Basic elements, for a breakfast, not to market, higher prices

Very convenient to shopping and Disney properties. Clean and up to date units. Noise level from upper floors is an issue.

Clean and well organized place. Large rooms. But in need of reform.

Clean, family friendly and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely stay hear again!

I chose this hotel for my Walt Disney travel. One of the key reasons was the reviews I found on google.
The first villa I got has a very bad smell, locked bathroom door (yes, locked bathroom and toilet doors. I had to call the front desk and they sent a mechanic after 20mins).
Wait for this..I found an upside-down cockroach on the living room floor (in front of the kitchen stove and that was alive)
Overall cleanness of the room was very poor.
I don t know if I need to tell anything else after all these.
Oh yes, elevators don t have an AC and they are the slowest elevators I ve ever seen in my entire life. If something happens and you stuck in it, good luck..
Front desk personnel had us wait for 20 mins for check-in after our 6 hours flight (they had a system issues of activating room locker cards)..
Food is terrible. We ordered a pizza and that was everything, but pizza..
These can go on and on..
I asked manager to upgrade our villa (I forgot her name, but she apologized and upgraded us to kind of better room).
I would never do a business with Sheraton brand, never.
*** FYI, I m not a negative person with unreasonable standards.l m very fair at these, because I appreciate the efforts, but these place is a big mess, stay away if you can.

This was our second time staying here as part of a "come check out the vacation packages". This may work for some but it's just not our style of vacationing. Anyway, our room was not ready on time. There was no offer of cold drinks, a place to rest, etc. We did have access to the pool which was great. The resort is beautiful.
Several buildings are vacant due to covid which is sad. The maintenance staff is great and very fast (breaker blew before we got there). The marketing staff makes you feel like garbage when you don't buy in. There was no good-bye or thanks for your time. We had to show ourselves out! Then they wouldn't even make eye contact when they passed us in the hall. We made the most of it but will not be returning.

We stayed here as guests of other owners. We live the experience and being so close to the parks. We will probably stay here again.

This was a comfortable Hotel. The pools were convenient and accessible. It's a very family-friendly environment.

Nice place, the timeshare they try to sell is very flashy but the breakfast they offer is bad. The rest of the resort everything very well. The attractions of Disney are very close. I really recommend it.

So far this place has been a disappointment. Checked in the folks were nice, but got to the room where we were supposed to get a lock-off and instead got a two bedroom. The room was super musty. Lots of run down features... dishwasher has rust all along the bottom, a lot of buildings have rust on the exterior. I spoke to the front desk about the must and they sent an engineer that to the best of my knowledge just sprayed some scent around the room to fix it. I called house keeping to get a new coffee pot because ours was broken and waited for over ten minutes before they ANSWERED the phone. When I asked why I waited so long she just said "sorry." They gave me some toys for my kids checking in, which was kind, but they broke within five minutes. There is a market on property which I thought would be nice, but the prices are outrageous. There are a lot of resort options around here, I say look elsewhere. I will give them credit and say everyone is kind, that's why I gave them a 2 instead of 1 star

They tried a bait-and-switch timeshare scam with me and then threatened to charge my credit card when I refused to participate. Their staff was very hateful to me and disrespectful to my wife.

Excellent place to stay. Nice apartments, various pools good on site gym. Escape room was good fun. Rooms a little dated. Food & drink a bit expensive (by Brit standards). Would definitely recommend.

Great resort. Has everything you need on site. They are also really close to the Disney parks.

Perfectly located to shopping, grocery, restaurants and disneyworld. Within 5 to minutes of each. Units are bigger than most in lake Buena Vista. Springs and Courts being the largest. Cascades and lakes are most recently updated but layout is smaller yet still roomy. Resort has many activities and pools. Look at a map online of the resort property and request the area you want after booking through email. Then again at checkin, they will try to accommodate you. The staff is friendly. We are bonvoy members of Marriott and Sheraton. This location is better than Sheraton Vistana Villages. The only issue we have had with this resort is most buildings do not have elevators. Those that do are usually unavailable and travel with family that have a scooter and medical issues keeping from using stairs. Do finding a good located unit at check in is often troublesome. And the units have not always been cleaned thoroughly. The housekeeping is kind and will come clean the unit or fix an issue however they need dinner further training in cleaning.we find hair in bathrooms and food under furniture and appliances that need replacing. A phone call fixes it but it's inconvenient and should be done properly in the 1st place. But we will continue to return for location, updated units, pools and reception.

still enjoying the resort. Easy check in, nice pools and good but not great rooms. Pricing at the marketplace is ridiculous. I would expect convenience store pricing but not what you see here.

Super luxurious and very spacious apartments in a village with restaurants, bars, tennis / basketball courts and numerous swimming pools. Everything in the green super well maintained. 10 minutes from all the disney, seaworld, universal parks etc.

Sheraton Vistana is a 5 star resort. I have been coming here for 30 yrs. It has been maintained 100% and it always a pleasure to come here.

It was the second time I stayed at this hotel, great hotel however today I had the misfortune to get to my apartment and the same is with the door broken and the food products that were in our rooms especially the water we stored for the unforeseen Hurricane Irma were stolen, we made a complaint at the front desk to no avail.

So relaxing! Very comfortable surroundings. So much to do. So many pools.

I see a lot of complaints of the same thing, the room not being clean. Our room was clean but there was garbage in the can, an apple in the fridge and a bowl on the counter. So I dont know how clean it really was. Other than that our stay was nice. They do try very hard to get you to do the sales presentation.

The rooms are great the service is great we dealt with a gentleman at the front desk name Lewis he was amazing went above and beyond what normally would be considered as part of his job

Totally fun and clean!! Friendly staff...just wish the hot tubs would have been acceptable because it always helps with my herniated disks in my back!!!

We were very happy with our stay. Comfortable beds, great housekeeping service, kitchenette was just right for what we needed. Friendly staff.

Amazing facilities and staff however only downside was the King bed was too hard.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Very nice decor. Lots of pools and activities to keep everyone happy. Most impressive are the employees... always so kind, courteous, and attentive.

Every time we are able to enjoy time there it is a wonderful experience. We have been owners for 19 years. It is a very well kept resort with an abundance of amenities. It is only 5 minutes from Disney world and many other attractions. With bars and restaurants within the resort that are wonderful. Vistana is a place to be proud of!!

We're here every two years. Property is comfortable. But the timeshare pressure gets worse each visit. Even existing owners feel it. Let your guests enjoy their vacations...

Don t waste your time sitting through their 90 minute sales presentation. It s not worth the $150 incentive money and the cheap toys. They assure you no pressure, there is definitely pressure. When I told the sales rep. that I wasn t interested, she looked at me like she wanted to stab me with a kitchen knife. Do not fall victim to their sales ploys, they just want to make you spend thousands of dollars on a time share.
