Ive been coming here for over 25 years and im never disappointed with my villa or the service.

Best resort in Florida and within walking distance of Walt Disney World!

Facilities are great i highly recommend using the tennis courts options of clay and hard court

This resort although dated was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and there was a very comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend anyone that is willing to spend the extra money should stay there. They would get their money's worth.

Pleasant aroma when walking in. Location was easy to find and beautiful inside. Friendly staff.

Been here staying at a junior suite. Beautiful and comfy room. Only that no breakfast is included.

The resort is excellent, but the care of the cleaning staff and the restaurant leaves something to be desired. I asked 3 times to remove the dust behind the furniture and was ignored. There was a dust cover behind the furniture.

I've stayed at a lot of resorts and hotels in Orlando . This trip we stayed at the Disneys swan and dolphin for two nights and then the Sheraton vistana the last night of our trip . This was the best resort I've stayed at while in Orlando ! The price is great, the room was gorgeous, brandnew everything, just amazing . We had a one bedroom villa w a jet tub in the bathroom and a screened in patio . The pool was just a short walk away where they had a bar w great cocktails, food, And live music . When I booked I added in a few requests and notes on my reservation and everything was honored . Ask and you shall receive. We had a parking space right in front of ours room and made it very easy . Love this place didn't want to leave ! Also very secure .

It was a great place to stay, pools close by, tennis courts, and a nice Creek running by for a great view. Service was great.

The resort is very clean. It is also very pretty. It is one of the nicest resorts I have ever been to. The people that work here are very sweet and nice. It is one of the nicest resorts.the pool and the hotel that you sleeping is the nicest place that you could possibly go. I have no complaints.

Staying at this location for the first time and am very pleased. Hope we can return for a full week or 2 in the future. Lots to do and a great property to walk and wander through.

I've stayed here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. Good location for visiting Disney, universal and SeaWorld. As well as being close to one of the factory outlet malls. Clean rooms, and nice pools. Friendly staff. Didn't eat food there so don't have any thoughts on it. They offer a number of activities each day too, some for adults and some for children. The pools are open to 1am and are heated, as well as a 24 hour gym.

It has lots to do and the surrounding area offers lots of retail businesses.

Fantastic in every way, except that the beds were old, saggy, worn out, and noisy. The bed is the single most important consideration in choosing a place to sleep for the night, and in that way, it was a massive fail.

The food at the hotel was amazing and they have great customer service.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Its was an awesome place. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We loved it!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The amenities are good and food reasonable. However their shuttle to the parks it is always late. I recomend to take a taxi instead and the price difference is not much compared to the shuttle.

My room was dirty (hair in shower, sand in carpets), time share presentation is high pressure sales (one hour = 3 at least), they over promise and under deliver. The worst was when they issued a room key to our room to a complete stranger who entered our room at 10pm while my girlfriend was asleep (freaked her out) and I was at the pool with the kids. Their compensation was a $100 bill credit and a lousy explanation. Oh, horrible costumer service too (counter workers speak broken English, slow responses, solicitation calls in your room everyday, and they told us there was an error in our booking and they could've moved us during or stay)

Beautiful property in a great location. Our 2 bedroom was very nicely updated and clean. The pools are incredible throughout the property. Only downside was the beds weren't very comfortable and the karaoke was really loud coming from the tiki bar a couple nights...that was really annoying. If we are ever back in Orlando we would stay here again and will be looking out for other Sheraton properties in the future.

The staff are very hospitable and we always enjoy coming.

Everything was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The 2-bedroom villas are a great setup and nicely furnished. We did like the Springs rooms more than the Fountains rooms though.

Excellent Resort, for its location close to all Disney parks and of course for its comfort. It is easy to get to and close to it you will find different stores where you can stock up, plus it is also very close to one of the best prime outlets in Orlando. Its pools are ideal to take a day off and spend it with the family.

Great experience for my family. We aren't difficult to please but it was cheaper and offered significantly more amenities than the Disney Value hotels. We plan on staying there again.

All staff is extremely friendly, amenities are great, property is clean and well maintained I would definitely recommend to stay there.

The resort is more of a base than a destination. Rooms were clean and simple, basic amenities such as a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Intermittent WiFi at site. Seven nice pools and the usual recreational facilities. The restaurant facilities are limited to poolside bars and an expensive on-site grocery store.

Not a bad place overall if you plan to visit Disney's sites or be out all day. But the facilities are not meant for staying in all day or vegging.

A note of caution. No matter what they call it, they will offer a high pressure time share sale in exchange for goodies like food vouchers. Don't bother, our 1 and a 1/2 hour 'slide show presentation' was a two plus hours sales pitch.

The resort was great. It's minutes from disney, has everything from activities to restaurants, to shoes and many pools. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff is very attentive.

Currently waiting for a room to be cleaned after being told to "walk around" until it was ready. They say my wait it due to low staff... how is that my fault? They offered nothing to make up for the fact a 500 room Resort during a pandemic has no clean 1 bedroom apts ready. There is no one here, everything is closed. How can there not be a clean room?

Very close to the Disney World parks. Variety of accommodations and on site activities.

Rude staff. They try to constantly sell you things. Been waiting at check in for 45 minutes now. Hope I can get my room soon.

The room was DISGUSTING and the treatment by the staff was even worse.

It was BEYOND unacceptable and unhygienic

The following information about the villa ( I also have all the photos )

- bugs in the bed
- dried blood on the side of the bathtub
- strong odor of mould presence
- a pack of (poisonous) Silica Gel within the packets of sugar beside the coffee machine
- improper drain in the shower and mould in all of the grout

I presented this information to the front desk, and management and they agreed it was disgusting.
I was told I would get a full refund, which seemed to work to de-escalate the situation and get me off the property. Four hours later, I get a call from another manager saying they can only comp 1 of the 2 nights.

I filled out the contact forms to give the opportunity to SPG corporate for further review, and they basically said it is up to the hotel.

The room aside, i am most disappointed with the client experience.
A bug can get into a room, mould can grow, etc. These things unfortunately happen, HOWEVER, it is how the experience is managed. The ball was completely dropped here. SPG should invest in some proper training and coaching.and i
