappropriate. Pushed the timeshare sales too hard including multiple phone calls. Need to completely fence off ponds (gators), fridge was leaking water internally, one play area had sand with old roots sticking up at the swings ( danger to barefoot feet) and received bad advice on getting to Disney. One the pro side we did receive a gift from the resort due to our complaint about the Disney and smoking issues.

Beautiful place to stay so much to do rooms are gorgeous

This resort is amazing. However be sure you book Cascades area, as there are lifts if you dont want to carry up stairs. Fully air conditioned rooms, with safety net in balcony area, spa bath, 2 separate bedrooms with en suite, fully functional away from home kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Its perfect for families.

We were invited as guests to view the resort. Everyone was wonderful and noce and the hotel is beautiful.

Great amenities and friendly service. Not exactly the hotspot for the area, but easily within a quick Uber. Good value

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort placed in a perfect location near all major Orlando s tourist attractions. The surrounding area also have many shops and restaurants, as well as a nearby outlet mall. The resort have many swimming pools and other leisure activities. Hotel s reception staff were very helpful and friendly, yet they will disturb you to participate on the time sharing offer, unless you indicate your position that you have no interest and make it clear and sharp from the first time.

We have stayed at the 2 bedrooms apartment, which is very large and elegantly furnished. The apartment was neat and very clean and both toilets were good. The kitchen was also good to have in the apartment, with a good size stove and large refrigerator, as well as adequate kitchen equipment.

The hotel is a perfect choice for prolonged stays, and the only drawback is that some buildings are not equipped with elevators, which make it hard to bring your luggage upstairs. Also, it is hard for senior people to walk the stairs to higher floors. The hotel should make this clear during reservation and not to surprise guests upon arrival.

I strongly recommend this resort for all Orlando s visitors to experience wonderful prolonged stays.

In Orlando to play tennis with group from Newmarket. Played tennis every morning for four days. In afternoon went to pool and then to dinner for either steak or seafood. Sheraton was clean and staff was friendly. Played tennis on either clay or hardcourt. Pool was clean and warm. Played water volleyball, drank and had lunch in the pool bar. Went offsite for dinner. Resort was great for the five days we were there and will likely return to play again next year

The activities available at this resort are varied both for children and adults. Resort Staff are very friendly and helpful. Onside is a giftshop and deli/grocery store with a Starbucks counter.

A great family place central to Disney and Universal studios. This was my third stay there

Clean, quite and very friendly service. Awesome pools that are well taken care of. You can bring your Apple TV or roku if you want. Call customer service and they well add it to their server. Streams Netflix flawlessly.
Stay clear of the tiki cafe, unless you enjoy high school cafeteria food .
They also have a free shuttle that will drive you around the whole Vistana resort. Nice feature as some pools are a bit far to walk to.
