1. Due to delay in check-in time, wait at the cafe for 1 hour
2. I went to check-in an hour later, and asked to wait for 1-2 hours because the room was not ready. Instead, they are asked to extend the check-out time or cancel the reservation. (I waited 1 hour already?)
3. I booked a package that includes champagne and dessert for an anniversary, but there are no glasses of champagne. There is no separate table for dessert. When I called the lobby, they said that the champagne glasses were running out. Drinking champagne in a water cup
4. Piste requested a wine menu, but only the food menu was given.

Rooms are spacious and facilities are not bad. Friendly service providers. However, it is regrettable that the service is not straightforward.
I would have understood if I had said in advance that the number of corona confirmed patients was delayed due to room disinfection. But until I ask the reason, it just delays and doesn't say the reason, causing frustration.
