Stayed here for 10 years. Definitely a timeshare with a great location. Fees kind of became outrageous towards the end of our tenure. Lots of memories growing up here

Great room's and excellent staff! I couldn't complain about any aspect of the resort
We have been going to Vistana for over 10 years, and love it everytime we go! Well maintained and continually improving the properties! Everyone you meet are friendly and helpful! Family oriented, and fun!
Enjoyed my stay plenty of things to do at the resort.
The place is awesome, its like living in a Condo. With 3 rooms a kitchen, hot tub. Etc
The overall stay was really good. Except for the timeshare proposal. They were rentless in trying to get us to buy into their scheme. Which by the way is exactly the same as paying for your vacation out of pocket. Other than that it would have been 5 stars. It isn't worth the 100$, just say no.
Internet was out of service half of the stay and even it works the speed was only above 3 mbps at best.
The location was very easy to find and the staff were extremely helpful. Cleanliness was noticed and impressive. It was not noisy, very relaxing visit.
It has very good surroundings and good facilities. But the WiFi was not too strong. I like it especially that it is a gateway to amusement parks
Excellent for vacation and very convenient since the parks are close.
The 2 bedroom villa was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. We had a pleasant stay!
Wonderful resort! Highly recommend many pools hot tubs bars grocery store Starbucks mini golf escape room shuttle bus close to Disney parks
Checked in late. Got to the room to find no bedding for the pullout couch. Called the front desk and was on hold for over 30 minutes to never get an answer.
Also, both toilets had urine at the base.
When we arrived we were given a third floor room despite requesting first floor accommodations on the reservation due to a physical disability within our group. Front desk was not eager in finding a solution and was frustrated with our request that was missed. Note: Check-in took over 45 minutes, with kids in the car waiting to get to their room.
Upon checking in we were all convinced to attend an informational meeting around time share purchases. One of us attended and had an okay experience, another left in tears after being pushed to the limit, after being insulted about her salary and their questions not answered.
Our heat didn't work and at some point the room got down to 58 degrees. We had to call and have maintenance come fix the issue.
Our oven didn't work all week, which meant $170 worth of groceries couldn't be cooked. When we called for help with our oven and stove, they sent their engineers, but unfortunately they weren't able to find a solution -- leaving our kids still hungry with raw pizzas in the oven. When we called the office to ask for them to just order pizza from the on-site pizza place, we were instead offered a $40 credit to our room instead (we booked 3 villas within our group, and we were cooking in the largest to fit all of our party). Guest services was unable and unwilling to resolve the issue in any sort of manner that would lead to our children being fed.
Another person in our party's room wasn't cleaned by house keeping the last three out of seven days of her stay, and the outside of her door power washed in the morning, blowing water into her room. Another person's final credit charge per-night was different than her confirmation in-app. When this person we approached the front desk, the woman didn't have an answer around the charges, and she wasn't able to speak to management to resolve the issue.
Night management called our room back, after 2 hours of trouble shooting our oven, and offered a small points credit and offered my original resolution (to order pizzas on site), but at that point it was too late and we had sought other options.
We understand that things sometimes don't go as planned, but we're not happy with how management or the guest service resolved any of our concerned.
Very big, the make sure you are taken good care of rooms are very nice
Very relaxing quiet atmosphere with plenty pools and delicious dining options for the entire family. We visit at least twice a year and as platinum members and owners, the service is up to par.
Excellent to go with family. Beautiful hotel the villas very complete
Nice rooms, good service. Unfortunately had to move rooms due a leaking tub that couldn't be fixed right away. So far a good experience! Love the heated pools!
I visited a family member staying there, so I only saw their room which was very small and had no view except of trees. I've stayed in many timeshares and this was one of the least appealing ones I've seen.
Went to look at owning a time share here is a lovely hotel
First stay as an owner and it has been absolutely amazing.
Unfortunately a good stay was soured by a time share presentation. On checking in, I was sent to the Concierge where they shared with me that if I went on a timeshare presentation I would be given 25,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. I accepted the offer and went through with the presentation during my stay on January 7th. While I did not choose to purchase the time share, I was told on exiting the presentation that the 25,000 points would be deposited into my account within 2 weeks. After waiting close to three weeks, I started emailing Marriott about the missing points - and they sent across my feedback to the hotel - and shared that the property would get back to me directly - nothing yet (about 7 days later now). Finally yesterday I was able to find the name of someone at the property to message - which I did - and again, no points in my account and no response. To the Vistana team - your lack of meeting what you had agreed in regards to the point deposit as well as responding to a Guests messages is disappointing - and is far from the experience I have at other Marriott properties - and further sours an otherwise nice visit to your resort. To prospective Guests - this is a very nice property - and if you are able to get a good rate (I got an incredible nightly rate) - the visit would be well worth it - but do not waste your time on the time share presentation as there is a risk that gift promises will not be fulfilled by the Company.
My family have been owners at this time share since the beginning (early 80's). This place was always wonderful. Owners were taken care of, staff was friendly and helpful, not a thing was ever out of place. There are games and activities and you're close to the parks. There are tennis courts and basketball courts and all kinds of things to do. I couldn't say enough good things about this place...until about two years ago. The last two times we stayed here (and we stay at least once a year) the staff's level of caring has declined, the people at the owner's update meetings are very pushy and deceitful, and the villas ALWAYS either have something wrong with them or something missing. So, why the decline? Well I can't help but notice that around this time last year (when we had our first bad experience) Marriott had bought out Sheraton and the merger started. Marriott only sees dollar signs. We always felt respected and cared for with Sheraton. I'm actually sad and disheartened about the merger. It's a sad state is affairs. Thanks for ruining a great thing, Marriott.
Great room, amazing pools, plenty of amenities, and located near everything. What more do you need?
Great resort!!! This was our third time staying here. Close to Disney and Universal. Plus it has great family fun activities on the resort.
Very nice resort, would recommend it to the whole world. It has everything you need.
Spent 8 days with our family and want to stay! So much to do with the kids, you'll never be bored!
Castaway's restaurant near the Cascade pool was perfect! The manager Christine made sure we were well taken care of! It was perfect!
I stayed in cascade 6 room 2518, and it was the worst. It was so dusty, and there were dust mites everywhere. I am 13, and the dust mites gave me a tight chest making it difficult to breathe. And it absolutely ruined my vacation to the point where I was crying at breakfast, and looking forward to leave. Sheraton you really need to address this, I told my parent I don't ever want to come back.
Excellent place, great for families. Near all the local attractions.
Nice place. Not as close to some stuff yet for me relaxing
Good resort. It is big and you need a car or walk distance from end to end. It has several swimming pools, a mature golf and escape room.
Nice place to stay, great pools, good food in restaurants. No complaints.
My family goes every year. Close enough to parks and has great service around the resort.
The attention is terrible they worry more in selling vacations than in the client, the breakfast is of low quality in service and food the room is very comfortable and clean.
We loved our stay here. We're usually at DVC resorts.
Very nice accommodations. Several Pools. Family friendly environment. Close to theme parks and outlets.
Great experience here. We checked in on a Thursday night and were attended quickly by Russell at the front desk. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and upgraded us to a pool view. We had a one bedroom larger villa in building one that both smelled and looked very clean . The washer was a little smelly but I kind of expected that, I don t usually wash on vacation so this wasn t a problem for me. I made breakfast one day and it was equipped with all the necessary tools for the job. I would definitely stay here again next time I m in Orlando!
Just to be clear the name of this one is almost exactly the same as two others nearby and I am reviewing 12401 international drive south.
Wow!!! A very beautiful place to take your holiday. Lots of swimming pools, good food, evironment, friendly staff and top rate customer service. The children will love it....
We went to look at time shares. The place was very pretty, offering what time shares do. Worked off a points system. The place had one and two bedrooms to rent out for your vacation. Everything was clean and looked newly remodeled. Pools, close to the Disney parks. Everyone we ran into and talked to were very pleasant. They just didn't have anything that would fit our vacationing style.
A lovely family resort. You need to have time and a good pantry. The rest is offered by the facilities.
Just got back from here after spending a 7 night vacation. We stayed in building 16 cascades and it was quiet, next to the pool, and our room had a great view! Staff was really friendly, room was super clean, and only a 5 min drive to Disney! Looking forward to the next trip and staying here! Thanks for a great vacation.
We were visiting family who were staying at the resort. The room was absolutely stunning and the kitchen was very well stocked. We ordered from Zummies Bar and the food was delicious.
Beautiful resort and amazing staff. They made sure I was happy even when I was already happy they wanted to help me enjoy my stay. I asked for napkins for my grinder I bought and they gave me a roll of paper towels and a bottle of water. They were freaking awsome AAAA+++++++ all the way I'm going back next year
Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa with screened balconies. The beds were absolutely amazingly comfortable down pillows and comforters. The bathrooms were either a large, glass shower or a jacuzzi tub. However, we returned to the room to find the housekeepers watching tv and some items missing from my room the same day. Also, there is no delivery of outside food, so be prepared to pick up any deliveries at the welcome center in front. The food from the villa is insanely expensive with a 3% delivery charge and 18% gratuity automatically included. This should have been a really wonderful stay but instead, theft and price gouging put a damper on my stay.
Good place to stay if you want to be close by the Disney parks. Vistana has several pools to choose from depending on if you want quiet, volleyball play, or kids activities.
Very good, comfortable, practical and very well located.
Really enjoyed the resort. Staff was friendly, room was clean. The one problem we had (which was minor) was address immediately.
I stay for to days .no room phone no wifi. What you see on the website it's no true. I am from Florida I travel to Orlando every holiday I stay on different resorts it's call runway resort in Kissimmee same price but it's the best resort to stays with your family and friends. I try to go to this resort but was no room because the holiday weekend. TRUST ME don't ever go to the sherton is not worth it
Very good, excellent service we loved the stay ... very nice and the spectacular villa
Great property! One of the best timeshare resorts in Orlando!! Clean updated units, great pools!!! Awesome place to just chill out and relax!
The Sheraton Vistana Resort offers families a fantastic getaway. You don't even need to leave the resort to have a good time:) activities include a magic and comedy show with dinner, a show from Gatorland, and putt putt golf. There is also an activity center with loads of arts and crafts for kids and adults. Prepare to be dazzled at the In & Out gift Emporium escape the Room Center which I hope to explore before we head home. Unfortunately many of these activities are an additional fee so be prepared.
One of the best resorts I have visited. I never have any complaints about the Sheraton resorts this one was bigger but the amenities and activities there were great. Staff was friendly had a great time.
Hey Ada! thank you so much for the wonderful check in experience. You were great. We love this resort. This was our 5th time here and we already have a reservation to go back next month.Zimmies food always great.Pools super enjoyables. The employees are great.I would like better drinks by the Spa pool.
The onlything negative is that Starbucks prices at the Marketplace can be very confusive .For instance 1 shot of expresso it's $2.50 and a double it's $3.00 , that's a different of 50 cnts for the additional shot ...On Day 1 each additional shot was 50 cents but on Day 2 we were charged $1.00 for each additional shot to the expresso order. We tried to explain but we were told the cashier did not have that option even though Day 1 the cashier did have the option to charge us correctly. Apart from that situation we had a wonderful time overall.
We stayed on unit 40 at The Courtyards I would like to add that our room was cleaned on aug 14th.Can someone please tell me who did the cleaning service for us on that day?..We were extremely satisfied with the way this employee did the service.I called that night but they couldn't find the name of that person but who everyou are Thank you .We are looking forward to our next trip to Orlando.Great Resort.
Melissa, Josh, & David are amazing at this location!! Totally make you feel at home!! Love this place!!
The place has a spectacular atmosphere with live music and a campfire next to the pool. The villa is very spacious and the furniture is beautiful. Bathrooms and very spacious rooms .. There are many activities for the whole family and the people who work there are very kind.
Electric outlets were the wrong size in the bedrooms. Thus, couldn't charge personal items like phones, blue tooth or use facility lamps. Rooms were set for 69 degrees as the coldest temp. Had to have maintenance reprogram thermostat to allow it to be set lower.
This resort is nice. The people are accommodating the rooms are always clean and the facilities are plentiful.
The Local is nice on the outside, but a friend who is on vacation said that inside is like staying at a Best Western
Very nice resort. Lots of stuff to do, nice pools. Great location too.
Have been coming here for many years. Great place to stay. Have always been happy every time I leave this place.
Check in was fast, had a little trouble finding my unit but the security on property helped me. The unit itself was breathtaking. We were comfortable, conveniently located by food, shopping, gas and entertainment. I love it and I will stay there again.
Room was excellent, restaurants serve very similar food, not much variety, location is perfect, lots to do for families.
Honestly wasnt expecting what I got. Made a late night reservation through Priceline that came with a heavy discount. Was met with a gated community and room resembling a small apartment. Very clean and quite. Debated driving back there rather then spending the next night at a hotel in Tampa.
Very good! Except for compulsive sale of pseudo timeshare .... excellent rest !!!!
Nice location. rooms were nice and clean. Good amount of anemities. Workers were nice.
Beautiful property. Comfortable beds! Fantastic pools and grounds!
Only stayed one night but the bathtub was a huge jacuzzi tub and the rooms were pretty big for what we payed. The pool was also really nice with a water fall in it. Would consider staying again next time we're in Orlando.
We own a timeshare here and alot has changed since the last time we was here with new facilities and reception area. The reception area is very busy with only a few reception staff and many concierge staff who do not seem as busy. To help the reception staff they should take some of the pressure off as you can see them standing around talking while you are stood waiting in a long queue. Would be nice to have a vip pool for owners.
They only offer house keeping once a week when you stay for a full week. Rooms aren't the cleanest, the bottoms of my feet were dirty from walking around in the 1 bedroom I had. Limited menu at the restaurants on the resort, be prepared to cook in and/or leave the resort to go to a restaurant. Pools are nice, fitness centers are ok, better than a hotel fitness center, typical cardio equipment and dumbbells up to 50lbs.
