Excellent resort very clean and friendly staff Lots to do right in the resort This is my home away from home I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Great rooms, Very clean and fully furnished. Pools are great and staff is very friendly.

Lovely place to spend your vacations in Orlando. Despite being a huge place, you always feel by yourselves. It has several swimming pools, bbq pits, a supermarket with all the basic stuff, gyms, saunas, jacuzzis you name it! We went in high season late July and swimming pools were quite empty, the check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely coming back! Just a suggestion, please put some lughts in the bbq areas, we did at barbecue after sunset and it was impossible to cook, we have to use a torch :(

Great location, we were upgraded to a really nice 2 Bedroom Villa wonderful, very well appointed made our Valentine's break perfect

It has very good surroundings and good facilities. But the WiFi was not too strong. I like it especially that it is a gateway to amusement parks

I go to this place at least once a year. The place is impeccable and clean. It has a large pool and the service is very good. The people are nice.

Every year we are going to walk to Orlando very nice

We love this place my family stayed here for a full week. We will go back at a drop of a hat. Great staff and a beautiful resort.

It's so beautiful here. Spacious rooms and a lot of activities but it is very expensive to eat here so I suggest going out to eat.

I had a bad experience, they stole a good amount of money from my room safe and no one answered for it, I say it so that they are very aware of this and so it does not continue to happen and robbing tourists that we trust in you and so they pay us and like nothing. Thank you

I prefer Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas over standard luxary hotels as the rooms are essentially well appointed apartments. Marble counters, master bedrooms with ensuites, therapy tubs and full kitchens make the stay very comfortable. The location is 10 minutes from Epcot and close to all theme parks. Onsite, the resort has many pools a general market containing a Starbucks and a few restaurants. I would stay here again.

On site pools and game rooms are great. The resort is close to super markets and theme parks. The guest services department is very accommodating as well

Great place.. lots of stuff to do for adults and kids. Would be even better when restaurants and bars open back up. (Covid)

Great resort, but beware the time share meeting and the employee who closes said meeting out with another pitch. The pool is awesome, and Tacky Tiki has the best pizza you'll ever eat in your life!

Sheraton Vistana is a fabulous place to stay. The complex is gorgeously well maintained. The landscaping is fabulous.

Fountains 2 isn't that great. Not a lot over here and the balcony is facing a billboard. The pools around the resort are great, different designs and features to each. Decent amount of activities and the updated arcade is nice.

Not to be confused by the Vistana Village that is a little bit nicer. This Vistana Resort is still decent. The Vistana Village does not have a pirate ship at the pool like the other one.

Love this place. I come to Orlando once a year for work. This is the second time I've stayed here and will probably stay again next year. Always clean. Always courteous. Always affordable. Most importantly... always relaxing.

Nothing simple, everything very confused. They only try to sell you time share service and I did not come for that.

This was an amazing hotel it had everything we needed for a stress free vacation the staff was very helpful and friendly the property was close to alot of attractions and as soon as you walk in a villa you feel at home with a washer/dryer full kitchen with dishes included dining table living room bathroom with an amazing tub and you get your own private balcony off your bedroom not to mention the selection of things to do on site multiple pools hot tubs mini gym general store restaurants bar game room and so much more

Here on vacation with family and they have everything, 7 pools, entertainment for kids, 3 arcades. Highly recommend!

Room accommodations are as expected. Clean and updated. Food and beverage service throughout resort is absolutely hideous. Food quality is below average and service is totally unacceptable. Waited for server 20 minutes then realized she was overworked and I had to go to bar to order. Went to bar only to witness 3 employees standing in back cook area eating and talking. Castaways Bar and Grill should be thrown away like all the other restaurants on site.

Lori was doing a great job hustling under a difficult situation. She did a great job with recovery service after she knew we were getting frustrated. Ray on the other hand was inadequate with service. He said they didn t have dining room service when they are busy. Not sure what he considers busy...lol.

The beds are a bit uncomfortable but overall it's a nice place. Very quiet and spacious.

Beautiful resort! If ever there during the day hours there's a wonderful security agent named Lenora Anderson that is a breath of fresh air!

I was stopped by a Sheraton hotel sales person and offered me a $100 voucher to spend in Universal Studios while on holiday in Orlando. I was told that there will be a 90 minute presentation at the Sheraton Vistana Resort but a no show will be charged to me in return which I accepted. But during a chat with one of the employees at the hotel where we are staying I was informed that it will be a 4 hour time share presentation so I decided to ring the Sheraton to cancel and accepted the $100 charge to my credit card. On the day I return back to UK I checked my credit card statement online and saw $120 charged to me by Sheraton. Did not expect I will be scammed by a 5 star hotel. Avoid at all cost. When in Florida expect a lot of time share sales scams including from a reputable hotel.

Amazing resort with upscale rooms. Honestly, you could never leave the resort and have enough to do for at least 5 days.

I've stayed here with my family on trips to Disney on two different occasions- nice accommodations, lots of space, great for families or get togethers with multiple families. For an off-Disney property Vistana is highly recommended!!

Day one of our vacation we are loving the room we love the grounds the people all seem to be very nice we just don't like how they call us on the phone in the morning to get us to buy a timeshare. Other than that everything has been very good.

Went in for a sales pitch.. worst sales pitch in ver but the grounds and rooms looked amazing

The resort was beautiful and very large. It looked like they really tried to cater to their guest. I ordered lunch but the service was a little slow. This could have been due to the holiday weekend, but it still felt like they could have done better.

Wonderful resort, gated community with 3 restaurants/bars on site, 7 pools, a market place, putt putt, basketball court, tennis courts, lots of activities for young and old. Once you arrive, you don't have to leave the resort foe anything unless you want to.

We were here for a week and we never faced such a lousy service.
Blanket full of blood leftovers from other guests.
Room cleaning on an extrem low level.

We will defenitely not return.

For all Marriott owners. Never get to Sheraton.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Loved the homey feel of the place.

The location is great in the center of everything. Rooms are nice and staff is great. It's a little dirty in the hallways but otherwise not much to complain about.

I had to pick up glass with my hands because the vacuum didn t not work

Rooms are beautiful. Service is friendly. They will offer you a $125 voucher for the parks if you agree to a 90 min presentation -- but not the way I would like to spend my holidays.

Nice, clean villa with all the appropriate amenities. There is always an event going on somewhere in this resort to occupy your time (but at a fee). The Disney shuttle was a great convenience (drop off at ticketing and transportation center), although return times were a little late. We were offered free breakfast for 2 people for 3 days if we waived the housekeeping. After accepting, we were not told we could only use the offer on specific days. I found it unprofessional that I would be the one contacting the manager, being put on hold in the restaurant during breakfast, when the mix up occurred. This should have been done by the resort restaraunt staff. Also both phones in our villa were broken and we were not provided with a garbage can. Seeing that our phone was broken, we could not contact the front desk which was very far away (20 minute walk). All in all, this was a nice place to stay while visiting disney. The kitchen provided was excellent.

The location is close to all the major tourist attractions. The accommodations are spacious and we'll furnished. Plenty of activities for families.

Loved it. Lots to do with plenty of security to make you feel comfortable. Two entrance and exit points for convenience. Huge activity center, six pools open, and several playgrounds. The playground made my son the happiest because he has not been to one since the start of Covid. Received a great offer on departure to come back for another stay. I surely snatched that deal for a return visit

Great amenities and atmosphere. The fishing was great to... until we were told we couldn't fish. Not sure why. Very disappointing for a paying customer. The related Marriott resorts allow it.

Great Resort, plenty of amenities to keep the family busy, or just relax! Clean rooms and resort grounds, and very friendly staff!

I love the vistana. My family has been staying here for years and years. The area around it has built up incredibly, and it's close to all of the parks. Only down side is needing a rental car.

Large rooms, convenient to Disney, would definitely stay here again.

good rooms but my washer machine was broken also a lot of burned out lamps.

Had some issues checking in, but the grounds and the rooms are above average for how much you pay!
