Out of 20 years owning I have had only two smooth check ins constantly having to wait for villa

We were in a third floor condo. We drove to disney from this resort. We spent a day in the pools here. There were many to choose from and it wasn't to busy. It is a few minutes drive the road from Walmart. We cooked our meal in the unit and the unit was very clean. We were in a 2 bedroom condo. The master bed room and en suite was big. And it was nice to have a separate room to put the kids to bed. I would ask for a lower floor unit if I was going again because carrying everything up and down the stairs was a little bit of a pain after a long day on our feet other then that we had an awesome time.

Location near seaworld. But need to improve on customer care

You could literally spend your whole vacation here and you would probably enjoy it as much as anything else unless you are going to Disney World.

Unit seemed clean as we stepped in. But kitchen counters were dusty. Furniture and curtains had a lot of dust, it went flying everywhere when I turned fan on. I cleaned living area fan blades because it had not been cleaned for a while. I called, they sent someone to dust off and did a really bad job at cleaning. Took pictures after they claimed it clean. Nice size rooms but they need to supervise their cleaning staff.

It's a very big hotel with several pools and restaurants.

Sheraton Vistana is one of the upper scale resorts in the area. The grounds are kept very nice. It has many pools. This a a large resort complex.

So far the hotel had been good. The only bad part was that their WiFi is not working

Beds are hard and towels are scratchy. Security is good so is location. We went out and bought new towels as my kids have sensitive skin. Pool was heated and not packed.

The accommodations are actually timeshare apartments. If you're going to stay for a long time it's nice, but a day or two is a real pain to do the check in and check out stuff.

This place is great they don't try to force timeshare on you it's beautiful and a ton of swimming pools we loved our stay

Great place! Location is perfect for Disney Springs and all Disney Parks. Universal and Sea World are nearby. Vistana is a high quality resort and has maintained their high standards for over 20 years that we've been visiting.

This resort was very well kept and the rooms were clean and very nice. The resort has 7 pools and 3 of them are open until 1 am, which is was great for late night swimming. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Florida.

At first glance this resort looks amazing and scenic. However, once you get in closer a dated, dirty and unaccommodating surprise awaits. This resort is nothing like the SPG ownership Villas I ve visited in the past, and I ve been to several.

Our room had dusty air returns that appeared like they hadn t been dusted in years. There were specks that looked like mold on the ceilings and very few of the electrical outlets would hold their plugs in place for more than a few seconds. The bathtub plug was broken. Typically ownership villas come equipped with a few amenities like dish soap, dishwasher fluid and laundry detergent. Not at Vistana! And acquiring these things requires a shuttle ride, which took almost 30 minutes to arrive despite multiple calls.

They advertise free WiFi and technically the Sheraton Vistana Guest network shows up but the signal is too weak to load even the most basic site. There is no option to pay to upgrade, so those hoping to get work done while visiting must travel offsite to get a signal.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. However there are likely better options in the vicinity for a visit to Disney.

Property is good but services aren't. Shuttle takes 15-30 min.

Air conditioning and safe not working on arrival. They needed to order parts for the AC. Moved to a different room on the third day requiring us to waste half a day packing and unpacking. Second room AC is working but no sheets for the pull out bed requiring another call for service. I will never stay here again and I do not recommend staying here.

Our room was clean and in order. The resort itself was great. A really fun place to stay will visiting Disney or universal. Will be back again and I again I think!

Really big complex which makes it complicated to move a round the property or take advantage of all the activities

Great hotel! It looks like a condominium, has room, living room and kitchen for those who want to save and cook at home even !! It has a complex of 7 swimming pools all heated, games room, finally, I give 5 stars !!!

After changing to an updated villa, I must say I am very pleased!

The complex is very nice, nice and complete apartments. Well located. The problem I had is that they put me up in a remote area and on a third floor by stairs !!! A torture to go up and down permanently with suitcases, purchases, etc. Besides, they did not inform me at check in, which I found to be very bad service. The prices of the businesses of the place very expensive.

Great resort that is absolutely HUGE. I love to walk around the complex to get some fresh air and I couldn't believe the size of it. Room was very well appointed and comfortable. Was a little disappointed that my 1BR unit did not have a balcony like every other resort in the area, but it was because of the room layout.

Extremely disappointed with service, multiple issues again after again, and customer service didn't remedy these. It was our honeymoon as well!

This is a massive property. The first time we came here we got lost. There are 2 or 3 restaurants, even a marketplace. And lots of other things I haven't specified.

Rooms are outdated, old, smelly. Would not recommend, not even for one night!!

Used Priceline express deals to find this resort. Hands down, very clean, HUGE resort. There is a schedule of events that occur all day everyday..couldn t be bored here! Super close to Disney. The villa that we are staying in is huge and has everything that my home has. Washer, dryer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, dish washer, vacuum...minimal dishes though. Would recommend this place or come back again!

Avoid if traveling for business. Paper thin walls and terrible customer service. My room wasn t clean or serviced upon check in and was downgraded with location and quality with my new room.

Everything in a resort is there for you. It was clean, it was spacious. Everything was well kept all of the facilities were in excellent order. The staff was helpful. I enjoyed the week stay there very much.

I get it that Covid 19 has some impact on timeshare resorts. I have no problem that only 2 pools were open. However, the pools closed early at 9:00pm, plus the pool bar and food was closed, the room we were in was not clean when we arrived, no dishwasher soap, no towels or cloths in the kitchen, uncleaned coffee spill on the counter, and this place doesn't even provide detergent for the clothes washer like every other timeshare does. There were also chicken bones on the floor of the living room. We were able to get the things we needed for the room delivered but not the cleaning that should have been done before we checked in. So much for the 2 page letter they gave me at check in saying all the things they were doing to make it safe for their guests. Not only was extra cleaning not done in the room, not even normal cleaning got done unless you pay an extra cleaning fee. The best thing about Vistana was the location. This timeshare pales in comparison with others near by going for less.

This place is not only so clean it is activity intensive. The staff is nothing but nice and helpful. The lay out is massive and diverse. They are easily the best resort I have ever stayed at.

Clean and nice rooms. Went in the summer and the ac kept it nice and cool whenever we walked in. The bed was comfy, and it was like 5 min drive to disney. There was even a shuttle if we wanted. There were also 2 nice pools that we didnt get to spend much time in. Overall, a great vacation stay.

Mixed feelings after staying here for 4 nights. Was pithced by their timeshare promo when you can stay for 279 for 4 nights and plan everything just to be said ""there's no availability for your dates" (not a school break even, just midApril). It was available by regular price though. I bought 1bdr king Villa with queen sleeper for family of 4 (2 kids).
However on check in, they gave us something different from what was on the pictures, really small without dinner space after you unfold DOUBLE sleeper. You virtually walk in straight to it from entrance.
Upon return to lobby another agent was trying to convince us it's what we deserve and when I showed him pictures was saying "its a two bedroom... it's pictures from third party site (Booking) after I showed him same pictures from Sheraton he finally found a normal one.

After that it was quite a good stay but with some hiccups still.
- No blanket for the sleeper
- No refill for coffee and tea even we told that to person who called to take a feedback
- No laundry supplies despite you have washer/dryer (other resorts we stayed do provide them)
- Toiletries provided in VERY small amount and not restocked if you not asked a room service person

Property is quite dated, some building in better shape, some under renovation right now.

Pool looks good (we don't have time to use it) with towels provided

Marketplace is quite expensive (not a surprise), as well as some groceries nearby, plan accordingly.

We don't tried restaurants on site, pizzeria could make deliver to the room with prices okay for such kind (like medium pizza $16 or so)

3.5* I'd say in total, especially it is quite expensive (much more then Hilton suites for example) with little to justify such price imo.

Have stayed 2x now and would do it again. Always clean, friendly, enjoy the spacious accommodations. Have never taken advantage of the extra amenities; gym, pool, etc. I believe the shuttle only goes in the mornings and night and you must reserve in advance. They are pretty aggressive about trying to get you to go to the timeshare meetings, I am bothered by it only because they call early morning and I'm on vacation sleeping in and then 3-5x per day.

Great location- close to shopping and Disney, but traffic in the area gets pretty congested. Rooms were very clean and staff is extremely friendly. Many amenities and activities for all ages. Our little ones really enjoyed the pool! We come here every year and will continue to do so.

Hello I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund to be processed. I was told by Julie it would have been done! I know it not a lot of money but I never authorized the charge in the first place!! Please refund my money asap!!!

A huge sprawling timeshare-focused resort with large apartment-style suites. It suited our purposes fine as a home base for our Orlando trip.
