Sheraton Vistana Resort Reviews

As side from the attempt to sell a vacation package, which we declined the meeting, this property was beautiful! Endless amenities, convenient location (close to food, coffee, premium outlets, etc), spacious clean rooms. Very nice. Will return.

Super convenient and safe for my Family. Like my second Home.

Room 1709 ok...not great...no events or crafts, etc. Advertised...pools ok...not great...room service...poor...shuttle busses? I'm disabled so all of the walking has been very tiring....Thurs. night @ approx. 2200, very loud fighting going on in and outside of rooms above.

Lovely rooms, helpful staff, great area ... Though the shuttle buses to the main parks are restrictive and costly. Cheaper to drive out and pay for parking and far less restrictive.

We enjoyed ourselves. (They just need a frying pan and conventional oven)

Fantastic location, close to Disney parks and Universal parks. Easy check in and out. Clean rooms that are very comfortable.

We've just arrived. So far so good. Good for family with kids. I prefer a place with more adult activities. Check out Saturday so will have more to say then.

Sheraton Vistana is one of the upper scale resorts in the area. The grounds are kept very nice. It has many pools. This a a large resort complex.

Nice place didn't stay here got sucked into attending one of those timeshare things

FOR THE EXCHANGE OF SHARED-TIME RESORTS THE VILLAS FOR 6 OR 8 PEOPLE IN ORLANDO E.U. ARE EXCELLENT.

Not really as you expect to see balconies and Views. Very simple complex And they all lie about being fully booked . I asked For a balcony I ended up looking at AC units when I ask for a change the so called supervisor said that they are fully booked Even though you can see lies in her inprofessional face. Later on i realize that most of the units with better views are empty

What a shame!! a name like this in the hands of inprofessionals.

Our room was SUPER HUMID even though the air was working and on. The adjoining room was fine however, so there was clearly something wrong with the venting. This resulted in a very musty smell for the week

Worst hotel ever lizards were in my hotel room 5 times also hotel not clean

This is a great location that is very close to Disney. We were able to spend all day at Disney and then come back and relax during the night time. My children enjoyed the pool and playground strucures. I really wanted to try out the 4 person bikes, but they closed down around 5. We we're centrally located to many places to visit. When we dined out, or got takeout there were many options. There might have been too many options as there are still restaurants that I have not tried.

Spectacular experience here. The employees are accommodating and pleasant. And there is so much to do! 7 pools just to start. We're a straight shot to Disney. Couldn't have had a better time if we tried! 5* all the way!

The property is great. Check in was easy. Great staff. The only complaint is they have construction going on and they put us right in the middle of it.

The whole family loved our visit. Very clean room. Great pool.

Some of the rooms have a slight moldy smell. The ATT cell service in the outer ring villas is pretty much nonexistent. The Internet service is spotty even if you pay for the higher speed. However, it is a fun place to be-lots of friendly guests. The guest services people seem to care and make things right.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Loved the pool and fitness area at the resort.

The rooms we reserved were amazing and clean. There was an initial issue in our reservation where it was not listed as our reservation however the staff was quick to resolve the issue and they were absolutely professional and courteous.

Hotel was nice. However they have some stingy billing practices and their phone support is terrible.

High pressure as usual!! Pass you on from one person to the next!! Credibility very poor!! Be careful not to get trapped into something you can't use!! Especially points!! People nice, but quite disingenuous when ot comes to truly knowing product and availability!! :(

This place has the worst WiFi I ever experienced. It never stays connected for more than 5 minutes. When you paid this much money, you would expect a much better services.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Not 5* due to not have elevator and poor pillows.

It is 10 points. The hotel and the environment. Walking trails Artificial lakes. Ducks. Squirrels Grills for roast. Swimming pools. Gyms Restaurant. Mini Market Transfers to the parks. Excellent location.

Great value for very large 2 bedroom with kitchen, close to Disney, stayed there 3 times already.

Amazing place, we stayed in the Cascades building. Everything was brand new.
When we first arrived they put us in the fountains, it was old and smelled like mildew
We also sat through the vacation presentation that was suppose to be 90 min and it extended to almost 2 hours. We did get a visa gift card $75:).
Otherwise I would come again and satay

Stayed 5 nights with family in a one bedroom villa and was good time( they have like 4 pools all open late and activity for the family).They give you the option of doing breakfast for 2 or staying with the housekeeping.

I love this resort! I received a Swedish massage by Erma and she was AMAZING! I recommend fitting in the time to get a massage while you are here, you will not be disappointed! On site markets, restaurants, bars, multiple Starbucks stations all throughout grounds, gyms and much more! They also have activities throughout the week as well. Plenty of things to do while you re here! Friendly and helpful staff!

I visited a family member staying there, so I only saw their room which was very small and had no view except of trees. I've stayed in many timeshares and this was one of the least appealing ones I've seen.

Had some issues checking in, but the grounds and the rooms are above average for how much you pay!

A place we always look forward to going back. The staff does a great job at everything, keeping the rooms clean stocking fresh towels. The atmosphere is great, the pool is always perfect. The food from the bar off the pool is always good, nachos especially.

Resort is nice. Rainy days call for indoor games. Not if you re in the Fountains section. 40% of games broken, worn or out of service. Sorry guys. A Sheraton should be better maintained than this.

Very clean and comfortable. They were Very friendly and willing to help. Close to the different Disney/universal park.

My room was great. Huge complex, like a small town.

Pretty bad. I feel like they don't like people stay there for a week a had a problem every day and couldn't find anyone who wanted to help. Most of the time I couldn't even get a hold of guess services and when I could they wouldn't even try and fix the problem

Great weather and really nice pools. The on site market and restaurants were very convenient.

Checkin was lengthy, multiple items were missing from our villa, we found a roach in our room & a child vomited in the pool & it wasn't shut down. Complete mess! They sprayed for bugs while we were out of the room & then gave us a $25 voucher. Couldnt move or room b/c they were "full".

We are big Marriot fans, but this location is not up to normal standards. I understand limited room service due to Covid protocols, but no replacement of soap or shampoo, and no garbage service for a 5-day stay doesn't work. Front staff didn't answer the phone. Multiple nights with Wi-fi issues that impacted the ability for college age child to check in for homework assignment. Even phones were down to call front desk. On day of check out, we were advised that there was only one bell men, and we had to make the .5 mile walk with all of our luggage to get to front desk. Denied a one-hour late check out request despite top status. Much further from Disney than they'd lead you to believe.

The best hotel on the planet. It is so awesome that me and my family spend at least 2 weeks per year here

Wonderful rooms and amenities. If you're doing a week in Disney area then this is the way to stay.

The location is great. Close to all the parks and shopping. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice.
Wifi is not very good, always cutting off but other than that this place is amazing.

I've enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are nice and spacious, the communal areas are great, and the pools are fun. I wouldn't say it's fancy, which is actually good. It's a nice mix of upscale and casual.

They've done a great job remodeling! I really enjoy staying here.

Big appartement, clean and tidy. If problems, they fix it quick and easy. Nice pools for all ages.

Clean and well kept place overall. Housekeeping only comes on Wednesday and Sunday(the day we are leaving) check out is at 10 and they are knocking on the door ast 920 asking if they can start now. You need your room key to get into the parking lot which is a hassle for me rather than a belief that it is helping keep anyone safer. Finally you get two coffee packets when you are staying a full week, you want more? They cost $2.99 each at the market (again more of a hassle morning of you're walking down to the market without coffee that morning).
