Until now, very bad experience and the guest service doesn t seem very worried.

The room is not clean at all.
The guest room has a very strong smell like animal pee and the bathroom from the master room never got cleaned. There s hair from previous guest and the toilet accessories is not replaced. The soap finished and shampoo and it was not replaced.

Guest service told me I would receive a visit from a cleaning manager, but I waited for 30 minutes and when I called back they told me the person was in a meeting and wouldn t come to see me. So I lost time and wasn t even noticed.

The place is cozy, very alternative ... it has all kinds of fun for all ages.

We stayed with family who owns a time share. Beautiful place! Clean pool, delicious food, and friendly staff. We slept on a pull out couch and it was surprisingly comfortable! We had a great night's sleep! In the afternoon, a guest speaker from Gatorland was in one of the many pool areas and educated us on various reptiles, arachnids, and more! We stayed poolside last night and listened to guests sing karaoke, it was entertaining! I would never personally purchase a time share, but enjoyed my stay with family. I look forward to returning next year.

Spacious villas with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. They have basketball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, etc. It is located very close to the parks area, and they have ticket sales and transportation in 3 schedules. Also very close to premium outlets. I take a star for the insistence of the staff at the entrance to go to the talk of timeshare

Been waiting in line to check in for over an hour. There is no amount of amazing that can undo the massive amount of frustration starting your vacation like this.

Beauty, safety and a very good level of accessories.

Very comforting and inviting. The rooms are super spacious and the bedrooms as well. Very spacious screened in balcony with lovely views of the lake. The restaurant wasn't what it's price reflects. The breakfast bar was awesome. The delivery service was great. The bars made tasty drinks, a bit overpriced, that's to be expected in Orlando. Overall I would definitely book here again.

Standards have dropped over the years. Less kitchen utensils. Furniture needs updating in suites.

great resort! clean and spacious rooms at a reasonable rate. close to all things disney and great pools. well worth the stay. Was nice to have grocery stores nearby for supplies and the kitchen was great to use

They did not find my reservation upon arrival. The room we had had cockroaches in the kitchen and the phone did not work. The shuttle service scheduled for 8:00 pm never arrived. For the standard that is proposed, unacceptable. On the plus side, everything is ok. Beautiful and quiet place. Spacious room.

I haven't received any service yet but the condos are very nice. There are a few small things that I have noticed, carpet is fraying, bathroom door is cut to long and has to be forced shut. Other than that a very safety and luxurious feeling about it.

Extremely clean and fabulous service. I have stayed here several times with my family while visiting Disney world and I am impressed every time. Great pools for kids, roomy two bedroom units, and friendly staff. We were even offered discounted Disney and universal tickets for sitting through a presentation. Love this place!

Clean rooms, lots of guest activities, pools are open late as are restaurants. Enjoyed the stay, was a great here before and I'm sure for many years to come.

So the place is very nice. HOWEVER, we accidentally left a whole closet of stuff. My husband 2 pairs of good shoes, his hoody, my band new shirt and sunglasses. HOW NO ONE REPORTER IT IS AN OUTRANGE! THEY STOLE MY STUFF AND I AM PISSED!! We have the do not disturb sign on the door most of the time and they DID NOT honor it they still open the door and practically walked in. I will never go back there again because I can't trust their staff!!! Also it has been 9 business days and I still have not received my refund back from my deposit, they said will take into 14.

Awesome resort. Lots of amenities and fun stuff to do.

Great location. Plenty to do even with the COVID 19 restrictions. Only complaint was one couple that felt entitled to come every morning to the pool before it opened and save 6 chairs in the only shady spot even though the sign asked people to not save seats. No one else was able to use their spot all week.

My family and I had a great time today at the fountains pool, we ended up doing tie-dye and met a member of the fun team, I believe the gentleman s name was Alexander. He helped out my little sister, and was such a polite man. I m surly recommending the resort to more people. I will be back my next visit, looking forward to seeing your awesome fun team member again.

We stayed here for a week and the rooms/ villa's are amazing and spacious. Staff on the grounds were very friendly. It is very child friendly and the facilities are well kept. You can order take away from their restaurants and no fuss at all. We have tried some of their restaurants and they were great. Staff in restaurants are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this resort if you have a family with kids.
The resort is also a small drive from Universal studios, Disneyland, and other theme parks. There is also a shopping center close by for the shopaholics with many brands having outlets there.
You can book/ buy tickets at the reception desk and they will arrange everything you need.

Nice resort, 7 pools, spacious albeit slightly dated/mildly worn rooms. All necessities are there. Housecleaning is a little bit of a work in progress. Very comfortable stay with fun for the kids. Large property close to everything, especially convienient to Disney parks. Restaurants are typical price and quality for resorts/resort hotels. I'd visit again.

I have traveled in multiple occupations to Orlando, this is the second time I have stayed at Sheraton Vistana Villages and for me it is one of the best, clean, spacious and comfortable apartments.

The location is great. You can quickly get to all Orlando theme parks and outlet shopping malls. The room was great. We were provided an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. Clean and nice furniture and electronics. Many places to eat on site. The only negative is that any delivery you order from outside restaurants cannot deliver to the room you must meet at the welcome center a short walk away.

The rooms are ideal, the service was quick and effective. In general an excellent experience

Very enjoyable experience, with many activities around the facilities. The staff was very helpful and got us anything we needed.

So far so good! No complaints great room, clean, and lots of space.

It is very good the service is clean the property is very well located

It was an okay stay. Pressured to buy timeshare. Rooms were large and clean. Resort way to spread out.

Dated and not very clean. Some restaurants and bars were closed. We arrived at 3:30; a bit early for our 4:00 check in. We were sold to wait until 5 or 6:00 to get the best room. We were very close to the Market Place shop which closed every night at 9:00. However this was the place for partiers to hang out and disturbed others late at night. I had to call front desk and security several times during our stay. We were here two years ago and LOVED it! We won't be coming back.

The rooms are spacious and modern. Location is close to all attractions. The amenities on properate are excellent

This is a really nice property. The staff is very prompt and responsive. The pool is really enjoyable. We would stay again.

The only issue I have is that the stairs for my building are all closed down. Otherwise it's nice.

The villas are wonderful! Lots of room and lovely bathrooms.

Good rooms, very comfortable. The activities within the resort very good. The only bad thing was that the first day they had not replaced coffee or cleaning products and we thought they gave us what we bought everything and the next day they gave us so we spent on things we did not use.

Lovely place to spend your vacations in Orlando. Despite being a huge place, you always feel by yourselves. It has several swimming pools, bbq pits, a supermarket with all the basic stuff, gyms, saunas, jacuzzis you name it! We went in high season late July and swimming pools were quite empty, the check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely coming back! Just a suggestion, please put some lughts in the bbq areas, we did at barbecue after sunset and it was impossible to cook, we have to use a torch :(

Great location, clean well-sized units. We have stayed before. Only criticism is limited staffing in the marketplace so it is always slow, and no lifeguard hours at the pool to help out the parents. Would return again with no issue

This room is very good. Super clean. The room is elegant.

My family of 5 stayed at this resort from a Saturday to Saturday and did not receive house keeping at all. We were told our Villa would be cleaned on Wednesday and when we came back from Universal it was not touched. After calling we were told they would be at our Villa right away, they never came. Once going to the welcome center we spoke with a very nice manager to said he will credit the room $50 and get someone over right away. On Thursday we finally received "house keeping" for them to just switch our towel and clean nothing but the showers. No toilets or floors were touched, just the showers. We called the front desk to see if we did receive the $50 credit to our room and we were informed that we were charged $50 dollars. We had to go down to the welcome center to get it fixed.

We will not be coming back to this location again.

Very nice place to stay ... we only visited but family stays there every year ... I recommend you try it

Beautiful place but this year it wasn't as good because of covid. Not enough chairs for everyone who wanted to lay at the pool. It's very frustrating and really could put more chairs especially at the Springs pool. I am 76 and was there at 9:00AM and had to out run a lady to get chairs for my family.

The Good = Clean rooms, excellent resort and amenities. WIFI ok! Centrally located to Universal/Disney etc...Would have no problem recommending this place to anyone...BUT...

The Bad = There is the typical timeshare "sell" 90 minute seminar but they give you $100 cash for going

***The UGLY! *** = although the timeshare offer seemed good for a family that travels a lot and has some cash, it did not suit ours given the fact that we always of south for 1-2 weeks in January when prices are cheap and availability is plenty.
So they offered us a travel deal for $1900 which they wrote on paper then transferred to a CONTRACT consisting of 40000 SPG gold points up front and an addition 30000+10000 Points after payment. The value of this package would have give a person the ability to travel during the expensive months for the price of a quit month.
Non-the less they said the person had no authorization to give this to us yet the rep said she was one of the "higher ups" allowed to offer this and even checked for approvals in another office.

THEY REFUSED TO HONOUR THEIR CONTRACT

We are getting a full refund and will travel elsewhere as there are 50 other resorts that are just as nice!

We had an amazing experience at check in. Ada helped us out tremendously with a problem with our reservation...she friendly, fun and made us feel at home. Thank you for starting our trip off right.

Great! Large rooms, great service, wonderful leisure area!

The location of this property is very conveniently located near Disney & Universal. The rooms are spacious and clean with kitchens. Room service was great. All of the staff was friendly everywhere we were.
