Sheraton Suites Fairplex Review

The staff was kind and the facilities were wonderful.

Went there for a professional development, nice room.

Typical conference hotel. All suite rooms are very nice. Parking is kind of spread out and check in was difficult because I was made to move my car 3 times before I could either get help or a luggage cart to go up to my room. Food in the restaurant was good but kind of pricy. Bar was ok, but difficult to get served even while sitting at the bar. I know you are busy, but you had 3 people working the bar and you couldn't even acknowledge me? This hotel would have gotten a better score except that at $175 a night, you couldn't offer free WiFi or free coffee in the lobby, amenities that even Motel 6 offers.

The venue is pretty nice and easy to get to. Food was good. The only thing I didn't like was the bottle neck when exiting the parking lot.

They do a good job at providing for their customers' needs

One of the Club lounge attendants could have been more friendly and seemed to watch my 5 year old and wife like a hawk while they were getting food. Other than that the accomodations were very good.

Was very impressed with the entire event. It was my first "business dinner", I don't have much to compare. The service was excellent. The drinks were strong. The conference rooms were set up beautifully. The food was very tasty. I can't think of any complaints.

I went there for a job interview with Sprouts, and the hotel staff was friendly even though I wasn't a guest. That was pretty cool.

The team members directing the traffic and parking in the parking lot were courteous and professional. Same with the workers operating the tram. I only enteres the conference center

The side I visited was the Covid area, t was nice clean, plenty of parking

We generally stay here during the LA Fair. The staff knows they are the only game in town and they have a tendency to become quite rude when the hotel is at full capacity.

Welcoming and kind staff, convenient location; though I did have an issue in the parking lot, it did not affect my stay.

Not what I expected. Nice resturant, service was Excellent as good as the food..we will go again.

The rooms are nice, the staff is very curitious. The only big issue I have is the no free in room wifi which is standard in most hotels these days.

We have our larger staff meetings here and the staff are great at keeping refreshments stocked and removing plates when we are done eating lunch. The room we have our meetings in is huge and has plenty of lighting controls and great audio

One of the best and cleanest Sheratons I have stayed at. Large, clean and upgraded rooms; very good food and outstanding service. Good location, and close to the freeway. Overall a really good experience. Will definitely stay there next time I am in the area. Highly recommended.

Went to the Conference Center for a work related event. I was pleased with the venue. The conference hall was huge and accomodated 600+ attendees in there without issue. It was well ventilated and air conditioned. The staff that bought out the meals were very nice and professional, the meal itself was really good. I think the event planners like this place because this is where our yearly gathering has taken place for the last 3 years or so.

My cousin stayed here for his wedding. Great rooms good service.

Went here to visit and have dinner with a friend who works there. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The prices were a little expensive, but the food is very high quality.

A little hard to find but very well maintained very organized and polite staff

The Worst customer service I have ever experienced :( we had a mishap when we booked our rooms & the night manager treated us very poorly. He was rude ignored us that we where there he was uncooperative & cared less to what we where going through after we drove for 5 hours & we couldn't use the rooms that we booked. We end up loosing $ 400 dollars & I don't know what to do about it . The manager didn't want change the small mistake told us there is nothing he can do for us & go deal with Expedia which sucks as much never ever am I or my friends or my family members going to use Expedia or this hotel ever again .

Although I worked previously at the Fairplex, each experience and interaction with the employees of the Sheraton have been very professional and respectful, I highly recommend this place not only for that and also the atmosphere of it's location.

Conference room was decorated nicely. Provided lunch was tasty.

Often stay here when in town on business. Clean modern accommodations with friendly staff. It s a short drive to good restaurants and cafes if you want to dine more economically than at the hotel restaurant.

Check in was a big hassle, no help during check in was offered. We have a big family so it's obvious that we could of used some help. food wasn't that great. Pool area was in need of attention. Even a big green, slimy object on pool towel! the hot tub was very dirty. And the suite was very minimal. Beds weren't confertable. The room service was good. Great service and decent food. Priced fairly. We will not be staying again. We actually left early. We checked out 16 hours before check out time because we were not happy with our stay.

The conference center is nice and big. Wonderful staff that are very attentive and check in with us constantly to confirm our experience is top notch. Any small problems are addressed immediately. I hope my company continues to have conferences here. The beds are comfortable, bar food is good, drinks are great, everything is nice and clean. A+ experience!

amazing service! great welcoming in traditional suite once you walk in. however, food is very pricey! $16 for a turkey sandwich. about $18 for buffet per person. better to go a mile away to the foothills for food. I found a hair in the tub but it didn't matter to me because of the welcoming. overall, great place! it could use some work though

Attended a dinner event here. Food was very good, especially the beef dish. Desserts were also very nice. Staff promptly took care of us without distracting from the event. Took 1 star off since the bathrooms weren't large enough to handle the multiple events going on at the same time.

The Sheraton Hotel by all appearances seems like a great place to visit and book a room. I was there on business and did not spend the night. From what I saw witness...the staff seems capable of their duties and the hotel itself is very clean and organized.

Nice conference center, restrooms could be more tidy and kept up when hosting a big conference.

The hotel was remodeled buy it still looks somewhat dated. The breakfast buffet was very basic and not very flavorful. The staff isn't very personal with guest. One positive is that house keeping is prompt and the hotel does address problems when they arise. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet. Overall I probably wouldn't stay or eat their again.

I was very excited to go since all of the reviews were pretty good, but what an unpleasant surprise I received. The problems started a check in and I am still having a problem with my bill and no one will call me back. Too many to list here, just suffice it to say that the hotels customer service was poor. There were some very rude people working here. And the hotel restaurant had a "B" health rating. Unfortunately for me I did not find the HIDDEN health rating until after I had eaten there. Room was in disrepair. One night I returned to my room to find the door open. Never could figure out what that was all about. Stay away.

It was the best. The staff was great. Thank you for everything.
