The Worst customer service I have ever experienced...

The Worst customer service I have ever experienced :( we had a mishap when we booked our rooms & the night manager treated us very poorly. He was rude ignored us that we where there he was uncooperative & cared less to what we where going through after we drove for 5 hours & we couldn't use the rooms that we booked. We end up loosing $ 400 dollars & I don't know what to do about it . The manager didn't want change the small mistake told us there is nothing he can do for us & go deal with Expedia which sucks as much never ever am I or my friends or my family members going to use Expedia or this hotel ever again .
