Nice staff, clean rooms, great shuttle bus services.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife had a medical emergency, they were right there making sure she was in good hands and making sure I was ok.

I was only there for a professional event, so I can only speak of their conference rooms. The service was quite good; I would definitely attend more events there. The food served was excellent, and the rooms accommodated us nicely!

We were at the conference center for a gymnastics competition. I found the grounds very expansive but the best thing was that there was plenty of parking and it was FREE! There's lots of buildings and some of the signage could have been better so allot extra time to find your venue.

Beautiful place to stay and close to LA county fair

Room looks great, the hotel workers are all very kind and my expectations were certainly met with my experience here.

Great hotel. Large clean modern rooms. Nice restaraunt and bar plenty of parking and friendly for pets. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very close to the Fairplex/fairgrounds,
You can easily walk over in less than a minute.

Friendly staff, big Room and comfortable bed. However, the pool was freezing for July.

Typical business class hotel. Useful if you have business at the Fairplex.

Nice outdoor patio for cocktails and pretty decent appetizers. Mussels and sausages over fries is a keeper.

The hotel looks great in person and online, until you actually stay a day or two. I ordered a $16 salad and $3 soda from room service because I was under the weather. By the time I finished paying, it cost me $32.00. there was a $4 delivery fee, (gratuity was built in- and I didn't know it so paid double). Then I had the option to save $5 or get SPG points if I chose lite room service where they don't change your sheets. Well, they not only did make the bed, I got no service at all- no shampoo, conditioner, no coffee, tea- nothing. Lastly, WiFi is not provided as a standard amenity unless you remain on the first floor of the hotel. There is a $10 up charge per day . Very subtle but sneaky ways to squeeze more $$ out of their patrons. I will think twice about staying at a Sheraton again.

Location is great right in front of a big park. Access from fwy10 and fwy57

Great location, rooms were well mantained, service there was great. Had a problem with the AC putting off a burning, but they took care of us in getting a room right away.

It is a unique place. All rooms are suite. It is in Pomona and inside the LA fairground. This is something you have to experience for yourself. I can't find an adequate way to describe it. Something you just have to experience for yourself. Have fun exploring.

This place that they set up for covid victim is the best . I was REALLY bad and here for a long time . There so nice they really care, they really look out. I just want to say a big THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART

Enjoyed my stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Facility is very comfortable.

They do an excellent job at catering to the people. However, there have been times when they've downgraded our event rooms without warning. Not to say their service is horrible though

It was great, very clean for a night of partying after Day of the Dead

Really nice suite, comfortable beds, very clean and quiet. The only quibble that I have is that they charge $10 a day for internet. I get free internet at other chains. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, despite the extra fee.

Rooms are beautiful. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way and bring new meaning to customer service. Great place to get away, workout room, pool, and whirlpool. Their restaurant in the hotel is very clean, the staff is great and the food...yummy!

Visited the parking lot for an RV show.. Huge space! Parked 6 RVs with plenty of room

It's a fantastic place and the staff was genuine and wonderfully accommodating.

Stayed here the night before my PE exam. Walls were thin and breakfast was complimentary. Though it was convenient, it was definitely pricey when split between 3 people.

It was a pleasant experience attending an professional event at one of their ball rooms, great installations and the service was superb.

The event was great. The place was beautiful. Parking wasn't too bad. The food could have been better but edible.

The stay was not comfortable at all. The refrigerator was shaking and too loud in the room. Outside the window there were air conditioning units or some other machines that were also loud and we could hear them with all windows shut. The TV remote didn't work. The nightstand phone didn't work. Hotel staff is not competent. Does not have complementary breakfast.The 5-star reviews here are misleading.

I was told to park there for free for an event at the hotel, at the gate i was told i had to pay 30$ for an hour and a half. Was not pleased at all.

Very nice and clean room especially for the rate. Excellent service. Dinner and drinks at the pub was real nice. Spicey blood mary, 2 thumbs up!

Was on covid19 quarantine and was not impressed by the way people are being treated. Short staffed, rude nurses and the inability to follow their own procedures.

The parking is very confusing and not well lit at night. But the workers are very helpful and the actual facilities are very nice.

It was an overall good experience and the drinks were good!

I was not an overnight guest, but attended meetings in the conference rooms. The staff was nice. Rooms were standard. There were a few quirks during setup, and we could hear the neighboring room, but overall a good meeting space.

Was here for work conference. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was accommodating and friendly! And the bed was extremely comfortable!

I came for a convocation and white coat ceremony that was taking place. The venue was very nice and workers were very helpful in guiding us to the right place to go.
