Perfectly maintained hotel, clean rooms, great service, plenty of space to enjoy outdoor restaurant area and pool. It is within 15 min drive to Ontario airport and conveniently located with respect to LA suburbs.

Rooms were wonderful, large and comfortable. Service was pleasant and accommodating. Location was about 2 miles from a grocery store, but better price than any other hotel in the area

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel. One thing the need to upgrade their pillows.

Excellent experience! Cassandra at the front desk was super accommodating and helped check me in and out quickly. She was polite and explained the amenities perfectly. Room was clean and very orderly. The Club Lounge breakfast was awesome. It is a small buffet style breakfast with eggs, bacon and potatoes and then other items you would expect from a continental-style breakfasts. The club lounge has a Starbucks machine there that was very convenient to keep my other eye opened late night and then get me going in the morning. I had my dog with me and they were accommodating to him as well. Will definitely stay here again.

I wish I was there right now, quiet and peaceful, Jacuzzi always available, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, pillows plush, oh, I happen to have left some of my belongings behind, and two days later, and I never would have thought so, but, housekeeping had turned them in, and I will always be grateful for their honesty, Thanks Sheraton Fairplex for your wonderful team of employees.

This was a nice hotel. The rooms are conformable and the facilities (such as gym and pool) are quite nice. However, the hotel does not come with free WiFi which should be standard at this stage. It's an extra $12 if you want to get online.

This large hotel is located near the "Los Angeles Fair" in Pomona. the rooms are particularly large with large comfortable beds, a kitchenette and a large desk. The staff is friendly and efficient and the whole is very clean even if it is not very young.
You have to emphasize an excellent breakfast and a good gym. The outdoor pool is more anecdotal and really usable in summer.

I didn't actually visit the Sheraton I was at the Fairplex for the Grand National Roadster show and I give it five stars

Room was comfortable and nice only reason for the 3 stars was our rooms shower had no hot water and the sink gurgled

A nice hotel, not too far out of the way. The staff was helpful and pleasant during our stay. The pool is well kept, except there was a shortage of places to sit and relax on the grounds. The staff did their best but ultimately it was an issue of the facility grounds and layout. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The Conference Center was very clean and nice. Air conditioning worked great, bring a sweater!

Nice, spacious room and good service. Somewhat lacking in amenities (Not enough outlets, only lamps in the room, etc.) Came for convention, would stay again for a convention.

The bed was uncomfortable, had no support. I ordered room service for breakfast and it was 20 minutes late and came with no silverware, preventing me from eating and being on time to the conference my company was hosting. Also, room rates were way too high to also have to pay additional charges for wifi, especially since my company was hosting a conference for 1500 people, bringing in a ton of business for Sheraton, and we ourselves had 15+ rooms booked. I would think bringing in that kind of business would warrant at LEAST a break on wifi for my coworkers and I that stayed there. Not impressed, would not choose to go back.

Poor customer care. We were considering booking rooms for our wedding guests but we were attended to so poorly. There was no one to show us the rooms ,so they kept us waiting for almost an hour.I don't recommend this hotel

Attended the Farm dinner and loved it! Food and atmosphere was wonderful. The wine was fabulous and the experience unforgettable.

As everything is relative in life and competition it s everywhere I do not know how to begin relating my frustrations. As a double platinum premiere elite I called the front desk and even spoke with a young manager letting them know how many towels I needed, there was always something missing. I had enough of this place. Not to mention the poor cleaning job.

The conference center was well organized and perfect for the event I was attending

Very spacious rooms, decently appointed, very quiet, great staff, no added fees like parking or resort. A great lodging option in this area.

Their conference center is rather impressive, with many options for AV, food, etc.

Very disappointed with our hotel suite #601. This hotel was recommended to us because it is next to Pomona Fairflex.

Right below our side of the room is their AC compressor / power plant which is running all the time . The noise is loud during day time and worse during night. I complained to the front desk at about 11.30 pm in the night and they said they can move to another room but I was too tired and with luggage unpacked did not want to move. So no sleep in the night for a room which costs about $200. The front desk very generously told me that they will waive the $10 wifi fee for my troubles but I declined during checkout.

The rooms seemed a bit messy but the decor was nice.

Such a nice hotel. My best friend had her wedding reception here and everything was lovely. They gave us a big conference room where we started to get ready at. I believe the pinot noir room. I believe they provided a clothing rack for us to hang our dresses on which was nice. There was a lot of room for us girls to get our hair and makeup done. * I didn't get a lot of photos of this hotel but trust me it's very nice

The hotel rooms are also very nice. I naturally hate hotel rooms. But these ones were great and clean.

If you need a hotel to stay in while in the I.E. area choose this one.

The best of the best..The staff at this hotel is amazing. We came here to celebrate our 1 year Wedding Anniversary and stayed 2 nights. From the first night of our stay to the last, the staff have done so much to make our stay delightful. This staff gives their own personal touch when it comes to customer service and I would like Thank Flowery, Jocelyn, Landon and Lester for make our day so special. My wife and I will remember this stay at the Sheraton and because of how well this team goes above and beyond, we will stay here again and again and again.

Had a wonderful time. Break fast and lunch were very good. The conference rooms were nice and efficient.

Rooms are great and very comfortable. Only gripe is that there is no free WiFi and I had trouble getting the paid WiFi to work while I know some people who had no problem.

The hotel provided an enormous, well-appointed conference room for our event. I wish the only restaurant in the area had lower cost options for dinner, since there is not much in the area.

Love this place, it's amazing. Windows open, it's quite, they have snacks, and also exists that lead to quite/semi private smoking spot. A+

I had to attend my graduation rehearsal at the conference center in California 2 but they had to interrupt our practice to separate the rooms so it was crowded

Yo, my name is paris. I come here almost every Sunday. The people here are very nice! The batista's always try to help you out .....and that water in front is pretty refreshing. Legit place.

The building was well maintained, rather beautiful actually. The room where I presented had nice seating arranged and a smart board at my disposal. I would recommend this venue for a business meeting.

There is a lot of parking in front of the hotel. The premesis is kept well clean and neat. Holiday decoration are great and well thought out. Over all atmosphere walking in is a 8/10 clean, tidy, no unknown smells.

Nice comfy rooms, beds are plush and great to sleep on. The policy with the internet in not very convenient but other than that, the stay was great!

The location of this gem is odd but the service and atmosphere is well worth the hunt.

Nice hotel that's a bargain when there's nothing going on at the fairgrounds. Rooms are big and configured as mini-suites. Has all the usual amenities though you may need to pay for wifi. Location is a little remote, but has easy access to the 10 fwy so can be a good place to stay if you have a car.

Ample parking, very accommodating. The food offered was decent and the service was great.
