This Sheraton is a large complex of different types of accommodations. The pool area is fantastic with clean swimming areas, snack bars and guided activities. Every staff person who I interacted with was friendly and eager to help. The room was clean, spacious and we'll appointed.

Had a great stay here - only suggestion... let your shuttle driver know (and verify) which Sheraton Resort... there are apparently 3 of them and I ended up at all 3 in the course of 3 days with shuttle and uber drivers
Good family resort. Something old though clean. When you arrive you will be "sold" a discount in the theme parks and a gift visa of 75 in exchange for an information session to own the Sheraton group. It lasts about 2 hours and a commercial tries to convince you to become a member owner by paying a monthly fee and a maintenance to be able to enjoy vacations in the thousands of places (resorts, hotels, gateaways, ...) that they have. The assembly is not bad but you are forced to accept it at that moment. If not, the offer is no longer valid. If you say another vendor does not come, presumably the boss of the previous one will keep trying to sell. In total about 2h. Think about it if you want those park discounts. As for the resort itself, the piece we played was spacious and clean with 3 TVs and 2 full bathrooms. Very well. Old but clean pools. Tennis courts. Mini golf. Basket Small supermarket Starbucks !! Good experience in short with the anecdote of the initial "interview".
This company is hard to deal with and quite possibly the reason I am not able to purchase a home for my family I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

THIS WAS THE 3RD TME WE WENT THERE, WE NORMALLY PURCHASE WEEKENDS ON GROUPON WHEN WE CAN. WE ARE A BUSY FAMILY OF 5. THE LAST TIME WE WENT, THEY OFFERED A SPECIAL AS LONG AS WE WENT TO A MEETING. MY MOTHER IN LAW DID MEETING THAT WEEKEND WE WERE THERE AND BECAME AN OWNER. THIS LAST TIME, OUR MEETING WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ONLY WHOLE DAY WE WERE THERE BY THEIR RULES CANNOT BE THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE. THEY PRETTY MUCH FORCE YOU TO PURCHASE AND GET INTO YOUR PERSONAL LIFE AFTER YOU THERE 3 HRS ALREADY. THEN THEY OFFER YOU A GIFT CARD, YOU GET IT AND THEY PRETTY MUCH WEASEL YOU INTO USING IT TOWARDS PURCHASE. WE GOT OUT OF THERE AND COULD NOT AFFORD IT SO WE CANCELLED AND NOW GETTING OUR REFUND IS A MISSION BECAUSE WITHOUT NOTICE OR WARNING THEY ISSUED THE REFUND TO THE SAME GIFT CARD THEY GAVE US THAT WE OBVIOUSLY DON'T HAVE BECAUSE IT WAS WITH A ZERO BALANCE. NOW IT'S JUST A RUN AROUND. "WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IN 48HRS WITH A RESOLUTION THAT WAS THE 21ST. SO THEY ULTIMATELY SCAM YOU. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. WE ARE A VERY BUSY FAMILY AND DON'T GET TO GET OUT MUCH AND THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO NO ONE. THEY WANT YOU TO PURCHASE BUT GIVE YOU AN OLD UNIT WITH THE VIEW OF A HIGHWAY TO STAY IN, IT WASN'T FREE WE PAID FOT IT!

The place is amazing. Beautiful in all aspects! The apartments are modern, super equipped, comfortable. The parks, lakes, restaurants, pools, are so taken care of. The staff is gentle and warm. And always with a smile and attitude of service. They would go back a thousand times to choose it.

The property is more like a time-share manged by Sheraton, than a real Sheraton hotel. This means that the apartments (Villas) do not have the exact same confort level you can expect from a Sheraton hotel room.
Property is considerably well maintained, elevators are quite updated and quite dirt, but the apartments themselves are clean. The one bedroom Villa is not very spacious (particular the bedroom). Our Villa had only one night stand, because the bedroom was not big enough to accommodate one on each side of the bed. If you did not get one Villa with balcony then your windows will be pretty small. Also two of the windows (on average) will look towards the corridor.
The location is great! However the unit we stayed in was not maintained or cleaned properly. There was garbage in the drawers, candy and dryed food on the floor. The tub slowly drained water, the dish washer was broken. The molding in the bathroom was moldy black. The curtains where broken didnt close, the safe didnt lock, the back patio door didnt lock or latch even after they fixed it. Mid week clean they only give you clean towels.....The amount of things where shocking. Not a very well run place. The couple below where smoking and there is no smoking. Could go on....
People is really nice, if you don't bring a car they offer a shuttle around the resort for free. Pools are open until 1 am but food in the restaurants is expensive

Nice large resort. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen layout was poor. Difficult to have 2 people in kitchen. 3 pools, 3 small fitness centers, small marketplace. 1 restaurant. Would say there again.
I've been going to the vistana ever since I was born, more than 17 years. Pools are awesome FYI if you go and u want to cool down cascades is definitely the coldest pool. Highly highly recommended
Great central location, nice and well maintained. Only downside was the agressive marketing to purchase in to vacation club.
We loved the large rooms and all the amenities. Not to mention all the pools. The staff and house keeping were so great. Only issue was the master bed was like laying on boards. Would definitely will stay here again.

Just down the road from Walt Disney World and a short drive from Universal and Sea world, this is the perfect Condo Villa for you. The staff is extremely friendly and family friendly too. There is also a few marketplaces on site so no need to worry if you forget something at home.
The people here are very friendly and the environment is fantastic! It is a very close drive to all of the parks as well, which makes it very convenient for anyone lookonh for a nice resort to stay in. There are numerous pools and many activities for both adults and children.
Went to learn about their version of time shares. Last rep was way too pushy and the transportation they provided lacked a lot. Don't think I'll do business with them.
I have had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton. So many activities to keep busy for my children as well as my husband and myself. I will be planning another stay very soon.

Enormous, well appointed suites and great amenities throughout the lush resort.
The place is nice with a number of pools and washers and dryers in the rooms. Not exceptional, but it was such a good deal for the location that it rapidly moved to someplace I would seek out next time I am here for a few days.

Great place for kids, 7 pools. Zimmies is a little expense for what you get to eat, and they are fairly slow. Units are clean and comfortable. Poolside bars where good experiences.
It really makes you feel comfortable, witch is the best way to rest.

It's a little confusing getting around inside the resort, but the rooms are nice.
In the spa villa, the mattress on the bed in the guest room was awful and hurt my back. There was a gecko that lived in our kitchenette under the oven there the whole time. Gross and unsanitary. The guest room stayed hot despite the air being on so the register was broken. The inside market was too expensive but convenient and the people were super friendly.
Room is great. The resort is huge, having a car is a definite plus. Located close to Disney.

Very helpful staff with above average accommodations. I was given a 2 bedroom Villa with a wonderful view and just about everything you could want onsite. My daughter's were thrilled with the pool area and the mini golf. All employees exceeded my expectations for great service, and were always happy to assist. The SPG brand continues to set a high standard for quality, comfort and care. Will visit again in the future, thanks!

Great room and space for our family. Showers could improve. There is a ton of space but the shower head is so small and the water does not get very hot. love the pool and its always warm.
It is mostly a great location for the Disney parks and Disney springs. The biggest issue is trying to turn left exciting the villas. Be prepared to be patient. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and bathrooms reasonably updated. Didn't stay long enough to experience the other amenities like the pools.

We really enjoyed this resort. Great pools, poolside bars and lots of amenities too. The only drawback is that since it is a timeshare there is pressure to tour the property. Our representative was very nice though with no pressure. There is also a small grocery store on site that saves trips off the property.
It is a lodging in the form of Villas or Condominium. These are apartments with optional cleaning service. Free parking. It has several swimming pools, gym and a mini market for food purchases and elements of need. It is ideal to go to Orlando to visit the Disney and Universal Parks, for its proximity and comfort.

Owner ,,not happy with the 7 day stay ! Rusty silverware &,dryer dishwasher didn't clean , neither did the staff ,I would give them a 0 ,,,update sales pitch didn't happen left us waiting 10 min and ignored by people walking around.Kim OUR Concierge never checked to see if all was ok after 3 hrs. Of waiting to get our room ,,, bad all around !!!!
Good location and nice spacious rooms. Nothing special but good enough for sleeping. Wish they had sponges, dish shop, laundry detergent, etc. since the appliances are available.
Vistana is the top resort I have ever stayed in. Always clean and well kept.
2nd time here. Everything just perfect. The villas are spacious and clean, especially the 3rd floor villas as they have higher ceilings and a skylight too. The pools are stunning and clean and the late closure of the main one is the icing on the cake, after a full day at the park. A bit disappointing the breakfast, they were used to have omelettes made to order but not anymore. It's just better to use the full kitchen in the apartment.
A good place, to rest with the family, after a hectic day in Orlando and its wonderful places!
Fantastic location (maximum 20 minutes to any Disney location), facilities and rooms (1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and Queen sofa).
Only downside for our experience was the building we were given, adjacent to the highway, was noise from the highway and from nighttime rain on the top floor due to the skylight or metal roof)

Came to this resort for spring break and it was amazing. Staff was very friendly. The pools were very clean and the food was great. The southwest Flatbread at the restaurant near the central pool was exceptional.
The villa is very large with a lot of living space so you feel as if you re in a large condo and not a hotel. I m picky about my room being very clean and I was pleased after doing a thorough check of all the linens, carpeting, kitchen, bathroom and mattresses. The beds, couches and all the furniture are very comfortable and sturdy I slept very well on the king sized bed. The decor is very traditional and slightly dated even though the pieces aren t worn so if you re into a modern aesthetic like I am then the style and color scheme isn t going to do much for you. There s a lot of seating and living space so there s so much to do inside as well if you just want to spend time cooking in the large fully loaded kitchen and watching movies in the living room or playing games around the large dining room table with your family and friends. The two bedroom two bathroom villa I stayed in could ve easily accommodated my family for weeks instead of just the weekend. There s a large kitchen and living room with a sleeper sofa and also a large patio with another table and chairs to sit and sip coffee or eat breakfast while looking at the lake. They have 7 pools, a mini golf course and so much more to do but the best part is how close it was to the Orlando theme parks and restaurants which is what we came to enjoy. I would ve given them 5 stars but I took away a star because they try to get you to view a timeshare presentation (they compensate you if you do)and also they gave the impression that breakfast was complimentary when you check in but it s not also I liked that they had a washer and dryer in the room but I felt that they could ve put a couple complementary washing pods and dryer sheets like they did with the packets for the dishwasher. Not a big deal but little considerations like that are what would be needed to take it to five stars from me. All in all I would highly recommend this place. For under $200 a night you really could just stay on the property and have a great low key family getaway for a week or two.
I've been coming here for over 30 years and I still love this place. I have all the amenities I like plus it is 5 mins from Disney.. Great place for families to stay and have a great time.
