Great option for family lodging. Do not expect super cleanliness, but it's okay.

It's fabulous. Got everything as a family or just adults that you can want.

Beware before buying a timeshare, they tell you a lot of things that s NOT TRUE. The timelines they give you for certain services and perks and much longer than what they TELL YOU. So make sure you ask when they give you timelines about different perks within the timeshare. Resort is AMAZING THOUGH

Wonderful experience! Resort is huge, you could definitely get lost but the place is beautiful. It's in a central area pretty much close to all the theme parks in orlando and tampa isn't that far away. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay close to Disney

Great villas, on site pools are easy to locate and more than enough seating. Used their grills - makes traveling and a large family more budget friendly. Close proximity to Disney.

The rooms are amazing. Super large, clean, well stocked with essentials. The place itself is huge, totally could get lost. The market place is really helpful.

Our hotel stay seemed fine. When you check in, they take you to another counter to check in which is really the timeshare pitch. We went to the timeshare where we received a $80 gift certificates to eat on the resort. You will spend the $80 on one meal. The issues arose when we left to go to Disney World and come back to deactivated room keys. I was then informed they called our room earlier because they somehow double booked our room. This then led to my family having to wait outside for security to let us into our room, who still did not let us in because he called the front desk and they said our room was vacant. My husband's had to go get a new key from the front desk. We requested new towels the day before. Interestingly enough, another lady was there complaining about her room situation as well. I am reading reviews and I see this has happened to many people, but when you call the Front Desk they act like this is the first time they ever heard it. Sheraton get your computer system fixed.

Amazing experience... and Close to the Fun Parks...

Nice room close to pool. Large resort with all amenities. Several pools of varying sizes, 3 restaurants, friendly folks. Good security. I have no complaints.

Decent rooms, though they are getting a bit worn out, not great for business travel. No good food options open past 8pm. One terribly overpriced pseudo market. No room service.

A fantastic home base for Disney visits. Minutes to all the parks. Luxury villas with full kitchen, laundry, 1 or 2 bedrooms. Seven great pools, several dining options, great shopping nearby.

Excellent resort style vacation lodging. Safe, secure and close to all the attractions. 24 hour security guarded fenced property.

Plenty of nice places to eat near the property.

The room were a great size, we were traveling with kids and there was more then enough room for them to run around and to put up cribs, and Pack and plays.

Very clean, spatious 2 bedroom villa. Kitchen well equipped. Facility has numerous on-premise activities: pools, fitness centers, basketball & tennis courts, kids playgrounds. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Location is perfect for Disney visitors.

Got a free upgrade to a two bedroom villa. Awesome facilities with more to do than we have time for between the park visits.

Sensational, hotel with very comfort and facilities.

A great experience. Clean rooms, pools, and common areas. We went to Disney and made some other stops, but everytime we came back it felt like we were back in our little village. Was very impressed from beginning to end. Thank you.

Nice place, found the service to be alright, nothing to rave about. Time share presentations to guests who stay, offer free gifts. Don't take the 100 go for more.

They take you through a program so that you know and "invest" money in a bigger scam than the master scam.

Stay here every year. Has everything you could want. Just ask to opt out of time share presentation at check in and that's the last you will hear about it.

Nice place, house keeping ( rapid response) was on point. Anything we needed, they where there, quickly. Good view from balcony. Granite countertops, secluded, overall satisfied.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pools are amazing. I feel this was very close to all the attractions I wanted to go to.

This resort was nice at first.

But we had issues and had to be moved 2 times to find a room that worked. (It wasn't clean but we cleaned it)

The daily room cleanings didn't happen every day. They skipped our last day before we left

Beautiful!! Grounds are immaculate. Outdoor grills work. Tons of fun activities on property. Gated, fully secure. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Very easy to get to everything, great local!!

I would say this property is great for families. They have a lot of different buildings a lot of different pools do to what's going on in the world a lot of the children things were not open. Even with that there was still a lot to do there was a lot of space it was amazingly fun they were very tentative to our needs unfortunately I had a couple mishaps like water leakage from the ceiling and I had to move rooms and unfortunately it took me all afternoon which messed up my whole evening it started raining real bad so it took even longer. Then the room I was moved into had ants but they did come and spray for it but still it was just the point.

Excellent hotel with imperfect staff at the reception. Check all hotel bills. To take payment for anything or not yours is easy. Sorry an error occurred - this is not the answer from such a hotel.

Guest services was the only reason they aren't getting 5 starts

We have been coming here for five years, and we are always impressed with this SPG Resort proper. The amenities are nice, it has a pleasant outdoors environment, the rooms are always top notch, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.

We come each year for the Annual Orlando Gay Days event, and this is placed perfectly to allow fast and easy access to those events without smothering us in Disney go-getters.

The rooms are nice. Clean upon check in. Amenities are good. Stayed here about 8 yrs ago & loved it. They've definitely kept up with the place. My only complaint was it taking an hour to get checked in because the person responsible for our welcome packet decided he would goof off and socialize with his coworkers. Plenty of guest that checked in after us got their packets & room keys quick. We had to complain on several occasions to get our stuff.

U.S.A has this gem of a Resort. The Customer Service from checking in to the last day you leave is excellent. The two bedroom suite we had was clean, updated modern and most importantly the beds were great. Vistana is centrally located , you can get to any theme park or shopping center within minutes. The grounds are perfectly manicured. This will be my home Resort!

Quality and hospitality has gone dramatically down, been an owner for 35 years and has gotten worse not better.

The rooms are very clean. The facility is large but easy to navigate. Everyone is friendly. I would stay here again.

Not a bad place to stay, avoid the high pressure time share sales though. They are relentless about pushing this bad financial idea onto everyone.

ANTS EVERYWHERE , there were so many ants on my nightstand and in my room. We called a guy from the resort to spray the room or whatever he had to do a day later even more ants appear. Highly disappointed...

Horrible, not clean. Worse Marriott brand hotel I have stayed at in 30 years! No satisfaction from management. Skip this place and find an alternate stop or you will be very disappointed.

We were first put in the Lakes 8 building and it was facing a swamp, and was not ready for the time that the front desk said it would be. They were very accomodating and moved us to the Lakes 2 building which was much better. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite in the, and it was superb. The villa itself was very well maintained. The grounds were also in great shape. The pools were warmed and open late. The gyms had sufficient equipment to get a good workout in. We had a great stay in Orlando.

Very nice stay at the resort. Very good facilities including the work out room, restaurants, and pools. Rooms were cleaned well, and the staff was friendly. An overall good experience.

The Villas are amazing, great part of town with amazing restaurants, close to the parks and outlets. if you are looking for a place to stay this is a great choice

We only stayed one night, but we got to enjoy the pool and the bed was really comfortable.

Beautiful.
We were at the Villa. The villa is a suite and along inside was furnished with microwave, plates, cups, spoons , washing machine and dryer. Cooker, and pots all furnished. We were amazed!
